Chapter 12: The Poem The three arrived at school at around six thirty, for they stopped at a McDonalds to get breakfast. This left Cal forty-five minutes to show Althea around and get her acquainted with the school. "So, you got your schedule with you, love?" Cal asked as they entered the double doors to the Gym Building. He walked then to G1, where Anthropology was held. Althea shook her head. "They didn't give me my schedule..." she said distractedly. She was busy admiring the artwork on the wall, which had a series of demons and angels fighting against one another. "What is this?" Cal smiled, walking up beside her and sliding an arm around her waist. "Well, love, a friend of mine is a fabulous artist. He dropped out of school last year, though, and this mural is his legacy... He painted it after reading Of Light and Darkness." He pointed to a blond male with a muscular body that was wearing a black cloak and wielding a ninja sword against a particularly nasty-looking demon. "That is me, or my character in the novel, Christopher. Can you see the resemblance?" "Yes. Who're you fighting off, Cal?" Miranda asked, walking up to them and delicately touching the mural with her fingertips. "Well, that demon there is, Rick told me, supposed to represent all the struggles I'm about to face this next year." Seeing their questioning looks, Cal added, "Rick was also involved in the Battle of Aukos last year. He was ... one of the ones I had to see die... He was a good man and a powerful seer..." "Dear lord..." Althea gasped. She saw a demoness flying next to the character Christopher, and it bore a striking resemblance to herself, from the facial features to the black robe and golden sash. "Th, that's me..." "I know... Rick told me that I would meet someone not of this realm in this school year and that I would once again have to take up arms against evil... Who would have thought he'd be telling the truth..." They stood there, admiring the mural, for about a half-hour, each not saying anything, but in his or her own way, contemplating what was said. "Hello, Calvin..." a harsh voice hissed from behind them. Cal turned to see who said that. Evan and Stitch stood there, both glaring at him with the utmost repulsion. "Hello, ladies. How're you doing?" Cal asked easily, seeing a tremor of disgust ripple across Evan's buzzard-like face. He admitted that seeing such open anger he caused made him feel better. "Pretty decent. You?" Stitch asked, a bittersweet tone to his voice. Cal grinned. "Well. So, what brings you here?" "No reason. I'm just curious why you brought your girlfriend to school today. I dragged Evan along just because I thought it'd be healthy for him." He looked at Althea and winked. "So, how do you like this school, you sweet li'l thing?" Feeling as though she would vomit, Althea took her mind off of the fact that Stitch was hitting on her and walked up to him, slapped him hard enough that his glasses flew off his face ten feet away, and growled, "Don't you ever look at me that way, you bastard!" Stitch walked over to his glasses and picked them up, put them on his face, and walked back over to where they stood. "What a feisty little bitch you are, 'Ally'!" he growled, a demonic glint in his eyes. "Listen to me, Althea. You do that one more time and I will gut you and feed your intestines to your fudge-packer of a boyfriend!" Cal stepped forward, a furious glare on his face. "It would be wise of you to not speak that way to my girlfriend," he whispered, his eyes flashing. "Or what? Are you going to slap me too?" Stitch asked peevishly. Cal raised his fist and was about to uppercut him in the solar plexus when Mr. Sandvik, the Anthropology/Sociology teacher, walked through the doors. "What's going on here?" he asked mildly, seeing the tension burn the air between the two men. Sandvik was in his early fifties, with salt-and-pepper hair, a small mustache, and a western-style beard. He stood at about five feet seven inches, and was slightly overweight. "Nothing, sir," Evan replied, walking through the doors, an almost tangible viridescent aura of hatred around his being. "We were just leaving." With that said, he and Stitch left and went to their classes. "What was that all about, Cal?" Sandvik asked curiously as he led them into classroom G1. "It looked like you and James were going to get into a fight there..." "Ah, Stitch has always been a bit touchy about how women treat him... Anyway, let me introduce your new student, sir!" he gestured happily to Althea. "Her name is Shira Mikoto, and she's a foreign exchange student from Japan." He looked at Althea and grinned. "Shira, let me introduce Mr. Jakob Sandvik, a good teacher of many subjects, but particularly in those with the social sciences." "It is a pleasure to meet you, Shira. I hope you like it here, because we're going to be studying many fascinating things about the oriental cultures and how they developed differently from the western, European ones. Of course, you probably don't need any teaching on the matter, eh?" Jakob asked politely, outstretching his right hand to shake hers. She took his scarred, callused hand gently with hers and shook it delicately. "Ah, you flatter me, sir. I'm only here because I'm so good at the language arts... I can speak Japanese, English, French, Spanish, German, Russian, Babylonian, and a dozen different ones fluently. So, here I am... Where will I be sitting?" Mr. Sandvik assigned her a seat in the opposite side of the room as Cal, and before he could protest this abominable seating arrangement, the bell rang and the kids poured into the class, taking their seats. Miranda bade them farewell and dashed to her classroom before the second bell rang. The morning announcements were heard over the intercom and then, Mr. Sandvik walked