Another Saturday night, another night out at the club sitting in the VIP
section for Clayton Moore. Life is good. No job, no responsibilities.
I live rent-free in my parents' guesthouse at one of our mansions. Most
of the week I sleep well past noon, get drunk, pick up random chicks,
and hang out with my friends. Well at least that was my life until
about a year ago. It turns out I have a kid and the kid's mom was
killed in a drunk driving accident. I'd like to say I was heartbroken
by her death, but I actually don't even really remember her. She was
just one of a string of random hookups. I always use protection, but I
guess this time I wasn't as protected as I thought. Well, enough about
that.
When I got the kid I thought I would be able to sponge her off onto my
parents or hire a nanny to take care of her. I'm a single guy in his
twenties and I wasn't about to let some baby get in the way of my social
life. I'm a popular guy and I had an image to keep up. I've always
been popular and had a lot of friends and girlfriends growing up. I was
always voted homecoming and prom king and I was the captain of my high
school's basketball team. In college I was one of the frat guys and
dated cheerleaders and dance team chicks.
Now at first my parents took care of the baby, Emily, and everything
went on the same until they decided it was time to teach me some
responsibility. They forced me to get a job at one of my dad's
companies. I played along, but I spent most of the day messing around
on Facebook and banging random chicks in the office. I guess this
didn't please my dad and soon I was fired and faced with an ultimatum.
It turns out they had a contingency in place to teach me responsibility
that they had hoped they would never had to use. I didn't think much
about it at the time, but my life was about to change dramatically.
I suppose now would be a good time to tell you a few things about
myself. I've always been a smaller guy who girls always described more
as cute rather than handsome. I knew girls only went out with me
because of my money, but I didn't care. Why would I care when I was
banging the hottest chicks in school? I guess the same could be
applied to my friends. I have never really had a best friend, just a
bunch of random friends who hang out with me. I knew they were only
there for the wild parties I threw and to get into the hottest clubs,
but again I didn't care.
Well, the day after I was fired my parents sat me down and told me my
life was about to change. I mostly ignored much of what they said until
they told me I would be cut off from their money until I learned some
responsibility. I scoffed at this. Sure they may be cutting me off,
but I could get by on my name alone. Everyone knew who I was. It
wouldn't be that hard to get a reality show like the Kardashians.
That was when I was handed a portfolio that they told me contained my
new temporary identity. I opened it up to find a bunch of papers and
some chick's driver's license. I admit I was confused until they told
me to look more closely at the ID. It turns out I was the girl in the
photo and ID wasn't a fake. Neither were the birth certificate, social
security card, and other documents and records. The papers were all for
some chick named Caitlyn Paige Thompson, daughter of Mark and Heather
Thompson.
Behind the documents were several photographs of 'Caitlyn' with her
parents and suddenly my memories came rushing back. Since I was a child
my parents seemed to encourage me to participate in any activity that
allowed me to dress up like a girl and I hate to admit it, but I make a
pretty convincing girl. There was dress up with my older sisters as a
child, Halloweens in girl costumes, powder-puff football games as a
cheerleader, womanless pageants, crossdress days, themed parties, and
fraternity rushing events.
The strangest part was that each time my parents took quite a few
pictures of me with people I didn?t really know. Among them were the
couple in the photo that they told me was friends of the family. It
turns out that the Thompsons were a couple my parents met at the
hospital the day I was born. They were expecting a daughter, but sadly
the baby came out stillborn. Somehow through my parents? connections
they were able to convince the Thompsons to participate in their plan.
Over the years an entire life was created for Caitlyn Thompson. She
participated in cheerleading, was homeschooled, and despite this had
several close friends and a few boyfriends. She was quite active on
Facebook and Twitter and had an Instagram account where she posted all
of her photos. As far as her movie, television, and music interests,
they were pretty close to my own. She was also a fan of the same sports
teams I was. I guess Caitlyn is what you would describe as something of
a tomboy, but still very feminine. Oh, and she also had her own car and
apartment.
Realizing just how much planning and detail they put into creating
Caitlyn I knew I was stuck. For the next year I was about to be a
single mom, but the Thompsons agreed to babysit my daughter while I was
at work. Of course there were still several things I had to go through
before my new life began. I was given lessons in everything about
living as a female. While my body was already very feminine and I had
no visible Adam?s apple, they felt I would need breast implants. They
assured me they would have them removed once the year was over, but
until then the only sign left of my masculinity was my penis. Of course
that too would remain hidden behind a realistic prosthetic vagina.
Eventually they decided I was ready for my new life to begin. I soon
found myself driving to Caitlyn?s apartment in what was now my yellow VW
bug. All traces of my old life were a distant memory as my parents only
allowed me to bring with me my daughter and my cat. I had been living
full time as Caitlyn for the past month in preparation for my new life
and had gotten pretty used to speaking in a female voice, doing my
makeup, and referring to myself as Caitlyn.
When I arrived at my apartment, a guy, who introduced himself as Jake,
getting out of his car nearby asked to help me carry my cat carrier.
Since I had to carry the baby, I saw no other option and accepted his
help. We rode up together in the elevator and I caught him checking me
out the entire time. I guess that would be something I would have to
get used to now since I was pretty hot as a chick and the outfit I was
wearing gave off quite a view of my legs and cleavage. I tried to
remain polite, but secretly I couldn?t wait to get off the elevator and
get into my new apartment. Unfortunately, it turned out that he
happened to live down the hall from me. When we reached my door, I
thanked him for his help and hurried inside as quickly as possible.
When I got inside my apartment, I was surprised to see how much effort
my parents had put into making it look like I had lived there for quite
a while. I had magazine subscriptions, mail, photos on my fridge and in
a digital frame, a kitchen full of partially eaten and drunken foods and
drinks, a closet full of clothes and shoes that looked previously worn,
and a bathroom full of various used makeups. Of course I knew that none
of these items had actually been used by anyone else, but they went out
of their way to make it look as though I?d been Caitlyn all my life.
I set my cat free and filled up her litter tray and poured her some cat
food and water. Once she was set I took my daughter to her crib and
laid her down to sleep. Once she was asleep I changed into a pair of
sleeping shorts and a tank top, grabbed my laptop, something to eat, and
sat on the couch. I turned on the TV and found a bunch of shows on the
DVR. I set an episode of Ray Donovan to play and opened my laptop.
Caitlyn?s Facebook was opened on the screen and I began scrolling
through her photos, friends, and wall comments to learn more about the
woman I was about to spend the next year as.
