The Magician's Ring
Chapter 1:
18-year-old Sara glanced up from the book she was reading as her
boyfriend Brian threw his tray onto the cafeteria table. "Something the
matter?" she asked.
"Yes!" he growled, "I've had a really rotten day. First Mr. Thompson
assigned a thousand hours of homework!"
She frowned. "So, we're not going to the movies tonight?"
He shook his head.
"W..why can't you just do it tomorrow? It's Saturday, you've got
the..."
He shook his head again. "I've got to go to my stupid cousin's
party..."
"You mean Kristen?" she blinked.
He nodded.
"She's only seven-years-old, don't get angry at her for having a
party..."
"I'm not angry at her!" he shouted, "I'm angry because I have to go!"
"Hey Four-Eyes, are you gonna bring home a doll?"
He adjusted his glasses and frowned as he turned around and saw the
biggest bully in the entire school standing behind him. His name was
Jared, but everyone called him Moby Dick. Brian was kind of scared, but
he kept his composure. He realized that he had made one of the biggest
mistakes in high school, shouting your problems so everyone could hear.
"Just go away," Brian said.
Jared put his hand on his shoulder and squeezed tightly. "What was
that?"
Brian pushed it off and twirled to face him. "I said go away!"
Jared started laughing. "You and your girlfriend having a 'chick talk?"
He looked at Sara, "When are you gonna dump this loser and go out with
a real man?" He began to flex his muscles.
"As soon as you show me one..." she replied.
Jared began to get pissed as was about to take that anger out on Brian,
when one of the cafeteria teachers stepped between them. Jared dropped
Brian and walked away.
"I'm gonna get him one day," Brian mumbled.
***
The next day Brian's mother forced her family into the car and drove
them to her sister's house. Brian had a sour expression on his face as
he stepped out of the car. "Are we going home yet?"
His mother grabbed him by the arm. "Listen to me, young man," she said
in a low voice, "I told you on the ride here, I've had enough of your
attitude. This is your cousin's party, and you're going to behave
yourself and at least pretend you're having a good time, or when it's
time for your graduation party, you WON'T have a good time,
understand?"
"Yeah, whatever..."
She shook him by the arm. "What was that?"
"Yes, ma'am."
She released him. "Good."
He heard his 16-year-old brother, Arthur, laughing at him from behind.
He wanted to tell him to shut up, but he knew his mother wouldn't like
it. His father gave off the same feeling of wanting to be anywhere
else, but at least he knew to keep quiet.
Brian trailed behind his parents while his younger brother followed him
as they entered his aunt and uncle's house. As soon as he stepped
through the door, he heard a sound like a high-pitched freight train
slamming through a tunnel. His aunts and a few other women were in the
kitchen, while his uncle and a few other men were in the living room
watching television. His mother dragged him and Arthur into the kitchen
while his father went directly in the living room. He was going to say
something about that, but decided to keep quiet.
His Aunt Mary was busy decorating a large chocolate cake and she smiled
when she saw them. "Sharon, hi!"
"Hi Mary," his mother said. She shoved her sons and they both recited,
"Hello Aunt Mary," at the same time.
"Where's Kristen?" Sharon asked.
Mary waved to the door to the basement, "She's down there somewhere.
Oh!" She turned to the other women and began to introduce the mothers
of his Cousin Kristen's friends. Brian counted ten women, which meant
that there were at least ten little girls downstairs, plus his cousin,
which would easily explain the screeching and screaming echoing through
the house.
His mother turned to him and Arthur. "Why don't you go say happy
birthday?"
"Don't bother," Mary sighed, "They'll have a chance when she sits down
long enough for cake."
His mother was going to protest, but her sister shook her head. "No,
trust me. With all of her friends here, she's not going to sit still
long enough."
"Well, what can I do to help?"
Mary mentioned to a stack of napkins, cups and plates. "These need to
be set up downstairs at the tables."
Sharon grabbed them and handed them off to her sons. "Here you go."
Both boys grumbled as they marched downstairs. Their aunt and uncle had
a large house, and their basement was no exception. There were at least
twenty round tables arranged on the floor, with still enough room for a
decent sized dance floor in the center. The girls were there, some
running and screaming, while others were playing hopscotch and jump
rope, and others were playing board games. They didn't even pay any
attention to the two older boys as they started to set up the tables.
"I need some aspirin," Brian said.
"It's not so bad!" Arthur shouted.
"What?" Brian shouted back.
Arthur gave him an annoyed glanced. They were about to go back upstairs
when Brian spied a strange-dressed man in the corner. He was wearing a
black tuxedo and had a large black bag. He looked like he was in his
late 40's, but there was a woman with him, who looked like she was in
her 20's. She was dressed as some kind of witch, complete with the
pointed hat and broom. "Who are they?"
"I guess Aunt Mary booked a magician," Arthur explained, "coming up?"
He heard him, but he couldn't help but stare at the magician. Arthur
just shrugged and walked upstairs. Brian approached the magician, not
entirely sure why. The magician and the witch were busy pulling objects
out of his bag when he glanced over. "Hello young man."
"H...hi."
"How are you today...Brian?"
His blood turned to ice. "Y...you know my name?"
"Yes, that is correct," he said, "and yes, I am a real magician, or
sorcerer if you prefer."
Brian blinked a few times. "I...I...."
He smiled. "Would you like a quick demonstration of my powers?"
Brian wanted to run away screaming, but couldn't. "Um...I...."
The magician grabbed his wand. "Don't move, this won't hurt at all." He
waved his wand over Brian's head. He tried to run, but was frozen in
place. He could only stare at the wand as white light seemed to fall
from it, encircling him. His vision blurred for a moment, and he had to
blink twice before it cleared, but when it did, he knew something was
wrong; before he was able to stare at the magician directly in the
face, but now he was staring at the man's mid-thigh. He felt something
tickling the back of his neck and his legs felt weird, like a wind was
blowing on them.
He was suddenly overcome by a strange feeling and he ran from the
magician and up the stairs until he found the bathroom. He slammed the
door shut and tried to look at the mirror attached over the sink, but
to his horror, he found that he could barely see over the countertop.
He stood on the toilet bowl lid and was finally able to see his
reflection, the sight of which caused him to gasp in terror.
Instead of a 12-year-old boy in the mirror, there was now a girl of
around 7 or 8. She was dressed in a white t-shirt with flowers
embroidered around the color, a light denim jumper, white sweater,
bright white stockings, and a pair of black Mary Janes. She had long
brown hair pulled into a pony tail by a white ribbon tied into a bow.
Her face was more then a little cute, and it was made even cuter by the
small flower-shaped earrings in her ear. His brown glasses had even
changed to pink glasses with small flowers chiseled into the frames.
Brian was still staring at the reflection when someone opened the door.
It was the witch.
He just stared at her, but she was smilingly sweetly. She knelt down to
stare him in the face, "Hey there, why did you run off?"
Brian tried to speak, but no words came out. The witch grabbed him and
easily hoisted him into her arms and brought her back to the magician.
