Fear ran through Suzie's body, as for the first time in ten
years, she was face-to-face with her captor again. What
could she do? Run, John didn't look all that healthy, he'd
been in a Hong-Kong jail for ten years so he wouldn't be,

"I'm sorry, I don't know who you're referring to, Mr.

"John, you can call me John. I'm sorry for disturbing you

Again Suzie felt the grip of panic, she had to say
something. "Janice, my friends call me Janice."
The walk to the parking area seemed to take forever.
Running was out of the question; it would be like letting a
dozen cats out of a very large bag.
'Don't look back, don't look back', Suzie kept thinking to
herself.
If she could just get to her car she would be safe. Finally
she reached her car and got into the drivers seat at
lighting pace. Screeching tyres, and lots of burnt rubber
later; Suzie was out of the parking area and on the road
back home.
Suzie got home in record time, double checking every lock
on the front door and headed straight for the bathroom. She
was bleeding, and had been ever since she'd taken that pill
the magician had given her. Her panties we're ruined! Just
when she thought she didn't have to wear those dam nappies

After a quick shower and a change of clothing, Suzie phoned
Janice to tell her what happened. Janice came over straight
away.
"Hi Suzie what's up?"

"Janice, I don't have periods, I just don't get them."

her whole world was collapsing till mom took got her an
ice-cream and took her shopping the next day and explained
it all."
"No Janice, you don't get what I mean, I don't get periods
because I can't. I don't have a womb, a uterus or anything
like that."
"Don't be silly, of course you do, you're woman aren't
you?"
It was more of a statement than a question, but Janice had
realised she had said something that touched a nerve, maybe
it was when I started balling my eyes out, or maybe she was
just more in-tune to people than I thought. Either way, I
ended up telling her the whole sad story, of when I started
a paper round and was abducted, and everything John and his
pervert friends had done to me to over a tub of chocolate
ice-cream, and more alcohol than is normally advised.
"So this John, where is he now?"
"I have no idea, I just got to the car as quick as I could,
drove home and phoned you."
"Well you did the right thing, I'll just phone Steve and
tell him not to expect me back tonight, I can't really
leave you on your own right now."
"Thanks Jan."
Back at the mall, John had found the magician's shop.
"Hello there Mr. Harvey." said the magician.
"Ho... how did you know my name?"
"I know many things Mr. Harvey, I know you've recently been
released from prison for a crime you didn't commit. I know
why you left little old England for Hong-Kong, I know that
you're now looking to get even with the person who set you
up, and I also know, that if you try to get even, something
far worse than prison will await you."
Uncharacteristically, John lost his temper with the old
man. "Oh there will be will there, well that bitch won't
get away with what she did to me, no one does that to me
and gets away with it."
With that, he turned round and stormed out the shop,
slamming the door nearly off it's hinges. "You can come out
of the back now Andrea."
"Is he gone?" said the wizard's young apprentice.
"Yes, he's gone. It's not often that someone leaves my shop
not buying anything, but then it's not often someone leaves
without needing to buy anything. Have you thought anymore
about going to see Suzie?"
"Yeah, and I think I might"
"That's a good girl, well, you take all the time you want,
you know where the shop will be when you come back." The
old man turned to her smiling.
