Holly Prewett woke up feeling better than she had in a long time. When
Holly was Harry Potter; her muggle relatives made her life miserable.
She was now living with her best friend's family, The Weasleys. Though
Ron was getting use to being a woman by the name of Rhonda, himself.
With the power of three, Holly and her friends had finished on he who
was not named.
"Ready for class?" asked Holly. She finished getting dressed in her
school uniform and checked her make up in the mirror.
"I don't think I'll ever get use to putting on bras and make up,"
Rhonda moaned as Holly reminded her magic gender change friend of the
spell Hermione taught them about fixing their face.
"Oh, yeah," Rhonda giggled like an air head. "I forgot."
There first class was with Professor McGonagall of Gryffindor house. As
they passed the doorway, Malfroy shoved Holly to the floor as he
entered the class room and said: "One side, Potter!"
"He's back to his same old self." Rhonda said. He helped Holly back up
to his feet.
"That's what's worries me," Hermione said as the three took their
seats. "He's probably told all of Slytherin house your secret.
Dumbledore can't be watching your back all the time if he tries
something."
"Let him try," Rhonda replied. "The three of us handle Lord
V...V...Voldermort. We can handle anything that he attempts."
"Just remember he is a prefect." Hermoine reminded her. "He does have
some power such as taking points away from our house. Dumbledore will
correct any unjust point removable at the end of the year like he's
done in the past."
"Now class, settle down." Professor McGonagall said. "You've done well
in such things as transforming cups into animals. Now I think you're
ready to transform yourself into an object."
"Maybe that freak, Potter should change himself into pair pantyhose so
he and his new girlfriend Weasley can really be close together."
Malfroy snickered.
"10 points from Slytheran." The teacher simple said with a glare.
"Another comment like that and we'll make it 20. I'm perfectly away
that now that Potter's little secret is out that they'll be some
tension among some of the class. Harry is happier as Holly and that
doesn't change who your classmate is inside. I expect Miss Prewett to
be treated like any other female student."
Their first transformation assignment was simple one. They had to
change something small but noticeable about themselves. Holly changed
her hair to red for the rest of the class so to more blend in her
adopted family. Rhonda made herself chest a larger size and was
disappointed to have to return them back to normal at the end of class.
Hermoine did a simple eye color change.
Malfroy thought he would get some sense of revenge in Professor Snape's
class. As a girl, Holly had more confidence in herself and didn't make
mistakes like she did as a guy. She got through it easier than ever
before. What was worst was the class for the Dark Arts where Holly was
the teacher's assistant for defeating he who must not be named.
"Okay good practice." Angelina said after classes when she, Rhonda and
Holly landed their brooms. "You've gotten much better at your job since
your gender change, Rhonda."
"Thanks, I think." Rhonda said, not sure how to take that statement.
Luna and Ginny were clapping at their improvement since the last match.
When they returned to their room; however, they found the place looked
ransacked. It looked even worst that then Tom Riddle's diary was taken
from Harry's room during his second year at school.
"Not again." Rhonda sighed. "Who could have done this?"
"It would have to be a teacher or a girl from our house." Hermoine said
as Holly looked over the mess.
"Sirius got the password before, so I wouldn't narrow our suspects just
yet," Holly suggested as Ginny went to get Professor McGonagall and
Professor Dumbledore. To their surprise, they were called down stairs
to the common room. Some of the kids were untying Long bottom.
"We found him in a closet." Professor McGonagal said as some students
finished removing the ropes. "He's been in a bit of shock."
"Who did this?" Professor Dumbledore asked now that all the room mates
were downstairs.
"I did." Long bottom said as he got confused looks from everyone.
"Someone who looked like me forced me to give the password, tied me up
and took off. The weird thing is that instead of my own voice when the
door was closed, I heard a girl's voice."
"Sounds like we're doing with a shape changer of some kind," declared
Professor Dumbledore. "This could be serious if we don't know what he
or she wants."
"Hermoine, you're the perfect for the girl's dorm." Miss Mcgonall said.
"I want to help me keep an eye out for anyone you know acting
suspicious. I'm having the password changed as well."
"Yes ma'am." She replied.
When the teachers left, Holly took her roommates aside. "Hermoine do
you think someone could be using the Polly Juice potion?"
"I don't think so," she replied. "They wouldn't have tried anything
while Lord Voldermort was around and there hasn't been enough time to
make it since we defeated him for good. We're dealing with either
someone who can alter their form the way Tonks from the Order of the
Phoenix can."
"Tonks would never..." Rhonda began to protest.
"I didn't say it was her," Hermoine cut her off. "Just someone who can
do that sort of change themselves like she can."
"If anyone would want to get back at us it would be Malfroy." Rhonda
said as Heromine shook her head.
"You always blame him." She replied.
"With good reason," Rhonda said. "The guy is a bloody creep."
"The girl's voice I heard did mention getting revenge on a mud blood
and her friends." Long Bottom said as he walked over to the group. "In
just the tone Malfroy used before all that creepy Chamber of Secrets
talk in our second year."
"How could he change himself into a girl?" Hermoine asked.
"If Harry could then it might be possible." Luna said sounding as loony
as usual. "He could have taken what was being done in Professor
Mcgonall's class to the next level."
"So it would seem." Professor Snape said as he shoved a Gryffindor girl
up before her doppelganger. "I expect the fake to change back or I will
punish both you in ways you can't imagine."
They watched as one of them did change into Malfroy. "I had it all
planned." He muttered. "Make it look like they'd be trouble in this
school with Potter here even after Voltermont is gone. He'd be booted
out of here."
"I think if there anyone who will be transferred to another wizard
school it will be you, young man." Professor Snape said with a sneer.
"Get back to Slytheran house and pack your things."
"Yes sir," Malfroy said and he turned toward Holly. "You won't be
protected by these walls forever. One day I will have my revenge for
what you did to both my father and Lord Voldermort!"
"Holly may I speak with you?" Professor Dumbledore asked. "If my
office."
"Yes sir."
In the office Holly stood before the headmaster. "I'm sorry I'm still
causing trouble for you, Professor Dumbledore."
"Don't beat yourself up about it." The headmaster said with a raise of
the hand. "I've suspected that the Malfroy family has been in league
with Lord Voltermort since he first tried to take over the wizard
world. You've only help to prove what a disgrace his family truly is.
Don't worry about when you leave these walls as I believe when you
graduate here you'll make a fine full fledge dark arts teacher."
"Thank you, sir." Holly said with a bit of a smile.
Later that day at the awarding of points it was Gryffindor that won the
house cup for the year. Something that put a little more frustration in
the Slytheran ranks. Course Luna at Raven Claw couldn't be more than
pleased about it or finally having people she can truly call friends.