Placing him back down, she straightened his dress, then pushed him
slightly to the magician.
"What did you do to me?" he finally shouted.
"I just thought you'd like to have fun at the birthday party," he
smiled.
Brian couldn't believe it. "What?!"
"You don't like children's parties, and I didn't need to read your mind
to find that out. Your attitude was plain to me as soon as you walked
through that door."
"T...this is a punishment?"
"No no no, think of it more as a...learning experience," he smiled,
"You will be able to change back as soon as the party is over. Until
then, enjoy yourself."
"W...wait!" Brian protested, "I..I can't let my family see me like
this!"
"Oh, don't worry about that," he said, "I changed reality as well. As
far as anyone knows, Brian has never existed."
Brian's heart sank "You mean...."
"Your family has never had a second son. 'Brian' doesn't exist right
now."
"But..."
"As far as anyone besides you, my assistant and me know, your name is
Brittany, and you're one of Kristen's best friends."
Brian's mind began to whirl. "W...wait...s...so if I'm one of Kristen's
friends, then, does that mean I have a new mother and father?"
The magician smiled. "Ah, you catch on quick and you're smarter then
you think. As for that, your 'new' mother dropped you off. Now, my show
will start at 2 o'clock, right after lunch. I expect you to be there."
He and his assistant continued to set up their act.
Brian slowly walked out of the basement and trotted into the hall. His
new shoes were clicking under his feet, and the fabric on his jumper
was rubbing against his stocking-covered legs, making them itchy. He
wasn't watching where he was going and crashed into a pair of tall
legs. He glanced up and saw his mother's face.
Sharon reached down and helped him to his feet. "Oh, I'm sorry! Are you
okay?"
He wanted to scream to her about what had happened, but all that he was
able to say was, "Yeah, I'm okay."
She smiled. "What's your name, sweetie?"
He wanted to scream at her that he was really her eldest son, but all
that he was able to say was, "I'm Brittany, and I'm 8 years old!"
"Are you a friend of Kristen's?"
Brittany nodded. "Yup! We go to the same school and she's my best
friend!"
Sharon chuckled. "Okay, why don't you go play with the other girls?
It'll be time for cake soon."
"Yeah!" Brittany cheered and began to run to the stairs. She was
halfway there before she realized what had happened. She had acted like
a little girl! She couldn't tell anyone that the magician changed
her! She was stuck like this!
She was about to start crying when she remembered that the magician
said the spell would wear off after the party. She would just have to
suffer through until then.
She slowly walked back downstairs to the screams of the other little
girls. They were mostly dressed like her, in frilly skirts and dresses.
She saw Kristen in the corner, dressed in a bright pink dress with
frilly sleeves and a full skirt. She also had on matching pink
stockings. Brittany was at least partially relieved to only be wearing
white.
When Kristen saw her, she charged past the other girls and hugged her.
"Brittany!"
Once again, she felt a strange feeling wash over her. She hugged
Kristen back and exclaimed, "Kristen!" She then started giggling.
She joined the others girls in playing jump rope, which was difficult
for her because she kept tripping over the ropes, not to mention that
the bottom of her jumper kept flying up. She kept pulling it down, but
none of the other girls even seemed to care.
It was then time for the magic show. Kristen insisted on sitting up
front, but Brittany was scared of what the strange magician might do.
Still, she insisted, so Brittany had no choice but to comply.
Thankfully there were chairs set up, because she was not sure how to
sit on the ground while wearing a skirt.
The magician waved his hand and tipped his top hat. "Welcome Ladies and
Gentlemen. I am the great magician Marvin Wylit, and this is my
assistant, Morgan. Now, which one of you is the birthday girl?"
"I am!" Kristen cheered, jumping up and down.
"Okay, okay," he laughed, "Now, you can be my extra-special assistant
today, what do you say?"
"Yes!" she cheered.
The tricks were the standard 'children's party' kind. Pulling a rabbit
out of a hat, making stuff disappear. Brittany was waiting for the
sawing the woman in half trick, when the magician asked Kristen to pick
someone from the audience to help in the next trick. She picked
Brittany, and the boy-turned-girl nervously walked to them.
"Now, what's your name?" the magician asked.
She wanted to say Brian, but like before, all that came out was,
"Brittany."
The magician pointed to a short box. "Okay, Brittany, why don't you
climb on inside?"
She complied and lay down inside the box, with her head sticking out
the top end and her feet sticking out the bottom. The magician and the
witch then sealed the top of the box, trapping her body inside.
"Okay, Brittany," he said, picking up a saw, "I'm now going to saw you
in half, okay?"
She knew it was only supposed to be a trick, but the magician had real
magic, was he really going to saw in her half?
The magician began to saw through the box, and just as Brittany
thought, she soon felt something press against her stomach and push
through her body to the other side. It didn't hurt at all, and she was
strangely silent as the magician and Kristen pulled the box apart. She
could see out of the corner of her eyes her feet sticking out of the
bottom of the other box, Mary Janes and all. The magician had just
revealed to Brittany and the audience that the little girl was now in
two halves.
The audience began to clap and the magician and his little assistant
(with help from the witch) pushed the boxes back together, and with a
wave of his wand, Brittany felt her body become whole once more. She
then climbed out of the box, perfectly fine.
"That was great!" the magician said, "Ladies and Gentlemen, how about a
hand for our brave little woman here?"
The audience clapped again and Brittany bowed proudly. The magician
helped her back to her seat. "And that is all the time I have for
today," he bowed, "Thank you."
After the final applause, Kristen's mother put her hands together.
"Okay, we're having cake and ice cream upstairs."
The girls cheered and ran upstairs. Brittany was about to, when the
magician called out to her. "You did a good job."
She blushed and only giggled. "Thank you. I was really scared, but it
was kinda fun. Was that real magic? It was scary..."
The magician blinked. "Oh, let me help you with that." He waved his
hand over her head, and her cheerfulness vanished. "You'll be able to
speak as Brian for the next few minutes."
"Change me back right now!" she shouted.
"I told you, the spell will wear off after the party is over. But you
did an admirable job on stage."
"Come on, you put another spell on me so I didn't feel anything..."
"Maybe, but most people don't think they're really being cut in half.
You were aware the entire time."
"So what does that mean?"
"It means you have a high tolerance for magic. Even now, following the
spell I put on you, you still struggled to speak like a teenage boy,
not a little girl. Maybe I can give you this." He reached into his
magic box and handed her a small, simple ring decorated with a small
jewel.
"What is this?" she asked.
"That's a magic ring. It will allow you to transform into whatever you
wish, but just don't go crazy, because if you use it too many times, it
will start to backfire on you. I would advise one wish every day."
She put the ring on her finger and shouted, "Change me back to normal!"
However, nothing happened.
"Sorry," he smiled, "I am giving that ring to BRIAN, not BRITTANY.
You'll be able to use it properly once the spell has worn off. Now, why
don't you go upstairs and have fun with the other little girls?"
