CHAPTER 20
The whole way home was pretty quiet. At least between me and my mom is
was silent. My mom had the radio on and it was set to one of the top 40
stations. My mom was happy and singing along with the radio. "Clap along
if you feel like happiness is the truth, because I'm happy..." My mom was
getting down with the song. Me on the other hand, was in no way happy.
Happiness isn't the truth. The Truth is that my mom had me scared
shitless about her 'Surprise', but what can I do other than just go with
the flow. I just sat there and let my thoughts go.
We pulled up the house and got as many of the bags we could hold and made
our way into the house.
"Honey, take those bags to your room and I will get the rest out of the
car," my mom said. She spent so much money on me today. But why am I
bringing all of it to my room. I mean, I would think she would be
returning all this stuff next chance she got. She couldn't really think I
would be keeping all it. Part of me was keen on the idea, but that inner
voice was yelling at me to stop it with those feelings. The boy in me was
pissed off and not a fan of the clothes.
I put all the bags on my bed and was about to walk back down the stairs
to help my mom when I saw her carrying the rest of the bags up the
stairs.
"Ok Ladybug. Here are the rest of your things. How bout you put
everything in your closet and draws and I'm going to go take a shower and
then we can get ready for dinner," said mom and she laid the bags on my
bed.
"Mom, do you really want to hang all of this stuff in my closet? Are you
serious?" I asked.
"Yes, I'm serious. You can't just leave everything in the bags. Don't be
a lazy, girl," My mom said as she left my room.
I wasn't sure what to do. I can't keep all this stuff. Even if I wanted
it all and I really was a girl and planned on using everything, mom spend
so much money. I can't let my mom use all that money on me.
I had to wait till my mom finished her shower, so I just slowly put a few
things away. Enough to look like I was, so that when it was time to
return it all I didn't have to spend forever to get everything back in
the bags.
I hung a few dresses up. Then I emptied one of my draws into a box in my
closet and used the draw for all the panties, bras and tights my mom got
me. I was taking my time and in about 20 minutes my mom was standing in
my doorway wearing only a towel.
"Mom! What are you doing. Put some clothes on. You, um, might drop the
towel or some..." I was saying when my mom chimed in. "Don't be silly, I
don't have anything you haven't seen before silly."
My mom is really getting into this I'm her 'daughter' thing.
"Where did you put your new bra and panties?" Mom asked.
"In the top draw mom," I said pointing towards the furniture.
"Ok, these will work," she said as I watched her pull out a pair of
panties, bra and it looked like she had something else in her hands.
"Follow me ladybug," she said as she walked to her bedroom. "Here, put
these on while I go get mine own," mom said as she handed me the
underwear.
I stepped out of my heels, slipped off my jeans and unbutton the top I
was wearing. I was just standing there in my black bra and panties. I
looked to see if my mom was coming back into the room before I removed
the underwear. I tried to do it as quick as possible.
I removed the faux boobs and placed them on the bed, then removed my bra
and panties. I really didn't get why I was putting on a new pair, but I
was just following mom orders. I slipped on the new panties and made sure
I was tucked away. I felt my heart pumping fast knowing that my mom was
just a few steps away in her bathroom and I was doing something no boy
should be doing. Yet though my heart was racing, I wasn't really excited
'downstairs' and found it very easy to tuck myself. I picked up the bra

My mom walked back in holding a dress in her hands. "I think your makeup
is prefect still. Maybe just redo your lips," She said as she handed me
the dress. "Here is your dress sweety. I got it at 'Bebe' earlier."
I held the dress up. It wasn't the black dress with a sheer lace midriff
that she tried on when we were at the mall. It was a different dress. It
was a lace midi dress. It was all black with a lace paneling going up the
front and the sides of it. It had a high neck line and was sleeveless.
"You got it at 'Bebe' earlier? But I was with you all day," I said a bit
confused.
"Yeah. When you were getting your new shoes from the sales lady, I went
and picked out a new dress for you," My mom replied.
"But, why? I mean, how, um did you know that I would, um, be wearing it?"
I asked.
"Well, let me just say I had a really good feeling that you would agree
to our mommy/daughter day," Mom said as she unzipped the back of the
dress for me.
"But mom, How did you know I would be down with everything?" I asked
confused out of my mind. She got the dress before she even asked me to be
her daughter for the day. I mean, I know I was wearing women's clothes
and heels, but what made her thing I was going to continue down this
feminine road with her?