to the front of the class and smiled. "Good morning, Class. We have two new people enrolled in our class." He then gestured for Althea and a new girl to walk up to the front of the class. "Let me introduce Shira Mikoto, the foreign exchange student you were all told about." He gestured to Althea. He then looked to the other new girl. "And, this is Tawny Jameson. Shira, why don't you tell us about yourself?" Trying with all her might not to blush from all fifteen students staring at her curiously, her eyes met with Cal's and he nodded. Feeling slightly more encouraged, Althea began, "Hello, everyone. As Mr. Sandvik said, my name is Shira Mikoto, but you may simply call me Shira. I came from Okinawa because of my mastery of the languages." She shrugged and chuckled. "They become so easy when you master Babylonian!" Sandvik laughed quietly, understanding that all languages were spawned from the Tower of Babel in the Holy Bible, but the blank faces on the rest of the class signified that they didn't understand. "Never mind... Anyway, I was born in Kumamoto, Kyushu, and moved to Okinawa, where I learned the languages. That's what got me sent here in the first place. I hope we can become good friends!" "Thank you, Shira," Sandvik said politely, winking at her. Althea returned to her seat. "Now then, Tawny, why don't you tell us about yourself?" Tawny was beautiful, to say the least. She had curves in all the right places, long, slender legs that went on for miles, and a beautiful, somewhat mischievous-looking face with high cheekbones and sensuous, full, pouty lips. Her golden-blond hair spilled down over her shoulders like a waterfall of pure sunlight, and she stood at about five feet six inches tall. Her eyes were cat-like and alert, and she didn't seem abashed in the least to Sandvik's inquiry. She wore a tight-fitting black t-shirt that was embroidered with the word "Angel" in glittering letters and hip-hugging blue jeans. She smiled as her and Cal's eyes met. "Hello, there! My name's Tawny, and I'm from Clearwater, Florida." She sighed and thought about how to answer the rest of the question. "Well, what I like to do is write poetry. What can I say? It helps me figure things out!" She shrugged and giggled giddily. "Anyway, I also like to write short stories. Do any of you?" "Well, one of our students does," Sandvik said happily, gesturing to Cal. "He is always writing when we take breaks. Please continue, Tawny. Have you had anything published?" Tawny shook her head. "Nope, but I'm still trying..." Her eyes met with Cal's once more and she then said, "Well, I hope we can be friends!" And, with that said, she looked back at Sandvik and said, "I need a place to sit, Mr. Sandvik..." Sandvik nodded and set her in front of Cal. She looked back at him and smiled. "So, you like writing too, do you?" Cal nodded and smiled. "Yes. I like writing science fiction and fantasy. It's so much more fun than writing in reality. That's why I write in the first place, to escape reality. How about you?" "Well, my reason isn't that deep... It's something to do to pass the time, really..." Tawny smiled genially and extended a hand. "What's your name?" she asked as Sandvik walked back up to the front of the class and got them started on an assignment on the cultural differences between medieval Europe and Medieval Asia. "I'm Calvin Lillehammer, but you can call me Cal. So, Tawny, how do you like it here in Nevada?" Cal asked as he grasped her hand gently and shook it. "I dunno," Tawny said as she handed Cal a stack of papers labeled "Early Cultural Differences: Europe vs. Asia". She sighed as she wrote her name in big, loopy cursive letters on the upper right-hand corner of the worksheet. "It's too brown!" Cal laughed, despite himself. "You said it!" he chortled, signing his name on his worksheet. "So, want to become friends?" he asked curiously, looking up at her after he was finished. She smiled. "Sure, Cal. I like you, and I'd like to read what you've written!" She winked at him, making him blush involuntarily, an action that was really quite difficult to do. "Us authors have to stick together, don't we?" The class finished and Cal met up with Althea in the hallway outside the classroom as he waved goodbye to Tawny. "Who's that that you were talking to, love?" she asked curiously. "Her name is Tawny. She too is an author," Cal said as he slid an arm around her waist and held her closely. "So, how do you like high school life, love?" "It's alright," she said, sighing. "I just wish Mr. Sandvik didn't place us so far apart..." Cal kissed her forehead. "Don't worry about it. I'll never stop thinking about you." Tawny ran up to the two quickly. "Hey, Cal, I was wondering if you'd like to read this poem that I wrote just before I left Clearwater!" she said, slightly out of breath. Looking at Althea, she smiled and winked at her. "Hi, there! You're Shira, right?" she extended a hand and shook hers. "Nice to meet you. So, you and Cal boyfriend and girlfriend?" Althea nodded, winking at her as well. "Yep, Cal's my knight in shining armor. So, you like it here?" Tawny shrugged. "It's okay, I suppose... I'm still a bit homesick for Clearwater, though..." "Well, all the more reasons to make friends to help you to adjust, then!" Althea said humorously. "How 'bout we meet at lunch?" "I've second lunch..." she said distantly. "And I'm sure you guys have first lunch..." Cal nodded. "Yes, we do. But, how about we meet up in the parking lot after school and go do something?" "Sounds like a plan!" Tawny said, smiling. "Well, I gotta go find out where M37 is, so you two have a lovely day!" And, with that said, she left them, handing Cal her poem. It was typed up and the paper was rather crinkled and lined, and there were spots that were discolored, as though she