She started to protest, but another wave of his hand, and she was
giggling like a real girl again. She put the ring in the pocket of her
jumper and ran upstairs to the dinning room. Kristen had saved her a
seat. After eating cake, it was time to hand out the presents. Brittany
was wondering if she even had a gift to give her, but Kristen found in
within the pile. It was some kind of Barbie doll clothing mall, with
real clothes in the stores.
"Thank you so much," Kristen said after most of the other guest had
left, "Why don't you sleepover and we can play with it?"
Brittany wanted to say no, but her mouth betrayed her once again.
"Okay!"
Kristen's mother nodded. "Well, if it's okay with Brittany's mother,
its okay with me. Let me call her..."
Brittany was starting to become worried. The other guests had left, why
hadn't she changed back? Was it because she was sleeping over? She
looked nervously as Kristen's mother dialed the phone.
"Hello? Yes, this is Mary, Kristen's mother. Well, the girls were
wondering if Brittany could spend the night. Yeah, the party's over
and..."
Suddenly, the entire world began to get blurry. Brittany blinked her
eyes a few times as a strange, air headed feeling over came her. Once
the feeling had past and the world came into focus once more, she
realized something had changed. She was no longer staring at Kristen at
eye level, she wasn't wearing her jumper, in fact she wasn't even a
'she' any longer.
Brian breathed a sigh of relief. He had changed back to normal. He
looked over his shoulder at his Aunt Mary, who was still talking on the
phone.
"Yeah, okay, thank you." She turned to her daughter, "Sorry, Kristen,
but your friend can't stay over tonight."
The girl pouted and wandered back into the living room. Brian did feel
kind of sorry, but he was more than happy to be back to normal. He
suddenly remembered the ring in his pocket. He pulled it out and stared
at it in his hands. He wondered if it would even work, but since the
magician had been able to change him into a little girl, he imagined
that the ring would work.
Transform into anything....what would he want to change into?
Chapter 2:
Brian debated that question over and over again. He didn't want to
waste the ring's power, even though the magician hadn't said anything
about a limited number. He was rubbing the ring over and over again.
What could he possibly change into?
He kept his ring hidden in his pocket all week until the next Friday.
The school was having a pep rally for the football team. It was going
to be a big game, so the last two classes had been cancelled so the
high school could attend the rally. Brian and his friends were excited
as they sat in their study hall period.
"I can't wait until next period!" Kyle grinned.
"Why?" Max asked, "You don't like football."
"Yeah, but I do like the cheerleaders in their short skirts."
Brian rolled his eyes. "Do you think about anything besides sex?"
"Hey, you've got a girlfriend, we don't."
The three teenagers glanced to the ceiling as the principle spoke over
the intercom system. "Attention students, all cheerleaders must report
to the gymnasium for the prep rally."
As the girls began to climb out of their seats, Kyle stared at them
exit the classroom. "Grow up," Brian sighed.
"Yeah," Max said, "Like you'd really have a chance with any of them."
He chuckled, "The best you'd do is fantasizing with one of their
uniforms..."
He gave him a nasty look.
"In fact," Max said, "I bet you couldn't even get in there to GET a
uniform
"What?"
"Yeah, I'll bet you fifty bucks that you can't sneak inside the locker
room."
Kyle sighed in annoyance. "Yeah whatever."
Max smirked. "Brian, any ideas?"
"Oh yeah," he rolled his eyes, "In order to get in there, you'd need to
be a girl....or change into one...."
"What?"
"Nothing," Brian said, shaking his head. "Tell you what, I'll take that
bet on one condition."
"What?"
"You give me a week."
The other boys glanced at each other, then back at him. "Why? What have
you got planned?"
"Nothing. How much do I get if I do it?
Max flipped through his pocket and threw a stack of bills onto the
table. "Fifty bucks."
"I'll double that," Kyle added, "That's a hundred bucks, but how are we
gonna prove he was in there?"
"Remember my after-school job is to help maintain the computers?" he
asked, "I know that the locks in the girls room are different then the
locks for the boys. Steal a lock from the locker.. All right Brian?"
Brian nodded. "I'll get that lock, don't worry about that."
Once school was over, he drove home as fast as he could. He charged
into his room and threw open his desk drawer to pull out the strange
ring. He slipped it onto his finger, but hesitated. "That's a hundred
bucks I could use to buy that video game system," he said to himself,
"but...am I really going to change into a girl to get it? I suppose I
could get a part-time job or some..."
He shook his head and stared at the ring. "Change me into a girl!"
He suddenly felt very weird as the world began to blur around him. . He
shrunk about a foot, and the rest of his body got smaller as well. His
hair grew in seconds, flowing around his shoulders. He felt his manhood
pull back into his body and a strange sensation between his legs. His
hips pushed outward as the sides of his stomach pulled inward, creating
an hourglass figure. The front of his shirt pushed outward as his chest
grew into two large lumps. His hair grew longer until it flowed to his
mid-back.
He blinked a few times and his room came back into focus. He slowly
glanced down his body and his eyes bulged in surprise. Breasts...he had
breasts! He ran over to his floor-length mirror and stared at his
reflection. He was a girl, a teenage girl with a perfect hourglass
figure, large breasts and long flowing brown hair. His brown glasses
had changed to a bright red, sleeker frame. It worked! He was a girl!
He could sneak into the locker room without....
Wait. How could he sneak into the locker room as...THIS? The other
girls were sure to realize that they had no idea who this strange girl
was. If he wanted to get inside, he'd have to pretend to be an actual
girl from his school. Could the ring do that? There was only one way to
find out...
He held his ring again. "Turn me into my girlfriend."
The world blurred again, but this time not as long. His mid-back length
hair shrunk to his shoulders, turning bright blond, his breasts shrunk
slightly and his height decreased by a few inches. His vision blurred,
and he blinked a few times, but it did not get any better. He pulled
his glasses off and his vision cleared perfectly. He turned to his
reflection; he had turned into the exact image of his girlfriend Sara.
"It really worked," he spoke in Sara's voice, "It really works..."
Brian, or rather, Sara, took a step backwards and fell out of the boy's
pants she was wearing, including the boxer shorts. "Oh, I guess as a
girl, I'd better dress like one."
Luckily, there were some clothes that the real Sara left in Brian's
room. She pulled open the top drawer and fished out a white thong,
which she stared at in wonder. She gritted her teeth and slipped it
over her naked legs, fitting nicely into her ass. She shivered as
adjusted it to fit nicely around her waist. She then pulled off the t-
shirt, revealing her B-cup breasts. She touched one, which jiggled
slightly, causing her to shiver even more. She grabbed a white bra and
fitted it around her shoulders, placing the breasts into the cups.
It took a moment for her to realize that she was actually wearing
girl's clothes, girls underwear! Normally she would love to see the
real Sara in this outfit, but now she wasn't turned on at all.
She knew that she couldn't walk around all day in just a bra and
panties, so she started looking through Brian's dresser before grabbing
a pair of jeans, which fit over her legs like a second skin. She then
slid a pink t-shirt over her torso. After combing her hair, she looked
at her reflection again. She was the spitting image of the real Sara.
