MY NEW PERSONAL TRAINER

January 19
So, this is Day 16 of my new training regime and Joy has suggested I keep
a diary to record my progress. It was so nice of Eric - my stepfather -
to pay for both the program and personal sessions with Joy, as a
Christmas present. So far it's been going great! I've done pretty well in
sticking to the diet Joy gave me. And whatever is in the vitamins she's
had me taking, they seem to be having a great effect too! I'm feeling
stronger, but at the same time also a lot less worried about things. The
blue pills she has me take before our sessions at the gym make me feel
especially calm. It seems like I can push right through the pain and
strains of some of the stretching she has me doing. And I'm not sure
whether it's the pills, or how good she is at putting me at ease, but I
seem to be able to talk to her in a way I've never experienced before
with any girl - much less a woman as pretty as she is! I should be really
tongue-tied, but somehow I can chat to her. I so look forward to our
sessions!
January 27
Big achievement today! I can touch my toes - without bending my knees I
mean. But Joy said that while it was okay to be pleased about that, I can
and should aim for a lot more. She's such a good motivator! I'm now doing
yoga morning and night, and it leaves me feeling super flexible. I asked
Joy if we were going to start doing more weights to build up my muscles,
but she says that has to wait until I've really strengthened my core.
February 23
One of the big changes I've noticed is how well I'm sleeping now. Instead
of staying up late to play video games, I always get to bed now before
midnight and get a good night in before waking early for my morning yoga.
The meditation recordings Joy has me listening to really help me drift
off. It's funny, because when I wake up I can never quite remember what
was in them after the first few minutes - just how peaceful they made me
feel.
March 5
Joy has asked if I want to take my training to the next level! Apparently
she offers a special program to trainees who are showing particular
promise. It involves group lessons at her personal studio, rather than
going to my regular gym. I asked Eric, and he said he was happy to pay
for it. I gave him a big hug when he told me that. That's not something
I've ever done before, but Joy is constantly talking about the importance
both of being positive and showing affection. I could tell Eric was
surprised but also pleased - and I was rewarded with a compliment about
how great I was looking!
March 7
The first of my new training sessions is tomorrow. In preparation for it,
Eric bought me a new workout outfit, in accordance with Joy's
instructions. The pants are black, tight-fitting and have these kind of
mesh strips or panels. The matching black top covers only the upper half
of my chest, leaving my belly button exposed, and has thin shoulder
straps rather than sleeves. It too has a mesh panel at the front. I joked
to Eric that they almost looked like tights and a bra and he thought that
was very funny.
March 8
My first session in the amazing studio that Joy has set up in the
basement of her house. There were eight of us in the group, all around my
age, in pretty good shape, and wearing the same outfit I was. At first, I
thought most of them were girls, but I gradually realised that was
because of the makeup they were wearing, or their brightly coloured
fingernails. In fact, they were all boys! Or young men, anyway. Really
strange! But the session itself was great - lots of yoga, strength work
using stretchable bands, and a lot of stretching exercises in pairs. It's
amazing how much further you can bend, fold or reach with someone else to
hold and encourage you!
March 20
I've had a few sessions now with the group and I finally got round to
asking Joy why so many of the others wear makeup or nail polish, despite
being male. She laughed and said it was just a bit of freedom of
expression. There was no reason boys shouldn't look as nice as girls! She
said there were any number of pop stars and models who used makeup and
gave me some examples to look up on the internet. I did that when I got
home and found some great pictures and articles, which I saved in my
special folder. I also started following some of the prettier guys. I
realised as I did so that it was weeks since I'd paid any attention to
what my favourite actresses or female singers were up to. Just busy with
exercise I guess.
March 27
Joy has been pairing with me with another guy who started the same time I
did, Neil. He's really sweet and has a great looking body. Mind you, he
said the same about mine when I told him so! He's very easy to talk to,
and we've taken to going out to grab a coffee or a milkshake after our
sessions with Joy. I don't think I've had a close friend since - well,
for as long as I can remember, what with being so nervous and shy. But
for whatever reason, we're getting on famously.
March 30
At Joy's suggestion, I've shaved all the hair off my arms, legs, body -
even my armpits and between my legs! She gave me a special cream to use
to reduce any irritation. I have to say that I'm loving how it feels to
be so smooth, especially wearing my workout pants!
