It took a couple of more days to get us - Elof, Knut, Oskar, Ove and myself ready for our mission. We were a bit worried about the weather when the locals told us that it might be changing. In general, the weather was good and bright, the nights were cold, but the days were clear and nice. Two more weeks of that and this mission could be over! I used the last night before our mission to send one more letter to Saga. I hoped that I’d be able to arrive back home immediately after the letter.

My mother had taught me about different religions, their beliefs and priests. Her opinion about all of them was that even if their teachings were actually quite good, the problem was that the people carrying out those beliefs quite often had some personal agendas which weren’t always as good. The end result of her teachings was that I knew about different religions, but I didn’t really believe in any of them, which was quite common in our little village as it was too small to attract any of those religions - or anyone who might have benefited from them. However, right now I thought that maybe I should have given my respects at least to Thor, the God of thunder and battle. Or maybe he was just unhappy because of our cowardly plan of attack.

During our second day of travel the weather indeed changed. Dark clouds appeared with the wind and snow started. An hour later, the gentle snow had turned into a full snowstorm and the deepening snow made the going hard and dangerous. As if that wasn’t enough, I had to admit that none of us had any clothing that would have been suitable for surviving the snowstorm. I would have liked to continue, but there was something else, too. Maybe it was because of our previous encounters, but I could feel the presence of the creature if I allowed myself to ‘open’ to it. Since I wasn’t really sure what it could do to me magically, I didn’t really want to do that. I still remembered what I had felt, even from a distance, when the beast had attacked Ivar.

Suddenly the whole feeling had changed. While the magic had previously been almost like a beacon or bonfire if you only dared to look at it, now there was only a dim glow, like a curtain had been lowered between me and the beast. I stopped, since keeping the correct direction in a snowstorm was almost impossible. Suddenly, understanding hit me like a big brick. That damned beast had decided to hibernate! Of course, even if it had feathers it was otherwise like a lizard - and lizards hibernated. Suddenly, I felt cheated, defeated - and angry.

“We have to turn back, Stian. We cannot survive in this storm with the clothes we have,” Rafal told me.

I looked ahead and considered our situation. I could still dimly feel the creature and I was quite sure that eventually I’d be able to find it. But shooting it from a distance would be out of question - we’d need to get close in order to hit or strike it. Of course, sleeping or hibernating would make things even easier for us. Or maybe the beast would freeze to death! As that thought came to my mind I started shivering myself, and I noticed that my companions looked much worse. It was clear that they weren’t at all used to conditions like this.

During our journey back, the weather only got worse and besides finding the way I had to make sure that my friends were as protected as possible. By the time we stopped for a break, my partners were surprised when I started digging and piling the snow so that we finally had some ground visible, and the piled snow gave us some protection from the wind. As soon as I had that ready, I gathered some dry branches from the nearby trees and started a fire. Once it gained some strength, I added even more branches to it and we started to evaluate our situation. Despite being hungry as hell and freezing to death, we were doing quite well. Personally, I was sure that by using snow and branches with needles I would have managed a day or two even in the snowstorm, but I didn’t trust that my friends would be able to do that. In fact, I was quite sure that they wouldn’t have been able to make it.

Since the snow made the surroundings brighter we were able to continue walking throughout the night after our break. Being the only one accustomed to this kind of weather, I made sure that we stopped at regular intervals while I checked my friends for frostbite. Luckily for us, the wind wasn’t as bad when we got to the lower ground, but the accumulating snow made it still very difficult to keep going and even if we kept on going it would be late in the evening when we finally were back to the village again. By that time, I had to admit that despite my disappointment, I was happy to be back.

As soon as the people noticed that we were back, there was a whirlwind of activity around us and Cajsa hugged and kissed us all. Elof didn’t mind and for sure I didn’t mind at all - not even Rafal seemed to mind. Yes, they were more or less officially a couple now. I had been told that relationships between fellow Guardians were normally frowned upon - especially as Cajsa was considered an officer and Rafal was merely a Sergeant. Although this situation was far from normal, none of the other Guardians cared and I was only a bit jealous of Rafal. Okay, quite a lot since, he had Cajsa here and now, and my Saga was on the other side of the mountains. It didn’t really help me that Ove was getting friendly with Astrid’s mother and he probably spent more nights ‘helping’ her than with the rest of us.

