They frantically ran over to the woman behind the counter. The woman put
her hand out and asked, "What is the problem?"

"I believe you. That's what you signed in for. I saw you check in
earlier. Didn't you read the brochure? This is our specialty."

"Why did you come here, then?"
"Because the place looked nice, and it had a good price."

Brian shook his head at her and said, "We want to be changed back now.

"Sorry. There are no cancellations once you've entered the hotel. The
spell that was placed upon you shortly after you entered your hotel room
does not expire until your stay is through. You signed up on this sheet
for one full day, and one full day is what you got. If you leave early,
you leave without your dicks, ladies," the woman said cheerfully.
"Can I see that paper?" Brian asked.
"Sure," she replied. She handed Brian the paper that he had signed. As
he read through it, he realized that she was right. He handed it back to
her, and he walked towards the elevator with Joe. After they entered
their hotel room, Brian shouted, "Oh, this was great idea, jackass!"
"Well, you went along with it."
"I only went along with it because you told me to."
"Well, maybe you should have investigated this on your own."

"Oh, yes. This was a great idea," Brian responded as he rolled his eyes.
"Look, man, it's all going to plan."
"Did you plan on losing your dick?"
"No."
"Then how is this going to plan?"
"How was I supposed to know that this would happen?"
"She said that it's in the brochure. It's in the fine print. Didn't you
read that thing through before you suggested it?"
"I just assumed that the fine print was meaningless."
Brian shook his head at Joe. Joe looked at Brian and asked, "Do you
think we should go out?"
"No. I don't want the world to see me like this!"
"So you're just going to put your head in the ground and stay in here
all day. Suit yourself. I'm going out," Joe said as he tossed his hair.
Joe walked over to the bed that had two purses on it. He picked up one
of the purses and looked at the I.D. "Jodi! How do you like that? I'm
Jodi."
Joe perused his baggage and pulled out a skirt, t-shirt, and a pair of
black wedges. He dressed himself in the bathroom and showed himself off
to Brian. Brian was not amused by his friend's behavior.
"Are you sure you don't want to come?" Joe asked.
"Yes."
"Well, I see you later," Joe said with a wink.
Brian, staring down the unpleasant prospect of being alone as a woman,
looked at Joe with pleading eyes. Joe smiled and said, "Come on, Brian.
Aren't you coming?"
Brian relented and grabbed some clothes out of his bag. He got dressed
and picked up his purse and checked his I.D. Joe stared at him
inquisitively. "Bianca," Brian responded.
They walked out onto the sidewalk and started up the block. Joe spotted
a bar and said, "Let's go get a free drink."
"Where does it say that it's free to drink?"
"We're women now."
"So?"
"Well, if we're women, we should act like it."
"Why?"
"Because we can take advantage of guys. We'll save some money. They'll
buy us everything, if we play them right."
"I'm not going to do that!"
"Come on. They don't know who we really are, and we won't let them do
anything with us."
"I don't think so."
"Well, I think ..."
"Well, that's never been a good idea," Brian interjected as he stalked
off.
"Fine, be that way. More alcohol for Jodi," Joe shouted as Brian walked
away. Brian felt a cool breeze hit the side of his face as he walked
down the street. He tripped and fell to the sidewalk when the heel of
his shoe got caught in a crack in the cement. He reached over and tried
to pull it free. A woman walked by and laughed at him before she helped
him to his feet. After he stood up, Brian noticed that she was a few
inches taller than him. His eyes fixated on her green eyes.
She looked at him and tilted her head. Brian looked at her and said,
"Thank you. Can I have your name?"
"You're welcome, and you can have it. It's Margaret."
"Hi, I'm uh...Bianca," Brian responded.
"It's nice to meet you. I was on my way to get a cup of coffee. Would
you like to come along?" Margaret asked in an assertive tone.
Brian nodded at her. They then walked to a small coffee shop. They sat
down and each had a cup of coffee. Little was said between them. They
both enjoyed simply gazing at the other. Brian wondered if there was
some sort of a deep connection.
As Margaret reached her hand over and started to caress his, he began to
wonder if it was just a superficial attraction. He found his temporary
body attractive, and Margaret seemed to find it attractive as well. He
wanted it to be something deeper than a physical attraction so he
decided that it was. His eyes fixated on her as she took a sip from her
cup.