April 5
An interesting new exercise today, though it quickly became clear that
everyone except Neil and I had done this one before. Each pair was
positioned facing one another holding stretchable bands that were
fastened behind us. The challenge was to lean forward, keeping our feet
flat on the floor, our chins out and our bodies completely straight,
until we touched our partner. Once that was achieved, we would hold for
ten seconds, return to the starting position, then try again, as many
times as we could before our muscles gave out and we lost our form. Neil
and I weren't sure what to do when we reached one another the first time,
but a glance around showed that the other pairs were finding it easiest
to press their mouths together. So we did that too. It seemed strange,
but also - quite nice, almost? I was glad I had brushed my teeth
beforehand, and judging by the minty taste, Neil had too! It could have
been really embarrassing, but we actually had a good laugh about it
afterwards.
April 10
I seem to be putting on weight on one part of my body, rather than losing
it - my bottom. I asked Joy about it and she said it was perfectly
natural and not to worry about it. When I told Eric he laughed and made
some joke about a bubble that I didn't get. My mother didn't think it was
funny either - but then she hasn't been quite so keen on the training
program either. That's a shame, because I couldn't be happier about it.
April 16
I got a bit of a shock today. Neil was wearing makeup! Not a lot, just
some lipstick and eyeliner, but it made him even prettier than usual.
Sexy, even. (Am I allowed to call a boy sexy? Well, this is my diary, so
I guess so!) Anyway, we had to do what Neil and I have jokingly started
calling the kissing exercise, and I must say that his lips tasted
different with all that bright pink. (The shade is called bubblegum,
apparently,) I might just possibly have held the "kisses" a bit longer
than usual to taste it properly, with my tongue. I checked with Neil
afterwards to make sure he didn't mind, and luckily for me he didn't. He
asked me though when I was going to try makeup myself!
April 20
Since Neil asked me about trying makeup, I've thought of nothing but. I
finally decided to ask my parents what they thought. My mother was a bit
doubtful, but Daddy (that's what I'm calling Eric now, he's been so great
to me lately) was all for it. He talked her into showing me how to figure
out what colours to use, and all the different options and products. I
had no idea it was so involved!
May 7
After more than two solid weeks of practice, I finally went to a training
session today wearing makeup. I got a round of applause from the other
girls! And Joy gave me a great big hug, she was so pleased. Neil said he
couldn't wait to find out what my lipstick tasted like, and we must have
spent two hours afterwards talking about nothing but makeup! I even had
some of the other girls asking about the products I was using. I say
girls, because that's what Joy now calls us, and I suppose we've fallen
into the habit too. We're all still boys of course!
May 19
I've been enjoying makeup so much that I now wear it every day, even when
going to the shops, or staying home for my classes (I've always studied
at home). Considering how anxious I used to be going almost anywhere,
it's amazing how confident I now feel. Of course my new clothes help.
Daddy helped me pick them out and even paid for them. He's such a
sweetie! My favourite look is a pretty simple one: a pair of cut-off
denim shorts, a flannel shirt that can either be worn long or tied up
above my belly button, and wedge-heeled sandals that are apparently
really good for calf strength. The open toes also show off the nail
polish I've now taken to wearing - another idea I got from Neil!
May 24
It was my birthday today and Daddy got me the most wonderful presents!
First, he took me to get both my ears and navel pierced. The piercings
hurt a bit, but I love the look of the diamond studs I now have, and I'm
looking forward to trying out some dangly earrings in particular. After
the piercings were finished, he also paid for the most expensive haircut
I've had in my life! It was a really fancy salon and the very friendly
girls there spent what seemed like hours working on my hair, which has
grown out a fair bit since I started the training program - so long in
fact that I have to put it in a ponytail when I'm exercising. They didn't
cut it short, but made it a lot more wavy, and added some blonde streaks
which Daddy told me afterwards looked fabulous! And I had to agree! He
got a big kiss for treating me so nicely.
June 7
A new round of exercises today, most involving very close work with our
partners. The toughest one by far was something called a double dare
crunch. Not sure if I can describe it properly, but person A starts with
their back on the floor, legs spread, with person B standing between them
and looking down at A. B lifts A's legs in the air and wraps them tight
around their waist. B then takes A's hands and pulls them up, with A's
legs still locked around B, until their faces are level. Or, if A has
really, really strong abs (and there was only one person in our class who
could do this), they lever their body up into that position without help.
A then leans back, still holding their legs in place, and crunches back
up, either with or without B's hands underneath their buttocks to provide
support. Neither Neil or I was able to do more than one crunch, though we
didn't help ourselves with all the giggling whenever we had to grab each
other's butt!
