Rachel watched for a couple of hours as Natalie had Amy Lynn learning to
walk, sit and stoop like a girl. Occasionally she would offer some
advice but overall pleased how things were going. Nathan had been
reluctant at first but a simple Dim Mak touch got his full cooperation.
The psychotropic drug they had taken at breakfast was making the
learning process more effective. Satisfied with the progress left to
prepare lunch.
As soon as Nurse Higgins left, Nathan faced his sister. "Natalie,
please, let's take a break. My feet are killing me," he whined.
"I think we can take a short one. Go ahead and sit down. Don't forget
to sweep your hands under your bottom and smooth out your skirt," she
replied; then, as he sat added, "Knees together bro."
"Come on Sis, give me a break. All this is unnatural and I shouldn't
even be trying. I'm your brother, damn it!" he blurted in frustration.
"You look more like my twin sister at the moment but you're right
Nathan. We shouldn't be doing this but if we don't cooperate, you know
what will happen. The first chance we get we'll grab the ATVs and head
to town. I'm sure the local police will take care of that bitch,"
Natalie whispered.
"Sis I'm not going anywhere dressed like this. Look, I'll try to
distract her so you can escape. She said my clothes are in the wash. I
don't care if they're sopping wet, I'll change and that should distract
her. Just don't take too long. She's gonna be really pissed when she
finds out," he whispered back.
"Sounds like a plan. I'll go as fast as I can. Okay, we'd better get
back to practicing before she get's back. Remember short mincing steps
and elbows in," she said.
The opportunity to carry out Natalie's escape occurred when they were
cleaning up the kitchen. The laundry room was nearby and Nathan went
into it while Natalie went into the garage. Both easily accessible from
the kitchen without being seen by Nurse Higgins in the dining room.
Nathan quickly opened the washer and then the dryer. Both were empty
and unused. Looking around the small area, didn't see any sign of the
clothes he had worn yesterday. As he was doing that Natalie notice the
ATV's all had flats. She was about to hit the button opening the garage
door when she paused.
"If I'm going to town, I'm going to have to walk. As soon as that bitch
hears the door opening, I won't stand a chance of getting away. Guess
we'll have to come up with another plan," she moaned.
Nathan was surprised to see his sister coming back into the kitchen.
"Why aren't already half way to town?" he blurted.
"The ATV's all have flats. The side door is locked and if I opened the
garage door she would hear. I probably wouldn't make it out of the
front yard before she'd have me. We're going to have to come up with a
different plan. How come you're not changed?" she replied clearly
peeved.
"I couldn't find them anywhere," he moaned.
"Well let's hurry up and finish cleaning the kitchen before she decides
to come check on us. Guess we'll have to get back to your lessons and
remember to keep a smile plastered on your face or get another poke in
the ribs," she replied.
"I hate this!" he snapped.
"Well, unless you enjoy being punished, better concentrate and smile. I
don't like seeing you being treated like that," she replied.
When they got back into the living room Nurse Higgins was waiting. In
her hands were a pair of pink satin two-inch spike heels and a pink
clutch purse. "Amy Lynn you seem to have the basics down but this
afternoon you need to pick up the pace. Take off those kitten heels and
put these on. You also need to learn purse management, so you will need
this," she said handing him the items.
If Nathan thought kitten heels were tough walking in spikes was torture
especially when on carpet. He fell numerous times and slightly twisted
an ankle; however by the end of the day walking much easier. Keeping
control of the purse was harder than he thought it would be but as with
the walking much better. Nathan couldn't have been happier when Rachel
called a halt for the day. His legs and feet were killing him.
"Sis how can you do this so easily. These heels are killing me and this
damn purse seems to have a mind of its own," he groused sitting down on
the sofa and kicking off the heels.
"If you think this was hard just wait until she has you walking in three
inch or higher spikes bro," she replied with a giggle; then added, "We
girls grow up learning all this. Yes, heels can be a pain but they make
our legs and butts look so much better. With all the different styles
of shoes, they are a girl's best friend. The perfect accessory for any
wardrobe. That's why I have so many."
"I don't know why she is making me do all this. She said if someone
sees me dressed in your clothes, they'd make fun of me. I don't want
that but I don't want to wear your clothes either. I feel like an
idiot. Why can't she take you to town and just buy me some more boy's
clothing?" he lamented.
"I don't know bro but if we don't do as she says, you know what will
happen. Let's just hope this doesn't go on for much longer. Maybe
she'll just get tired of it if you go along for a while. Besides it's
about time you walked a mile in my shoes; then, maybe you'll stop
teasing me about all I do to make myself pretty," she replied smiling.
"Yeah, but you're a girl," he whimpered.
If Nathan thought his day was rough, his night time ritual was worse
than his morning one. First, he was exhausted mentally and physically.
The bathing routine was a very embarrassing and humbling experience and
it only got worse. He had to brush his hair one hundred times. He had
to learn a facial cleansing and moisturizing routine. Finally, after
pulling on a pink hairnet, donned a bright yellow nylon and chiffon baby
doll nightie with matching ruffled grannie panties. By that point he
could barely keep his eyes open and the psychotropic drug was taking
over. Before Rachel left, put in the earbuds and turned on the MP3.
She left the room with a very big self-satisfied smile.