was reading it in the rain at one point. Looking up at Cal, Althea sighed. "Well, Cal, I know where my next class is, so I'll see you at lunch, my love..." And she walked out of the building, leaving Cal walking to Honors English IV alone. The walk seemed abnormally long, without the two friends he now had in Anthropology class. He used to have no friends in that class, so it was quite a switch. He walked into the English classroom and took his seat next to the teacher's desk. Mrs. McNally stood at the head of the classroom, smiling. She was a middle-aged woman, with graying blond hair and a slightly overweight disposition. She had been one of Cal's favorite teachers, and Cal was one of her favorite students. "What's with the long face, Calvin?" Mrs. McNally asked kindly, looking down at him. Cal looked up and smiled. "Must be the weather, I guess... Whenever there's a hint of rain, it always acts like a depressant for me... So, what are we doing today, Mrs. McNally?" "Ooh, you'll love me for this!" she said excitedly. "We're doing ... VERB CONSTRUCTION!!!" Groaning, Cal looked down to the poem that Tawny gave him. Why is she so familiar to me? He thought as he opened the crinkled sheets of paper bound together by hot pink yarn. On the upper right-hand corner was the title and information: "Sometimes, a poem by Tawny Jameson. For Lydia." He began reading, "Sometimes I wonder What would I have turned out to be If I had different choices to ponder. What makes myself "me"? The choices I made in the past Got me where I am today. But, looking back, I realize that life passes by too fast. The darkness in my heart pushes everyone close to me far away. I struggle just to make it through the night For, without you by my side, I am nothing. I remember our shared laughter and when we had a fight. It is tearing me up inside, not seeing your beautiful face smiling. The one thing most important to me seems lost. You ignore me, without noticing me you walk by. The threshold to ruin I have crossed. When you ignore me like you do, I ask myself, "Why?" Sometimes I hurt And no one sees my tears I remember when we used to flirt, And now, all I see are your angry leers. The darkness in my soul is growing. Only your care can act as an antidote. Now, here I am, watching the river by my house flowing. The poem here is a confession of my love for you, which I myself wrote. What did I do? What happened to push you away from me? What is demanded of me to make our love anew? I am blinded by sorrow and the answer I cannot see. Sometimes I hate And no one sees the fire in my eyes. You are all that matters to me now and my message can no longer wait. Without you, you take a part of my heart, which slowly and painfully dies Whatever I did to make you leave, I'm sorry I did it. From my standpoint, together our souls weave. But, when you look at me the way you do, I feel as though my heart has been hit My darkness is now absolute. You are all I can think about. When you're so far away, all that is in my mind is your face, full of innocence, full of life, and cute. Nowadays, though, I can't get your attention even if I shout My heart is quickly becoming a black hole. Light ceases to go near The signs are as clear as if written on a holy scroll. I hate who I am for letting you go from out of fear. Sometimes I worry And no one sees my anxiety. I don't know what to do, but I nonetheless hurry. You and I have grown apart, me falling to my dark emotions and you gaining the key to the love of the society. I long for your smile. It encourages me never to give in. From the situation, though, it looks as if I'll have to wait awhile, For us to be together has apparently become a sin. The world is cruel, ruthless, and harsh. But, with you by my side, the world seems more hospitable. I would go anywhere for you if you asked me to, from the burning deserts to the snowcapped mountains, and even a mosquito-infested marsh! But, alone, without you, the world is unbearable. Sometimes I contemplate And no one's there to offer their input. I still believe that meeting you was preordained by fate. For better or worse, I love every bit of you, from the top of your head to each foot. Most times, I think at night, outside under the stars. My mind is full of you. If you asked me, I would try to end all wars. When I was with you, I lost my frown and my soul gloriously flew When I was with you everything wrong in the world seemed right. When around you, it seemed there were no wars, no acts of hate. Because of you, I thought that, even though the world was terrible, to live did I have renewed might. Several times you astounded me with your mind; it seemed a lot stronger than mine, at any rate. I long for the sound of your laughter. It is so musical and full of love. When I hear your beautiful voice and see your vibrant face nothing else seems to matter. To me, you remind me of a pure white peace dove. Sometimes I mourn And no one sees the sadness in my depressed gaze. I think of my past and it seems to have had my honor and dignity shorn. I'm confused about everything, my emotions an unsolvable maze. Reality is not so kind. Many people in this world aren't nice. But, one who cares about you is indeed a rare find And, almost always, for their caring, the one getting the affection will have to pay, one way or another, some sort of hard price. When did I first notice you? I'm not sure. Perhaps it was in high school? Another life? And, when I noticed you, did you notice me too? It doesn't really matter too much, for, between us, there is too much strife. At first, when I noticed you, I wasn't in tune For my heart was underused. Boy, looking back now, I was certainly a buffoon! I regret it now, that my emotions didn't get perused. Sometimes I smile And no one sees the remarkable difference