"You called her a what?" demanded the female judge.

Just four short days after the Judge had handed down her ruling, a still
very annoyed Sergio arrived for his first meeting with Dr McBride.
"So tell me about the events that bought you here?" was one of the first
questions that Dr McBride asked.
"I would have thought you would have already known that." responded
Sergio bitterly.
"I do, but I would like to hear it in your own words."
"It is simple really; I called the hefty belly dancer who lives next
door to me, a fat pig of a woman."
"Moon Thunder you mean?"

"And why did you call her that? Was it because of her dark skin?"
"No! You have to understand; in spite of everything, I do find Moon to

"I see, and this annoyed you?"
"Endlessly! I asked her to stop but she would not, and here I am the one

Ten minutes later, when Sergio had finished telling his life story -

"To be utterly honest," said Dr McBride, "it sounds to me that you are
angry at women because you are in denial about the fact you really want

to race and his cheeks started to burn.
"You might be telling me that I am wrong, but your body is telling me I
am right. So here is the thing, for your court ordered therapy, I have
decided that for the next two years you will live as a woman -- to see
if it is really for you."
"What?"
"To put it in a more simple way for the next two years, you will be a
female."
"But..."
"Next time you come here, I expect you to come as a young woman."
The following appointment Dr McBride was not happy. Sergio had not done
what she wanted and instead had turned up still dressed as a male.
"Sergio," said Dr McBride, "I am not pleased that you did not listen to
me..."
"And what, dress like a woman!" said Sergio.
"Yes. Look, I have no real desire to report to the judge that your
therapy has failed. I have no desire to be the cause of you having to go
to jail where you are likely to become the plaything of the other
inmates, but if you cannot do as I have requested than that will be your
fate..."
Thinking about what could happen to him if he was sent to jail caused
Sergio to shiver for a moment, but in the end, it was enough to make him
see the truth of what he needed to do.
"Okay Doc," said Sergio, "I will play this your way then."
"Great," said Dr McBride with a smile, "how about this appointment
remains off the record and you return in two weeks for your next
appointment."
Two weeks later, when Sergio arrived for his next appointment, Dr
McBride was rather pleased. When he entered her room, she noticed right
away that he was wearing a pretty green floral summer dress with wide
straps. She also noticed the remarkably well done make-up on his face
that made his now red lips look so very plump. Over all she could tell
that, Sergio really did not look that feminine, but it was a start.
"You look good." responded Dr McBride.

It really was not that bad, Sergio, after all did not have the body of a

"So how do you feel?" asked Dr McBride.
"It is not as bad as I thought it would be," responded Sergio, "I mean,

"I am glad you are finding some things to your liking."
"Right..."
"I am also pleased that you are making progress."
Three appointments later, Dr McBride's feelings towards Sergio had
reversed. In those six weeks he had not progressed at all, in fact there
had been no real changes in his physical appearance.
"I think you have stagnated..." said Dr McBride.
"What do you mean?" asked Sergio who still had not even attempted to
make his voice sound female.
"I think you have stopped trying to correct what is wrong with you. I
think I need to give you a push along."
Soon Sergio watched on as Dr McBride wrote out a prescription for some
kind of medicine.
"What is this?" asked Sergio as Dr McBride handed him the prescription.
"Female hormones," responded Dr McBride, "Oh and before you think about
not taking them, there will be blood tests every three months to check
your hormone levels, so I will know if you have not been taking then."
"And you will fail me?"
"You said it, not me."
"Anything else?"
"Yes. I think -- due to the time that the hormones will take to start
working -- that, our next appointment should be in three months' time."
"Great! Okay!"
Just a few days after that appointment had happened, Sergio who was in
two minds about the hormones, started to take them. On the morning when
he swallowed the first set, there were two voices in his head. A male
voice that sounded like his father, telling him that what he was doing
was wrong -- it would make him into a sissy, and a female voice. The
female voice that had been inside his head for as long as he could
remember, as it was the voice he thought with. It was screaming that the
hormones would set him free.
With the female voice and the idea, that he needed to take the hormones
to stay out of jail winning out, for three long months, Sergio popped
the tablets as he was supposed to. Having heard about the effects of
female hormones in the past Sergio expected odd things to happen to his
personality and his body, yet as far as he could tell, nothing was
really changing.
Come the next appointment with Dr McBride, she was very pleased. When
Sergio arrived, he arrived wearing a black mini skirt as well as a short
pink crop top that showed off his budding breasts. With his softened
skin and his sandy blonde hair that was slowly getting longer, plus the
sort of angry look on his face -- he looked a lot like a punk chick.
"Wow," said Dr McBride, who was impressed, "I guess your body really did