She was admiring herself when she heard the stairs creaking. Someone
was home! Her heart froze as she heard a familiar voice shout out.
"Hello, Brian?"
It was Brian's mother! What was she going to do! She would have to
change back, but she couldn't be seen! She twisted around the close the
door, but it was already too late. Brian's mother, Sharon Wilkins, was
standing in the door!
She was frozen as Sharon walked inside. "Oh, hi, Sara, is Brian here?"
Realization suddenly dawned on her. She looked just like Sara! Sharon
had no idea that she was really her son! "Uh...no...Brian's not. He was
supposed to meet me, but he's not here."
"Oh, then why is his car here?"
"His car...he's letting me borrow it since my car's in the shop. He's
uh...getting a ride with Kyle."
She smiled. "Oh, well, make yourself at home."
Sara breathed a sigh of relief as Sharon walked back down the stairs.
She actually fooled her! This could actually work!
She shut the door and stared at the ring. "Turn me back to myself."
Once again her vision blurred as her body twisted and changed, changing
back into Brian once again.
He grabbed his glasses and turned to his reflection. He was back to
normal...except that he was now dressed in stretched out girl's
clothes.
"I'll have to remember about that..." he said, peeling the shirt off.
***
Brian had spent the next week planning his heist of a lock from the
girl's locker room, and he couldn't just go in as any girl, he had to
be someone on the cheerleading squad. On Friday, he finally got his
chance.
His younger brother, Arthur, had been dating a Freshman cheerleader,
Amanda Clark. There was a football game that night, and the
cheerleaders were, of course, required to be there. However, Amanda was
going to ditch the game to go on a date with Arthur. This gave Brian
the perfect opportunity, all he had to do was change into Amanda, go
into the locker room with the other cheerleaders, and then sneak out
when no one was looking.
Just as Sara had a stash of clothes in Brian's room, Amanda had a
collection that was kept in Arthur's room. Brian borrowed an outfit and
threw it into his backpack. He kept them hidden until the end of the
school day, when he snuck into the girl's bathroom on the second floor.
He jumped into the only wheelchair-accessible stall, where he knew he
would have the room he needed. He tore off his clothes and placed the
magic ring on his finger. He took a deep breath, "Turn me into Amanda
Clark."
His body began to twist and change once again, transforming him into an
exact duplicate of his brother's girlfriend: her B-cup breasts, her
long, smooth legs, her shoulder-length brown hair. Brian had now
transformed into the image of Amanda Clark.
Brian, or rather, Amanda, threw Brian's clothes into his backpack and
pulled out the girl's clothes. She slid on the red bra and panties,
followed by a pair of skin-tight jeans and a black t-shirt. She put on
a pair of sandals and nervously exited the stall. She passed by the
mirror and took a moment to comb her hair straight before leaving the
bathroom.
The halls were deserted, so she made her way to the locker room without
anyone even giving her a passing glance. She walked down the stairs and
paused in front of the door to the locker room. She took a deep breath
and walked inside.
The locker room was full of teenage girl changing into their
cheerleader's uniform. She was didn't know what to do until Angela, the
captain of the cheerleading team walked over to her.
"Oh, hi Amanda, I thought you were sick."
"Sick?" she asked, amazed at the sound of her new voice.
"Yeah, you said you weren't gonna be here because you were sick."
"Oh right, yeah, um, I was feeling better so I came..."
She nodded. "All right. If you don't feel well, just tell me, okay?"
She nodded and walked over to the right-handed corner of the rear wall,
where the other two Freshman cheerleaders were changing. They asked her
how she was feeling and if they could help. She told them she was okay
and just wanted to get changed.
She opened the real Amanda's locker. Inside was a red skirt and a red
short-sleeve shirt with the name of the school in white letters. She
felt slightly embarrassed about taking off her shirt and pants, leaving
her in white bra and matching panties, but didn't understand why. In
the guy's locker room, she did that all the time, so she just continued
getting dressed. The uniform shirt was tight, giving more then a hint
of her breasts, and the skirt was short, just the way the boys liked
it. She couldn't help but shiver at that since was a guy she had snuck
a peak up the skirt more then once.
She glanced around at the other girls. They were just finishing
changing and it looked like they were ready to go upstairs to the
football game. She was going to have to stay behind in order to get the
lock, the proof for her prize of a hundred dollars.
So, she took a long time putting her shoes and socks on. She had just
slipped the first shoe on when Angela clapped her hands. "All right
girls! We're going on there tonight and let's make sure our team wins!"
The cheerleaders cheered and ran up the stairs. Angela was in the rear,
but glanced at Amanda. "Hurry up!"
"I'll be right up!" she said, putting on her other shoe. Angela nodded
and ran after the other girls. Amanda quickly tied her shoe and ran
over to one of the vacant lockers and grabbed the lock that was handing
on the handle. It was different then the ones in the boys room. Maybe
to prevent stuff like this.
She dropped it in her book bag. She wanted to change back first, but it
would take too long to change into Brian's clothes again, so she took
her chances and ran out of the room. Unfortunately, waiting for her on
the other side was Arthur.
She froze. She was really Brian, and Arthur was Brian's younger
brother. The problem was that at this moment, Brian was currently in
the form of Arthur's girlfriend!
"Amanda, there you are," Arthur said, "I thought you were gonna meet me
at your house?"
She hesitated, trying to think of how to answer. "Um...the girls called
me and made me come, but I snuck out." She grabbed his arm and started
pulling him away from the door. "Come on, before they catch me!"
She pulled him all the way to the parking lot on the other side of the
school. "All right, all right!" Arthur shouted, pulling free. He rubbed
his arm. "So, we're still going to the mall, right?"
Crap! She had to change back to Brian, she wasn't going on a date with
him! "Um, I can't go like this..." She mentioned to the cheerleading
uniform she was still wearing.
"Oh, no problem." Arthur reached into his car and handed her his bright
blue jacket. She muttered her thanks and put it on.
Arthur opened his car door and reluctantly stepped inside. The cool
night air had chilled the car seat, and her bare legs flinched at the
touch. Arthur didn't notice as he got inside and shot out of the
parking lot.
He started talking to her, and she tried to answer the way she thought
the real Amanda would. He did keep glancing towards her bare legs and
the short skirt she was wearing. As she was really a guy, she knew why
he kept doing that. There was no way she was giving him any action,
especially since she was really her brother.
Once they arrived at the mall, she tried to lose him in the crowd of
people, but he kept tailing her wherever she tried to go. She
eventually gave up and trotted behind him like a loyally puppy.
"We just need to go to a few stores, then we'll go to that movie."
She froze. Movie? Teenagers never go to a movie theater to watch
movies, they go to make out in the back row. She HAD to get out of
there, and fast.
She began to think of a plan when they passed the food court. "Maybe
we'll eat first," Arthur suggested, "What do you want?"
Great, now she had to think of what the real Amanda would eat. There
were a million things that....Wait, whenever Brian asked his girlfriend
Sara, she always gave him the same response...