I really felt it when I saw how Astrid’s mother openly kissed Ove while I tried to see through the wall and past the mountains back to my home village. Most probably there was also winter and lots of snow falling, but the closeness of the sea made sure that the temperature wouldn’t stay extremely low for long periods of time.

“I’m really sorry for you Stian, you should have no part in this.”

I almost snapped. I wanted to shout and yell for all the unfairness, but Rafal’s presence reminded me of my father, and I just couldn’t. I remembered that when I had been younger, I had once complained to him about something that seemed unfair to me. He had put his hand on my shoulder just as Rafal had his good hand on me right now and my father’s words echoed in my mind: ‘It may seem utterly unfair to you, my son, but the sad truth is that the world doesn’t care.’

“Unfair or not, the world doesn’t care.”

“What did you say Stian?” Rafal asked.

“It was something my father said to me once: ‘It may seem unfair to you, but sadly, the world doesn’t care.’”

First Rafal laughed but then he turned serious.

“Stian, you are much too young to think that way. You have your life ahead of you, and we’ll all make sure that you get back. Besides, since you’re not a Guardian but an outside helper, you should earn a small fortune during this trip.”

“We need to kill the beast first.”

“We will Stian, right now I’m sure we will. I haven’t thanked you before for giving us some hope and maybe even a new chance to live. You know that I never thought that ... I mean, that...”

“About Cajsa and you? Yes, I know.”

Despite the jealousy I was feeling, I could not help grinning at the way the older man blushed. Besides, I had to admit that his words had some merit. I was still young and after helping the Guardians, nobody would be able to question my position in the village.

Since both the villagers and Cajsa and Rafal were extremely happy to have the rest of us back safe and unharmed, they all agreed that it was a good reason to celebrate. Besides, with all the snow outside and all the cattle inside barns, there was nothing else to do, right? My sensible part tried to convince me that getting something to eat and a good night’s sleep might be an even better idea, but since I was a hero after killing those two Trolls, I had to join the celebration.

The following morning I woke up naked in the corner of the big common room in which we had the party, with my head hurting terribly, my stomach uneasy, with an enormous need to pee and Astrid sleeping next to me under the blankets. At least she had a nightgown on. Shit. Somehow I managed to find my pants and made my way to the outhouse without waking her. I even managed to take care of the most urgent business without problems. After that I still felt dirty and terrible and for a moment I considered my options. I needed to freshen up if I wanted to feel even a bit alive again. So, after a quick look around I took a place next to the house, threw my pants to the ground and washed myself - both my body and my head - with the fresh, newly fallen snow. It felt cold and terrible but I knew that I would not miss that terribly smelling sweat that had dried on my skin.

“Have you said in your letters to Saga that she has some serious competition?”

Of course I turned around, just to see Cajsa and Astrid’s mother, Helga, standing on the porch looking at me. Naked me. With Cajsa holding my pants.

“Oh, Stian, you need some clean pants. You just can’t put these back on after washing yourself.”

Then she turned to Astrid’s mother. “I must have been wrong before, he doesn’t look at all dangerous now.”

Both of the women giggled when I joined them at the porch, shivering from the cold.

“Can I have at least something?? I’m freezing.”

“You’ll get something once we’re all inside. It’s too cold to stay out here.”

Didn’t I just say that to her? Luckily for me, not everyone was awake yet, only the women and for some reason they were in no hurry to find me something clean to wear. I probably would have died from embarrassment, but as I was quite sure that I’d die from my headache, first, I just didn’t care.

“No, you were quite right, Cajsa. He seems less dangerous now.”

“Who is dangerous, mom? Stian?” Astrid asked.

