The Bodybuilder - Part 1 -
Synopsis: In his quest to be a top teen bodybuilding competitor, Danny
begins using steroids and begins to notice some unexpected changes in
his body.
Let's see, I've been working out since I was about ten years old, and
I'm almost sixteen now so that's about six years. Working out really
wasn't my idea as much as it was my Dad's. You see, he's really into
bodybuilding and he's also a personal trainer. So I guess it was natural
that he would encourage me. We've got a training room set up in our
house with a treadmill, resistance training machines, weightlifting
equipment, and a bunch of other stuff. He started me off with a half
hour workout every other day, but the last year or so I've been putting
in about two hours a day.
Now you can see the effects of the training time that I've been putting
in. I've got very little body fat so my muscles are very well defined.
And the routine that Dad worked out for me exercises all of the
different muscle groups. You'll see some guys that have a huge chest but
skinny legs, or huge arms but a flabby stomach - not me! Now I don't
look like a world champion weightlifter or anything but I take pride in
the way that I look and how all my muscle groups have developed in a
balanced way.
There's another reason that Dad has me working out - his web site. He
has his own web site that advertises his personal training business and
he has lots of pictures of me on his site - starting back when I was
about ten and progressing to where I am now so you can see how the
training program that he worked out for me has helped me.
The funny thing is that I thought bodybuilders just kind of, well,
worked out - I didn't realize all the other stuff that goes along with
it. That is, I didn't until Dad started entering me in some of the youth
competitions. The first thing I found out was that there's a point
system that the judges use to score you. And for some reason one of the
categories has to do with your appearance - like almost everyone has a
good tan - so if you walk in with a great body, but a pasty white one,
you lose points. So for about an hour every day or so when I get home
from school I'll lay out by the pool in our backyard and work on my tan.
The other thing is that tan lines are out - you have to tan all over! At
least we've got a high fence around our pool so that when I lay out
there sunning in the nude, no one can see me. And in the winter, I'll
hit a tanning salon once or twice a week.
The other thing is that body hair is OUT. Now I don't have a lot of body
hair to begin with, but I have to shave my armpits and legs, and even
parts of my crotch before every competition. And then just before the
judging everyone applies this oily lotion to their bodies to make them
glisten. I could even have gone along with that but what grossed me out
the first couple of times were the posing briefs that everyone wears.
Wow, talk about small! Like, the first time my Dad handed me a pair to
put on I was like, "I've got to stand up in front of people with only
this on?" They were really tiny, and just barely contained my balls and
dick, and the fabric was so thin that they left nothing to the
imagination. But I put them on and made it through the competition -
didn't do really well that time.
But that first competition was pretty embarrassing for me. Like, Dad had
helped me apply the lotion to my body so I was all kind of, well,
"shiny," and I'm standing there almost naked in these tiny briefs, and
there are all these other guys around me in the same condition waiting
for their turn to go out onto the stage, and all of a sudden I feel
something "happening" and I look down and see this erection beginning to
poke out of the top of my posing briefs. So here I am with this hard-on,
but nobody had noticed it so I quickly made my way to the Men's Room,
went into a stall, shut the door and jerked off. After a minute or so I
had shrunk back to my normal size and I could adjust my briefs and go
back to the waiting area as if nothing had happened.
The same thing happened at my second competition but a quick trip to the
Men's Room again solved my problem and after that I didn't have any more
problems. That is, I'd check the other guys out and admire some of their
physiques, but at least no embarrassing erections. After I'd been to
several more competitions, and my Dad had coached me, and I saw how the
other guys handled themselves, and I learned how to pose my body to show
off my physique to the best advantage, I started doing a little better.
That is, I didn't rank near the top, but I also didn't get eliminated
right at the beginning. And I got to know the other bodybuilders and
made a number of friends.
All the adults that I talk to are, like: "It must be nice to be a
teenager, and have all that free time, and be able to hang around with
your friends, and not have to worry about a job or making money, and
........" Yeah, bullshit! Do you know how busy I am? I get up at 6:30am
and board the school bus at 7am. School is out at 2:30pm and I'm home by
3pm. Tanning and my bodybuilding routines take till 6pm. By the time
supper is over and things are cleaned up it's around 7pm and by the time
I do my studying and homework it's between 9pm and 10pm - just about
time to go to bed.