it makes. Though I am new to this concept of romance, I pray that it will only be new for a little while. I write fantasy and sci-fi because of how little effort for me it takes. But, to make a fantasy real, That is something altogether different. I seem to lack the ability to feel And for this reason, to you I am repentant. Sometimes I fear And no one sees the alarm written on my face. I fear that eventually I'll lose everything that I hold dear. You are my center, and when I'm around you, everything fits into place. The darkness in my heart isn't so dark when you're with me. Though I don't show it, when you make a simple gesture like a comforting pat on my back I yearn for another from you, for I then think, "She actually cares about me!" And, I then don't say anything because I don't know what to say, for the ability to actually "talk" is something I lack. It is ironic. For, even though I can communicate, I can't talk. Rather strange for one like me, considering I've written a book. Sorry for being sardonic. This is what this poem is about, so here is my message: I love you, even though I don't show it. Sorry if that comes as a shock." Cal looked up from the poem, his face pale. Gee... That poem sounds familiar... he thought as he folded it up and stored it in his backpack. The person in that poem sounds like I did before Althea came into my life... Cal sighed and let the minutes tick by. He wanted to reach out to Tawny, for if that poem was so beautiful, she must have been a tortured soul at one point or another. Never again will I be lonely. Not so long as I have friends like Althea and Miranda and ... Tawny... He sighed again and began writing down in his notebook a poem to return to her. He wrote: "Darkness, an Ode to Shadows, by Calvin Lillehammer. For Tawny." "As pure as the rays of moonlight that filter through the clouds. No one can see through its wall's sheer thickness. The evil, inky-black void of it the mist shrouds. Its manipulative nature envelops the mind of the crowds. An unfathomable specter that goes unmatched in terms of devastation, noir, and sickness I feel it, behind my eyes, Trying to pervert and subjugate my rational mind. Soon, it will engulf me, and I now realize: The darkness itself upon which my fate lies. Luminescent rays of light cannot penetrate it, though even at their best, a pathway through the inky blackness the rays of light cannot find. An impossible nostrum is required, For I can sense it growing with every bated breath. The void from within is gaining ground; I beg this message be inquired! The silence is beginning to take the place of emotion, an effect highly undesired. Soon, the vitality in my body will be replaced by death. The shadows grip my sentience like a vice. Bound by noir, I am like a soulless Shadow Reaver. Devoid of emotion and conscience, my evil glare is as cold as ice. Able to cause atrocities without remorse, I no longer seek one's counsel or advice. I owe this state to falling to darkness, which is a terrible deceiver! Lurking behind my eyes, the demonic void sees all. It is the ultimate evil that cannot be defined or analyzed. One must sense its malice and cruelty, or the darkness will never fall. It comes in many forms, seducing everyone, from the short to the tall. It is the most insidious plan ever devised. Evil runs rampant, poisoning the air. Darkness follows this pattern, shattering to pieces unanimity. It feeds on the innocent and assimilates those who have a spirit that is true and fair. It literally obliterates those standing up against it, those who are brave and those who dare. Now it has assimilated me, and uses my essence to, at the very least, treat the light with animosity. I once was a man who was good, light, and just, A warrior elite, honorable and holding true to that very name. Now, I've been consumed, an evildoer who to disturb unity and peace is a must. I commit all of the deadly sins without a second thought, from wrath to lust. I've become one with the shadows, one with all that is dark, and it is quite a shame. Since I dwell not in the light, I live in the silent, satanic void, bound by pain, anguish, heartache, and wrath. Do not push me any further, lest what ensues is a terrible, evil plight. I am strong in the shadow realm, able to do things no one else would be able to with just pure will power and might. I've locked off my emotions, became merciless, and chose a dark, shrouded path. In my most private moments, I think not of what has happened to myself, but am bound by stagnation. For, at some point in my life, everyone has abandoned me, Leaving me to fend for myself against the elements and troubled emotions, indeed not a lovely situation. Not once has my heart felt long-lasting love outside my family, becoming a sort of emotional deprivation. Now, as I gaze eastward toward the sunset, my eyes shimmer with sadness and my heart is melancholy. I must find a way out, For if I can't, the darkness will devour my mind. It looms stealthily over the horizon, like a panther that swaggers about. Unable to handle its presence, I grip the sides of my head and, in agony, I shout. Answers that I've been searching for, for an immeasurable amount of time, I suddenly find. I see clearly now, I know what to do! I'm a master of shadows, able to choose my own side. Though I'm dark, I'm not evil; therefore never again will I harm others without just cause and protect you. I'm a shadow warrior and a ninja, having learned the art at the country's best martial arts ryu. I'm a warrior elite, a dark commander of good who can command the darkness, and once again, I have regained honor and I now have my pride." With that finished, he vowed he'd give her his poem when the day ended. Smiling, Cal sat back and let the verb construction lesson commence.