"Don't worry about it Sweety. Now slip your legs in here and I'll zip it
up for you," My mom said holding the dress for me to put on.
I felt a little like a zombie as I just did as she asked and slipped the
dress on. My mom zipped me up as I heard the front door open and slam
closed. "Oh, Fuck," I thought.
I could hear feet on the stairs running up. My mom walked into her closet
to put on her own dress. Just as she walked out of view, Neil appeared at
the bedroom door way.
"Yo mom....I'm hoooo oh my god. Charlie?" he said as he did a double
look.
There was his brother, in a tight black dress, that ended just above the
knees where the sheer black pantyhose covered legs started, with flawless
makeup on my face, pink nails on my fingers and toes and a very feminine
hairstyle on head. Definitely a totally different look than when he last
saw me in just a bra and panties.
"Charlie, what the hell are you doing?" Neil yelled "Mom's car is in the
driveway, she is going to..." Neil was about to say something else but
mom, just walked into view wearing her own 'Bebe' dress.
"Mom?" Neil said.
"Oh, Neil, you're home. Perfect. You need to get ready for dinner too,"
Mom said as she walked over to me. "Here Charlie. Put these on and I'll
be right back," My mom told me, handing me a pair of black and silver
hooped earrings.
I forgot all about Neil. I never asked mom when he would be home again. I
thought maybe mom got somebody to watch him all weekend or maybe till at
least Sunday night before school on Monday.
Mom came back into her bedroom a few minutes later. "Charlie I think I
got a nice watch that would good nicely with your dress. Come with me."
I followed her into her bathroom. She handed me this very tiny silver
watch. I slipped it on as she started to finish her own makeup. "Charlie,
Sweety, go to your bedroom and put on the same heels you were wearing
earlier today. You can finish your 'Bebe' look with them," She said as
she made her way back to her closet.
I walked my pantyhose covered feet back to my bedroom to get my heels. I
sat down on my bed and slipped my shoes on. I got up and went back to my
mom who was now sitting on her own bed slipping on the heels she got from

"You just have to redo your lips Ladybug and you're almost ready to go,"
mom said as she stood up and held up her hand and moved her finger in a
'follow me' motion.
She handed me a bight red lipstick. "Do it like this," My mom said as she
put on her own darker red lipstick.
I did as she said. My mom was looking at my lips to make sure I did them
well when I tried to ask about Neil. "Mom, what did you tell Neil about
me?" I asked. "I mean, did you tell him it was your idea?" I asked. I
don't even know why I cared. I mean Neil is the reason for me putting on
a dress to begin with. And he has seen me dressed up more thn once now.
Who cares what he thinks.
"I just told him that I wanted him to get dressed cause me and his sister
were almost ready to go to dinner," Mom said as she squirted me with a
dash of perfume and then walked back to her closet. "One more thing," she
said.
I walked out of the bathroom and saw her putting two clutch purses on her
bed. One was a little taller than the other, but both were black and
about 12" wide. My mom picked up one that was smaller in height and
handed it to me. It was leather and had a flap on it with a silver line
going across it. "Here you go Charlie. Put your wallet, and lipstick and
keys in this and we can go. I'll go check on your little brother," Mom
said.
I did as I was told. I felt like a robot. I finished putting all my stuff
in the clutch and started to walk out of my mom's bedroom. I figured I'll
wait for them downstairs. Plus I didn't what my mom to see me checking
myself out in the mirror. But I wanted to see how I looked. I never got a
chance or did it dawn on me to get a good look at myself. I could hear my
heels on the floor as I walked to the dinning room which had three huge
mirrors on one of the walls.
"Holy shit!" I said to myself. I can't find any other word to describe
what I looked like other than gorgeous and I'm not trying to stroke my
own ego. I couldn't see myself anywhere. Charlieboy was completely gone.
And I didn't look like a teen neither. The makeup with the dress and the
pantyhose, and the side swept bangs... I looked so much older. No boy
here what so ever. No girl here too. I looked like I was in my 20s or
leaving me 20s. I looked so much older. I looked so much more like my
mother now.
I hear my mom's heels hit the floor and then I heard tapping coming down
the stairs. I walked out into the hallway and saw my brother. He looked
like a mini business man or he was going to church or something in that
vein. He was wearing a suit. It was a dark gray color. He has his hair
slicked back and was wearing a red and black striped tie. He had on his
black dress shoes. He looked like the perfect little gentleman, but
defiantly didn't sound like one.
