Tom and Linda were in a trance and Carol said, “I knew it was no good!”

“You didn’t seem too upset to have to move. It must be a good reason! He didn’t look like he was hurting either!” Tom asked Marty.
“On the next encounter, we’ll find out more. Get Steve, Tracy, and Rich to lay out more of what you will need and when! I don’t like this any more than you do but something is more powerful than us and I may be next or you get out and I don’t. More information will give us a better idea, try to calm down Carol,” Tom said to Carol and everyone else too.
Looking around Tom said, “We see you but not her, maybe she was the one that had to go and not you.”

Carol didn’t like this but Meg and Tracy explained that if they got her they would use her to get to him then kill both! With what could be sent back money, homes, beef, food, all the how-tos in the computer. Being 1841 the gold rush hadn’t started so you could find 1000’s of pounds and build a town with a restaurant with a hotel. Tie a leg on the railroad for access anywhere! And you would have him. You could cook food no one had seen before. All fresh meat, vegetables, fruits, (from us) bread, new style clothing clean air, and water. This is not that bad.”
Carol looked at us and said, “You’re right a new lease on life and I’m fighting it! Stupid!” She went looking for Marty! Now with Carol okay things started to get crazy.
Steve stepped in and started a list of needs, 1-10 by the value of importance. Mary hired a woman and man survivalist to make sure all needs were covered; they didn’t know exactly but basically 1840s. What would they need, medicines, paper products, clothes, parts for repairs to the wagons, house, water pump, windmill “help”. The crap hit the fan, Andrea showed up and said he is going with them. He told Tom that he really didn’t have anything here to hold him and knew that he could help. As soon as this rumor got around others wanted to go! Grandfather didn’t like it but didn’t oppose it either, just said they are yours! Now things changed.
The only good thing was they had more help to start, more things had to be added but the building would be done faster. The people who were to go was tripled, checked and okayed. Time was clicking down, Andrea and 2 others went thru and started to layout plots, no visitors were anywhere near them. The Bobcat was brought thru and leveling and cutting for basements started, concrete made and pored for footers, the logs next, the cat held them in place while being attached. The roof went on and the outside was up. Marty on the other side couldn’t believe it. The barn was next to hide things until animals came thru. Everything went fast for 2 days! Three more people were sent through. They set up a tent city by the water and built 3 port-a-potties. Four mules came thru to pull the wagons, and to bring stuff to the site.
At that point, 2 people just brought stuff to the barn to store, to store until the house was ready and put in the rooms. In fourteen more days, 3 more people came through 2 were woman, the men were warned not to do anything rash, there was no bending of this rule. Abandonment or shot, mid-west 1841, NO LAWS! All 4 wagons and the Bobcat were moving things, 2 more houses came thru. The footers were poured, both of the houses had vegetable cellars but not full basements. We had to park the Bobcat; we got a beep that someone was in the area. A trader and 2 Indians showed up, told us he was just passing through and would stop back in a month or so! And within the hour they were gone! I think they were just curious!
I and Marty took a quick trip. We went to see POTUS, to tell him Marty was a target. We explained that he was not going to be available for a while. He and Carol were changing everything but didn’t want the Government putting charges against Tom! Two Chief Justices verified the statements made by Marty. They wished him well and we left. We could now start the disappearing act.
Tom had Arron and Mark start to move them. For the next 8 days, 14 people were brought to a building. They were the exact size of Marty and Carol. Other people came and went but they didn’t, mid-day on the 3rd day all seven pairs left the building in the same clothes, with hooded jackets into the same cars and went in different directions.
People went nuts, stopping cars. arresting people and trying to follow the rest, at least 4 got away. Marty and Carol left the building underground, came up in a parking garage ½ mile away, drove to a school for helicopter pilots, took one to an airport 100 miles away, got on a plane and was gone!
POTUS realized the threat was real and didn’t say anything else! Everything was good, Marty and Carol were gone! Boy, will we miss them. One week later, 3 men rode into his town and told him they were taking it over. The man on the left had his head explode and the one on the right an arrow went through his heart. The main one asked please to leave and Marty said I don’t think so.
The man started to feed information about the boss. The man was from England and inherited the ranch when the nephew disappeared a number of years ago. Andrea thought he knew of the name and the story from way back when! Marty asked Grandfather if he could go back and change the original info, name of the nephew, so other stuff, was wrong and we could take over the property, 47,000 acres, cattle accounts, house, farm horses, cattle all for nothing, but how? Have Andrea, with his accent show papers that Tom can make and take over it all. If the original is on file, not what the guy supplied which we would not have known it’s ours. Grandfather said, “I like it! When!”
