Chapter One
I had ridden my motorcycle down from Texas to nearly halfway down Florida
so that I could get my 'Iron Butt 1500 mile' patch. The rest of the week I
planned to just take a long ride, something I had thought about doing a
lot but never had the nerve to actually do. I was not expected back for
about 10 days, and I knew I would spend at least the day relaxing in this
little old motel on the water, if not more. It had seen better days but
the interstates made travel go down the center of Florida these days -
which is how much of my journey had been.
I am not much of a beach person, or at least the type who plays in the
water and lays on the beach, but I always liked watching the waves. So,
about mid-morning I got a towel and robe and went over to the beach. The
water was warm but as I am not much of a swimmer (But a natural sinker) I
fairly quickly tired of that and sat underneath one of the beach umbrellas
that hotel has. There were only a couple of other people out, it was a
weekday, so no real surprise. I was sort of reading, sort of dozing, and
sort of watching the waves when I saw him come out of the water.
He was gorgous! Tall, muscled, hairy chest, short grey hair and about my
age. He had a mustache and a short beard, and was wearing well fitted
blue trunks. My eyes seem to be drawn to his trunks and his bulge of
their own accord. I found myself smiling slightly and licked my lips. I
realized I was staring when he stopped and looked at me, which made me
flustered and I looked away. I quickly gathered up my book and towel and
went back to my room.
I had never been affected like that by a man before. I kept thinking of
how handsome, and how strong he appeared. And yes, I admit I wondered
what it would be like to be held by him, to be kissed by him. That was
all wrong as I am straight and never even kissed a man, but here I was
thinking of how that would be?! But still my thoughts kept returning to
how he looked, and how hot he was!
I went into the bathroom and masturbated thinking of him - something I
usually do thinking of beautiful women. And I took a nap - riding a long
way on a motorcycle is work, even if it is fun. When I awoke I felt much
better and decided to walk over to the restaurant/ bar that was next door
as I really did not want to ride my bike. It was early but as I was alone
I sat at the bar after finding out that I could order food there as well
as a drink. Since I was in Florida, I got a Coconut Daiguiri and was
watching the sunset. The tables were starting to fill slowly, when I

I felt myself coloring again as I looked up at him. I am taller than
normal, but he was a good five inches taller than I am. And up close, he
was even more masculine than I had realized. He was wearing a light blue
golf shirt, khaki shorts, and sandels - not unlike what I had on but my
shirt was red and my shorts were dark green. I realized his shirt showed
his muscles quite well, and that his arms were extremely well muscled and
were covered with dark hair.
I said, "No," and heard my voice break. "No," stronger this time, "it's
open," and he slid into the seat. My heart was beating like crazy, and I
turned back to my drink. The bartender (a cute blonde) came over and
asked what he wanted. I could tell she was flirting with him, and well, I
could not blame her. In a deep voice he ordered a Mojito and then he said
- and another of whatever she's having. There was no one sitting on the
other side and I realized he was referring to me!
Gawd! I did not know what to do - I could feel myself blushing as,
embarrassed, I turned to him and started to say something and he just put
his hand on mine and gave it a squeeze. Just like that I, I grew quiet.
He leaned over me and said in a much quieter voice, "I saw you looking at
me this morning when I came out of the water. Did you like what you saw?"
Then he paused and looked me in the eyes, and said "I thought it was very
cute when you ran off. And that you were very cute as well!"
I realized he still had his hand on mine, and I started to pull it away,
when somehow my hand got turned over and he was holding my hand in both of
his. I looked up into his eyes, and started to shake my head -
"No," I said, "I was not really looki-" when he bent his head down and
gave me a kiss. I wasn't much of a kiss as kisses go, little more than
brushing his lips against mine, but I felt it down to my toes and found
myself becoming even more flustered. The bartender came back just then.
She said "Here's your Mojito, and here is her Daiquiri." I looked at her
and then down. I did not know what to do, or say. I felt so small next
to him, I could feel his presence even if I looked away. He tookone of
his hands from mine and lifted his glass and said to me "A toast for what
the future may hold," and touched his glass to mine. Not knowing what
else to do, I took a sip. I could feel him, sitting next to me, very
male. And what did that make me? I was a man too. Wasn't I?
He asked the bartender if we could move to a table, and I found myself
being led through the restaurant by the hand by this very tall, very
handsome man. He held the chair out for me, which seemed all wrong but
was somehow something I liked. And he sat down next to me. We made it
through dinner, and I found myself a time or two touching his arm when I
talked, and found myself smiling for no real good reason. I should not be
here, I would think, at the same time that every other thought was how
handsome he was and how much I wanted to kiss him, to put my arms around
his neck so that I could run my fingers through his hair. It was wrong,
and I knew it, but I kept thinking it.
I found out his name was Ryker, and that he was marine biologist. He was
on vacation as well, and was staying here as his sister runs the motel.
We both had fish, and he told me about the life of the fish in the ocean,
which was very interesting. I had drank two daiquries, and he had ordered
wine for us with dinner, so I was not drunk but could feel the effects. I
excused myself to go to the rest room. I considered trying to sneak away,
but I had not paid for my meal, and when I went back to the table, he was
gone. I felt both relieved and disappointed and was looking for the
waiter only to be told that 'My boyfriend had already paid.' My
boyfriend? I thought. Gah. "I am not gay and he is not my boyfriend." I
made my way out of the restaurant and there Ryker was, waiting for me. He
had a sack from the store, you know the type. They carry everything from
beach towels to souviners. He said, "Let me walk you back to your room,"
and again took my hand in his. I did not know if I liked it or not. No,
that's not true. I loved holding his hand, but I knew I was not supposed
to like it. This was all messed up.
We got to my room, and I did not know if I should ask him inside. I knew
I wanted to. A lot. I unlocked the door and turned to him and he raised
a finger to my lips and said, "Shhh. I know that this is all new to you.
And that your thoughts are all mixed up. This is for you," and put the
bag into my hands. "No, don't look now."
I could feel myself tremble as his arms went around me. And yes, I slid
one arm around his neck pulling his head down, as his lips met mine. His
pulled me in close and I felt him get hard against me. Gawd, it felt so
good, and I pushed against him! I gave a little gasp and opened my mouth
slightly and felt his tongue enter my mouth. I loved it! I wanted to
keep holding him, and realized his hand was stroking my back and the other

"Ryker," I said, gasping a little, "do you...." He said, "Shhh. I am
going to leave you now." Which caused my heart to pang a bit as I did not
want him to go. "In that sack you will find something I bought for you.
I will be at the beach tomorrow morning at 8. If you like, come over
wearing what you were today. Or, and this is what I hope, you will wear
what I bought for you. Or, You can always not come at all," with a
sadness in his voice.
With that, he turned and walked away, leaving me clutching the bag. I
watched him walk away, admiring him yet again, and I slowly closed the
door, and opened the bag. Inside was something I could never have
imagined: A Bikini. It was cute, with panels of blue with white polka
dots, and was edged in pink. It was the kind that tied around your neck
and in back, so it would fit many different sized people.
I did not sleep much last night. I kept reliving our kiss, and how he
made me feel. I loved the way it felt for his body to be next to mine,
and how I felt, if not feminine next to him, certainly not masculine.
It's almost 8 o'clock now. I am looking down at the bikini and wondering,
do I get on my bike and go down the road? Or do I go to him wearing the
bikini?
