The church bell signaled that it was 3 PM in the quaint suburban neighborhood of Fouler Hill. Cars rolled along steadily in the streets, a dog or two here and there poking their heads out of the windows. An old couple crossed the street where a school bus stopped to release some children, who raced each other excitedly back to their houses. Just a few hundred feet away, Holly and her friends were sitting at a picnic table across the street from the convenience store, snacking on chips and slurping drinks while they shared the latest gossip.

Some of the girls nodded their heads in agreement. One of them, however, spoke up.
“Oh girl, you don’t even know the meaning of the word ‘stink’. My brother left his sweaty socks in my room once and I actually almost threw up when I found them.”
“Oh, you think that’s bad?” another one said. “Try being a nursing student. We have to change diapers and wipe asses on a daily basis. It’s disgusting!”

“Oh, you wanna talk about bad smells?” Holly said. She brushed back a few strands of long brunette hair, letting it fall behind her shoulders with her ponytail. She let her ever-so-slightly chubby arms rest on the table, palms down as she leaned forward. Due to her taller stature, this brought her to eye level with the rest of the group “I was changing my little sister’s diaper once and she had like 5 tacos and Chinese food the night before. It was so disgusting I actually had to get a medical mask.” The other girls grimaced from disgust.
The newest girl in the group raised an eyebrow. “Wait… Tacos and Chinese food? Why is she eating that if she’s still in diapers?”

The group looked toward the voice that just yelled. As if on cue, a shorter girl waved at them from across the street. Holly put her hand on her head. “Oh, God…”
The girl stopped waving and reached for her jeans, which she promptly unbuttoned and unzipped. They fell to the ground, revealing the puffy white plastic that encircled her waist. She held the pants above her head and waved them around as she giggled.
“RACHEL!” Holly yelled. “Oh, for the love of…”
“Ah, so uh…” The new girl raised her eyebrows. “So that’s…?”
The girls watched Rachel waddle across the street toward them. Her shoulder-length, strawberry blonde hair bobbed up and down with each excited step, perfectly in sync with her B cup breasts beneath her white T-shirt. The crinkling diaper between her legs grew more audible as she got closer.
“Yeah, uh, that’s Rachel. She’s my little sister.”
“You got the ‘little’ part right,” one of her friends joked. The other girls giggled, and Holly couldn’t help but crack a smile. Rachel also found the joke amusing and laughed along with them. She held out her jeans to Holly, giving her an expectant look.
“No, I’m not taking your jeans. Put them back on you goofball.” Rachel simply shrugged and dropped them on the ground. “No, pick those up and- Hey!” Holly cut herself off when she saw her sister squat down, her diapered bottom now a few inches away from the ground. “Uh uh! Not here!”
The other girls raised their eyebrows as the looked on. “Oh god, is she really about to do that?” the newest girl asked.

The girls heard a hiss, and as they watched the thick diaper grow even thicker with Rachel’s pee. It swelled downward, gently teasing the blades of grass beneath her.

Just then, the girls heard a loud rumble emanating from the petite girl. Her face, which was relaxed before, now scrunched up in concentration.
“Rachel,” Holly said, “please tell me you’re just really hungry.”

The group of girls quickly got their answer. A long, loud fart sounded from Rachel’s behind, followed by several more smaller, quieter toots. It took only seconds for the smell to reach the girls. “Oh God, that’s awful,” one of them commented. The rest nodded their heads, and they began fanning the air and turning their faces away from the source of the stench. But unfortunately for them, that was only the beginning.
In the next few moments the toots quieted to a crackle. Just as the hissing sound stopped, the girls who were still watching witnessed Rachel’s diaper tent out toward the ground as a long turd protruded from her butt. It squished against the inner surface of the diaper, compacting into a small mound that grew bigger as the girl pushed and strained.
“Ewww!” one of them shrieked. “She’s actually pooping in her diaper!”
“That’s soo gross,” another pointed out.
“Come on guys,” Rachel pleaded. “Most of you have seen her do this before. It’s not that ba-” As she was finishing her sentence, a strong odor hit Holly’s nose like a freight train. “UGH! Oh, Jesus!” She instinctively covered her nose with both hands as she turned away from the smell. The other girls quickly followed suit, gagging and blocking their nostrils as the pungent stench encircled them.
“I’ve smelled some nasty stuff,” one of them commented, tears forming in her eyes. “But that takes the cake for sure!”
Seemingly ignorant of their disdain, Rachel did not let up. She kept pushing as a seemingly endless flow of poop expelled from her rear end. Gravity forced the padding downward farther, flattening the grass beneath her. It got closer and closer, until at last her mound of mess had caused the diaper to reach the ground. But she wasn’t finished yet; not even close. She gave another mighty push so that the mess, now softer in consistency, went forward and backward through her padding, covering her ass and crotch in a thick layer of the gunky sludge. It continued creeping along its plastic confines, adding more and more to the filth that had already piled ridiculously inside. She gave one final push, and the last of the soft sewage settled atop the rest.
“Gwahh…” The small girl sighed in relief. “Heehee!” She stood up, allowing the brown-tinged garment to squish between her legs, forcing some of the smelly innards to be shuffled around. The diaper expanded to a seemingly miraculous proportion of its original size: it now puffed forward and backward with her mess, and sagged down a bit past the halfway point of her thighs. She looked down and grinned, patting the diaper proudly as she giggled with glee.
Meanwhile, the girls who stood only a few feet away were still reacting heavily to the stench. One was on all fours gagging heavily while another furiously fanned the air. Two of the girls grabbed their noses and backed away, unable to take their teary eyes off the sight of Rachel’s bloated butt. The new girl’s face had turned an alarming shade of green. Holly’s face, however, was very red.
“RACHEL!” she screamed, her voice nasally from pinching her nose. “You couldn’t have done that literally anywhere else?!”
Rachel simply smiled in response, appearing proud of her work. She toddled over toward Holly.