Fallen Angel Chapter 17 Battle of the Century

Chapter 17: Battle of the Century "What happened?!" a deep voice thundered through the darkness. Stepping into the light, the man in the black cloak growled as he saw Jinenji's dead corpse lying in a pool of blood. Evan was kneeling beside his fallen ally, who had finally (and very, VERY forcefully) been sent back to hell. "Sir... Jinenji is gone... I couldn't help him..." Evan said, a slight edge to his voice. A pair of serpent-like eyes glowed through the darkness of the...

The Lost Poem

Thank you to my anonymous editor The paper lay on the grass next to the secluded park bench. It was folded in half. He picked it up without thinking. As he was about to throw it away he noticed a lipstick kiss on it. He couldn’t resist opening it. Had he intercepted a love note? The loneliness he found in the lines of the poem showed he hadn’t. ‘I don’t know where he is. I don’t know what he looks like. I don’t know how we’ll meet. I know I’m waiting! I know there’s an empty spot for him to...

Fallen Angel Chapter 10 The Second Encounter with Evan

Chapter 10: The Second Encounter with Evan The five spent the day training, and indeed, by the time the sun set, everyone was immensely tired and ready for sleep. Yawning luxuriously, Althea and Miranda sat in the back of Cal's jeep while they let Jeri sit up front with Cal. "So, whatcha thinking about?" Jeri asked Cal tenderly as he expertly steered the jeep past the large sinkhole in the middle of the dirt road. "You've been awfully quiet, lately... Something on your mind?" Cal...

Fallen Angel Chapter 13 Another Demon Slayer

Chapter 13: Another Demon Slayer?! The end bell rang. "Whew! Glad today's over!" Cal said as he shut off his computer. Althea looked up at him with a helpless look, and Cal sat down beside her. "Okay, to turn off the computer, love," he began, whispering, "first you need to hit that button on the bottom left corner of the screen with the mouse." She did. "Now then, what you gotta do is, click 'shut down', and the computer will do the rest." She did and sighed in relief. Advanced...

Fallen Angel Chapter 14 The Road through Darkness

Chapter 14: The Road through Darkness Lightning flashed, illuminating the darkened room. Opening one bleary eye, Cal looked over and saw Tawny looking at him lovingly, her arm around his stomach. Althea was still asleep. "How'd you sleep, love?" Cal whispered as he slowly sat up and wiped the sweat off his brow. Tawny moaned and sat up, kissing Cal on the lips. "It was great!" she whispered eagerly, shivering from the chill bedroom air. Seeing the shudder, Cal pulled his blanket up...

Fallen Angel Chapter 5 The Journal Entries

Chapter 5: The Journal Entries The jeep pulled up into the school parking lot, stopping just before it went over the curb onto the sidewalk. Shutting it off, Cal stepped out and hoisted his backpack up on his right shoulder and trudged along the sidewalk to the school building. School started at 7:15 AM sharp for him, and it quickly became a very tedious way of life. He never ate breakfast, mainly because his stomach couldn't really handle food at this ungodly hour in the...

RetributionChapter 14 Angel of Los Angeles

It was evening the day after Christmas when Linda arrived in Los Angeles. Since she was flying in from Honolulu, she could bypass customs and walk straight to baggage claim. Linda was surprised to find a guy waiting for her with a sign saying ‘Linda Spencer’ on it. When she checked with him, he handed her a note from Joyce, ‘Enjoy the limo.’ The driver collected her luggage and escorted Linda out to a black limousine. He drove her to the Charleston Hotel, and opened the door for her then...

Fallen Angel Chapter 3

Chapter 3: At the Market Place Althea woke up two hours later. Cal was up and about, going through his daily regimen of training in his fighting style of Ninjutsu. Doing an aerial drop-heel that shook the floor itself when his heel connected with the carpet, he looked over at Althea and smiled. "How are you?" he asked in a caring and gentle tone of voice. The digital clock on his dresser read: 1:13 PM. Sweating slightly and still naked, Cal came to sit down next to her to see how she...

The Poem

I owe this story to Lunanul’s brilliant debut piece, Becoming Whole. If you’re looking for hot, kinky sex, so am I, but you won’t find it in this story, so stop before you’re disappointed. * I was a gopher on the college literary magazine my sophomore year. Then I had more hair, much less fat, many fewer wrinkles, and wanted to be a writer. One or two of the contributors actually did get published, one more than once. For me, that particular dream died with a lot of others. I got to read...

Fallen AngelsChapter 2

As I moved from my rack and got showered all I could think of was the beauty and how one kiss had changed me. Brovo knocked and entered my room and informed me that we were on deck at 13:00 hours. I normally, before the Innocent Beauty entered my life would have snapped to, ready to slay the next evil, rise to the challenge of the operation handed to me. But all I could think of was her, I had to call her, to let her know. I knew it was against protocol to even mention being called to action,...

Fallen Angel Chapter 6 The Halloween Dance and the New Friend

Chapter 6: The Halloween Dance and the New Friend The two awoke just as the setting sun cast a gentle crimson ambience across the grassland, the light filtering through the trees and casting ghastly shadows amongst the somewhat deserted streets. Althea was the first to awaken, feeling Cal's warm, naked flesh on top of her own. Yawning softly, she gently rolled Cal off of her so he rested at her side, where she could snuggle into his sleeping form. Cal woke up ten or so minutes later,...

Fallen Angel Chapter 9 Mirandas Past

Chapter 9: Miranda's Past Cal shrugged. "Why do you want to see if I can use a sword?" he asked. A thunderous laughter erupted from Fen. "You idiot! Don't you realize anything?" "I realize that I shouldn't have to draw my sword unless I use it to either kill or defend. You should learn this too..." Cal said scathingly. "Very well, then. Unsheathe your sword because you'll have to defend yourself!" With that said, Fen lunged at him, his sabre drawn and ready. Cal sidestepped a...