June 23
I realised today that it's been ages since I last shaved - my face, I
mean. Joy says that's a positive effect of being so fit and healthy. I'm
definitely not missing all that ugly hair!
July 6
My mother is away visiting her sister. Daddy was telling me how difficult
he finds it to get to sleep when on his own. I offered to come and sleep
with him to keep him company. He said no at first, but I eventually
persuaded him. It was lovely snuggling up to him, especially on a chilly
night and in such a big, comfy bed! He seemed to be shivering quite a
lot, and I was a bit worried he might be catching a fever, but after a
trip to the bathroom he seemed to settle down okay and we quickly got to
sleep.
July 10
I'm sleeping every night now with Daddy. He bought me a lovely new set of
pyjamas to wear, They're not the usual cotton, but some kind of soft,
lacy fabric that feels so good against my smooth skin. They don't keep me
very warm, but that's okay because I've got my lovely big bear of a daddy
to cuddle up with! I did check with Joy to make sure it was alright to be
sleeping with Daddy. She said it was fine, as long as I made sure to
still listen to my meditation tapes every night.
July 16
I was able to do some of the double dare crunches today without Neil
holding me up! I'm only the third person in the class to do that. Neil
pretended to be very jealous, but I know from the way he kissed me
afterwards that he was really pleased for me. So was Daddy. He took me
out for a lovely dinner to celebrate and we went to see a movie
afterwards. Such a fun night! He said that if it was okay with me, we
might make that a regular event. I told him that would be lovely. I've
also noticed that he's taken to calling me Kira when we're out, rather
than Keir. I think I might like to be called that all the time - a new
name for the new me!
July 28
I asked Daddy why my mother was still away. He said they'd had some big
arguments - though he didn't say about what - and that she was probably
not coming back. That made me very sad, until Daddy said that I would
still be able to stay with him if I wanted. That cheered me right up,
because of course I did! When I told him that he gave me a big hug and
said he would always take care of his special princess. I really like it
when he talks about me that way.
August 5
I had told Joy about how much I liked being called Kira. She asked the
rest of the class if they wanted to choose new names as well - and
everyone did! Some made only small changes, like Carl to Carla, but Neil
was one of those who wanted something very different. We're now calling
him - or her, as she now also prefers, Monique. She told me afterwards
that she'd been dreaming for months about using that name, but had kept
it a secret. I said it was a gorgeous name for a gorgeous person, and you
should have seen the blush that produced!
August 19
A big day today at the group training session. It was strange, worrying
and exciting, all at the same time! We spent the session doing nothing
but very close work with our partners. What was different this time was
the effect that rubbing my body against Monique's had on my thingy - you
know, the thing between my legs, what I use to pee. It swelled right up
and became both bigger and stiffer, to the point where the lump in my
pants was impossible to hide. I have a vague recollection of that having
happened before - but certainly not since I started training with Joy.
Fortunately for me, Monique had the same problem - and so did everyone
else in the class, although that didn't stop it being super embarrassing!
Nevertheless, we made it through the whole session, before Joy addressed
the elephant (or maybe elephant trunks!) in the room. Our "erections", as
she called them, were just a by-product of a new vitamin we were taking,
although they were also a sign of getting "understandably excited" about
our partner's hot body. She said that we would have to get used to
working out in that state, but that there was also a fun way of "getting
rid of the problem" at the end of each class. She demonstrated by asking
Carla to pull down her pants, wrapping her hand around the stiff thingy
now on display, and then stroking it with the help of some kind of
lotion. It only took a minute or so of this for Carla to start moaning
and then little blobs of gooey cream were shooting out of the tip. After
that, Carla's thingy shrank back to what we assumed was its normal size.
Joy made Carla lick up any goo that escaped the tissues she'd asked Carla
to hold ready. Then she got each of the rest of us to take care of our
partners in the same way. I went first with Monique, who turned out to
have a much bigger thingy than me - or indeed anyone else in the class.
It took me a little while to get the hang of what to do, but once I got
the rhythm it seemed no time at all before Monique, thanks to poor aim,
was spraying her cream all over my face! Monique dutifully licked it all
off, which I must admit I quite enjoyed, especially when she kissed me
and I got to taste some of it! It was strange, if not unpleasant. And I
must have been excited, because Monique had hardly started work on my
thingy before I experienced this wonderful feeling of relief and shot my
goo straight into the waiting tissues. (I was actually sorry not to have
made any mess to clean up!) After that, we took turns to use the shower
and then left, though not before Joy told us that we were all "ready for
the next phase of our training". I can't wait to find out what that
involves!
