Jacob Miller was 18 and had been the offspring of two loving parents who were a full blooded witch and wizard. To his 'dismay' he wasn't the only one though he had two older sisters (Jessica and Becky Miller now 21 and 19 respectively) and a brother the same age as him (Miles Miller 18). Unlike some in the wizarding world his dad was part of MACUSA (Magical Congress of the United states of America) and his Mother was a writer. His dad (Luke Miller)was part of MACUSA and was attached to F.B.C.V.N.O. (Federal Bureau of Covert Vigilance and No-Maj Obliviation) that made sure that the magical community was kept secret and separate from the non-magical communities and kept track of the law breakers of the wizarding world of course this had meant he was away on business most days (not that Jacob had minded). His mom (Olivia Miller) however was a Writer of books, right now she was working on the third book in a series that asked the question of what would happen if magic didn't exist at all, Unlike his Sisters who were all Daddy's perfect angel's Jacob was more of a momma's boy and got teased relentlessly about it by his sisters. Deep down he would chuckle and brush aside his sisters jabs because he knew they were just being how sisters were meant to be but that didn't stop the playful glare's and kicking under the table that went on regularly. At the end of the day though he loved his sisters and was jealous when they got their acceptance letters to Illvermorny School of witchcraft and Wizardry first and was saddened to see them go but on the other had that had been his first trip to Salems' alley of magical artifacts by Floo powder and when the powder had subsided Jacob saw not by what any right's could be an alley but more like a street with floo gates seemingly transporting an endless amount of individual's to and from the street on both sides it was not even a second later his family was behind him and his sister Jessica knocked shoulders with him "c'mon dork we don't got all day." she said with a playful smile on her face. Jacob smiled back and said "unfortunately sis" and he kinda chuckled as he stepped aside his other sister Becky just smiled and patted his shoulder as she past. Jacob sighed as he marveled at the shop's that lined the street's everything from sweet shops to broom makers lined each side of the street but Jacobs attention was focused on a strange girl with tangled red hair and freckles lined her nose so he didn't noticed when he bumped into Miles. Jacob broke out of his reverie and blushed as he looked at Miles "sorry bro" unlike most of his family Miles didn't carry the self-assurance he was shy and withdrawn the only person who could get him to talk was Jacob and a few close friends so when Miles looked back and actually smiled "its fine" he said Jacob was surprised to say the least but pleasantly surprised. When they got their supplies Jessica and Becky pleaded with their father to let them go have fun and promised to be back before sundown so they could catch the train to Illvermorny the next day their dad checked his watch and sighed "fine but-" he didn't get to finish as the girls hugged him tight and Jessica rushed off while Becky took the extra time to hug Jacob and Miles "see you guys tonight" she said before racing down the street to join her sister. Olivia smiled as she spoke up "they grow up so fast" his dad just huffed his affirmation with a grizzled smile.
