It had been a month since I moved into Great Uncle Max's Manor. My head was very messed up by this point, I wanted to leave...to run for the hills but the dreams had a hold on me. "You ok Felix, you seem really off?"
"I feel off. Ever since I moved into that house I've just felt so run down. Like I have no energy left in me."
"Has anything odd been happening?" Jack asked jotting in a small note pad.
"There are some odd things. My Uncle had night vision cameras installed inside the house that he could control from his four post bed via a hidden tv."
"Anything else?"
"He had a four post bed in the center of a room complete with these really thick bed curtains. I went to wash them and found they had been sprayed with salt water. There was actual salt crystals sticking to the threads."
"Anything else?"
"Your gonna think I'm nuts but...I have been having very intense dreams of a....lets just say Sexual nature."
Jack looked over his scribbled notes then gently caped his pen.
"Well Felix I've got good news and bad news for you. Which do you wanna hear first?"
"The bad news?" I reluctantly answered.
"I think you may have a Succubus in your house."
"Oh and what's the good news?"
Jack just looked up and smiled. "I'm here."
Jack explained to me that a Succubus is a female spirit. That usually results from a tragic death. He told me that normally spirits will draw heat energy to manifest but that it's so low all they can do is move small objects or make loud noises. But Succubi have discovered human life energy is far more potent, and they use this to manifest for longer periods of time.
"How do you know all this stuff?" I asked.
"I interviewed a Paranormal Investigator once." he said.
"I don't remember that story."
"Yeah Simon and I agreed that people weren't ready for the truth."
"So what can we do Jack...I gotta live in that house."
"I have Simon's number, I'll see if he has any advice."
"Simon says that we should go to your house and wait."
"Wait for what?" I asked.
"He's coming."