As soon as Astrid turned out to be awake, the women were finally able to find some suitable clothes for me. As though Astrid had not seen something much worse already. On the other hand, maybe a bit of teasing was just what she needed to see and hear. Gradually, I was also able to join the living again.

During the following days, we learned that this kind of weather was something quite exceptional in this area, but something that did happen every now and then. The problem was that once the cold period started it usually lasted several weeks, maybe even months. Even the river froze but luckily not before I had been able to send another letter to Saga. It should reach her, since the ocean remained ice-free and there was some trade going to our village throughout the winter.

Here, the longer and warmer summers had made sure that there would be no shortage of food. Not even with our group spending the winter as long as I agreed to do some hunting and fishing. Yes, I was familiar with fishing through a hole in the ice.

“Maybe the beast will starve and die from the cold up there.”

Elof had found me outside looking up to the mountains and he had guessed correctly what I had been thinking. As if there had been many options. We had been stuck here for some time now and the Winter solstice and the big celebration would be on us in a few days. I opened my mind as I had done a few times before.

“No, it’s up there, sleeping. It could have escaped before the winter came, but I’m sure it knew Winter would come. When I saw it for the second time, it had gotten much fatter.”

“Can you... - you know. Can you sense it?”

I nodded to him.

“In a way, I can. It is so powerful that it probably just cannot turn itself totally off, not even while hibernating.”

Now it was Elof’s turn to nod.

“That was what Ivar said, too. He said that it was so powerful that even the normal Magicians can sense it without any tricks if they are close enough. It seems that beast may also affect those who cannot do magic.”

The pain was evident in his voice. Probably for the first time, I really understood that his love for Ivar must have been something very deep, maybe not quite as deep as it had been between my mother and father, but certainly much more than I had seen between some couples in our village.

“I’m sorry for your loss. I’m sure that you really loved each other.”

He didn’t answer me with words but his nod and the hand that patted my back told me enough. After a while we both went our own ways and I returned to one of the barns where I had been making some more arrows I could use while hunting. I didn’t dare to use any of my good arrows for normal hunting since I was afraid that I’d need all of them once Spring came.

I survived the Winter solstice celebration and all the attention Astrid gave me. In fact, she was quite a nice kid to spend some time with, and she also offered me some protection against some older girls who had suddenly understood that there was a new guy in the village - and would be for some time still. As soon as it was clear that the snow would stay on the ground the whole winter, I had started to make snow shoes for myself. Once I had them ready, I started hunting again and that increased my popularity even more. Since I was hunting, they were able to save some more of their herd for the coming Spring and Summer, which might not have been possible otherwise. I also wanted to hunt, since I needed to test my new arrows, made from a special kind of hardwood growing on this side of the mountains.

A month later I was quite ready to climb the walls, since there was no sign of Spring and I had read all the books they had in the village, which surprised some people even more. Astrid was eager to learn to read better, and she managed to get me to help at the school. It was just like back home during wintertime when there wasn’t that much to do; the children were sent to some homes where they had prepared a room for teaching. Since I was able to read well and also do some calculations, they wanted me to help. Or rather, Astrid informed me that I had agreed to help. Once Cajsa heard about that she laughed so hard that she almost fell from her chair. Well, I was happy that I could make her laugh since otherwise her mornings were terrible. Yes, she was with a child. Oops.

Cajsa being pregnant was one more thing that made all of us even more determined that we would kill the beast. The beast had killed Ivar and now Cajsa and Rafal deserved some happiness together. It goes without saying that I practiced my magic skills whenever I could - the only problem was, the only creatures that seemed to be aware of magic - or the fact that somebody was using magic - were cats. I wasn’t really surprised. Cats seemed to like my company and they also seemed able to absorb all the magic drops I left around - and without any effect on them. Maybe I should surround myself with cats and then attack the creature: The cats would then nullify all the magical tricks the creature would try.

Of course the secret of our little group also got out. There was no way that Ove could have kept it secret from Astrid’s mother. Well, we are sure that he tried, very hard. But he was putty in Helga’s hands, or his mind was. Knut and Oskar teased him mercilessly about that, but since both cousins ‘helped’” three widows they could as well have shut up. I never figured out what the system was with that help, but both of them were eager to do it whenever possible.

