The following Saturday, Cathleen & John arrived promptly for their
appointment at Total Transformation Salon & Spa. As usual, Cassie

picked up a few new things this week."
Within minutes, Cathleen & John were in treatment rooms 4A & 4B
respectively, getting changed. John was surprised to find that the
black cotton robe that he had been used to using had been replaced by
a white silk robe like the one his wife was given at the spa. A warm
feeling went through him as he slipped it on and felt the soft
material against his nipples.
John lay down in the treatment chair. Lori immediately started to
massage his head with a strong dose of TTSS. The effects had become
almost immediate.
"How was your week?" Lori asked.
"Strange," John whispered in reply.
"Are you finding the effects of the hormones difficult?"
"I just feel sort of... confused," he said. "Like I'm not sure what
to do... indecisive."
"How about any physical effects?"
"My breasts feel slightly sore - but just a little bit," he replied.
"And your nipples?"
John smiled. "Umm. Definitely more sensitive."
"I see that you've picked up some new tops from what you were wearing
when you arrived."
"On Saturday, when we got into bed, Cathleen gave me a cute little
Victoria's Secret nightshirt. If feels incredible to sleep in.
Yesterday, she picked me up a couple of new shirts for the day -
silky-looking guy shirts. But they feel wonderful," John said as he
squirmed in the chair a bit.
"You look lovely in it," Lori said. She introduced another dose of
TTSS into the head massage. "I can help you sort through the
confusion you're feeling... the indecisiveness..."
"Really?" he asked. "How?"
"It's very common, sweetie. The hormones are causing physical,
mental & emotional changes. The physical changes take time. But the
mental and emotional begin to be felt almost immediately. So the
male balance that you have had for years is being re-written with the
new female balance," Lori explained.
A tear began to run down John's cheek. "It's hard," John whimpered.
"I know, sweetie. I know," Lori replied. She turned off the water,
swung John's chair around and sat next to him - her face to his ear
as she slowly moved he hand up & down his arm, massaging.
"I am a trained therapist, you know," she said.
"Yes," John replied.
"I would like to take you deeper into a trance and help you to better
cope with the changes."
"How?" he asked.
"We have found that if we create a new persona - a more female
persona - that the patient can find solace and comfort there. Within
the 'John' persona, the female changes are harder to cope with. But
if you can fall back into the context of a female persona, it all
makes much more sense," Lori explained.
"Uh-huh," he said shaking his head slightly. "What do we need to
do?"
"I just need you to take an oral dose of TTSS and then just listen to
me. Is that OK?"
"Yes, Lori," he replied.
Lori handed John a cup with more of the pink TTSS liquid in it. He
swallowed quickly and lay back in the chair. Lori hit a button to
adjust the lights much lower and then began to speak into John's ear
softly. Within a couple of minutes, he was in a hypnotic trance.
Enhanced by the TTSS, John was open to Lori's every suggestion.
"You have been 'John' for all of your life. But deep inside, there
has been another side. Deep, deep inside of you and your male
persona, lying dormant has been your female side," she began.
John lay still in the chair, absorbing her words.
She continued, "In the last few weeks, we have been starting to draw
your female persona out of dormancy. As you have begun to better
understand Cathleen and her desires, your female side has come
through."
"Yes..." John whispered.
"Now, we need to bring it even further out. We need to give you your
female persona to tap into when you need it. It will help you to
better assimilate the female emotional changes brought on by the
hormone therapy. I can help you bring your female persona out.
Would you like that?"
"Yes..." replied.
"Very good... very good... Think about the first time we connected
you to the sensory input device and let you experience what it feels
like to be female. Think of how good that felt. Think back and just
imagine that feeling again... of being a female... female...
female..." Lori kept repeating "female..."
After a minute, she continued, "Does it feel good to be a female?"
"Yes..." he whispered - his voice slightly higher.
"Now, you are on a female hormone replacement program so that you can
be more like this. More female. Your breasts are developing and you
nipples becoming much more sensitive," she spoke. "Go ahead and
touch them."
John's hands went to his 2 breasts and he began to slowly massage.
Instantly, they became hard and pleasure shot through his body.
"Yes..." Lori encouraged, "yes... You are growing lovely breasts...

