Hunting down a speedster was hard business - impossible for most people. For Kara In-Ze, also known as Supergirl, it was far less so. Most bullets didn't go that fast and were a thousand times less massive than a full-grown man; a normal girl would have been cut in two. Hell, a tank would have a decent-sized hole in its armor. Having her cousin's invulnerability at full measure after years of training though, Supergirl only felt a mild, temporary discomfort.
"Stupid." a gruff unseen voice said. "I am almost as fast as the Flash. I can totally outmaneuver you in here and there's nothing you an do about it."
"Oh yeah?" Supergirl says. "You might be fast but you're only fast. All I need is a single hit." And with that, she turns to keep the enemy in her sight, launching herself at him at her slower but still prodigious speed. The supervillain - dressed in a full formfitting suit of black latex that covered everything but his eyes - side stepped her lunge and punched her twice in the stomach, gave her an uppercut to the jaw and finished with a kick to the knee that pushed him out of her reach. Fast as they were, the blows barely stung and the minor pain vanished in a moment. Supergirl laughed.
"See? You can't hurt me - and I'll eventually hit you."
"Oh really?" the supervillain snorted, measuring the Maid of Might with his eyes. "A beating wasn't my only plan." And with that he charged in. Supergirl tried to grab him but he evaded her relatively slow grasp, run around her and snaked his hands under her armpits. Before an incredulous Kara could react, he pinched both her nipples!!!
"What the fuck?" the superheroine gasped, furious.
"Temper temper." the infuriating man said mockingly. "And such language! No worries though, this won't last long. I'll do only enough to get bragging rights. Roaring a challenge, Supergirl launched herself at her foe like a human missile. With a superspeed higher than hers, Kara felt him exploring her before she could grab him.
