Don always had a vision. This vision has been with him since childhood.
When he was around 13 years-old, just around the naughty puberty time,
he was fixated with shows such as "Threes Company" and "The Dukes of
Hazard". Although he was fixated with them, he wasn't interested in the
plots or outcomes at the end of the show. No, no, no. He was fixated for
one reason: his love for pantyhose and high heels.
Don didn't love just any type of hose/heel combination. His ideal
fascination relied on the particular wearer to be wearing suntan
pantyhose, and preferably heels that were 5" or more. Eventually, he
narrowed his fetish down to 2 main things: tan pantyhose (or light
black), and 6" black pumps (or platforms).
Don didn't wear these himself. He was a portly young man, and started
balding at a young age. Don wasn't the most attractive person in the
world, so why should HE bother wearing his favorite clothing items? He
loved seeing the girls in high school and on TV wearing pantyhose and
heels. He was in luck, because seeing women wearing these items was
common back in the 1980's. In high school, he would see various babes

Don was not popular in high school. He was a good student, but was made

Don did well in the banking business... Very well... So well that he
made enough money to retire early at age 37. Not bad for a fat, bald,
acne-scarred man who was always put down by his peers in the past. But
he didn't want to stop at retirement. He wanted to try his hand at
running a totally new business... one that would parallel his vision,
and his interests. Don had been to Hooters before. Of course, being the
hose lover he was, he enjoyed his time there. But he always wished the
waitresses would wear high heels.
Also, he wondered how it would be to have a restaurant that catered to
adults such as himself... One where the waitresses wore even skimpier
outfits than at Hooters, pantyhose, and 6" pumps or platforms
(preferably pumps).
So, with this vision, the Hose House restaurant was born. It had a fire
station theme to offset what the REAL implication of the restaurant's
name was supposed to mean! It catered to adults only...
Don placed an ad stating that women were wanted to work in his new
venture. He got several phone calls and explained to the women that the
restaurant would be similar to Hooters, but with more of an "adult"
theme. Of course, this turned many of the young ladies off right away,
but several agreed to come in for interviews. The interview consisted of
the standard application process seen in most interviews. The women were
told that they had to be non-smokers, non-drug addicts, and attractive.
Were they EVER attractive! The ladies that came in were model quality,
and Don was pleased. During the interviews, he got to the point where he
told them what they would need to wear. Don already purchased several
"uniforms" for the prospective employees to try on during the interview.
They were kept in boxes, and Don would hand them the box and say,
"Please try this uniform on in the dressing room, and come back out when
you are finished." The ladies always agreed, and went into the room,
shut the door, and Don's heart raced...
He almost exploded each time one of the ladies would teeter out of the
dressing room. They almost looked foolish in the outrageous clothes. The
uniforms consisted of tan pantyhose(like the Hooters kind), 6" black
pumps, a top that looked similar to a tuxedo jacket with a little bow
tie, long sleeves, tails on the back of the jacket, gloves and a top
hat. There was no bottom, and you could see the sheer pantyhose go all
the way up to the waist and tuck under the tight cummerbund. The
cummerbund around their waist was very snug, and prevented the hose from
being pulled down. Don had them sashay around the room, practice
carrying trays, and even had them go through exhausting dance routines
and exercises to see if they would make the cut.
Unfortunately, the girls did not want anything to do with Don's twisted
business. Some stomped off right in the middle of the interview. Don
really wanted to make something of this, and posted ads online stating
exactly what he was looking for, but without any serious luck. However,
one day he received an interesting email from a "Dr. Small".
In this email, the Dr. explained that he might have an interesting, yet
expensive alternative, to finding the workers he needed. Dr. Small
wanted to meet Don in private and explain what he had in mind.
So the meeting happened, and it was very intriguing in what Dr. Small
had to offer. Dr. Small drew up a proposal that would place young men
into Don's workforce. These young men would literally be turned into
living Barbie dolls using advanced medical procedures. There would be no
way anyone could tell who the men once were due to the drastic changes.
Dr. Small also mentioned that it wouldn't be considered a real sex
change, because of what he would do to the genitalia. He told Don that
he would plan to remove the entire penis and tuck the balls into the
body, leaving only a piss hole. Since the balls were still there, the
"girls" would still get aroused, yet nothing would be there to get hard
and cause a bulge.