"MOM! I don't want to wear this crap. I hate ties. They suck! Mom can I
please wear something else?" Neil wined at the top of his lungs.
"Sure you can," My mom said as Neil got a smile of relief on his face.
"Let's head back upstairs. I'm sure I can find a dress that will fit you
just right too. Then you can match your sister and me. It could be a
SCOTT GIRL'S NIGHT!" My mom yelled with joy.
"Whatever," Neil said as he straighten up his tie. "That's not
happening."
Even though I was decked out in female attire, even I didn't mind not
having to wear a tie as I watched Neil fixing his.
"Ok. Let's get going gang," Mom said as she removed her keys from her
clutch. "I'm so happy that I get to have a nice dinner with my daughter
and son. Its gonna be a great dinner," My mom added.
I looked over at Neil and he just gave me a weird look. He had a 'wtf'
look on his face. Mom walked out the front door as Neil walked over to me
before following her.
"Dude, why are you in a dress again! Did mom catch you on your date with
your boyfriend last night? Oh, and mom, does she know about my grades and
Mr. Avery?" Neil asked.
"Dude, she doesn't know about your grades or Jackson. And as for me being
in a dress again, She didn't find out about my forced date," I said as I
slapped Neil's arm. "Me and mom were at the mall eariler and ..." I was
saying when we heard mom from outside.
"Come on you two. We got to get going loves."
"You hit like a girl!" Neil said as he ran out the front door.
I was locking the front door when Neil yelled, "Shotgun!" as he started
to open the front passenger door.
"Neil, get in the back. I want your sister to sit up front," Mom said.
Neil closed the door and stuck his tongue out at me. "Whatever, Sis!" he
said.
I put my keys back in my clutch, got in and we made out way to the
restaurant.
"Mom, where are we eating anyway?" Neil asked from the backseat. "I'm
guessing it's not 'McDonald's' if I have to wear this stupid tie!" he
added.
"We are going to 'The Prime'," Mom answered.
"Wow, no wonder you wanted Neil in a suit and tie," I said. 'The Prime'
is like the fanciest resturant in town. Its an Italian place that is the
must go to if you got the moola. You're not even allowed in the place
without a suit and tie. Even if you just wanted to use the bathroom, you
better be in a suit. Imagine 'McDonald's' is for the middle class. And
'Bella's' is for anniversary parties, prom dates and local celebrities,
like the local TV anchormen. And 'The Prime' is where the movie stars,
lawyers, doctors and political big wigs eat.
Nothing else the whole ride was said. My was paying attection to the road
listening to the radio, Neil was in the back playing his Nintendo DS, and
I was staring, at what I could see of myself. I was looking at my hands
with pink nails that were holding a clutch purse that was resting on my
lap where I could see my sheer black legs. I should be pinching myself to
see if this was a dream. This is not normal for boy. It felt so weird
with the other members of my family acting like the fact that I'm in a
dress was no big idea. That is was almost normal. A 20 minute ride and we
were pulling up the resturant..
My mom to the valet parking. It was one of the first times my mom said
something to me as me, Charlieboy, her son. "You don't know this and I
haven't gotten a chance to teach you. When you get out of the car, keep
your legs together and slide your legs out. You don't want to flash
anyone, seeing how this is your first time in a dress," She said as my
door openned.
There was a younger man at my door wearing a valet shirt with his hand
out for me to take. I did as my mother said and kept my legs together,
took the man's hand and slipped out of the car. My mom walked over to me
with Neil standing by her side. "Let's go kids!" Mom side with
enthusiasm.
We walked in and my mom walked over to the hostess. "My name is Vanessa
Scott," Mom said.
"Do we have a reservation?" I thought to myself. I mean you kind of need
one for a place like this. And we are nobodies. But when did she make a
reservation? And how did she get one so soon? She has been very sneaky
today!
"Right this way Miss. The rest of your party is here already!" the
hostess said.
"Rest of our party?" I thought. What is she talking about?
As we got closer to the table I almost turnned as fast as I could in my
heels and try to run away. Sitting at our table was Mrs. Richards and
her boyfriend Steven and sitting across from them was Michael.
What the fuck is going on? I felt like I was about to cry as mom just put
her arm around my waist to give me a squeeze and jsut said, "Surprise!"
