Rajith got transferred to Mumbai as part of job. So they shifted here.
And so on.
Couple of days went. We became good friends type both jyoti and Rajith.
Jyoti used to come to my home to have gossips with my mom and to gather information about the local markets and surrounding from mom.
Interaction started to increase between us.
She used to talk to me whenever she used to come to my place.
She was a foodie and a shopaholic person.
One day while in the balcony I was talking to one of my friend about going to KFC for having some chicken bucket she overheard that and asked me whereabouts of KFC. I guided her but she was unable to understand the directions. And asked me whether I’m free the coming Wednesday and to accompany her to KFC as she misses going to KFC since they shifted. I said okay.
Wednesday came.
I got ready by the noon.
Left home telling my mom about KFC.
We got to the auto stand caught an auto for the place.
We reached KFC had a chicken bucket.

And again left for home.
Whilst looking for an auto it started down pouring heavily.
I cursed the rain god for drenching us in rain.
After some minutes we got an auto.
Kfc was about an 45 minute from my home. but due to the rain and dusk traffic in Mumbai it was taking us time.

As you know Auto’s are open from the side. The rain started coming inside.
And to add to it both side didn’t have that temporary covers.
As a result of that we had to move towards the middle of the seat.

Every time the auto passed through one I unknowingly touched her. Even she was aware of that and didn’t say anything.
This started giving me goosebumps all over my body.
Whenever I touched her I have me the electric wave and the slightest amount of heat from her touch.
It was like a touch wood experience for me.
Instead of cursing the rain god now I was thanking him for the rain. And also the BMC for the potholes.
It absolutely made my day.
