Don's problems started when the dot com bubble burst. He lost his job
and like many IT people, could not find another.
He and Mandy had been married for ten years and it had been a great ride.
They both had high paying jobs so they lived well, in a large apartment,
eating out regularly, vacations at swank resorts and lots of travel when
they were bored.
Even though they were married they each controlled their own finances.
They split the household expenses and had the rest for themselves. After
being out of work Don continued to pay his share from his savings, but
unfortunately, the downturn in the market took its toll on those too.
When he had been out of work for about a year and a half his savings ran
out.
The next month when it was time for him to pay his share of the expenses,
he confessed to Mandy that he was flat broke. She explained that she
could pay all the expenses but it would not be easy for her. They could
get by if they cut back a little. She said she would get rid of the maid
but Don would have to handle all the household chores. Don readily,
perhaps too readily, agreed.
The next day Mandy laid out a list of chores for Don to do just like she
did with the maid. When she returned she checked them over and
criticized his sloppiness in completing a few of them. Don did not like
the criticism but agreed to do better. He also had to cook her dinner
with which she also found fault.
It was after a month of this arrangement that Don got the shock of his
life. Sunday was a time when Don liked to get up late, not shave and bum
around lazily. Since the new arrangement he could still spend Sunday the
same way, except that he also had to make breakfast and lunch for Mandy.
It had not been too bad thus far. Mandy had brought home a few packages
on Friday and on Sunday afternoon while Don was watching the Giants on
the tube she set about with her plan. She emptied out all the drawers to
Don's dresser into a couple of boxes which she placed in his closet. She
then put a hasp on the door of his closet which she fastened with
padlock.
"Don come here I want you," she called.
"In a minute, the game is at a critical point," he responded.
"NO DAMN IT, NOW," was her stern reply.
Don had heard theat tone before and preferred to avoid it so he came into
the bedroom. "What is it?" he asked in an annoyed tone.
"Look, I'm not too happy about how things are working out so things have
got to change," she began. I told you that you did a sloppy job on the
windows and Dinner last night was none too great. Unless you shape up, I
think we should separate. So unless you are ready to live by my rules,
maybe you should start packing."
"Mandy please, I trying, you know that, it just a hard time for me," he
began.
"I've had enough of your excuses," she cut him off sternly. "Let me know
if you agree or you want to start packing, now."
Don realized that this was one of those confrontations that could cause
him to miss the end of the game. Reluctantly he figured that he would be
able to catch the re-cap on the news later or at worst read about it in
the paper tomorrow. He certainly did not want to leave Mandy when he was
without a job, with no savings and no place to go. What he did not
realize was that missing the end of the game would be the least of his
troubles. In fact he never would find out who won. "OK, What are your
rules?" he asked.
"They are very simple," she explained. "What I say goes, period." Don
figured it would not be much different than it had been for the last few
weeks since he had taken over the household chores, so once again, too
readily, he agreed. "Now first you are going to clean those windows
properly, until there is not a streak or mark on them." Don started
moving to get out the cleaning supplies. "Wait a minute," she ordered.
"You need a reminder of you station here. Strip. Take everything off."
"But Mandy," he protested.
"Shut up and do it," she cut him off once again. Don was not too excited
about cleaning the windows while naked but now was not the time to argue
about it. He took off everything, piling it on the bed and stood before
her naked. "Now get in the bathroom and clean yourself up. Be sure to
shave close, I'm tired of you looking like a bum." Don shuffled off into
the bathroom muttering under his breath.
Mandy emptied some packages from a shopping bag on to the bed. She
picked up Don's clothes, put them in the shopping bag and locked it in
the closet. She slipped the key, which was on a sliver chain around her
neck, back down between her breasts. When Don returned with a towel
around him, she ordered him to get dressed in the things on the bed.
Don's mood improved when he realized he would not be naked while going
about his chores. It lasted only until he opened the first package. It
contained a pair of black panties with a lace panel and a black camisole
with lace straps. "But Mandy," he protested again. However, she
reminded him this would be something to reflect his station in the
household, so he gave up his protest. Don had still not noticed the hasp
and lock on his closet. Next she gave him a pair of black thigh highs
together with a black garter belt. Don was not familiar with the hooks
but managed to get it on along with the stockings. Then she gave him a
black cotton french maids uniform with a skirt that only went part way
down his thighs. It was complete with a white half apron. Don
sheepishly put it on and zipped the uniform up the back. Finally she
handed him a shoe box containing a pair of black suede pumps with a
reasonably wide 3" heel. Don wore a size 10 men's shoe so her selection
of a women's size 11? would fit, but was not intended to be comfortable.