I also got some offers, but I had decided to stay true to Saga. Besides, Astrid made sure that approaching me with those things in mind was really frowned upon. The only thing with Astrid that really bothered me, was that she occasionally sneaked out to sleep with me. That alone wouldn’t have been so bad, since I’d never done anything with her, but my dreams had started to be alarming enough without Astrid being there, touching me. Oh, I really needed to get back home to be with Saga.

When once I expressed my worries to Helga she laughed at me at first.

“Oh, I know that you wouldn’t do anything to hurt Astrid. But Stian, you need to understand that she may still be a bit afraid, and she also feels dirty because of the Trolls. I know that she’s still a virgin and that nothing happened, not with the Trolls and not with you. You are a good young man Stian, and I trust you.”

That wasn’t the problem. I trusted myself, too but I didn’t really trust Astrid. Luckily, she hadn’t yet started her transformation into a woman.

Gradually and slowly, the winter started to turn into Spring. Since the snow cover was much thicker than it usually was on this side of the mountains, the Spring would probably be late and the Spring floods would be high. The people at the village started to prepare for the flooding, while our party started to prepare ourselves for the trip to the tree line. Most of the arguments we had were about Cajsa, but she simply informed us that, if the rest of us - especially Rafal - were going, she would be as well. After all, she wasn’t sick - only a few months pregnant. Most likely she was not the only one, if anything could be guessed from the discussions between Helga and Ove. I was the only one who saw that, and I wasn’t going to give him away.

What finally triggered our departure was that I sensed some change in the magic the creature was broadcasting. I couldn’t tell what kind of change it was, but it was a change. It was three days before the Spring equinox when the snow had melted so much that we were able to start our trip up the mountains. I was quite certain that the beast was not fully awake, yet, but it would only be a matter of days when that would happen - I hoped that we’d be ready by then.

Hidden Heritage II The ScholarsChapter 27

“Oops, how clumsy of me! Luckily we have a cleaning boy nearby - boy, come here and clean this mess! Hurry up!” “You shouldn’t be smoking inside the Library.” I knew that it was useless to talk sense to these guys. They were the future leaders and they already knew that. However, only the most stupid or the most arrogant of them would smoke inside the Library. The fact that you were able to get some tobacco proved that you were important, you had some real contacts. The fact that you smoked...

Hidden Heritage II The ScholarsChapter 26

It took me two weeks to get those six children out of the forest. It also meant that I barely slept those nights. It was clear that the people who had been chasing Frey and I had not forgotten their humiliation and, a few times, we had to hide from a searching party and their dogs. Even if I could easily make the trip from Aston to their hiding place in a day, there was no way that we could move the little kids that fast. Then there was Tove who was pregnant. What made things a bit easier was...

Hidden Heritage I The GuardiansChapter 13

When I slowly rode towards home after that conversation, I felt conflicted about my future. In a way, it would have been very easy to accept a future in which I’d marry either Siv or Erika - or why not both of them! That would really put Saga and her new husband in their place. Since there was no active church or priests nearby, there would probably be no protests. Yes, that would be something. Only that it might not be fair to the girls. I sighed. Well, it had been a nice daydream. Then...

“Guardians - and a Magician. Interesting, most interesting. That man should be nobody, but suddenly he has connections none of his class should have. I’ll need to ask around, very carefully. We need to keep in mind that there are more ways to skin a cat than one.” The fact that Elise didn’t doubt us - or, in this case, me - at all, confirmed to me, more than anything else, that I was now an integral part of this family. Two weeks later, we were well past the midway of the autumn term and...

The sisters were true to their word and the following morning, after breakfast, we prepared to visit the University for the first time. In theory, I knew where the University buildings were located inside this city and I was sure that I would have been able to find my way there. However, walking through the morning streets with these odd Lykke twins was really an experience. The twins were able to sit in silence for ages, but if they decided that it was time to talk they could be as bad as...