Fallen Angel

Introduction: A womans fantasy. This isnt a true story… Although Id like for it to be. ,) Six years ago, a woman I was dating told me she wanted to be fucked by a dog. I thought she was crazy. Still, Im all about the pussy, and anything that will get me closer to that is okay with me. Together, we went to the animal shelter and found a Great Dane we named Hank. TNWS01 The Girl With The Voice of an AngelChapter 128 Theres Always a Catch

Bjorn Erikson was quietly rolling his naked body onto Jessie Erikson’s naked body as he positioned himself between her legs. Jessie Erikson did her bit and let her legs spread apart as far as possible. Bjorn then gradually pressed his huge erection slowly into Jessie’s body. He felt his penis pass between her inner pussy lips as it descended deep into her warm vagina. He then began to slowly push in and out as the level of his arousal increased as did Jessie’s. Bjorn’s lips then found...

Fallen Angel Chapter 8 Vincent Fenway the Amorous Demon Slayer

Chapter 8: Vincent Fenway, the Amorous Demon Slayer The two sat on Cal's bed five minutes later, each very naked. Cal wrapped his arms around Althea as both leaned against the wall for support, the gentle light from his bedside lamp illuminating the room nicely. Althea massaged Cal's right thigh gently, luxuriating in the feeling of Cal's love pulsating through her. "Tell me about the war on the Astral Plane, Calvin of the Divine Soldiers..." she whispered lovingly to him as his...

For the Love of an Angel Chapter Two

Dad laughed, “Yes, but the little guy is only six foot, five inches! In our clan, that’s short! Shorty, have I got a deal for you! I’ll donate that dry muley cow in our north pasture and three kegs of beer if you could butcher her and put her on your pit down at the Council campground?” Uncle Shorty did most of the cooking there. It got him free beer, popularity, and was great publicity for his caf?Everybody who is anybody for forty miles around eats at Uncle Shortys place. Aunt Juanita...

For the Love of an Angel Chapter One

The memorable day my Angel Vision was revealed to me, I had been meditating far up in the branches of grandfather oak above our family hunting grounds for most of the night. The first rays of dawn were coming through the branches and I became mentally aware of them. They were the cue I had set my mind to wait for. I quietly shifted to see if any deer or other wildlife was in the clearing below me. The scene below was dramatic and would change my life from that day forward. The ground fog...

An Angel for ChristmasChapter 1

Gina has always been attracted to other women. When she was a teenager she hid a porno magazine under her mattress so she could masturbate looking at those beautiful, naked girls. Playboy was her favorite magazine. They had the best centerfolds. Now that she was an adult, she would sneak her husbands’ magazines and masturbated to them almost every night while he was at work. She couldn’t seem to stop thinking about having a female lover. But, she could never tell her husband. Max would probably...

Fallen Angel Chapter 16 Jeris New Love

Chapter 16: Jeri's New Love The lights seared through the darkness as Tawny felt something or someone caress the side of her face. Blearily opening one eye, she saw Jeri looking down at her lovingly. "H, hi..." she moaned, the sudden pain rushing back into her like a mile-long freight train smashing through a pickup truck. "Hi..." Jeri whispered. Tawny noticed something in her eyes, sensing that something was amiss. "How are you feeling, Tawny?" Looking around, Tawny moaned again...

Angel and Domenic 2 Johnny and Catherine

As the kids grew so did how close they liked to be. They sat next to each other on the bus when they started school, had the same teachers, and even had desks next to each other. This kept on all the way through high school. Then they just started driving together and took turns on who was driver and who wasn’t. Many people joked the two of them actually seemed like a couple and that was one of the deciding factors in what occurred on their eighteenth birthday. The day they became much...

Fallen Angel Part Two Lovers

Fallen Angel Part Two ( A Lovers Conversation) ‘Sir, you are cold, wet and shivering,’ my pet gasps. Her soft cheek pressed lovingly into my chest, she tightens her arms around me. ‘What horrible dream could inflict such cruelty?’ Her voice filled with loving concern. ‘The most terrible of dreams, my pet. A dream so cruel, I want it erased from mind and soul.’  I do not hide from my pet how shaken the dream has left me. ‘I dreamed I knew not where you were. The emptiness that filled my...

Fallen Angel

FALLEN ANGEL 1. Aunt Julene woke me up at 6:31 on the dot, sweeping lightly into the bedroom with a breakfast tray between her hands. This was nothing unusual in itself, I'd been subjected to these dawnlight raids for the past couple of couple of years. Her voice sliced through the air like a keen-edged blade. "Rise and shine, sleepy-head," she chimed in bright, tinkling tones that never failed to set my teeth on edge, "Your appointment's at nine, and we can't lie around all...

Two Unite As One Poem

Probably my most popular erotic poem...Two Unite As OneIt starts with a look you caste my way,There are no words we need to say,I always know that certain look,We know each other like a book,Next you reach out with your gentle touch,That says you want me very much,Soft kisses and a warm embrace,As I stare into your pretty face,I lean in closer as our lips meet,Where we touch, I feel the heat,Lovingly we start to undress,As exploring hands start to caress,Delicately kissing every inch of...

Kandis Poem

Kandi's Poem (For Tricia) If I were Kandi I'd be sweeter than sugar. I'd simper for ladies, and pout for the men. I'd be a good girl who's a little bit naughty. I'd promise a good time, again and again. If I were Kandi I'd love wearing pink clothes, And use a pink tablet instead of a pen. Except for a wedding dress, white for a princess, I'd dream I could wear that, again and again. For if I were Kandi I'd still be an innocent; But have lots of admirers, might even have...