She, of course was right, the shoes were not.
Don went off muttering to get the cleaning supplies and to start on the
windows. Mandy went into the den and immediately turned off the game.
In about twenty minutes she came out to inspect the progress. "Look,
this corner is still dirty," she said pointing to a tiny area where the
rag was too thick to reach into the corner.
"Ok Mandy I'll go back over it," he sighed.
"I don't like that attitude," she cut him off. "And while we are at it,
since you are my maid I don't want you being so familiar. You will
address me as 'Mistress' not 'Mandy' while you are my maid."
This kind of startled Don still he answered, "Yes, Mistress."
"And when you answer me you also show proper respect and curtsey. Do you
understand?"
"Yes Mistress," Don responded executing an awkward curtsey.
"That was not very good, do it again."
"Yes Mistress."
"Again"
"Yes Mistress." And so it continued for almost a half hour until she was
satisfied with his curtsey.
"By the way Donald, I don't think that is a very good name for a maid, do
you?" she inquired.
"No Mistress," he responded with a much more graceful curtsey.
"Good, I'm glad you agree. From now on you will be called 'Sissy'. In
fact you will call yourself that also. Another of my rules will be that
you will not refer to yourself in the first person any longer. You will
only refer to yourself in the third person as "the sissy'. If I hear you
use the pronoun "I," you will be subject to punishment. Do you
understand?"
"Yes Mistress," he said curtseying again.
"Then show me. Ask for a glass of water."
"Can I err..." he began, trying to cut himself off before using the
prohibited pronoun. "Can Sissy have a drink of water," he tried again.
"Yes Sissy you may," she said with a big smile on her face. Don turned
to go back to the window. "Sissy," she brought him up short.
"Yes Mistress," he said turning back to Her and curtseying again.
"You should be more polite, when someone grants your request.
"Yes Mistress, thank you Mistress," he went on curtseying again.
"That's better," she smiled, as he turned back to get the dirty corner
she had pointed out. "Sissy, what are you doing?" she interrupted him
once again.
"Finishing cleaning the windows properly Mistress," he explained, without
a curtsey.
"What about the water you asked for?" she inquired.
"I thought you just wanted to show me how to ask," he said without
thinking.
"Who thought what? she asked.
Don looked puzzled then a light went on. "Sissy thought you were just
trying to show him how to speak," he tried.
"to show him. Does the gender sound right to you in that sentence?" she
asked.
"Sissy thought you were just trying to show her how to speak," he tried
again.
"Well, if I was, you didn't seem to learn too much. Do not ask me for
something Sissy if you do not want it"
"Yes Mistress," he responded, curtsying again.
"Now get your water Sissy"
"Yes Mistress," said Don curtsying still another time. He went out and
got a glass of water which he quickly drank. He returned the glass to
the dishwasher and finally got back to cleaning the windows. After about
an hour, he thought he would try again. He found Mandy in the den
watching the tube. "Sissy has finished washing the windows," he
announced.
"Stand there until this show is over and I will check them then," she
replied. Don stood there waiting for the show to finish. He did not
know that it was a movie that was about half way over.
After about twenty minutes, he realized that he had been on his feet for
quite some time. Indeed his feet were not used to the small women's
shoes with the high, for him, heels. "Do you mind if I sit down now," he
asked.
She immediately glared at him. "Sissy seems to be a slow learner, maybe
not sitting down on her brains will help her think," she shot back,
amused by her own humor.
"Oh shit," Don thought, but, "Yes Mistress," along with the curtsey was
his only response. Don continued standing there on his aching feet.
Next his bladder began to respond to the glass of water. Don turned and
started toward the powder room. Mandy saw it out of the corner of her
eye. "Where the hell do you think you are going?" she snarled.
"To the powder room," he replied quickly.
"Did you get permission?"
"No Mistress," with a hastily remembered curtsey.