“I’m sorry, Stian. I betrayed your trust.” I looked at Linnea and reminded myself not to be angry. First of all, it would have been useless since Linnea had acted like the young wolves acted inside their pack. It was clear that here, inside this house, Mrs. Hansen was the top wolf. She was the one telling us what to do and Linnea would be the one following the orders if those were given to her. Oh, Linnea was quite capable of making decisions, but if someone with authority came and gave her...

The sun had moved only two palm-widths on the sky, but I could already tell that the Guardians didn’t trust my skills at all. Once we were on our way, I tried to get some more information about the creature we were chasing, but none of them wanted to talk about it. Should I be helping them to catch or kill some creature when they didn’t want to tell me anything about it? What’s more, the Lieutenant wanted to start the chase from the point they had stopped chasing it - which would put us more...

Hidden Heritage I The GuardiansChapter 19

I didn’t sleep well the night before the hearing. Ake had visited my place a day before and had asked me to come to his house the following morning. The hearing wouldn’t be a public event, but for sure some curious villagers would stay around, and they would like to know what the moderator would decide. After all, nothing like this had happened around here in ages - if ever. On my way to Ake’s home, I got my fair share of sympathy from the villagers - but some of them also hinted that I...

Hidden Heritage I The GuardiansChapter 7

By the morning of the fifth day of my journey, I already regretted that I hadn’t bought a horse since the books were heavy. The problem was that I hadn’t been sure about food for the horse. I was closing on the pass, and I was positive that I would be able get to the other side even during this day. Maybe I could see the sea and the sun setting on the horizon. Yeah, maybe - if there were no clouds. Hey, that had to happen every now and then. I was sure that there would be much more rain on...

It was clear that the woman riding next to me didn’t feel comfortable riding a horse. The negotiations last evening made it clear that Birgit was very willing to look for new profitable business possibilities, and after sampling the products, it was soon agreed that the following morning she would accompany me to visit my ‘aunts’ in order to discuss things in more detail - and to check that the quality of our products was consistent. That day there was some more discussion about long term plans, but no decisions were made and I remained silent to that point. I had some ideas but they might be all stupid ones. I needed to know more and, as I now had more or less secured my position here, I would be able to do just that. Besides helping the Elves. Fainauriel and Bellcauniel very seldom failed to tease me if I looked tired in the morning. The point of that was that they knew that I’d do my best to make them suffer because...

Two days later, I had two deer in pieces inside my smoke room, and before dark I had managed to chop quite a lot of firewood, even though I knew that I’d still several days of work in front of me. But not this evening. I had washed myself outside and I had a distant feeling that I was being watched. Or a hint of a feeling. Or maybe even less. Or maybe I was just getting paranoid. Before leaving, Verya had named my cat Tariel, saying that without any doubt she was the real queen of my...

From the surprised looks on the faces of my mates, they had absolutely no idea what she was talking about. However, it was clear that some girls were missing and the Guardians were supposed to find them. From the corner of my eye I noticed the look of terror that flashed on Cajsa’s face for a short moment. Something in her looks made me feel very cold and it had nothing to do with the chilly wind. All three of us were carrying a deer on our shoulders when we returned to the village. Besides that, we had several rabbits in the backpacks. It was clear to me that no serious hunting had been ongoing in this valley for some time. The problem with that was if the herds became too big, the animals might starve and get sick. Too big a herd also invited more carnivores. Personally, I had no problems with the wolves - as long as they feared me. If the wolf packs became too big they also might...