Guardian Angel Chapter 7

Anger and Love Part 1: Back Together “Hey Jake… Can we talk?” asked Kiyan. Jake was still in his sleepy state, wearing just a white shirt and underwear. Kiyan could see the boy had just woken up. “What are you doing here…? Wait, Hunter’s with you, isn’t he?” “N-no! No, he’s not. I’m not with Hunter anymore. Look, Jake… I’m sorry; I don’t know what got into me, I just…” “Forget about it.” Interrupted Jake, “Took you long enough to open your eyes. Come on in.” Kiyan entered Jake’s room,...

Deja Vu AscendancyChapter 343 Introducing a Guardian Angel

Monday, April 23 to Thursday, April 26, 2007 Over the next few days, there was much media discussion about whether Mark Anderson should be on the list, and I was very pleased to see that most people agreed that I should be. I wasn't so silly as to think it was because I was a wonderful person. The possibility of learning how to make everyone super-healthy, the huge taxpayer bribe, and the possibility of gaining 120 IQ points were the main reasons, in that order. Plus, as one person said,...

Part 1: Back to School Summer’s finally over, and it’s not school time. It’s also the worst day of Kiyan’s life. It’s also the day Jake goes back to his superstar life and goes away. Kiyan is now 14 years old. He is now on 9th grade, and he is now surrounded with new classmates, it’s a whole new world for Kiyan now. The hallways are full of other kids, all waiting for their teacher. In this school, students wait for their teacher in the hallways, waiting for them to show up, unlock the...

Deja Vu AscendancyChapter 333 The Angel Heads Home

Thursday, April 5 (Continued) to Saturday, April 14, 2007 When it was dark enough, I surfaced and flew east until I reached the Cascades. I flew north along the spine of the mountain range, staying very close to the ground and below the nearest ridge. I sometimes divert from my northward journey to enter a deep gully and follow it east or west until it got too shallow, then I'd pop out and resume going north. If they were tracking me with some sort of technology, I wanted to make it as hard...

Dana the Angel of Lost GirlsChapter 2 The Magic Night

Dana woke up late the next morning in the same mood. Her happiness continued as she got dressed and on through her brunch. There was only one thing for a girl to do when she is that happy; Dana went shopping. She leisurely browsed and came across a sleek little spaghetti-strap, black-satin dress that fit entirely too good and made her look positively delicious. She got a pair of black, patent leather sandals with four-inch heels that her mother would definitely not have approved of, and a...

Theres More than One Way to Skin an Angel

TRUST ME It’s written in big, black letters on a piece of card stock. It’s the second one I’ve received this week. The first one had three little words on it: I WANT YOU I called a friend of mine and told her what was going on. I asked her if any of our friends were pulling a practical joke, cause I wasn’t finding it funny. I was a single, young, professional that lived alone and things like this gave me the creeps. The second note kind of confirmed my thoughts about a friend pulling a joke on...

Angel and the OkieChapter 4

The Devil You Say That evening, we attended the box lunch and country-dance. Angel expressed keen disappointment when she found our version of "box lunches" weren't sexual events. But she was a good sport about it and whammied up a nice little Kentucky fried box of goodies. I bid on her box and Harold Loomis bid against me. Suddenly, I felt a squirmy feeling in my right jeans pocket. I reached in and pulled out a big wad of cash. "Well, Rupert," I said to myself. "I bet this means...

Angel Carol Ben and ErinChapter 5

The sun rose on Wednesday just like it always does. The sky looked different. A front had rolled through and it would rain soon. Ben and Erin woke together and kissed gently. It quickly went beyond that bringing on a lot of passion until Ben rolled on top of her and pushed into her pussy. He fucked her tight pussy for many long minutes until they came together gasping from their orgasms. He rolled off her onto his back and she went to suck his cock clean. There was a light knock on the door...

Angel Chapter 2

Several weeks later, Johanna and I were taking in the sites of the harbor. Sitting on the ledge of the semi-circle seating in front of the ferry launch, we ate our fries in the new days afternoon sun. It was a Sunday, and as another of our rules, Johanna and I took Sundays off to unwind from a usually busy week. "So," I said casually to Jo. "My mom called yesterday." "Oh really? Did she ask about your 'job' at the facticious dentist office?" Jo said as she shoved a fry into her mouth. "Yeah. I...

Author's note: This is the second part of a two-part series of stories in the fourth semi-annual Jake Rivers Invitational, this one based on country-and-western songs. This story is based on John Prine's "Angel From Montgomery," as sung by Bonnie Raitt. It picks up after Rosalie, describing her first true love to her recently-heartbroken granddaughter, tells of running off to be with that lover on the Great Plains rodeo circuit. Fallen Snow Angels

It snowed last night. Just a couple inches but it was really beautiful. I’ve always loved snow. I’ve always had a fantasy of sex in the snow. I was outside this morning taking in the sight. It wasn’t too cold, about 33* The snow was still falling pretty hard, very thick flakes. Then my imagination kicked in. You were standing there with me. You were wearing sweat pants and a cute winter jacket. I couldn’t believe I was seeing you there. You smiled, walked toward me and then, with out...

