Chapter 3 - Lips, Lips and More Lips
At seven o'clock my alarm stirred me out of bed, there was no way I was
going to be late. I hopped in the shower on a natural high. I've never
been a morning person but today was different, I was happy as a little
girl. I relieved my self in shower, it only took a few strokes before I

had filled with necessities. Ok, it was only about 8:30AM, plenty of
time for the hour drive. I sat down at the kitchen table and lit my
first cigarette in like three years. My hands were shaking.
I arrived at the shop at 9:40. "Sorry for being so early, I'm Jenn
Hendricks, I have a 10:00 appointment," I announced in my best femm
voice to the 'girl?' at the counter.
She ran around the counter and took my bag from me. "Just have a seat,
can I get you a coffee?" asked the sweet young thing.
"Two cream and two sugar," I replied, grabbing a Cosmo off the table
before finding a seat.
A minute later an older, yet equally attractive, lady came out with my
coffee. She looked about forty, and was impeccably made up, she looked
very elegant (in a courgary way) wearing a plain white blouse and a knee
length straight black skirt.
"Hi, I'm Ida, I wanted to greet you personally, welcome to my boutique.
My, your hair is lovely, your skin, your features; I can't wait to get
through with you. Unfortunately, the schedule we had you on had you with
our hairstylist at about 3:30, but she's called in sick. We did however
book you an appointment with a 'friendly' salon just up the block, but
she can't take you until 5:30. So we have a couple extra hours. It's
probably best that we push your appointment back to about noon. If you
want to go down to the store we'll give you a good deal on what ever you
buy, or if you want there are plenty of trendy shops on this street for
about two blocks in either direction. Sorry Hun, we tried to call you
this morning but you must have already left," she said apologetically
just as the phone on the counter started to ring.
The young girl answered, "Oh hi,...ok ...no ...she didn't ...the bitch
...okay I 'll see if anyone wants to get it done." She then hung up.
"Hey, the nurse from Dr. Trent's office just called, Angie cancelled her
lip thing at the last minute, anyone want the procedure, cheap," she
yelled into the backroom.
"What's going on Cindy?" Ida asked.
"Angie cancelled her collagen appointment, Dr. Trent drove in from the
city, made his nurse come in, had the operating room prepped and Angie
was a no show for 9:30, if anyone wants the procedure he says he'll do
it cheap," explained Cindy.
"Well.....?" Ida said to me, one eyebrow arched and a smile on her lips.
"Well what?" I responded.
"If you want the procedure I'll cover a third of the cost to make up for
our little appointment screw up," she said in a very business like
manner.
"I am not getting plastic surgery, this is only a couple month
fantasy," I said forcefully.
"It's not plastic surgery, it's a temporary injection to make your lips
look fuller. The effect gradually goes away after two to three months...
Barbara Hershey had it done for 'Beaches'," she explained.
"That's not a great endorsement," I said sarcastically.
"Come on, it'll be fun, your lips are pretty thin. Besides look at those
freshly pierce ears, that's more permanent than this," she continued.
She had a good point, the ear thing was permanent but was acceptable for
guys these days... it was only a couple of months... I walked over to a
mirror in the waiting room and pursed my lips... they are pretty thin I
convinced myself, "Okay, let's go talk to the doctor."
"Hold on a sec," said Ida, "Dr. Trent only works on pre-ops... if he
found out that this was just a little fantasy of yours it could hurt our
referrals from him... Sandy!" Ida yelled, "get out here and show Ms.
Hendricks to a chair, we have work to do."
With that a flash Sandy rushed out, she was a stunner, with her long red
hair and a freckled complexion that delightfully contrasted with her
short white sleeveless spa uniform, she grabbed my arm and said, "follow
me."
Just as Ida yelled, "Trish, we need some forms ASAP."
As I followed Sandy to the back I could hear the sound of heels clicking
their way to the front.
"Have a seat," offered Sandy, "I'm just going to give your brows a rough
shaping... we'll finish them off later," she said.
With that she had me lie back as she first brushed out my brows. "I'm
gonna rough them in with a little wax," she seemed to whisper. Within
seconds I could feel the hot wax being applied to my brows, and then the
cloth backing.
"Just relax girl," she said... obviously feeling me tense up. "This will
only hurt for a second," she said, as I saw her arm fly down towards my
privates while I yelped from the sudden pressure on my balls, her right
hand moved up and pulled the strip from my brow.
I whimpered for a second at the sudden pain. "You did fine girl," I
heard her whisper to me. Just as Sandy finished I heard Trish skip into
the room.
"Ready when you are," Trish said to Sandy.
"Just a sec hun, one more to go," was Sandy's response.
With that she grasped the cloth on the other brow and pulled like she
was removing a bandage, and bang... I whimpered again. "Almost done,"
she announced, "let me clean up a bit with the tweezers."
She spent a few minutes pulling strays until she announced, "Good enough
for now."
Trish jumped in. "Give me a sec hun," she said, unzipping my yoga hoody

Ida stepped in and helped me from the chair.