"I do."
While Dr McBride really did think that Sergio was progressing, very well
she knew there were three things he really needed to do to improve his
overall look. Firstly, he needed to get the constant angry look off his
face; secondly, he needed to start to sound like a woman and thirdly he
needed to start to see himself as being a woman, by picking a female
name. Dr McBride knew she could not force any of those things onto
Sergio, so she knew all she could really do was wait and see if he
worked it out on his own.
"I think," said Dr McBride after she had thought for a while, "that you
should start wearing a corset and on top of that I want you to start a
new diet..."
"A new diet?" asked Sergio.
"Yes one that will help your body to reshape itself."
"And how will I find such a diet?"
With that, Dr McBride handed Sergio a piece of paper and while he was
still reading it, the bell went off telling him that the appointment was
over.
That very afternoon with a shopping list based on the suggested recipes,
Sergio went shopping and that was the first time that he noticed people
no longer looked at him oddly.
Come the time for him to checkout of the supermarket he got a huge shock
that made him very happy.
"Will that be all Miss?" said the woman working the checkout.
As Sergio stood there blushing a little from the fact that someone had
called him 'Miss' he worked out that for the first time ever, he was at
odds with his male voice. He knew that if he talked he would ruin the

of replying to the woman, he just nodded and smiled.
That very night after Sergio had eaten his first meal of his new diet
and after he had managed to lace himself into a corset like Dr McBride

did not take him long to find out that there were guides online to
making a male sound female and after watching a few of them, some which
made more sense than others, he finally set to work trying to make his

Come the time of the next appointment, Dr McBride was rather pleased

"Well I started on that new diet you told me to," explained Sergio, "but
I seem to be gaining weight.
"That is kind of the point of the diet."
"So my weight gain is nothing to worry about?"
"No, it is as I hoped it would be."
Studying Sergio more closely, Dr McBride could see that he was really
packing on the fat but then again, that really was the aim of the diet,
so everything was working just as it should.
"So are there any other concerns?" asked Dr McBride.
"No... I guess not." responded Sergio.
"Hey look, if you are worried about the weight gain, you should take up
jogging..."
"Will that help?"
"It might."
Dr McBride knew that it really would not help Sergio to lose weight,
what it would do was keep him healthy and those two things were very
different things.
"One suggestion," said Dr McBride, "due to your unique situation, in
other words the nasty thing in your panties, it would be safer for you
if you got up before Dawn and went running."
"Makes sense I guess." responded Sergio.
"Then it is settled. So I will see you the same time in two weeks."
Come the next morning, way before the sun was due to come up, Sergio
awoke and after doing some stuff in the bathroom he changed into a

-- six rings in all. It was a slight jingling noise that alerted her to
the fact that Sergio had bracelets as well. On his left wrist was a set

bracelets. It was soon after she had noticed the bracelets that she saw
the purple metal armlet around his right upper arm and the two large

"Wow," said Dr McBride who could not hide her shock, "Sergio, I am
really impressed..."
"Venus!" said Sergio.
"I am sorry, I beg your pardon?"
"Venus, I decided that is my name... If I am to be a woman then I wish
to be called Venus."
"Okay Venus."
With that Dr McBride who could not stop smiling, updated Sergio's file

At that point, the bell rang meaning the end of the appointment.
"I guess that is it for this time..." said Venus, "so I will see you in
two weeks!"
"Yes," responded Dr McBride, "By the way, the next appointment marks the
halfway mark of your treatment, and it is the last one of your
appointments with me before the long summer break."
"I see."
During the next appointment, Dr McBride decided it was time she pushed
something that she knew Venus needed to do.
"Venus," said Dr McBride very directly, "I think it is time you

Two months later, with the stinking hot summer still on the land, Venus
returned to the offices of Dr McBride for the first of her appointments.

That night as Venus settled down to read some of the book, she knew it
