Griffin and Melody had been dating for nearly six months when they came to an important point in their lives. After a romantic dinner and movie, Griffin had taken Melody back to his place and asked her the question that had been on his mind all day. "Will you move in with me?" Melody happily agreed and within a week the pair were happily living together. For the first few months, everything seemed to be going fine, but something was eating at both of them. They both had a secret, a desire, that they felt ashamed to share with their partner.
How their lives evolved into something even deeper came about on a day that started like any other. Melody had left for work and Griffin was enjoying a day off and working on Melody's laptop to pay a few of their bills. He was just finishing up with the last of them when a notification appeared at the top of his screen.

Melody sighed for the tenth time that day. She loved Griffin more than anything, but something had to change. She had promised herself that she would tell him the truth before they ever moved in together, but when he sprung the question on her out of the blue, she could only think of being with the man she loved. After that she just could never find the right time to share her secret with him. It wasn't his fault that she felt unfulfilled. Fear washed over her. She remembered he had been on her laptop when she left the house. Had he found the file she had hidden deep in a redundant file? She prayed that she was wrong.