"Oh, you know what I like."
All the color drained from Arthur's face. "R...right, I'll be back in a
little bit."
Amanda nodded. "I'm, uh, just gonna use the little girl's room."
He nodded and walked over to one of the lines. Amanda grabbed her
backpack and walked towards the bathroom, but glanced over her
shoulder. Arthur wasn't watching her, he was studying the menu. Amanda
charged out of the exit as fast as she could.
She was now free of Arthur, but as Amanda, she wasn't legally able to
drive. Even so, she didn't have a car. How was she going to get home?
She reached into the pockets of Arthur's jacket, which she was still
wearing. She pulled out a 20 dollar bill. She now had money to take the
bus home!
Thankfully, the mall itself had a bus stop, so she didn't have to wait
long. After paying, she sat down near the rear. She once again began to
get cold, so she found herself crossing her legs and trying to pull the
skirt over her bent knees, but to no avail. There were a few young men
checking her out, but she ignored them the best she could.
The nearest stop to her house was a block away, so she began to walk
home. As she did, a thought entered her mind. How was she going to
explain why AMANDA was there without Arthur? Maybe her parents weren't
home, which would be the first, real, lucky break she had all night.
She rounded the corner for her driveway and breathed a sigh of relief
when she saw that there weren't any cars in the driveway. That's when
she remembered that Brian's car was still in the school parking lot.
"Oh man!" she shouted, "Can't anything go right?"
Well, she wasn't going to stay as Amanda a second longer. She could
ditch the lock and her backpack in Brian's room, then change back to
Brian and ride the bus to the school to get his car. Of course, that's
when she realized that she was still wearing the cheerleading uniform.
It would be pretty hard to explain to his parents why that was in his
room. He could just throw it in Arthur's room and everyone could think
Amanda had just left it there. But, if she denied it, there could be
trouble. Still, the only other option was to sneak back into the girls
locker room, put it back in the locker and sneak out again. Arthur's
room would have to do.
He was so focused on the uniform problem, that she didn't realize that
Sara's car was parked on the other side of the house until he stepped
inside and saw her sitting on the couch. "Sara!" she shouted.
"Oh, hi Amanda," she said, "Arthur's with you, right?"
She froze again. "Uh, no, he was supposed to meet me here..."
She smiled slightly. "Is that why you ditched the school game tonight?
In your uniform?"
Amanda began to blush and nervously fingered the hem of the skirt. If
she thought that being around her brother was embarrassing, she had no
idea how embarrassing it was around her real girlfriend.
"Hey, don't worry. I won't tell," she smiled, "Just a secret between us
girls."
Amanda blushed again.
"So," Sara said, "You don't know where Brian is, do you? We were
supposed to have a date tonight..."
The date with Sara! She completely forgot! Sara was going to be pissed,
but she couldn't change into Brian with Sara here, especially without
Brian's car.
"Um, I saw Brian's car at the school lot, I think he stayed to watch
the game..."
"Oh really..." Sara said, crossing her arms, "Well, I'm just gonna
drive over there and tell him what I think of him blowing me off like
that!"
Sara was driving to the school! This was perfect! "Um, can you drive me
over there?"
"What?" she asked.
"Yeah, um, uh...Arthur called and said he wasn't gonna be able to go
out with me tonight, so I ended up skipping the game for nothing."
"Really? Yeah, boyfriends can be a real pain sometimes...wait, then why
are you here?"
She hesitated. "Um...to wait for him and give him a piece of MY
mind..."
Sara grinned and placed her hand on Amanda's shoulders. "Tell you what,
after we're through killing those two, let's still be friends, all
right?"
She smiled a fake smile. "Uh...sure..."
"Come on, my car's right outside."
The ride back to the school with Sara was a lot more embarrassing then
with Arthur. Sara kept talking to her about feminine stuff. She once
again did her best to answer like she thought the real Amanda would,
but was giving a prayer of thanks when they finally arrived at the
school.
She jumped out of the car and ran back inside the school. Luckily, the
cheerleaders were still on the field. She dove into the locker room,
shed the uniform, and threw it into the locker. She ordered the ring to
change her back to Brian, then dressed in the boy's clothes in the
backpack.
Amanda, now once again Brian, ran out of the locker room as fast as he
could. His heart was beating a million miles-an-hour. He had actually
done it! Despite the problems that came up along the way, he still
managed to steal that lock. That hundred dollars was as good as his.
Of course, once he walked back to his car, Sara was there waiting for
him, an angry expression on her face. "Crap," he muttered.
Chapter 3:
Brian's mind continued to think about the newly-discovered power of the
ring for most of the next week, but his wonderment turn to joy when
Kyle and Max were forced to pay him the money for the lock that he
stole from the girls' locker room. Of course they wanted to know how
he did it, but he kept that information to himself.
That Friday his mother made him baby-sit his younger cousin Kristen. He
didn't want to, but his mother wouldn't take no for an answer.
His Aunt Mary seemed eager to get out of the house, so she gave him a
quick run down of where she was going to be and their phone numbers
then charged out the door. "She must have a date," Brian muttered as he
walked into the living room. Kristen was watching television on the
floor. "Hey, Kristen."
"Hi Brian," she said, still watching the television set.
He gave a small sigh of relief. Usually she was bouncing off of the
walls, but today she seemed pretty calm. If she was going to watch
television all night, then maybe he could have a few hours peace. He
parked himself down at the kitchen table and began to work on his
homework. The only break in the silence was when he fed Kristen, but
the real problem came when it was time for her to go to bed.
Like any typical seven-year-old, she wasn't in any hurry to get ready
for bed. And since her mother wasn't there, she didn't feel that she
had to do what Brian told her. After pulling the plug out of the
television set and threatening her that she wouldn't be able to have
her before bedtime snack, she marched upstairs to take her bath.
He breathed out his frustrations as he sat down at the kitchen table.
He reached into his pocket and pulled out the Magician's Ring. Little
kids were such a pain to deal with, could he make her older until her
mother came home? Then he could just turn her back when she finally
fell asleep. That might make the evening a little easier. But what
about Kristen? What if she told everyone? She was only seven, they'd
just probably think she was making it up. And then he could just say
they were playing pretend. This was perfect! And if it worked, maybe
he'd actually volunteer his baby-sitting services instead of being
forced.
She came down a few minutes later, all ready dressed in a pair of
purple pajamas with a picture of a kitten on the front. "There, I took
my bath!" she shouted.
He was starting to lose his temper, but kept it under control. "Then
you can watch another half-hour of television before going to bed."
She pouted and walked into the living room to sit in front of the
television again. He started doing his homework again, but his mind
kept drifting back to the ring. Could he really do it?
When the clock struck 8:30, it was time for Kristen's bed time. He took
a deep breath and walked into the living room. "Kristen," he said,
"It's time for bed."
She shook her head. "I don't wanna go to bed!"
He growled in annoyance. "Come on, don't make this difficult..."
"I'm not going to bed!" she shouted.