About the only time that I can ever do all those things that adults
think teenagers do is on the weekends, and even then my Dad has me doing
double workouts - one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Usually
after supper I can break away and I'll get together with my friends and
we'll get one of our parents to drop us off at the mall and we can spend
four hours hanging around the stores, snacking in the food court, or
taking in a movie. It's not bad but some of the girls can be so dumb.
Like, all they want to talk about is "relationships" and who said what
to whom.
One of the guys in the group that I hang out with is a little strange.
Like, he's always staring at the other guys. And when we were in the
movie last night he kind of shifted around in his seat so that his leg
was rubbing up against mine. He's let his hair grow really long - like
it falls to below his shoulders - and I think he uses a perfumed shampoo
on it. (Now my hair used to be fairly long, it brushed against the top
of my shoulders, but long hair can lose you points in a competition so
now I keep it cut short). And his name is "Romey" - now who names their
boy "Romey?" I think I'll keep my distance from him.
Now none of the gang of guys that I hang around with is really into
drinking - maybe one will mention that he's got a six-pack if anyone
wants a beer but that's not very often. But grass, or whatever you want
to call it, is really easy to get at my school. And usually by the time
the weekend has rolled around someone in the group has scraped up enough
money to buy a bag and we'll get together at someone's house or in a
park, roll some joints, and just relax and get a buzz on.
It was pretty hot last Saturday and a bunch of us were just hanging out
at one of my friends' house. We decided that we wanted to cool off so we
walked over to a local park that has a swimming pool. None of us had
bathing suits on but us older guys usually just go swimming in the same
baggy shorts that we wear whenever the weather is warm. I'd put on a
pair of blue nylon tricot shorts that morning and just dove into the
pool wearing them. The lifeguard was a classmate of ours so he let us
horse around a little in the pool. We'd brought a soccer ball along and
pretty soon we had a pretty good game of water polo going. After about a
half hour we took a break and as I was getting out of the pool I noticed
that Romey was glancing at me. "Wonder what's up with him," I thought as
I reached down to towel myself off. It was then I noticed that my shorts
had slipped way down when I was in the pool. Like, I was still covered
up - but just barely. And because I tan all over, I really didn't look
that bad.
What the hell," I thought, "I'll give him a real show." So while I was
drying myself off with the towel, I "accidentally" managed to push my
shorts down another inch or so. In the front, I was now showing some
pubic hair over the waistband of my shorts, and in the rear you could
see the top inch or so of the crack of my ass and the top of my tanned
cheeks. I made sure that Romey had a good view and then, under the
pretense of getting a drink from the water fountain, I walked past him
and as I passed him, I pretended to stumble a little and turned and
rubbed my ass up against the front of his shorts. "Whoops, sorry," I
said, "Water makes the concrete a little slippery." As I walked on I
glanced back and Romey's standing there, blushing bright red, and with
this big erection tenting out the front of his shorts for everyone to
see. That was so funny!
Actually, I kind of like the way I look with my shorts riding very low
on my hips so that the top of my ass is exposed so I've been wearing
them that way all the time now - well, not in school of course. But I
did shave a little more of my pubic hair off so that it doesn't show
over my shorts.
At several of the competitions, I've noticed Romey sitting in the
audience. I'm beginning to wonder whether he has a "thing" for guys.
After about a year of competing and a number of competitions where I
didn't even come close to finishing among the top competitors, Dad and I
got a couple of the judges aside and asked them about why I had scored
so low. We were basically told that while I had extremely good muscle
definition and a well balanced physique that I simply did not have the
muscle bulk that the higher scoring competitors did. This was pretty
disappointing - especially as I had been using those dietary supplements
that are supposed to help you add muscle mass.
Anyway, it was a couple of weeks after that when Dad came home carrying
a large brown bag and tossed it to me just as I was finishing my
workout. "What's this?" I questioned.
