Before selecting an envelope from the usually effect box I was prompted
to select an envelope from a new box.The box was pink with pink enveloped
inside it. The card inside simply said, "Panties & Pacifier". I was then
handed a pair of pink and white panties. They had thick elastic around

whenever she enters or leaves a room you are in or you enter or leave one

With that she left the curtained are and returned with a tray. On the
tray was a goggle like device and a unlabeled box. She took the goggle
like device put it over my eyes with a strap around the back of my head.
I was now in darkness, as you could not see through the glass to the
outside. I felt her insert ear buds into my ears and then saw flashing
lights and her a pulsating hum.
The next thing I knew, i was coming awake without he goggles on and I was
lying on the exam table. I was fully clothed. The nurse came around the
curtain and said, "Ah, your are back with us. Any disorientation should
dissipate quickly. The device puts you in a hypnotic like trace so we can
perform procedures without the use if drugs. You have also been
hypnotically taught the proper behavioral responses to 'Stand & Curtsy'.
As a warning there is a pain and pleasure component to this behavior."
With that she left, leaving me to make my own way to the dining room and
wait for Marion. When Marion entered the room I felt a clear internal
promoting to stand. As I was slow to do this I felt a slow building

back and you can barely feel it. I stood quickly.
It was then I felt a clear prompting that I should curtsy. This I did
without even thinking about how to curtsy. I gracefully put my right foot

forward,
"George. Did you just curtsy?" my wife asked.
"Yes, it's some weird required social behavior."
We both just kind of shrugged and I waited till Marion was sitting before
I sat. Again, there was a clear thought prompt to do this. It seemed an
unspoken agreement to avoid and direct conversation about what happened
in the clinic. She was probably just sparing me the awkwardness and I was
just happy to avoid it as well.
I was hungry and my appetite wasn't currently either being obstructed by
some restriction or suppressed by dysphoria so I was still eating when
Marion said she would see me in the TV room when I was done. There was an
internal prompting to stand but I ignored it as I was intently eating the
last few bites of a divinely fresh strawberry short cake. The pain built
to almost a scream out loud level by the time i was standing. I quickly
also expertly curtsied as Marion left the room, I was spared her seeing
me this time. My appetite was gone now so I followed her into to the
hallway which required another curtsy, another when she left the hall for

"Yeah, and I have to stand if you are standing else there is a small
reminder." I vaguely described the warning system telling her it built
gradually and understate the extent of the pain.
We found a movie to watch and we both soon were napping. I awoke to her

"I bet that was a good nap for you." She had a little extra glee in her

"It's good you are awake. I have to pee and I didn't know what would

We were back well before 6, at which time I found myself back in the