For the next 15 minutes, Lori repeated this over and over... until it
became the truth.
"Heather," Lori said?
"Yes?"
"As the female changes and tendencies to your body & mind become more
pronounced, you will come more and more dominant. Today, you are a
female persona only slightly under the surface - a persona there to
help with the early stages of transition. But as the changes
continue, Heather will become the more dominant persona. Eventually,
there will be no more 'John' and 'Heather'; there will be no
difference. 'Heather' will be one with 'John'. Do you understand?"
"Yes," Heather replied.
Lori continued, "Starting today, you need to help 'John' through the
initial effects of the transition. In body and mind they must be
embraced. You must help, Heather. With your help, the transition
will be much easier and faster."
"I understand," Heather replied.
"You and 'John' need to coexist. You must work with the 'John'
persona as you slowly merge."
"Yes," Heather replied.
"When 'John' feels confused, indecisive or any other effects from the
hormone therapy, Heather will come to the surface and help. Do you
understand?"
"Yes..."
"Heather is there to help. Heather is not threatening. Heather is
comfortable...."
"Yes..."
"Please repeat with me again," Lori commanded.
"You are Heather..."
"I am Heather..."
"You are female..."
"I am female..."
Over and over it was repeated for the next half hour.

Cathleen came out of the changing room in her typical white silk
robe. She found Kelly & Bri sitting at the small table.
"Please, join us," Bri said motioning to the third chair. Cathleen
sat.
"So, how was your week?" Bri asked.
"I did what we talked about. I think it helped. But John was still
pretty... well, 'scattered' is probably a good word," Cathleen
replied.
"How so?" Bri asked.
"I'm sure it was the hormones. He just had trouble focusing. And
like you said, there were a lot of tears. Not emotional tears but
almost a lack of emotional control type of tears, if that makes
sense?"
"It certainly does," Bri replied. "And it's quite common and
expected. It's actually very good."
"Really?"
"It means that the hormones are producing the correct effect and that
the mind is adjusting to the new balance," Bri replied.
"How long does the emotional transition take?" Cathleen asked.
"That depends on the patient as well as how much help they are
willing to accept."
"Help?" Cathleen asked.
"Yes. You see, we can help smooth the transition by introducing a
new female realm that the patient can lean on as the hormonal effects
take place. Those feelings are hard for a life-time male to adjust
to. But if there is a female vessel to slip into, then that female
persona can assimilate the effects," Bri explained.
"I see," Cathleen said. "Is that what you are going to do to John
today?"
"Only if he wishes for it to happen, Cathleen," Bri replied.