Brian sighed and glanced at the ring. Would he even be able to
transform her?
"I'M NOT GOING TO BED!" she shouted.
"All right, that's it!" Brian said, he grabbed her by the arms and
began to drag her upstairs. She fought him the entire way, but he was
easily three-times her size and had no problem pulling her up the
stairs. He threw her into the bed. "Now go to sleep!" he shouted.
She started crying and buried her head in her pillow. He closed the
door and ignored her crying. After a little while, she stopped.
"Finally fell asleep," he muttered.
After his Aunt came home, she paid him and he drove back to his home.
It was pretty late, so he decided to call it a night. As he lay in bed,
he started to think about how easy little kids had it. Sure, they had
to go to bed at a certain time, but they didn't have to worry about
anything, their parents took care of them. They even had Halloween to
look forward to, which was only a few days away. Of course, little kids
did get spoiled, and they turned into his cousin, Kristen.
"Oh well," he said, turning off his light, "I'm not a little kid
anymore." As he drifted off to sleep, he failed to notice that the ring
glowed slightly.
He woke up the next morning when he felt someone shaking him. "Come on,
it's time to get up, come on..."
He slowly opened his eyes and saw his Aunt Mary shaking him awake.
"Aunt Mary?" he asked.
She blinked. "What? It's Mom, and don't forget it. Hurry up, or you're
gonna be late." He watched her leave. "Mom?"
He looked around his room and realized that this was NOT his room. It
was covered with pink and white, had dozens of stuffed animals in the
corner. It was clearly a girl's room, but why did Aunt Mary...
"Oh no!" he gasped. He leapt out of bed and ran to the mirror hanging
on the other side of the door. What he suspected was true, he saw his
cousin Kristen's face staring back at him.
"Oh crap!" he shouted. He had turned into Kristen! He realized that it
had to have been the ring, but when he glanced at his hand, he realized
in horror that it wasn't there. He ran over to the bed and looked
through the white sheets. Still nothing! It wasn't in the room at all!
"Kristen!" Aunt Mary shouted, "Hurry up and get dressed!"
He reluctantly gave up his search before his new mother yelled again.
He wondered what he was going to wear when an image flashed through his
mind, an image of a girl dressed in a school uniform. He knew that
Kristen went to a private school, so that must meant a uniform, but how
did he know that?
He walked over to the closet and found a dozen of them hanging in the
back. It was a grey short sleeve blouse, plus a plaid skirt, knee-
length black socks, dress shoes, and a black blazer. As he got dressed,
he started to think about how to get out of this. He needed the ring,
but the ring wasn't here...and since he was actually IN Kristen's
bedroom, then maybe the ring just switched their bodies...which could
mean that Kristen was in his body, and the ring was back in his room.
He would just have to get to his house and get the ring, but how?
Brian, or rather, Kristen, felt completely ridiculous in the uniform as
she wandered downstairs. Her mother was eating breakfast at the table.
"There you are," she said, "Now hurry up or you're going to be late,
come on!"
Kristen sat in her chair and began to eat. "Um, Mom," she said.
"What is it?"
"Um, are we gonna go visit M..Aunt Sharon soon?"
She eyed her strangely. "Why do you ask?"
"Um, just last night, when Brian was baby-sitting me..."
"Brian? Who's Brian?"
Kristen froze. Her mother continued talking, "You know that Aunt Sharon
has only Arthur, right? She doesn't have any other kids..."
She felt herself start to panic. She had somehow changed the world
around her as well. As far as anyone knew, there was no Brian,
but...then where was Kristen? More importantly, if Brian never exited,
how could the Magician have given him the ring? But that would mean
that if there was no ring, Brian couldn't have turned himself into his
cousin Kristen to begin with, right? Which meant the ring had to still
exist somewhere...
Her mother continued speaking, "You have that spelling test today,
right? I hope you do a better job this time..."
Another image flashed through her mind, this time of her mother yelling
at her while holding a piece of paper with the number 74 written in red
ink.
"Because," she continued, "If you do bad, you might not get to go out
for Halloween..."
Another image was present in her mind, this time of Kristen picking out
Halloween costumes from the local Wal-mart.
She blinked a few times. Now she knew where Kristen was, Kristen was
INSIDE of her, or maybe, she was really inside of Kristen...In any
case, she had somehow MERGED with Kristen. Kristen was safe, Kristen
was her, and she was Kristen. It was confusing, but at least she knew
her cousin was safe, but where was the ring?
Kristen's ride to school was uncomfortable. It had been years since she
had needed to ride a school bus, and she had forgotten about the dirty
seats and bumpy ride. The seats also made the back of her bare legs
itchy, and she kept scratching them.
The classroom was completely different then the ones in high school.
Instead of the typical white concrete that normally comprised the room,
it was a bright blue. There were posters hanging on the walls, and the
classroom was full of seven-year-old kids.
She started to feel herself panic, but managed to calm herself. She
wondered where to sit, when the real Kristen's memories told her what
she needed to know. Her seat was the second from the rear in the third
row, next to a blond haired girl named Heather and a girl with thick
braces named Paige.
"Hi!" Heather grinned.
Kristen nodded slightly. "What's up?" She then flinched. Little kids
didn't say that.
"What did you say?"
"She was talking like a boy!" Paige laughed.
"Kristen's a boy!" Heather laughed.
Kristen suddenly blurted out, "I AM a boy!" She stopped and placed her
hands over her mouth.
"You said you were a boy?" Paige asked, "Why would you ever want to be
a boy? They smell!"
"They're stupid!" Heather said.
\She blinked. "T...they are?"
"Of course!" Heather gasped, "They're so icky and yucky...."
The teacher came into the classroom a minute later and started the
lesson. Kristen tried to pay attention, but she was really an 18-year-
old, which already knew everything they taught in second grade.
At lunch time, the two girls pulled Kristen to a corner table. "It's
going to be Halloween tomorrow night!"
"What are you gonna be?" Paige asked her.
Kristen didn't know, but a glimpse of memory from the real Kristen
showed her dressed in a familiar blue dress and blond wig. "Alice in
Wonderland,."
"Oh, that's so cool!" Heather grinned, "I'm gonna be a princess."
"I'm gonna be a kitty cat," Paige said, "Why don't we go Trick-or-
Treating together?"
"That sounds...fine," she answered.
The two other girls cheered.
Kristen had to go straight home after school. Her new mother was there,
and prepared a snack for her. She told her to go to her room and do her
homework right away because she was going out that night and the
babysitter was coming over. She hadn't had a babysitter in years, so
she was a little annoyed at that. But she just saw her as their seven-
year-old daughter, like everyone else.
She glanced at her new room, there were stuffed animals everywhere, and
a large dollhouse in the corner. She opened the closet and saw dresses
and skirts of all styles hanging off of the rack. This was the life she
was going to be living now? It wasn't being female that bothered her so
much, it was being a LITTLE female. Teenage girls didn't wearing
frilly, puffy dresses. She glanced down at her small frame, wondering
how she would look when she was older. Would she be as pretty as Sara?