We had a mess in front of us, but luckily Elise had been able to tell us which of the men held the keys for the big cage and she also managed to calm down the women. Four women had been raped and Linnea was one of them. My short hunting trip was successful and I was about to decide if I should smoke the two deer by myself or should I take them to Ake to add something to my credit. By the next new moon, we were on the verge of summer. Several things had changed, while some had remained the same. What was same was that Erika and Siv had spent two more nights with me but they both were still virgins - in the sense that my dick hadn’t been inside their pussies. By the time we left and started descending the steep slope - or the gorge - on the other side of the fjells, we had been on this hunt almost three weeks. I had hoped that this mission would be over by now but that wasn’t going to happen. Even if we managed to hunt down the beast the following day, it would take me more than a week to get back home. Hidden Heritage II The ScholarsChapter 5

By nightfall, we had hit them three more times. The good thing was, we were still alive. The enemy convoy was still far away from the village, and we had managed to cut down the number of Trolls able to attack. The bad thing was that I had underestimated their initial force, and after all the killing there were still some eighty of them left. Of course, there was also the fact that we both were totally exhausted, and I had a slightly wounded left arm. Luckily it didn’t bother me too much -...

Hidden Heritage I The GuardiansChapter 4

The day of the autumn equinox passed, and sometime later the half-year anniversary of my participation in this quest. The winter was coming but I could tell that we were less than half a day, maybe only a few hours behind the beast. Recently the creature had been hunting and feeding itself much more often than before. I had of course used the opportunity to collect all the extra sparkles and some of them were usually attached to a thread. I could see the threads much more easily now but I had...

Hidden Heritage II The ScholarsChapter 10

During the following few years things remained the same - and at the same time, everything started to change. The trade with Birgit flourished and she insisted that I spend those few days with her as a part of the deal. Somehow the women who took part in those trade missions found that more humorous than I did. Well, the truth was that now, when I knew that both Bellcauniel and Fainauriel were okay with it, I did enjoy those trips myself without any problems with my conscience. Those trips to...

Hidden Heritage I The GuardiansChapter 8

“There is no way I can pay you back from this!” The owner of the store, the local merchant in a nearby village, waved the Bond I had tried to use in making some purchases. “Did Torvald send you here?” he demanded. “No, He just decided that his village doesn’t acknowledge anything from the Guardians anymore, since they won’t be needing their services in the future. So, Torvald will not accept any Bonds anymore.” I made sure that I didn’t dramatize or hint that I’d hated Torvald and anybody...

Hidden Heritage I The GuardiansChapter 10

Within the new few days we - my cat and I - developed a routine. I saved some of the meat for her - and yes, it was a she - and she carried the mice and some other rodents to my porch without eating them. At least somebody appreciated my cooking - only I didn’t usually cook her food. Whatever, I had to admit that I liked to have some company - and she also made friends with Luna by making sure that no little critters messed Luna’s hay. Of course, I still visited the village and interacted...

Hidden Heritage I The GuardiansChapter 14

Teaching Erika and Siv turned out to be what I had believed - and feared - it to be. Yes, they were both bright and eager students; no, they didn’t have much restrictions when they tried to present their charms to me. Luckily for me, their fathers were busy, but both mothers were there. They did absolutely nothing to stop their daughters pressing their small, perky boobs against me and putting their hands on my lap - and between my legs. If I hadn’t I been utterly used and empty, I would have...

Hidden Heritage II The ScholarsChapter 22

The winter solstice passed peacefully about which I was very happy. I was also quite happy because my nights had been much easier than I had feared. Oh, I had relived those fights more than a few times, but somehow they weren’t so bad as they used to be - which didn’t stop those dreams being nightmares. Or perhaps I just was able to handle it better. I also felt that my magic skills might had gotten a bit stronger or maybe I had just learned to do that sensing and masking more automatically....

Hidden Heritage II The ScholarsChapter 18

It was Sunnudag evening, and I was sitting with Frode in the darkened herbal shop. Linnea and I had come to the shop again this morning, called a doctor there who had then alerted the city police and, by afternoon, the caretaker had taken the body away for the funeral. Everything had gone exactly as Frode had said it would. The doctor hadn’t seen anything mysterious about her death and the city police didn’t want any extra hassle and therefore they listened to the doctor. After all, nothing...

Hidden Heritage II The ScholarsChapter 11

From my discussions with Birgit, I knew how traveling with boats worked. I also knew where to start my journey so that we wouldn’t be spending the night in the town where I was known as Arne. Our stop there was long enough to make me feel uncomfortable. Not because of Birgit, but because of the other people whom I had learned to know during my visits. It was enough that Birgit was a bit unhappy because of my coming years of absence, I didn’t want to give any excuses to other people I might...

