Ben gave Don a hug. "That wasn't so bad, was it?" he asked. Don shook his head no, smiling at me.
"Miko better not break our date," Don told me.
"Don't worry," I told him, "if she does, we can just invite Ben over."
My husband gave me a worried look. "I'm just joking," I reassured him. Knowing full well Miko would never showup and Ben had already had the heads up - but that's another story.