Slightly drunk, Joe stumbled out of the bar. The men were just as easy
to take advantage of as he thought. He started up the road and saw a
coffee shop. 'I need to kill this buzz', he thought as he made his way
towards it. He stopped abruptly as he looked in the window.
He saw Brian's hand being caressed by a beautiful woman. Pangs of
jealousy ran through him. He had just spent two hours getting drunk and
being talked down to by men who were only interested in getting into his
pants, while Brian was out securing a lesbian affair. 'Two can play that

Before Margaret left the coffee shop, she agreed to go out to dinner

wondered if his entire life would be a downhill spiral from there. He
walked into the Grand Hotel and headed up to his room. He opened the
door and saw Joe lying on his bed.
"I'm sorry about before," Brian said.
Joe responded with a grunt.
"I had the most wonderful time," Brian added.
"I bet," Joe said jealously. He badly wanted what Brian was going to
have. He tried to get it, but no woman would have him.
"I'm going out to dinner with this woman."
"A woman!" Joe exclaimed in a transparent attempt to act surprised.
"Yes. She's perfect. She's all I ever wanted."
Joe smirked. "So she knows?"
"Knows what?"
"That beneath that shapely form beats the heart of a man."
Joe's words cut him down to size. Brian had forgotten who he was. He
stared down at the floor with a grave expression on his face. Brian
lifted his head a little and looked at Joe. He glared at Joe's merciless
stare as he sat down on his own bed.
They watched the TV together silently for two hours. As dinner time
approached, Brian rose and went into the bathroom to get himself ready
for his date. He put on a knee length, beige, scoop neck dress with an
attached wraparound sash at the waist. He pulled at the two loose parts
of the brown sash before he reached down and picked up his shoes. He
slipped the two inch heeled, black slingback shoes on. Brian then put on
a little lipstick before he grabbed the bathroom door knob.
Joe decided to ready himself for a night out as well. As Brian stepped
out of the bathroom, he looked at Joe. He noticed that Joe was putting
lipstick on as he looked into a mirror that was affixed to the wall.
Brian grabbed his pocketbook and said, "I'm leaving."
"Bye," Joe responded in a petulant tone.
Brian met Margaret in front of the restaurant. His eyes fixated on her
body. He took in every detail of her shapely form. He closed his eyes as
he hugged her and smelled her flowery perfume. When he opened his eyes,
he saw Joe standing behind her.
"Hello, Bianca," Joe said.
Margaret turned away from Brian and looked at Joe.
"Hi, Jodi. Oh, this is Margaret," Brian replied.
"Hello, Margaret," Joe said with a grin. He tossed his hair and stared
into her eyes. He was certain that she would fall for him immediately.
However, she stared indifferently at him. Joe quickly realized that his
attempt was in vain.
Joe blinked his eyes and said, "So, Margaret, have you been putting your
tongue in my girl's mouth?"
"What?" Margaret asked.
"She's a petty fool," Brian interjected as he pointed at Joe.
"I'm your girl. Ain't I?" Joe asked.
"No," Brian retorted.
Margaret suddenly stalked off. Brian's mouth trembled as he stared at
Joe's happy face. Brian ran off towards Margaret, and he clutched her
arm when he reached her.
She gave him a peeved look. "Margaret, it's not true," he pleaded.
"I don't want to get involved with things like this."
"You're not getting involved with anything. She's just a friend."
"She didn't seem to think so."
"We got into a nasty fight earlier. She's just trying to screw with me."
Margaret smiled and said, "I believe you."
Brian sighed in relief.
Margaret took his hand and walked back to the restaurant. They went to
Margaret's place after they finished eating dinner. Brian looked around
the austere apartment as Margaret walked into her bedroom.
Margaret walked out of it a few minutes later. She held a box with her
left hand and looked at Brian. "I got you something," she said.
Brian took the box from her hand and opened it. It was a silver watch.
He smiled and kissed her on the cheek.
"I'm sorry. I didn't get you anything," Brian said ruefully.
"That's okay," she replied. Something in her eyes told Brian that she
was being serious. The look was familiar yet strange to him. Her eyes
seemed to look at him with the same intense desire that he felt when he
had looked at women that he wanted to be with. She slid her hand around
his neck and pulled his face towards hers.
Brian started to panic. He wanted to leave her. He feared that he would
break her heart if he left her after they went any further. He tried to
push himself up, but Margaret thrust herself on top of him and began to