Hidden Heritage I The GuardiansChapter 16

Somehow I had believed that I’d take care of this ‘little issue’ without raising any alarms. I’d rescue the girls and return them to their home village with Saga, and get back home as soon as possible. No big deal. Yeah, right. I really should have known better. As soon as our group became visible I could hear some people shouting. Freja. And Tordis. Of course, Siv and Erika told their families what happened. Shit. The good thing was that after that, I didn’t need to worry about taking care...

Hidden Heritage II The ScholarsChapter 2

There were two women holding those Elven crossbows standing nearby and trying not to look in my direction. I was sitting there and watching everything that was happening around me. First, I had tried to observe everything I hadn’t noticed before about the village. Thus far, I had already seen that the common living standard here was much better than anything I had seen in those villages I had visited, maybe excluding the biggest one at the end of my trip with the Guardians. Yes, these women...

Hidden Heritage II The ScholarsChapter 3

I was terrified. All that I could do was to hold Fainauriel’s petite hand and watch her suffer. With the special connection we shared I was somewhat able to sense the pain she was in. We hadn’t discussed the connection we had, nor had I talked to Bellcauniel about the ability to use magic without the Old Language. Most of the women had that ability, but it was usually in such a low level and low range that it wasn’t much used. Since Caladwen’s scans back in my old home I hadn’t really felt...

Hidden Heritage II The ScholarsChapter 16

“Geography? Why do you want to study geography?” A few days later we weren’t quite friends, but maybe we were heading there. I hoped so. She was normally so silent and reserved that I probably looked very social when compared to her. I had already learned that she didn’t mind silence, unlike some other girls who immediately wanted to fill the silence with their own voice. Linnea - yes, she finally told me her name, because she had to while entering one class - wasn’t like that and she was...

Hidden Heritage II The ScholarsChapter 6

Except that the willow bark tea didn’t really help. Once the headache really hit me, I felt so bad that I threw up everything I had been eating or drinking. It was like my first hangover some ten times over. Once I gradually started to feel better, I felt weak as a kitten. Bellcauniel sat next to me as I was sitting there on the ground, barely protected from the rain by some blankets. The others had already left the area, most heading back towards the village, but there was another group that...

Hidden Heritage II The ScholarsChapter 15

There was one thing that had made me feel very relieved. The official acceptance letter the twins had gotten for me - or the University pass as it was called among the students - made it possible for me just to appear at any lectures I wanted to attend - except Magic, of course. Even though all the students should have had the same right, the truth was that the professors wanted to select their students and collect some benefits (in cash), whenever possible. Not too openly, of course. With my...

You look over to the side and see your sister Katherine's beautiful form lying in her own bed on the other side of the bedroom. You walk over and sit down by her as she sleeps. You watch as her breasts slowly move up and down with each breath. You...

The Passion of Mother Ethel

Mother Ethel always enjoyed the short walk to the train station. It was beautiful Autumnal morning and Mother Ethel took the opportunity to walk to the train station as she knew that she had a very busy day ahead. Those that saw Mother Ethel along the way bowed reverently, they knew that Mother Ethel was a Nun of the Monastery of Repentance and when a Nun or a Monk walked past it was polite to bow, for many knew what the Nun's and Monk's of the Monastery were capable of. As Mother Ethel strolled...

Dot, Dorothea, and Dick Chapter One Dear sister: I found this letter among some others, scrolled up and tied with purple ribbon, in a chest belonging to our great grandfather. The name Charles has belonged to several in our family line, but I believe I know the one who received and saved this letter, and kept it preserved for so many years. I believe the letter speaks for itself, so I will now offer it up to you. Dearest Charles: I hope this missive finds you in such good...