Back in treatment room 4B, Lori was slowly bringing Heather out of
the hypnotic trance with the formation of the new female persona in-
place.
She swung the treatment chair back around, turned on the water and
began to massage Heather's head - no more TTSS was necessary.
A moment later, Cathleen, Bri & Kelly entered the room.
"How did it go," Bri asked Lori.
"Very well, ma'am," she replied.
"Shall we see?" Bri asked the group rhetorically.
Lori leaned down and whispered, "Heather? Are you with me?"
"Yes," she answered.
Cathleen's eyes were glued on her husband - his voice slightly higher
as he responded to the name Heather.
"Who are you?" Lori asked.
"Heather."
"What are you?"
"I am female."
"Who is John?"
"This is John's body. John is the male persona. Heather is here to
help John adjust to the transition."
"Heather... open your eyes," Lori commanded. She obeyed.
"Do you know who this is," Lori asked as she directed Heather's gaze
toward Cathleen?
"This is my beautiful wife, Cathleen," Heather replied.
Cathleen breath stuttered and she skipped a beat. "My God..." is all
she could say.
"How do you feel, Heather?" Lori asked.
"I feel WONDERFUL," she replied.
"Do you think it is an OK time for John to come back?" Lori asked.
"Yes. I think so. We feel very good right now," Heather replied.
The 'we' struck Cathleen while the same admission pleased Bri, Lori &
Kelly.
"Very well, Heather. Let's let 'John' come back in a moment. But
remember that you need to return to help 'John' when the effects of
the hormone transition become too much," Lori said.
"Yes, Lori. I will," Heather replied.
Bri looked to Cathleen, still in shock. "The Heather persona has
been programmed to take over when needed. However, we also want to
set a phrase that will automatically trigger Heather to come out
whenever you or we want. Do you have such a phrase, Cathleen," Bri
asked.
Without hesitation, Cathleen replied, "I love Heather". And she felt
a trickle of juice slide down her thigh. Bri, Lori & Kelly just
looked at each other and smiled.
The moment passed and Lori looked back toward Heather. "Heather?"
"Yes, Lori?" she replied.
"In addition to coming out when 'John' needs you, you will come out
when you hear the phrase 'I love Heather'. Do you understand?"
"Yes, Lori," Heather replied.
"Very well," Lori said. "Now, please let us have 'John' back."
Heather's expression changed only slightly.
"John?" Lori asked.
"Yes. It's me," he replied.
"What do you remember?" Lori asked.
"I remember talking about that it would make it easier for me if we
brought out my inner female side. And then I remember being Heather.
Just a moment ago, I was Heather and I was talking with all of you,"
John said. He looked toward Cathleen and said, "hi sweetie!"
Cathleen came to his side and knelt down beside the treatment chair,
taking his hand.
"I love you," John said.
"Shall we test the key phrase to make sure we can bring Heather
back?" Bri asked.
Cathleen looked back at her and nodded her head yes. Then she looked
back at her husband in the chair. Holding his hand and looking him
in the eye, she said, "I love Heather".
Without even a blink, "I love you, too, Cathleen," replied Heather.
Cathleen kissed her.
"Ladies," Bri said to the group, "let's take showers, get dressed and
meet in my office in, let's say, 15 minutes?"
"Yes ma'am," all 4 of the women replied.
Bri turned to Lori, "please bring him back as 'John'".
"Certainly, ma'am," Lori replied.
As Cathleen returned to room 4A, Lori brought John back. She asked,
"do you remember what just happened, John?"
"Yes," he said. "I became Heather again and kissed my wife. Now,
Bri would like us to shower and go to her office."
"Excellent, John. Excellent," Lori replied. "Let's not keep Bri
waiting," she said with a smile.
John went back into the changing room and slipped off his white silk
robe. The cold air on his nipples made them hard as he turned on the
hot water in the shower. He stepped in and let the hot shower flow
over him. He started by washing his hair and then grabbed the soap
and began to lather up his body. As his hands ran across his chest,
warm pleasure shot through him... and he became Heather. She

Cathleen spoke next. "Should we let Heather emerge as needed or
should we use the key phrase to bring her out?"
"You can feel free to trigger Heather with the key phrase any time
you like. It will only help strengthen... um, smooth the
transition," Bri replied, catching herself.
"Do you have any further questions?" Bri asked.
Nobody said anything.
"Very well, then. Cathleen, can we speak for just a moment alone?"
Bri asked.
Lori & Kelly led John out to the lobby. As the door closed, Bri
said, "in addition to having fun with Heather, you should really
foster and support her as much as you feel comfortable to help
'John's' mind and emotions through the transition. This is the
second full week. By now, the male hormone blockers are in full
force so the female hormones will have a much stronger impact and
more regularly."
With both anticipation & fear, Cathleen asked, "what is going to
happen to him?"
"Only what the 2 of you desire."
Cathleen met John in the lobby and they walked toward their car. It
was a beautiful Saturday afternoon.
"Why don't you let me drive, baby," Cathleen suggested. "You've been
through a lot."
"No problem," John replied and he headed for the passenger door.
Buckled in and ready to go, Cathleen leaned over to John's ear and
whispered, "I love Heather." Then she said, "what do you think about
the 2 of us going to the mall and picking up a few new cute things?"
"Sounds like fun!" Heather replied.