"Then stay the hell where you are until you get it."
"Yes Mistress," he said, curtseying and returning. Don stood there for a
couple of minutes, but his bladder gave him no rest. He waited for a few
minutes before asking "May sissy go to the powder room, Mistress?"
"What is your problem Sissy?"
Don felt like saying "I have to piss you fool," but kept his cool and
said "Sissy has to pee Mistress."
"You can hold it for a while longer, Sissy," was her response. "Don't
ask me again for at least fifteen minutes or I will be displeased."
"Yes Mistress," with a curtsey again was his response. Naturally when
you have to go and can't it always seems like you have to go more. Don
had yet another problem, he was no longer wearing a watch and the clock
was not visible from where he was standing. How would he know when
fifteen minutes had passed? He could try counting, but decided just to
estimate it. He did notice Mandy check her watch with her last
instruction. Without any realistic choice, he just stood there. Soon
Mandy noticed him shifting his weight from foot to foot. She turned away
so he could not see her smiling at his discomfort.
Mandy kept looking at her watch and looking over at him trying to keep
his bladder in check. Since she was looking at her watch, she knew how
long Don had been waiting but he did not. Knowing that when you are
waiting time seems to drag he was afraid to ask again for fear that his
sense of time would be badly off. At the next commercial she looked
over at him shifting from foot to foot. "Is something wrong Sissy?" she
asked.
"Yes Mistress, Sissy has to pee really badly," curtsying again. He
almost screwed up and said "I have to," but caught himself at the last
moment. He felt like a fool speaking like this but if it got him his
relief he would do it. He took some comfort in the fact that she was the
only person observing his humiliation.
"Well, go ahead then Sissy."
"Thank you Mistress," he quickly replied executing a hasty curtsey.
Mandy chuckled as she watched him hurry off to the powder room. When she
heard the door close, a thought came to her. She quickly got up and went
to the powder room. She opened the door to see him standing there with
his stockings and panties pulled down his thighs holding his skirt up,
peeing. "Is that how a good Sissy pees?" she asked.
Not knowing the right response he tried, "I guess so."
"You mean Sissy guesses so, don't you?"
"Yes Mistress," he respond unable to curtsey while peeing.
"Well its not. A good sissy sits to pee, understand?"
"Yes mistress."
"And from now on you will pee like a good sissy," she continued. "And
just to make sure, you will always leave the door open so that there is
no cheating." By now he had finished. "Sit down and wipe yourself if
you are finished"
"Yes Mistress," he said curtseying and turning around to sit on the
toilet. It was most humiliating sitting there with his wife watching as
he got some toilet tissue and wiped the end of his penis dry. He began
to wonder how long she planned to keep this up.
Actually sitting on the toilet was giving his feet a brief rest. She
realized it at about the same time. "Are you planning on making a career
out of peeing?" she asked.
"No Mistress," he said quickly stood up and began adjusting his stockings
and garter belt.
"Then get moving," she ordered as she turned and walked back to the den.
He came along shortly and resumed his place standing by the door.
When the movie was finally over they went to inspect the windows. He
found himself getting apprehensive for fear they would not please her,
but he was relieved when they met with her approval. "Look at the time,"
she said, "You better get moving on dinner." Don hurried to the kitchen
to begin cooking while she returned to the den.
At least in the kitchen he was able to make himself a drink while he was
cooking. He broiled some chops with a micro-waved baked potato and fixed
a salad. When it was ready he set two places at the table and called her
in. She sat down and as he moved to his chair she asked "Who is that
place for?"
"Its for me of course," he responded with the obvious.
"Did my last maid sit at the table and eat with me?" she asked.
"No Mistress."
"Then you will certainly not take that liberty either."
"But I'm you husband," he blurted out.
"What did I tell you about using 'I'?" she quickly corrected.
"But Sissy is your husband," he tried.
"Sissy is my maid," she corrected. "Look at yourself Sissy. What are
you wearing?"
"A maid's uniform Mistress."
"What are you then Sissy?"
"Your maid," he said meekly.
"That's right. Stand over there against the wall while I'm eating so you
may serve me if I need anything. You can eat in the kitchen when I'm
through."
"Yes Mistress," Don said curtseying and moving to his place by the wall.