The doctors office was just across the street, he met us at the door of

"Ida my dear, I knew you'd come through for me," he said as his kissed

He began to explain the procedure in the same manner that Ida had and
soon I was sitting in the O.R., being prepped for the procedure while I
filled out the consent forms. He went over in detail the steps of the
procedure so that I understood what he was doing. I looked down at the
tray and saw what had to be a small tube of topical local anesthetic
and the large syringe of collagen. That seem like a lot of collagen but
I assured myself that he knew what he was doing.
He gave me a quick allergy test and applied the local and said that
should only last an hour or so, as it was the same stuff the dentists
used. He then went to work with the collagen needle talking as he went.
"I don't imagine I'll be seeing you around her much," he said making
small talk.
With his hands in my mouth I couldn't really talk back but he continued.
"You don't really need much else done, at least until you get your
breasts enhanced, you really have great features," he continued.

explained.
'Wait a sec, why 5 months, redone in 16 months? What!' I thought
frantically. "Why 5 months, I thought this would only last two or
three?" I questioned trying my best to stay calm.
"Well because of some early lawsuits from people who absorbed the
collagen in less than three months we have to warn that loss will become
noticeable in two to three months. Realistically, the average person
will notice up to a 20 percent loss in 2 months, maybe 30% after month
three and by months 5 or 6 most will have absorbed 45 to 60% of the
initial treatment. This is the ideal time to do a cost saving touch up
procedure so that the increase to the size and shape of your lips will
be less noticeable than after the first treatment. If you don't need the
appointment then you can just cancel, maybe you'll be one of the lucky
20% who last a year before they reach 10% absorption," he said
encouragingly.
'Shit,' thought to myself, but I supposed it made sense, he was used to
girls worried that it would only last a month and was practiced in this
little absorption speech.
Before I knew it he was done. He packed a little gauze on the inside of
my lips; they felt huge and numb. "Don't worry," he said, "it's the same
feeling you get at the dentist, as soon as the local wears off they'll
feel sore but almost normal."
The nurse hooked me up to a heart monitor and handed me a box of
tissues. "You'll probably drool a bit until the freezing wears off. We
have to keep you around in case there are complications, and we have to
remove the dressing still. Just lie back and relax and we'll check on
you in an hour or so," she said as she followed the doctor from the
room.
I must have dozed off because I awoke with Dr. Trent standing over me
removing my dressings.
"Well.... look Nurse Quint our princess has awoke," the Dr. smiled.
"Just relax Jenn," he said soothingly. "We've already removed the top
packing and I'm almost done the bottom.... just sit still dear."
I felt the last of the dressing let loose and watched him place it on
the tray, he then put his gloved finger into some glossy salve and
massaged it into my lips, on which he was intensely fixated.
"You'll likely have to use a balm of some type for the first little
while until you heal. They turned out lovely my dear, don't you think so
Nurse Quint?" he asked.
She gave me a sincere smile and said, "Yes Doctor, lovely."
"Okay, here you go Jenn, what do you think?" Dr Trent said grinning, and
passing me a large hand mirror.
I held the mirror and gasped at the reflection. 'My god!' I thought to
myself, 'my lips are gorgeous, huge but gorgeous.' My mind raced I was
so excited, then I realized, 'fuck...I have head lips... the kinda lips
you see in pornos or in Julia Roberts movies, the kinda lips you dream

lips to the max." He sounded proud as he excitedly recounted his
technique. "I ended up using it all and if I had prepared more collagen
I could have used it... not to say I'm not pleased with the results...

"Thanks," I smiled, still looking in the mirror. 'Oh my, what a sexy
smile, I look like Angela fucking Joli,' I thought as I stared at my
reflection.
Dr. Trent looked at his watch, "Well, almost 12:00, you'd best hurry
back over to Ida's or you'll be late and she'll kill me for screwing up
her schedule."
