I wake up groggily and roll out of bed. The clock says it is 2:30 in the
afternoon. I have to admit it has been a long time since I've been able

without it. I try not to over do it with the makeup, but I like to have

perfume to complete my look for the night. Finally, I select a purse and
pack it with everything I might need for the night. Soon, Courtney has

The two of us go out to her car and drive back to her apartment where Tom
and Ryan are waiting for us. The guys compliment us on our looks, but I
notice something different about Ryan than the other guys I've been set
up with. Unlike the other guys who were all over me from the moment they
saw me, Ryan appears slightly awkward and nervous. As we drive together
to the restaurant, he sits somewhat quietly next to me in the back seat.
It isn't until I bring up Game of Thrones that he suddenly becomes
sociable.
"So this season," he says. "I get to share some more scenes with
Daenerys. I know it sounds kind of weird to admit this since I work with
her, but I have a huge crush on her."
"She is very pretty," I reply trying not to sound like I am into her too.
"Oh, hey," he says perking up. "Do you watch Arrow?"
"Yes, I love Arrow," I respond.
"I'm going to be in an episode this season," he says. "I can't say who
I'm playing, but he's a pretty awesome character."
The conversation continues on like this all the way to the restaurant. I
admit I am feeling more comfortable around him and he appears to be
feeling more comfortable around me. He is also a big sports fan and we
are even fans of some of the same teams. I know I'm not interested in
being anyone's girlfriend, but I wouldn't mind having Ryan around as a
friend. After all, there is only so much girl talk I can take.
Throughout dinner, we continue talking about movies, sports, and TV
shows. At one point, Tom and Courtney excuse themselves to go to the
bar. They say it is to give us a little privacy, but I know it is
because they are bored with our conversation.
"Are you sure you're really a girl?" Ryan asks at one point catching me
by surprise. "I wish I knew more girls like you back in high school.
Maybe then I would have had a girlfriend."
I laugh realizing that his question wasn't because he had discovered my
secret. It turns out that despite his being an actor, Ryan is very shy
around women. He even reveals to me that he's never had a serious
girlfriend and that he was a virgin until his early twenties. I guess I
may not need the eye drops tonight.
"So I have tickets to next Friday's game," he says as the evening winds
down. "They aren't floor seats, but they are still pretty close to the
court. I was wondering if maybe you'd like to go with me. Don't worry
it's not a date, unless you want it to be, but there's no pressure or
anything."
"Sounds cool," I say putting him out of his misery.
He smiles and I can see him breath a sigh of relief. I have no intention
of leading him on, but as long as he doesn't see this as anything more
than a friendship, I won't mind spending more time with him. Maybe he
can even get me on the set of Arrow. I kind of have a thing for Katie
Cassidy. I guess you can say she's my girl crush. Although, if I'm
being honest, I probably have a lot more girl crushes than most girls.
Not long after this, we are back at Tom and Courtney's and the four of us
are sitting around talking. We are all drinking a bottle of wine and are
all a little tipsy. All of a sudden, Courtney, who is sitting next to
me, laughs too hard and our wine glasses crash together spilling wine on
both of us. Luckily it is a white wine so it won't leave a stain on my
dress.
"Oh, I'm so sorry," Courtney says. "Let me see if I have something you
can wear while your dress dries."
I follow her to her bedroom and she searches through her closet while I
take off my dress. Being different heights and body types, it takes her
some time to find something that fits me.
"So what do you think of Ryan?" she asks. "I notice you didn't use the
eye drop trick tonight."
"I actually had a lot of fun," I reply as Courtney tosses me something to
wear. "I don't know if I see us as a couple, but I really enjoyed talking
to him. He invited me to the game on Friday."
"So I guess this means you aren't going to the lesbian side yet," she
says jokingly, "If you are let me know before I get undressed in front of
you. You know I think you're pretty, just not in that way."
"You have nothing to worry about," I lie as we both laugh and continue
changing.
We finish changing and exit the bedroom. The outfit I'm wearing fits
awkwardly on me, but I suppose it's better than walking around in front
of Tom and Ryan in my underwear. I rejoin Ryan the guys on the couch
while Courtney goes to the kitchen to open another bottle of wine.
Soon the night winds down and Courtney is too drunk to drive me home.
Ryan offers me a ride, but I'm not yet ready for him to find out where I
live so I decline the offer. Ryan says his goodbyes and Tom makes up the
sofa bed for me to sleep on for the night. Before going to bed, I call
my parents and ask them if they could babysit Emily for a few extra hours
tomorrow since I am spending the night at Courtney's. They are more than
happy to oblige and look forward to spending the extra time with her. As
for the cat, Courtney gave her plenty of food and water before we left,
so she should be fine until I get back.
After talking to my parents and Emily for a little while, I change into a
large oversized t-shirt and settle under the covers. I wish I were home
so that I could have a little more private time and explore this vagina

have to get back to my busy schedule.
