I slide the white shorts on and they are tiny more like short shorts. I hope they don't laugh at me too much. I grab the sweats and put the other panties in them and I walk out of the bathroom. "Oh they look cute sweetie just start folding the laundry then I'll fix your hair." Mom is talking on the phone while I toss the clothes I was wearing into the dirty laundry hamper. I feel mom un-tie the one ponytail and start brushing my hair on the side of my head. Then she goes over to the other side of my head and brushes my hair out. "There we go sweetie take a look in the mirror." as mom walks me back into the bathroom and I see my new hairstyle. "Well what do you think hun that should keep the hair off your neck and feel better in the heat?" I look in the mirror and I almost go into shock. "Mom I look totally like a girl with two ponytails one on each side of my head. You can't be serious; I can't keep it like this." "Well aren't we the un-grateful child. I take all that time to put your hair in two ponytails like you said and all you do is complain. Well sweetie it's not two ponytails there called pigtails one on each side and I think it will grow on you. Let's just leave it in there for a bit and we will change it if you still don't like it tomorrow."