Also, Dr. Small noted that there wasn't a way to get sexual relief EVER
again for the "girls". "My Gosh", thought Don, "What kinds of guys would
want to do this to themselves?" Dr. Small just chuckled and stated that
it doesn't matter... they would find unwilling men to fit the role of
Hose House employees! Dr. Small also stressed that having these trapped,
unwilling employees would provide Don with workers that will submit to
every command, with a faint glitter of hope for possible release
someday...
Don wasn't sure about this. Wouldn't this be involving kidnapping and
numerous other "illegal" actions? Dr. Small said yes, but there were
ways to get around the legal "loopholes". First, the Dr. said that a
majority of the men would be either hitchhikers or runaways.
Many of these men leave home without telling anyone, or, at the very
least, without saying where they are going. Even if they disappeared for
10 years, no one would have a clue where they are. Dr. Small stressed
that, in reality, this practice is quite common: men kidnapped off the
roads 2 years ago while hitchhiking across the country are now
completely transformed women doing who-knows-what. Don asked about the
amount of guys that were captured compared to the amount that were
discovered or escaped. Dr. Small said out of his 20-plus years of being
in business, he never heard of an escapee or anyone who was released. He
also stated that his first victim is currently a Hooters waitress in
Orlando (ironic, considering Don's tastes). Don wondered why they never
tell anyone about their entrapment in a public place like that. Dr.
Small said he had goons working for him that spy and check up on these
girls. The girls also have a permanent, implanted transmitter (kind of
like a 'black box' on planes) that not only monitors what they say, but
it can monitor what they wear, where they go, and even what they think.
Dr. Small said it was an enjoyable task reviewing these reports. It was
almost impossible to see any of the girls enjoying what they were doing.
99.999% of the time, he said, the "girls" were sexually frustrated,
uncomfortable, pleading in their minds for release, and had the constant
feeling of being permanently trapped and stuck in a bimbo's body.
Permanently? Yes, that's right. Even if the "girls" live to be 1000
years old, they will still look like living Barbie dolls. In fact, due
to the underground technology that Dr. Small had at his disposal, there
were drugs and genetically altered hormones and procedures that, for all
intensive purposes, made the "girls" immortal. They don't need to eat,
sleep or go to the bathroom, or even breathe. They couldn't even commit
suicide. These methods were top secret, and the plans were bought up by
the slave trade, never to be seen by or known to the public. So, the
methods were used for the evil plans as such people as Dr. Small, making
the "girls", and, in some cases, their owners, immortal. This brought
Dr. Small to bring up another reason why the "girls" are reluctant to
run for help.
Several girls in the past tried running away or running to the cops, but
never made it that far. They were ALWAYS captured again, and instead of
killing them or beating them, Dr. Small had something more disturbing in
mind. For insubordinate girls, he offered to have his goons capture them
and bring them back to him, and the former owner of the girl would get a
free replacement. In turn, Dr. Small would take the misbehaving girl,
lock her in a clear coffin with bullet-proof glass, and fill it with
concrete. Then he would bury the coffin under the sea or under very
large office buildings, never to be seen from again.
The big catch here was that the girl in the concrete coffin was still
alive, unable to move or get out. Even if she could get out of the
concrete, she would have to get out of the coffin, which was impossible
due to its strength. If she even got out of that, then she would have to
dig through 30 feet of dirt, then 15 feet of more concrete to surface
above ground. These girls would never, ever get out. And, according to
Dr. Small, there were 13 girls around the world currently hidden and
buried, probably going insane as they are lying in the cold box, with
hardened concrete constantly squeezing them. The transformed girls
around the world knew that Dr. Small did this, and always thought twice
before trying to get away...
Don was partially disturbed by this method, yet very intrigued. Since it
looked like a safe bet, and that he was losing money from his dormant
business, he decided to take Dr. Small up on his offer. It still seemed
like a risk to Don, but he figured it would be worthwhile if it worked
out. He told the Dr. that he wanted 12 girls working for him initially,
and wanted to observe training. Dr. Small had no problem with that, and
the two creepy men shook hands, and Dr. Small went to work.