feel him up. She then pulled his face down into her crotch. Brian
started to eat her out as she moaned above him. When he was through, she
pushed him off of her. He eagerly waited for her to perform oral sex on
him. However, he was waiting in vain. She stood up and slinked off into
the bathroom.
Brian started to feel bad about himself. He felt guilty because he did
not tell her who he really was. He knew that he would soon be a man
again. He knew that Margaret would never see the woman she invited back
to her place again.
Margaret came out of the bathroom a few minutes later and saw the
concerned look on Brian's face. Brian's face lit up when he saw her
smile. She looked down at him and said, "Oh, it's getting late. You
should get going."
Brian stood up and walked towards her door. She opened the door and let
him out. Brian kissed her goodbye and turned away from her. As he moved
away from the door, she closed it. He turned back and looked at the
door. He stared at it for a few minutes. He then somberly turned and
left the building.
He went back to the Grand Hotel and went up to his room. Joe was asleep
when he walked in. Brian undressed quietly and slipped into his bed.
When he awoke the next morning, Joe was still asleep.
Brian quietly dressed and went down to the lobby. He went over to the
girl behind the counter and asked, "How much would it cost to make this
permanent?"
"There is no such amount. You'd have to stay here every night for the
rest of your life to make the spell permanent."
Brian nodded his head and turned away from her. He knew that he could
not afford to do that. As he headed towards the door, he saw Joe walking
towards him.
"Are you heading out, when we should be checking out?" Joe asked with a
smile
Brian looked at the clock on the wall and saw that they had to checkout
within the hour. He put his head down and headed back up to the room
with Joe. Brian and Joe lugged their baggage down to the lobby. As they
checked out, their bodies completely reformed.
Joe and Brian looked at each other. They were themselves once more.
Brian saw the delighted look on Joe's face. Joe saw Brian's dreary
expression and turned his head. He felt genuinely remorseful for his
actions. He wanted to apologize, but the look on Brian's face told him
that it was not the appropriate time. Joe felt bad for him. He realized
that his inability to score a lover the night before was a blessing. He
would have probably been just as torn as Brian if he did.
"Do you want to swing by her place?" Joe asked.
Brian looked down and shook his head. Joe nodded and exited the hotel.
He picked up his car, and he drove it back to the hotel. After Joe
double parked his car in front of the hotel, Brian threw the bags into
the trunk and got into the passengers seat. He reached into his pocket
and pulled out the watch that Margaret had given him. It filled him with
hope. He looked to Joe and said, "I have to see her again."
Joe nodded, and Brian gave him directions to Margaret's apartment
building. Joe pulled up in front of the building, and Brian hurriedly
exited the car. Brian entered the apartment building while Joe waited
outside in the car. Brian knocked upon her door. Margaret opened it and
stared blankly at him.
"Margaret, I have to speak to you?"
"How do you know my name?"
"I was here with you last night."
"Look, buddy, I don't swing that way. You're trying to con the wrong
girl."
"I'm Bianca. I swear it."
"Who?"
"The woman who was here with you last night."
"Oh, yes. She was a bit of a disappointment. I really wanted a bit more
from her, but she didn't seem to want to do it."
"I can give it to you because I am her."
"Ha."
"No. I am."
"Look, waste your psychosis on someone else. I'm not interested in
anything you can give me."
"I have this watch you gave me. That proves I'm telling the truth."
"What does it prove? That you swiped some crappy watch from a woman I
had here last night? I bought it off of a knockoff vendor for 5 bucks."
"Didn't you love her? She loved you," Brian asked incredulously.
"Let me give you a hint," she said as she tossed her hair. Brian stared
at her intently.
She slammed the door in his face. Startled, Brian dropped the watch from
his hand. He picked it up off the floor and stared at it. He noticed
that it had stopped ticking. He stared at Margaret's door for a second
before he turned and walked away. He met up with Joe down the street. He
slipped into the car, and Joe pulled away from the curb. They did not
say a word to each other. Joe quickly figured out what had happened. He
turned away from Brian as he saw a tear come into one of Brian's eyes.
Brian cracked a smile as he stared vacantly at the broken watch in his
hand.
