out and began reading.
Dave paced back and forth with a big grin on his pale gaunt face. He
knew that even though Jack was almost as intelligent as he was it would
still take Jack a second or two to find what he had seen. After a short

shoulder, "Look."
Jack looked at the reading and said, "Alright, I'm shutting it down."
Jack began to type furiously. "It's off."
Dave peered around the monitors, "Oh yeah, then what the hell is that
light?" In the center of the machine is a small glowing light.
Jack leaned over, "Shit." Jack looks at the monitors again, "I don't
get it, everything is off."
Dave looks at the monitors again, "Doesn't look like there is any
radiation or anything, almost like that light isn't really there at
all." Dave steps around the monitor and looks at the light. "It almost
looks like something is in that light Jack."
Jack looks again, "You're nuts, it's just your imagina... what the