Would she get a lot of dates, or would she be a book worm.
She shook those thoughts out of her head. Not only was she really a
guy, it would also be ten years before she really had to worry about
that. Right now, she was a seven-year-old girl.
Well, if she was going to be a seven-year-old girl, then she was going
to be a bratty seven-year-old girl. She would annoy this babysitter out
of her mind. She was actually starting to enjoy it when her mother told
her to come downstairs and meet her. Nothing could have prepared her
for the sight of Brian's girlfriend, Sara. She was her babysitter.
She was too embarrassed to put up much of a fuss after all. She quietly
ate dinner and got ready for bed. The bath was really embarrassing, and
there didn't appear to be any pajamas around because there was only a
pink nightgown with pictures of My Little Pony on the front.
After she slipped the thin fabric over her head, she heard Sara call up
to her. "Kristen, you can come and watch a few more hours of television
before bed if you want."
Her little girl body jumped at that idea. That's when she saw Sara
opening the door and letting Kyle inside, Kyle, Brian's best friend.
Well, in this reality, Kristen's best friend was a girl named Heather,
and Kyle was just Sara's boyfriend. She tried to tell herself that
BRIAN didn't exist in this world, so neither of them were technically
cheating, but the sight of HIS hands on BRIAN'S girl soon got the
better of her. When Sara went to the bathroom, she decided to confront
him.
"What's up, little lady?" he asked me, sitting down on the couch.
She wanted to tell him to stay away from Sara, but the words just
didn't come out right. "Don't...stay...don't go near her."
Kyle blinked, then laughed slightly. "Oh, you're jealous huh? Was this
supposed to be a girl's night only? I'm sorry, I didn't know. But you
see, when you get older, you'll understand when you see a boy you like.
Hey, maybe next time I'll bring my cousin with me, and then you two can
hang together, what do you say?"
She frowned. He wasn't taking her seriously. "Listen," she said, trying
to sound serious in her little girl voice, "I'm really a boy named
Brian, a weird ring changed me into my cousin, and Sara's really my
girlfriend, and you are my best friend."
He blinked again. "Oh, I am? Wow, magic, huh?"
He didn't believe her. Well, why would he. Her temper was taking
control and she ran over and punched him in the leg. Of course,
weighing less then 90 pounds, she didn't really hurt him. She pouted
and ran upstairs into her room. She just jumped into bed, clutching a
stuffed animal in the shape of a cat. She clutched it tightly, and it
actually made her feel better. She felt her eyelids start to drop and
she drifted off to sleep.
When Kristen woke up the next morning, the real Kristen's memories told
her that it was Halloween. She was actually excited, and started to
wonder if the real Kristen was starting to overtake her.
Heather and Paige kept talking about it all day at school and she was
happy to get home. Her new mother made her do her homework early and
when it came time to change, she eagerly shed her school uniform and
pulled on the Alice costume, the white stockings, blue dress and blond
wig. She giggled and ran downstairs.
"Oh my!" her mother said, "You look so cute, little Alice!"
She giggled and shyly let her picture be taken. When there was a knock
on the door, she ran over and flung it open. Heather and her mother
were standing on the other side. Heather was dressed in a bright pink
dress with puffy sleeves. "Hi, Alice," she giggled.
Kristen bowed. "Hello your majesty."
After their mothers exchanged a few words, Heather's mother took them
out for their night of Trick-or-Treating.
Chapter 4:
Brian's altering of reality had affected more then just him and his
cousin. At his home, Brian no longer existed, so Arthur was an only
child. Which meant that his room was now Arthur's room, neither he nor
his parents had any recollection of Brian at all.
When he opened his eyes, the first thing he realized was that he had
over slept. It was close to 9:00, which meant by the time he got to
school, it was going to be third period. He could have just skipped,
but he knew that he had already skipped enough days, any more, and he
could be in danger of failing for the year.
He jumped out of bed and quickly got dressed. As he did, he noticed a
strange ring resting on the dresser. He figured that it must belong to
his girlfriend, Amanda, so he slipped it on his finger so he would
remember to give it to her later and ran out the door.
He didn't catch her at school until study hall. They chatted like any
normal teenage couple, only he forgot to mention the strange ring to
her. He would have to give it to her later tonight.
Unfortunately, he never got that chance as soon as they met up again at
her house that Friday night. Arthur wanted to go out, but seeing as it
was Halloween, Amanda wanted to stay in and hand out candy. He felt
that as young adult, they shouldn't even worry about Halloween any
more, but Amanda loved seeing the little kids in their Halloween
costumes. Eventually, Amanda won the argument and Arthur was
reluctantly handing out candy.
One group of kids that knocked on their door was Kristen and Heather.
Kristen was in reality Brian, Arthur's older brother in another
reality. She wanted to scream to him about who she really was, but all
that came out was ,"Trick or Treat!"
Arthur forced a smile and dropped a few bars of candies into their
bags. He did not realize that the strange ring had slipped off of his
hand and dropped into Heather's bag. No one realized this until a few
days later when Heather found the ring inside her bag.
She had eaten her fair share of candy, so when she saw the ring, she
thought it had been given to her by someone she had seen on Halloween
night. She slipped it on her finger, which was odd since it looked too
big for her at first. She admired it for a moment before she heard her
older brother Jared yelling to her. "Get down here for dinner, squirt!"
She frowned and walked downstairs from her room. Her parents had gone
out for the evening and left him in charge. She hated when he was
babysitting. It wasn't that he was mean, but he always made her spend
the evening in her room until it was time for bed.
She walked over to the table and saw a t.v. dinner on the table, one
that contained meatloaf. "I don't want this!"
"What do you mean?"
"This is yucky! I want something else!"
Jared growled. "What?"
"I want chicken nuggets!"
"Well, we don't have chicken nuggets. Eat this."
"No!" she screamed.
He threw his hands into the air. "Fine, don't eat it, starve to death!"
"If you don't give me dinner, I'm telling Mom!"
He leaned in closer "You can't tell her if you die of starvation..."
Heather screamed and ran upstairs. She fell onto her bed and started
crying. "This isn't fair! I want to be the big kid! I want to be
older!"
The ring began to glow strangely. She was growing bigger and bigger.
Her clothes were becoming tighter and tighter until they rip into
shreds, falling into big piles on the floor. Her chest ballooned out as
her sides pulled inwards and her hips pushed outwards. Another
transformation was happening inside her mind, while the ring was
transforming her body, it was also transforming her memories and
personality, changing her into a teenage girl.
Once the magical changed had stopped, she blinked for a moment. She
glanced down at her adult body and grinned. "Wow, I'm really a big
kid...no, a teenager. " She lifted her new breasts, "I need some more
clothes."
She walked into her mother's room and threw on some undergarments
before grabbing a pair of jeans and a tight t-shirt. She glanced at the
ring, using her new teenage intellect to come to the conclusion that
the ring was responsible. She thought of her brother downstairs and
grinned to herself.