As he stood there she observed, "Your cooking is not very inspired. We
will have to do something about that. Each night after you finish
cleaning up I want you to go through the cook books and present me with
at least three recipes for something to have the next day. Make sure you
have the ingredients. I'll make the selection and that is what we will
have the next day. You can start tonight."
So that evening found Don sitting on a stool in the kitchen eating his
dinner which was barely warm by then. He was pouring over cookbooks
trying to find something for the next day. At least he was off his feet.
In fact he had slipped out of his shoes while he was doing so. Since he
was sipping a glass of red wine it made up for the cold meal a little.
His momentary contentment was interrupted when she walked in.
"Have you come up with a menu yet Sissy?" she asked upon entering.
He jumped up and said, "No Mistress," curtseying.
She looked at him standing there in his stocking feet, his half eaten
meal, a partially filled wine glass and several cookbooks on the island
counter in front of him. "It's no wonder, it looks like you have been
having a party in here."
"No Mistress I, er Sissy was looking for some recipes but we don't seem
to have all the ingredients," he tried to explain as he reached down to
push his aching feet back into the confining shoes.
She made him show her the recipes he was considering and tell her what
ingredients they did not have. She picked one and said "Well, I guess
Sissy will have to do some shopping tomorrow." Seeing him turn white,
she added, "Don't worry, you won't have to do it dressed as a maid, but
still I plan to make it interesting," with a Cheshire smile on her face.
"Make up a shopping list now of the ingredients you do not have, as well
as any other things we need.
"Before you go to bed, you are to wash and iron your uniform. You will
wear a clean and pressed one each morning. Wash your stockings and
lingerie too and brush your shoes. I'll give you what I'm wearing
tomorrow so you can iron or press it and make sure my shoes are clean and
shined if necessary. See me when you finish up here and I'll give you
something to wear while you work on those chores this evening," she
instructed. "By the way, give me the key to the wine and liquor cabinet
after you put this away and lock it," she added, pointing to the wine
bottle. "I don't make enough to support my maids drinking habits. Your
only contribution is what we paid the maid before and it doesn't cover
the booze you drink." When he finished locking the bottles in, he handed
her the key. She pulled the silver chain from between her breasts and
added the new key to it.
At least she had not made him pour back the glass he was drinking, so he
savored it while finishing his dinner, hoping it would not be his last
drink for a while. He was afraid to slip off his shoes again but was
happy enough to stay off his feet.
When he finished he went into the den to announce that fact. She took
him to the bedroom where he noticed, for the first time, the lock on his
closet. She told him to take off his uniform and lingerie to get ready
to launder them. She showed him the clothing she would wear tomorrow so
he could prepare that too. Then she handed him a couple more packages.
The first contained a cheap house dress, the next stay-up thigh high
beige stockings and the last a pair of mules with a two inch heel.
"You know how you always want to see me in stockings?" she asked. "Well,
you are going to find out what it is like. From now on, you will wear
stockings at all times. You will only have them off to bathe, paint your
toenails, or if you specifically ask my permission not to wear them,
which I might grant if it is hot enough some evenings. The rule is black
with your uniform, nude or beige when not in uniform and white with your
nightgown when you sleep. Do you understand?"
"Yes Mistress," he said while executing a curtsey while still nude,
before he had put on the dress.
"You can wear this dress without lingerie while you get your uniform and
my clothes ready for the morning. You don't have to launder it every
day, but you must keep it - and your stockings - reasonably clean."
"Yes Mistress," he said as he quickly got into the dress and stockings.
He slipped on the mules and went about the washing and ironing. Two
hours later he entered the den and announced, "Sissy has finished
laundering things Mistress."
"You can sit down there while I finish watching this," she graciously
allowed.
Don slumped into a chair and was asleep before the program ended. When
the program ended and she was ready to retire she shook him saying "Come
on Sissy, time for bed." He woke, looked down at his dress and realized
that while he had been dreaming, this was not part of the dream. He
followed her to the bedroom where she gave him one package containing his
long blue nightgown and another with his white thigh high, stay-up
stockings. She also handed him a pair of blue, velour ballet styled
slippers with bows. He quickly put them on then got into bed with her
too tired for anything but sleep, into which he quickly drifted off.