"Some pills that will help you add muscle mass," he replied.
As I peered into the bag I could see that there was a large brown glass
bottle filled with hundreds of small pills. "Add muscle mass, like,
steroids?" I asked.
"Yeah," he replied, "but I know a lot of guys that used them and as long
as you limit yourself to one pill a day they're safe."
Well, I had heard some stories from the coaches at school of the dangers
of steroids but those cases were where guys had been abusing them so I
figured that I'd try them at a low dose and just be careful. So starting
the next day, I took a single pill with my breakfast every day.
I was kinda surprised when I didn't feel any different or notice any
changes after I'd been taking the pills for a week. Well, maybe my
appetite was a little stronger but that was all.
Had my sixteenth birthday party last night. Other than a few minor new
pieces of equipment for the workout room Dad just gave me a pretty good
sized gift certificate to the mall. I called up a bunch of my buddies
and we went over to the mall, I cashed in the certificate, and we spent
the evening walking around and buying food and some new clothes. Ended
up the evening by going to a late movie and then going out to one of the
older guys' car in the parking lot. Spent several hours smoking some
joints that he'd scored earlier that day. Boy did I get wasted! What a
great birthday.
Wow, I was working with the weights this afternoon and all of a sudden I
got this feeling - like I was stronger or the weights were lighter and
all of a sudden I was just pumping away with the weights like mad and I
could feel the strength of my muscles and the blood coursing through my
veins. It was a real rush. I don't know whether it was the pills kicking
in or not but it felt so great. Kind of a "muscle rush" or something.
That muscle rush feeling has been kicking in more and more often during
my workout sessions lately. Whether I'm resistance training, or lifting
weights, or on the treadmill - all of a sudden I'll feel so strong and I
just want to exercise forever. I think that I've added a little muscle
mass too, although it's a little early to tell. I've started popping a
couple of extra pills during the day just to get that great feeling.
I was surprised when I was taking a shower the other day and I was
washing off my dick and my balls - they seemed to feel a little smaller
than I had remembered. Now I'd never measured them or anything, but you
know how you kind of get used to how they feel when you hold or cup
them. I looked a little closer at my dick and it was about three inches
long and I had remembered it as being maybe four inches long, or a
little bigger.
Sure enough, over the next couple of weeks things did seem to be getting
a little smaller. I got a ruler and measured my dick and it's just about
two and a half inches in length now. It was a pretty embarrassing
subject to bring up with my Dad but I finally said something to him
during a workout a couple of days after that. He didn't seem too
concerned - he said that sometimes that happens when you're taking
steroids but the effect is only temporary. Well okay, but I wonder if he
would have been as unconcerned if it was HIS dick that was shrinking?
After a couple of more weeks, it finally quit getting any smaller, but
by then it was only a little more than an inch long and as big around as
my little finger. And you can hardly see my balls at all - they're just
a slight bulge at the bottom of my tiny dick. One of the problems of my
smaller sized "equipment" was that when I got into my posing briefs for
a competition, my lack of size was very noticeable. Dad solved that
problem by getting a piece of foam rubber and cutting it to fit into my
posing briefs and fill them out so it looked as though I was of normal
size "down there."
Now, even though my dick had gotten really small, it didn't bother me
too much because I could still jerk off - usually by rubbing my dick
with the palm of my hand. But what felt even better was rubbing my dick
with one hand and playing with my nipples with my other hand. Doing that
would make me come even faster and though when I "shot my wad" it was
really just a small trickle of liquid it still fell just as good as
ever.
Oh, those pills are great! For the last couple of months or so I've been
taking five or six a day and I feel fantastic! I've gained about fifty
pounds and its ALL muscle - not a bit of fat. My legs and arms and chest
muscles are getting much bigger. My pecs especially have gotten much
larger. Some of my shirts that were a little on the tight side before
are now too small for me across my chest. My jeans are so tight on my
thighs that I can't even get into some of the smaller pairs anymore. And
I can bench press twice the weight that I could before I started on the
steroids.