Sara and Audrey, knowing the lay of the land, arrived on the newly renamed Stacy’s Cay ahead of the guests to begin preparations. They were joined by Audrey’s new boyfriend, Thomas (he of the horse-cock), Master PC maestro Chuck Arnovsky and his wife, Joanie. “I’ve never seen such a beautiful place,” she said, resplendent in shorts, sunglasses and nothing else. “No wonder your dad bought it as soon as he was able.” “Real fluke of timing,” Stacy agreed. “He’s already having blueprints drawn...

Fallen Angel Chapter 2

Chapter 2: Cal the ninja Cal and Althea arrived back at his place at just a little after midnight. The two had to sneak into his house via the basement, because Cal didn't want to wake his parents up. Plus, in a way, it was quicker, because his room was in the basement. "Be silent!" Cal whispered as he picked the window-lock to his father's office. He then stealthily sneaked through the room and opened the basement door, which was in his father's office. He let Althea in and then...

Chapter 4: Life as an Outcast Once outside, Cal dropped the shopping bag and stepped away from the glass window. Althea noticed a very pained expression on his face. "Evan," Cal began, "why are you doing this?" "Doing what?!" Evan asked offensively. "You're being stupid, Cal." "Stupid?!" Cal repeated, planting his right foot for a speedy lunge if Evan decided to throw the first punch. "You called me an idiot for no reason and we've not spoken in two months! What the fuck have I...

He opened his door and walked inside, ushering him and Althea in as well. He took a seat behind his desk and looked at Cal and Althea as they sat in chairs opposite him. "So," he drawled, folding his fingers in a steeple, "do you have any idea who did this?" "What the hell's that supposed to mean, sir?!" Cal asked angrily, not caring the consequences of...

The Angel Next DoorChapter 7

Robert, the four other angels, and Azrael were all busy watching the slumber of the mortals when they heard a voice say, “I see that Caroline has moved on without me. That’s for the best, as much as it hurts.” “Andrew Dexter? Is that you?” Robert asked the apparition, who certainly looked like Caroline’s deceased husband’s ghost. “It is I. I would crack a joke about you looking like you’ve seen a ghost, but my mood isn’t particularly jovial right now. I was carved up and eaten by a God....

Angel Carol Ben and ErinChapter 3

Angel stretched as she woke up feeling the stretched, sore feeling from her pussy and ass from last night's hard fucking. Her mouth tasted like male and female cum as well as anal juices. She stumbled upstairs to the bathroom to use the toilet and to shower. She had to soap her face thoroughly to get it clean from the encrusted cum. She stepped out feeling much better and even felt good after she brushed her teeth. She went into her room and lay down for some more comfortable rest. Tom...

Fooles Ambition Angel Flying Too Close to the GroundChapter 3

The next day I made my weekly phone call to Joel. I have a normal Bell phone line at my home, but I never use it for 'business'. Way too easy to trace. A few years ago, I did a favor for an IT uber-geek who set me up with a 110% secure Internet phone line that bounces off half a dozen private servers and tele-comm satellites before it ever touches a terrestrial landline, probably somewhere in Paraguay. Any bad guys short of the NSA wouldn't have a chance in seven hells of tracing me. Joel...

But, Gina fell in love with him the night that they had sex for the first time. The last customer had left for the night and they were closing up the coffee shop. JETLAG HIT ME big time and I had three cups of coffee thick enough to cut with a knife before I got in my rental car and headed southeast. I got a fast car and drove too fast all the way from Zagreb to Split on the A1. The mountain pass wasn’t as bad as I expected but spooky as hell. A five-mile tunnel. Before I took off, I sent a quick text to Jordan to let him know where I was headed. I want him to know, but I don’t want him to get there before I do. The big lie It took over five hours...

Angel Chapter 4

After dinner we all sat in the living room having what my mother liked to call cocktails. Really it was wine, beer and for my father, vodka and tonic. We were situated around the room comfortably, my mom and dad on the loveseat, my brother Brian, Diane and then Josh on the couch. Josh’s wife, Emily, was sitting in the overstuffed leather chair (on account of her bulging stomach) and Johanna and I were sitting on the floor against the fireplace, directly across from the sofa. Everyone seemed to...

The following week, Pennsylvania: It was the Tuesday a week after Angel left, and Josh sat on the couch watching the basketball game while Emily was baking something in the kitchen. Every now and then he would let out a hoot or a holler when someone from the team he was rooting for made a basket. Emily had gone through the trouble to make him a sandwich and bring him a beer the moment he came home from the office. The Perfect SolutionChapter 8 In the Arms of an Angel

Spend all your time waiting, for that second chance, for the break that would make it okay. There's always some reason, to feel not good enough, and it's hard at the end of the day. I need some distraction. Oh, beautiful release. The memory seeps from my veins. Let me be empty and weightless and maybe, I'll find some peace tonight. In the arms of the angel, fly away from here. From this dark, cold hotel room and the endlessness that you fear. You are pulled from the wreckage, of...

Master of the Kingdom Seizing Power ArcChapter 8 Angeline I

The royal apartments of the castle were built to be fully enclosed, with the only access coming from the grand stairway (which was guarded by the fearsome Veronomigan Guard) and the throne room (which, itself, only had one entrance which was also under guard). Being so self-contained, the apartments themselves were built around an internal staircase that provided access to three levels- the bottom being primarily servant’s quarters, the middle having both larger suites and several functional...
