Jim Hensonand George Lucas film of same title.
"We won't be too late, big guy," said dad as he got his hat helped mom
on with her coat. "Take care of the house for us."
"Right," I said with a smile as I watched the front door close from
atop of the stairs. I then rushed to my bedroom window to make sure
their car was pulled out of the driveway and out of sight at the end
of the road.
"They're gone." I though to myself as pulled my old steamer trunk out
from under the bed. It came in handy before I came home from college
for vacation. I popped open the trunk and pulled out a white dress
with puffy shoulder sleeves first. This was followed by some black
open toe heels, a long black wig and a make up kit.
I noticed that my legs were a little fuzzy and gave them a quick shave
in the shower. Being on the college swim team, my parents didn't think
anything about my hairless legs when I came home. When I was done, I
slipped a pair of silk panties over them and got out a bra and my
breast forms. Once the forms were attached, I hooked the bra in front
and then turned it around my body to put my arms through the straps
and forms in the cups.
I slipped a pair of suntan pantyhose up over my smooth legs and sat
before my desk mirror to apply my make up. This was followed by the
white dress and heels. As I stood before the mirror and admired how
fem I looked, I couldn't help saying out loud: "I wish I was a real
girl."
"Hello, Paula." The Goblin King said as he appeared before me. He was
tall, thin and handsome as I had always imaged him to be. "How would
you like to be a real girl?"
"You're not suggesting a goblin girl are you?" I asked, looking for
some kind of trick.
"Not at all," said the king. "You'll look as lovely as you do now,
only real."
"What do I have to do?" I asked.
"Just make it to the center of the maze." The Goblin king said as he
created an image in a puff of smoke. Then the image changed to that of
three mannequins in a window. One dressed in a red and white dot
bikini, one in a blue and white dot bikini and one in a green and
white dot bikini. "Of course if you can't make it in 12 hours, you'll
make me money by renting you to boutiques and other stores in need of
mannequins."
I gave thought of all I had to gain and all I had to loose. Even if I
lost, I'd still be dressed in pretty clothes. With a sigh, I nodded in
agreement. That was when I found myself in front of a giant door way.
"Guess this is the way into the labyrinth." I muttered as I walked
inside and watched the giant door close up behind me. As I glanced at
the wall, I could no longer see where the wall ended and the door
began. "Glad I remember a few things from watching the movie when I
was a kid."
"I guess I'll start the way." I left out a sigh and found the bounce
of my breast form on my chest. I tried not to touch the slimy wall too
much with my press on, red polish nails, but tried to find the first
maze turn. I was careful not to trip over any roots as I went.
"Where are you going?" a squeaky voice asked.
"I'm going through the maze." I said.
"Don't go that way." The worm warned.
"Why?" I asked.
"That will take you straight to that castle." The worm replied.
"That's what I thought you'd say." I smiled. "That's where I want to
go."
As I moved along the paths, I knew that marking my way would do no
good. I remembered of the maze changed in the movie to try to confuse
the girl in the film. After I had gone awhile, my feet was starting to
bother me.
"Maybe I should have gone with my Mary Janes." I said as I leaned
against the labyrinth's wall. When I tried to remove my shoe and rub
my sore foot, I found my shoe wouldn't come off. "What's going on?"
"Something the matter?" a little beggar asked as walked up to me with
a tin cup in his hand.
"My shoe won't come off." I said as I dropped my foot to the ground
and tried to get a good look at the guy. That was when he stood up and
removed his disguise and proved my believe that he was The Goblin
King.
"Come off," The Goblin King chuckled. "Of course they won't come off.
Do you think I'd make it fair for you?"
"Do you worst," I said. "I'll still make it to the goblin city."
"You want my worst, do you?" The Goblin King chuckled as he circled
around me and vanished before I could turn to keep my eyes on him. "My
worst hasn't even started."
With a sigh, I pushed off from the wall and tripped on a root. I fell
against the wall before me and watched as it opened up into a downward
slide. I allowed myself go until I saw a light coming up at the end. I
then used my hands and feet against the sides of the chute to slow me
down before I wound up in what appeared to be a fowl smelling swamp at
the other end.
"That was close." I sighed. I eased my way out of the chute and down
the wall. I had to go slow since the dress prevented me from seeing
where my foot holds were. I had to feel my way and make sure I was
secure before moving at wall.
I was making my way across a stone bridge when a stomach cramp caught
me unexpectedly. It would seem that even without the proper equipment,
the goblin king had made if so that I would feel the symptoms of a
period while I was in his kingdom.
Trying to ignore the pain, I forged onward across the bridge and used
a vein to climb up a wall back to the top. I made my way alone the top
of the wall until I was nearly at the center of the maze. With a lack
of veins to climb down on the Goblin city side, I had to climb down on
the maze size.
"You think you've won your way to the Goblin city?" The Goblin king
asked as I turned to see a series of thorns and roots stretching out
in a web like pattern to black my path on through the labyrinth. "You
shouldn't of gotten this far."
"I've come too far to let you stop me." I said as I began to climb the
thorn wall carefully. Once on top of the wall, I dropped down to the
other side and proceeded into a village. As I glanced sideways to one
house's lawn, I notice a lawn shark moving through the blades of
grass.
"No!" The Goblin King shouted as the parts of the goblin homes
detached from themselves and reattached so the parts were going this
way and that. It was hard for me to tell which way was up. That was
when I noticed the path I was standing on had me walking upside down
without falling.
Pushing off the ground beneath me, I fell to the path below me so I'd
be right side up. I then noticed that The Goblin King was standing
side ways before me. "Time is almost up my dear."
"You forgot one thing." I said with my ruby lipstick smile.
"What's that?" The Goblin King asked as if to call my bluff.
"I know this is a dream and that being the case, I'm the one with the
power here." I said as I made a door way appear in the middle of the
path with the power of my mind. I walked through the doorway into the
castle.
"No!" The Goblin King shouted as the walls of the castle shattered
like glass around me. I sat up to find my race car shaped bed had
changed to that of a canopied and lace one. The first thing I did upon
sitting on the edge of the bed was removed my shoes and flex my sore
toes.
"Princess, we're home." Dad called out as he and mom walked into the
house.
"If only I didn't have to wake up from this dream." I thought as I
removed the dress to find the breast forms were real C cup breasts and
there wasn't the bit of bulge in my panties and pantyhose.
"I got to go to work." I heard my father say.
"He's going to work?" I mumbled in a sleepy tone. "He just got here."
That's when my eyes fluttered open and I lifted my head from the
pillow. Waking to the sound of dad flushing the toilet, I glanced
through the door way and saw him kiss mom goodbye. I put my face down
into the pillow wishing I could of return to the dream at the spot
where it was just getting good.
