It is the last weekday of the second week of the month of May. That meant graduations in numerous schools around the country. Among these were two certain individuals whose lives will change dramatically in the upcoming days. The dean called out the names of each graduating student one by one and handed them their well-earned diplomas. The important pieces of paper rolled up neatly and tied to a knot by a beautiful ribbon.
Among them was... "DAVIS, DERISSA." From her seat rose a girl who had just turned 18 just before Spring Break that March.
This was Derissa Davis. She stood a good 5'6" tall and was blessed by her genetics with a voluptuous figure. Her red ceremonial toga hid her bountiful E-cup breasts. Her active life had given her a little gift of slender arms, toned thighs and legs as well as a flat, tone and smooth belly. She wore only light make-up but her lip-stick was bright red. It enhanced the bright green of her eyes and further brightened the smile of her white teeth. Again, the make-up and lipstick were her mother's ideas.
The dean handed her her diploma. She shook the man's hand and left the stage with a sense of pride for surviving high school.
Several more names later and... "KELLY, JASON." And from another seat came a boy who is also 18 years old, having just turned that January.
This was Jason Kelly. A young man who stood 6' tall with a head full of copper red hair walked up the stage. Blue eyes guided him to the stage and to the dean. He was a fit young man. He wasn't exactly what one might call buff or overly muscular but he was healthy and had some muscle to him with strong arms and legs. Like Derissa, he shook the dean's hand, taken his diploma and walked off the stage back to his seat.
It was then a waiting and clapping game after until it reach the end of the student list. The closing remarks were given and the graduates were officially congratulated by the school. Mortar board caps were thrown high above by the graduating class. Cheers and roars of triumph, glee and joy echoed all throughout. Parents and teachers clapped. With an official dismissal and the graduation over, the students began to disperse. But not before hugs, bro-hugs, fist-bumps, high-fives, jumps and squeals and congratulations were thrown around by the graduates to their fellow graduates. Laughs were heard and some tears were shed. To a few, they'll see each other in college in a few months. To some, it was the beginning of long distance friendships. But to most, this would be the last time they'll see each other in person for a long while. Maybe ever.
Then at last, they disperse and went straight for their families. Among these were Derissa and Jason.