My Golden Summer with Blythe Ch 01

Our Last Day of School. I can’t believe it. This is my last day of school, I thought, not sure how I felt now that the long awaited day was here. Stepping out into the beautiful sunny afternoon, heading toward the group of waiting yellow school buses I breathed a sigh of relief. I was glad school was finished. Throughout High School like a ship at sea, I had plotted my course, studying hard. However, the Scholarship that many felt I had rightfully won had somehow ended up going to one of...

Antheas baby 1

“What’s wrong? What’s wrong?”Anthea looked up at her mum as she sat down at the dining table. “Nothing is wrong,” Anthea responded watching as her mum hurriedly dried her hands with a tea towel.“Is the baby okay? Are you okay? Is Jack okay?” she asked as her husband came into the room and pulled up a seat at the table.“We’re all fine Mum,” she responded exasperated with her mum’s anxiety. “I have something to tell you.”“Sit down Helen,” her dad snapped. “Give the lass a chance to speak.”Anthea...

Uther

Uther By Ellie Dauber (c) 2006 Introduction According to the legends of King Arthur, Merlin changed Uther Pendragon into a double for Duke Gorlois, so he could spend the night with Ygraine, the Duke's wife. Ygraine and Gorlois had three daughters: Elaine, Morgause, and Morgan le Faye. During their time together, Ygraine became pregnant with the child who was to become King Arthur. Uther's men killed Gorlois that same night. This is my TG (of course) version of what...

Fallen Angel Chapter 11 Althea the School Girl

Chapter 11: Althea, the School Girl The infernal screeching of the alarm clock awoke Cal from his reverie. He had been up for about a half-hour, but he had only been lying in bed next to the love of his life. Althea's arms were still clutched about him as he stealthily clicked the snooze button, assuming that it was six o' five in the morning, his usual waking time during the school week. He had been thinking long and hard about the previous two nights. Evan... what have you become? He...

The Devils Pact Sidestory Miss Blythe Is Hot for Her Students

edited by Master Ken Wednesday, September 4th, 2013 "Hi, I am Miss Blythe," I said to my class, writing my name on the whiteboard with a red dry-erase marker. "I will be your World History teacher." It was the first day of the new school year and, as I launched into the course syllabus, my thoughts kept drifting to that day in June at the end of the last term, when my Living God, the Holy Mark Glassner, walked into this very classroom and changed my very outlook on life. I didn't know...

Carruthers Bride

The the wind howled around the quayside as I stepped onto terra firma for the first time in weeks, the wind threw sharp shards of ice to sting our faces as we looked up at the sails as they were finally furled and stowed as our captain grinned at our discomfiture, "Au revoir!" he joked as if he knew we should soon be recalled. Those such as were left, and we were few enough, I shuddered. My best uniform packed securely in my Valise, awaited me, and just a few more duties before I...

Athena Corp Chronicles A Mothers Love

As he approached one of the hall's long mirrors he stopped to inspect himself. It was a familiar sight, the flowing, billowy French maid outfit surrounding his body. His arms and legs were outlined in silky, white stockings and arm-gloves. He wore pearl earrings and the lacy white collar around his neck was adorned with a beautiful pendant. It was a gift from mother that he wore every day, without fail. Jon's painted red lips and neatly applied eyeliner and blush were evidence that he was...

Aunt Katherin and Her SlavesChapter 2 Katherine

Katherine stepped into her elegant living room and took a book from the shelf. She sat in a plush lounge chair, specifically selecting a chair in the back corner of the room next to an old dumbwaiter that was once used to ferry delicious meals from the downstairs kitchen to the dining room table. She planned to read the book for a short while, but she already knew her attention would soon be diverted. Tonight the dumbwaiter would once again be placed into service, except this time it would be...

Motherless Vintage

Do you know of the porn site Motherless.com? You should. I’ve reviewed it a few times on my site, The Porn Dude, although it was for different genres every time. This time around, I’m going back to this place and looking at a specific and niche little category many of you are just begging me to cover. We’re looking at vintage porn today. While it doesn’t have the same resolution and quality as the porn you can find today, it’s definitely a genre of porn that has a lot of personality to it and...