She climbed out of her parents' window and onto the thick tree branches
outside. She slid down the tree and walked over to her front door. She
adjusted herself and knocked. Her brother answered a second later.
"Yeah, what do..." His voice trailed off when he saw the teenage girl
on the other side. "H...hi."
She grinned. "Hey."
He was stuttering. "H...how can I...I..."
"My car ran out of gas, can I use your phone?"
He nodded. "Y..yeah, c...come on in."
She was laughing inside at her brother's nervousness. He told her where
the phone was and then started asking her if she wanted anything. She
glanced down at the ring on her finger and grinned. She wondered what
fun she could have.
Chapter 5:
After a few weeks of being a seven-year-old girl, Kristen really want
to get back to normal. It wasn't only being an 18-year-old guy, she
missed her old life. Her new mother was pretty lenient, probably
because of the divorce, but she missed her real parents, she even
missed her little brother....OLDER brother now. She really missed her
girlfriend, but when ever Sara came over to baby-sit she always brought
Kyle with her. Seeing the two of them together always made her sad, so
must nights she just hung out in her room. Not to mention that she was
bored out of her mind. She couldn't go anywhere, except to Paige or
Heather's house, although Heather hasn't been her self lately. The only
real escape she had was the video game system in her room. There
weren't any real violent games, but she was happy with the Pokemon
game.
Heather did invite her for a sleepover on Friday night. Her mother was
a little surprised since she thought her parents were going away for
the weekend, but after a call to Heather's mother, everything was set.
Kristen wasn't too eager to have a slumber party, but after a few
weeks, she really had become Heather's friend, and she was looking
forward to it.
When she arrived at Heather's house she was already wearing her pink,
Hello Kitty pajamas. Heather's mother answered the door. She was
wearing a simple house dress. "Hi," she smiled, "Come on inside."
Heather's mother and Kristen's mother spoke for a few minutes before
Heather's mother told Kristen that Heather was upstairs. She ran up to
her room, but came to a stop when she saw there was no one inside.
She turned back around and saw Heather's mother. "Sorry for lying," she
said, "But Mom isn't here."
Kristen blinked, sure she heard her wrong. "What?"
Heather's mother held up her hand, which contained a ring that Kristen
recognized it instantly. "The ring!" she shouted.
As the ring glowed brightly, her body began to twist and change,
getting smaller until she had changed into Heather, even her house
dress had changed into a dress in a style more for a young girl.
Kristen stared at her. "She was able to change her clothes too?"
Heather laughed. "I know it looks weird, but listen, it's really me,
Heather. My mother and father are away on a second honeymoon."
Kristen blinked. "Then it was you that talked to my mother, wasn't it?"
She nodded. "Yeah."
"But...where did you get that ring?"
"I don't know, someone just dropped it in my Halloween bag. Now listen,
this ring changed my mind and everything, it change my personality and
everything. I can totally be a teenager!"
Kristen stared with shock. She couldn't believe it, the ring was right
there. But how was she going to get it away from her? "Um, Heather,
listen, m...maybe you should take that ring off..."
She glared at her. "No, it'll be cool, watch." She held her hand, "I
want both Kristen and I to become teenagers."
The ring glowed brightly and instantly Kristen felt her body start to
change. She grew taller, her hips widened and her chest ballooned out.
Even her pink pajamas changed to pink lingerie. Heather had changed as
well, to a blond-haired bombshell of a girl, wearing a revealing black
nightgown.
Kristen stared down at her transformed body. While she was happy not to
be a little kid anymore, she wasn't too happy about the breasts, nor
about the see-through pink outfit she was wearing.
"Cool, huh?" Heather asked, showing off her new body, "Isn't this
great?"
"Uh, yeah," Kristen said, subconsciously covering her breasts with her
hands. Heather saw this.
"Oh, you're nervous, huh? Well, I can change that." She held up the
ring once again. "Give Kristen the personality of a teenager."
Before Kristen could protest, a strange feeling overcame her. She
suddenly didn't feel as uncomfortable with her clothes or her body,
like she had them all along. She knew that she shouldn't feel that way
and she wanted to get her hands on that ring as soon as possible, but,
what her mind told her and what her body felt were too different
things. She no longer felt uncomfortable with that body, in fact, it
was like she had always had it. She had no problem with being a teenage
girl at all.
Heather grinned, "Pretty cool huh? I can do anything I want."
Kristen wanted to know how much Heather knew about the ring. "What?"
The now older girl grinned. "Watch. Jessica, Jessica, come here."
Kristen turned to the living room door and saw a little girl of about
five or six walk in. She had long brown hair and was wearing a bright
pink nightgown. She was holding a doll and was combing its hair. "What
is it?" she asked.
Heather smiled and knelt down beside her. "Kristen, this is my little
sister Jessica."
Kristen blinked. "Jessica? I didn't know you had a sister, I thought
it was just you and..." Her eyes opened wide, "That's...your brother?"
Heather nodded and held up her hand. The ring began to glow slightly
Jessica's eyes glossed over for a moment, then she stared down at her
body. She turned to Heather and began to punch her in the legs. "Change
me back!" she shouted in her little girl's voice, "Change me back right
now before I kick your butt!"
Heather continued to smile as the ring glowed once more. Jessica's eyes
glossed over again and her punches turned into a hug. "I love you!" she
said.
Kristen was horrified. "W..why?"
"Because of how mean is always is to me!" she shouted, "He treated me
like crap, but now I can get my revenge on him!"
Kristen wanted to get that ring away from Heather as soon as possible,
but as long as she held it on her finger, she could change anyone she
wanted. Plus, Kristen was afraid that if Heather realized it could
change reality as well...who knows what she could do.
"So," Heather smiled, "What do you want to do? We've got the next two

"That's great!" Kristen smiled, "But, we're still too young..."
Heather blinked. "Oh, right, I can fix that." The ring glowed again,
and both Kristen and Heather aged another ten years. Their breasts grew
even larger, their bodies became more shapely, even their nightwear
became even more revealing. Heather stared at their lingerie and with
another glow of the ring changed the sleepwear into party wear: Heather
was now wearing a tight-fitting black tank-top and tight leather pants.
Kristen was now dressed into a light pink, t-shirt and a short pink
skirt.
She ran her hands down her sides. "Wow, cool." As soon as she said
that, part of her mind reminded her that that was not her real form.
She glanced over at Jessica. "What about her?"
Heather nodded. "Yeah, let me take care of that..." The ring glowed
again, and Jessica's body began to change. First she fell onto all
fours, fur began to grow from all corners of her body, a long tail
appeared, her nose grew out and her clothes vanished. Where there once
stood a seven-year-old girl, there was now a brown-furred dog. "There."
Kristen was horrified, but did not have much to say as Heather dragged
her out of the house.
They walked until they arrived at the liquor store. They picked out a
six-pack, but when they went to pay, they found that they did not have
enough.
"Sorry," the man behind the counter said, "I can't give any discounts."
Heather batted her longer eyelashes. "Come on, please..."
He shook his head. "Sorry."
Heather's face turned a deep shade of red. She pointed
