Now there is something you don't see every day, Shawn thought. He'd
seen Starbucks that popped up overnight many times, but this was the
first time one had disappeared overnight. It was rather inconvenient
since he happened to work part time at the coffee giant. In its place
was a simpler looking establishment called Spell's R Us. Curious, Shawn
decided to enter.
"Hello Shawn," an old man greeted him. "Please don't be concerned about
your job. Starbucks should resume service by tomorrow. Though I believe
there will be a change in the management." The old man chuckled at his
last comment.
Before Shawn could ask, "How did you know my name" the old man pointed
to a sign. On this sign were the words "I know because I'm a Wizard."
Shawn wanted to ask the question anyway but the Wizard seemed consumed
with a piece of paper he was starring at.
"What's that?" the teen asked instead.
"This my boy is a print out of the java script of a sector of
programming for the software stored on these TG's." As he said this the
Wizard pointed to what looked like a pile of CD's in cheap paper cases,
the kind you might find in the mail with the words AOL free trial. "The
software is supposed to magically alter reality to turn whoever
accesses it into his own ideal woman, and make her fall in love with
the first person she sees."
"Seriously, then what is wrong with it?"
"Nothing, that's the problem. Most of my spells have predetermined
results, which are not very interesting. I thought this would be fun
because you could see the inner workings of the users mind since he
will turn into HIS OWN IDEAL. However everyone who uses it just turns
into the same thing. They become blonde, blue eyed, buxom, and horny."
Still not being able to see the problem Shawn purchased one and wished
the Wizard a good day.
Larry loved anime; and not even current anime like Inuyasha or Gundam
Seed. No he was into old stuff like Gatchamen and Captain Harlock. But
his pride and joy was his collection of Urusei Yatsura DVD's. It was
the gentle love story of a lecherous boy and his jealous flying
electric alien ogre bikini clad self-proclaimed wife. To him the female
protagonist (Lum) was a goddess.
That afternoon Larry was thinking about Lum when Shawn knocked on his
door.
"Hey... Larry. I got a copy of Doom. You wanna play."
In Shawn's hand was the TG with the word doom scribbled on it in black
marker. With a new Doom movie in progress Larry had no trouble
believing that CD's of the first game were back in circulation. "Sure."
he answered. "I'll set it up."
Soon they were alone in a room together and Larry was tapping away at
Shawn's computer getting ready to install the program on the TG. Shawn
shook with anticipation. Soon his life would have one more babe, and
one less nerd. Larry had never seen Shawn look so excited over a video
game. Like everyone Larry accepted the licensing agreement without even
looking at what was written, and then clicked OK to install. The
computer clicked and beeped for a few painfully long minutes then a
final box appeared. It said run program and gave the option to click
YES or NO. This is it Shawn thought with anticipation, but before
hitting the YES Larry turned to Shawn:
"Hey are you sure this disk is good. It looks cheap. Maybe I shouldn't
run it."
"Its fine, it's fine." Shawn yelled. "Just start it already!"
Larry hit the yes. Shawn turned his head, afraid of what could happen
if he looked at the screen. There was a pink flash then it was done.
Shawn turned to see Larry. Larry turned to see Shawn. The Selfish jerk
expected an immediate vision of beauty, but that is not what he
received. Blood trickled down Larry's forehead as a pair of golden
horns protruded through the skin of his temples. He opened his mouth to
reveal tiny fangs, "What have you done to me?" Larry demanded.
Shawn recoiled in horror.
The remaining changes were not as unpleasant.
As Larry grabbed his bleeding temples hair cascaded down to the small
of his back, turning from back to green along the way. The hands
touching his scalp shrank, becoming soft and dainty and when he removed
his hands the blood had magically disappeared revealing the prettiest
face you could ever hope to see. The eyes were unusually large and had
well plucked lashes. Her nose, her cheeks, her chin, they were all the
perfect shape for a young girl. Though she still had fangs they made
her look cute and mischievous rather than frightening and her ears were
just slightly pointed with an appealing elfish quality. Shawn couldn't
believe he focused so much on her face that he had barely noticed the
changes to her body, but now they were quite clear. She was about a
foot shorter that Shawn, her breast at least a D-cup, her waste petite,
and her hips a fair size for the ideal hourglass figure.
She looked at him again, and her anger melted into a smile. "Darling."
she called him in a soft sensual voice. Then with a sudden burst of
cheerful bounciness she announced "Here is and expression of my love."
embracing Shawn with all her might. Electricity poured from her body
like the emotions she could not contain causing Shawn to scream in
agony.
When the shock ended Shawn broke the embrace and recoiled further back,
until he hit the wall. He then said the first thing that came to his
mind. "I don't want to die a virgin!"
Misunderstanding completely Lum smiled and blushed. "Alright darling,
as your wife it's only natural that we have... relations."
"Wife, when did this happen?"
"I decided it just now," she chirped in response. The girl then flew
off to who knows where and returned with a strange costume. The fabric
looked like five inch thick rubber. She dressed the still dazed Shawn
in the outfit and began snuggling up to him. In a few hours Shawn was
ready to die from heat exhaustion but he stayed awake and watched in
horror as Lum snuggled up to him, the suit the only thing that
protected him from the sparks of electricity flying from her body, yet
the happy oni girl squealed in pleasure as though she thought they were
actually having sex.
Far away the Wizard chuckled as he watched the strange sight in his
crystal ball. Normally it would be the selfish Shawn he would have
transformed but Shawn seemed to be getting his just desserts and Larry,
now Lum, was happier than she had ever been. Still, having watched
Urusei Yatsura, the Wizard had to wonder what kind of trouble this
alien girl would attract to this little blue world.
