The first few weeks working for the Fitzgerald's went by smoothly. The work wasn't demanding and it kept me busy throughout the day. I went over to the Fitzgeralds' house to collect my pay for the week when Mrs. Fitzgerald answered the door. The expression on her face gave away the fact she was surprised to see me. "Hi, I'm here to collect this weeks pay."
"Oh yes, come on in." I entered their house and followed Mrs. Fitzgerald into the kitchen. The way her hips swayed back and forth had me in a trance. "My husband isn't here at the moment, he's at work I believe. Hold on I'll be right back with your money."
When she re entered the kitchen Mrs. Fitzgerald was smiling to herself and seemed a bit nervous. She also came back wearing her signature sweater. I guessed she didn't feel comfortable being in only a t shirt around someone who wasn't her husband. "Here you are, and thank you for all of the work you do around here. We truly appreciate it."
"Thank you and its my pleasure. Your husband is a very nice man and the work isn't too difficult."
"I'm glad to hear that." There was an awkard silence after she said that. She looked down at the ground and it seemed like she wanted to say something but remained quiet.
"Can I ask you something, Mrs. Fitzgerald?"
"Yes you may, is something wrong?"
"No, I've just noticed something." I moved closer to her. "You've been watching me while I work. Why is that?"
"I'm not sure." This time it was her that moved closer. "I'm really sorry if its creeped you out."
"It hasn't, Mrs. Fitzgerald. Far from it." At this point we had both moved closer to the other until we were closer than we should've been. She quickly looked down to see the bulge growing inside my shorts. She moaned quietly to herself.
"Call me Diana." She grabbed my hand and leaned forward when the sound of a door opening snapped us both back to reality.
We hastily moved apart and Diana went to greet her husband. They both entered the kitchen and Dan greeted me and reiterated what a good job I had been doing.
"I hope my wife has been a gracious host, Aj."
"She has sir. I was just leaving though. See you next week." As Dan walked me out I looked back and met Diana's gaze and she gave me a quick, quirky wave goodbye. I couldn't help but smile at that.