Over the ensuing six days, Rachel supervised Nathan's training and the
effects of the hypnosis recordings were becoming noticeable. Natalie
was showing much more interest in training her brother while he seemed
more cooperative. Rachel decided it was time to added additional
recordings on their MP3's.
Nathan's recording now said, "Amy Lynn is who you have always wanted to
be. As Amy Lynn you are the twin sister of Natalie and you love being
her sister. You feel so much closer to her now. You want to obey her
in every way and do everything she tells you. You want to be as much
like her as you can. You love sharing her clothing and everything about
being a girl. You love the feeling of fine delicate fabrics against
your skin and looking beautiful. Nathan was a poor excuse as a boy much
less a man. Amy Lynn is blossoming like a beautiful rose. You want to
blossom. You desperately want to be Amy Lynn. You love your sister so
much you want to be her twin. You would love to have your own breasts.

Natalie's recording reinforced her desire to have a twin sister.
"Natalie, you love how your brother is morphing into your twin sister.

The first part of the next week started out like the last. Nathan
practicing mannerisms, poise, makeup and hair styles. Natalie
introduced him to a You Tube site teaching him how to speak more like a
woman. She also had him watching various You Tube sites of girls
interacting. They would help him learn how to act and react like a girl
his age. By Wednesday Natalie decided something wasn't quite right with
Amy Lynn's appearance.
"Amy, I think it's time to pierce your ears. It would make us so much
more like real twins. It really doesn't hurt and I'm sure Nurse Higgins
can do it if we ask. What do you think?" she said during a morning
break from practice.
"Sis, I'm not sure about that. It sounds so permanent," he replied.
"I don't like that idea but it would make me look more like her. Guys
don't have triple piercings and this is supposed to be until I get some
boy clothes. Still, if I have to dress this way, I guess I'll do it. I
could always cover up the holes with makeup," Nathan thought.
Nurse Higgins was more than happy to pierce Amy Lynn's ears. Using a
large ring gage heated needle, she punctured each ear three times. The
hot needle hurt something awful but it cauterized the wounds. It would
also ensure that the holes would never heal over.
"This is going faster than I thought. Those recordings and drugs are
amazing. Can't wait for Natalie to start training him how to use a
breast pump. I'll give her that special breast cream I have. It's
filled with more powerful hormones than commercial products. Plus, it
will be embarrassing for him. Which reminds me, I have to add that
other hypnosis recording for him tonight. That one will make him more
compliant to his sister while subconsciously totally humiliated by what
is happening to him. He will positively hate it but unable to act,"
Rachel thought as she placed the small pink pearl stud in his lower
lobe.
That evening when Nathan was finishing up his night time beauty ritual
wearing the yellow baby doll, he paused. Staring into the mirror
thought, "This seems so wrong. I thought all this was temporary; yet,
for some strange reason I sort of like it. Maybe if I had breasts? WTF
did I just think? Breasts? Why would a guy want breasts? I've got to
stop all this before I begin to like it too much."
His thoughts were broken when Nurse Higgins and Natalie walked into his
room. His sister was holding a large wide mouth white jar in her hand.
Nurse Higgins had a strange contraption in hers.
"Wha...what are you doing here sis?" Nathan asked. He was used to
Rachel being in his room but not her and it embarrassed him looking like
he did.
"I can't believe she just walked in here and seeing me like this. I'm
wearing a girlie nightie with a blue mud pack on my face. How
embarrassing," he thought.
"Amy I've decided to really help you tonight. Now don't be embarrassed
or get upset. I used to do this when I was younger and as your twin
sister, I want to pass it on to you. Nurse Higgins has kindly given me
this to help you pass better as a girl. Now get into bed and take off
your top. I want you to promise me to do this for thirty minutes every
night and when you first get up in the morning. It's going to really
help you," she replied putting the jar on his night stand where Rachel
had placed the breast pump.
"What the heck is that thing?" Nathan gasped.
"It's a breast pump and with this special cream will help you have
pretty breasts just like me. You'll look so much better and really like
the results," Natalie said smiling happily.
"Wha...what? You want me to have breasts? Only girls have those and
I'm just pretending to be one now," he replied feeling panic set in.
"Amy Lynn! Don't argue with me! I'm your big sister so listen and do
what I tell you," Natalie said loudly.
"O...Okay, I'll do it but can't say I'll like it," Nathan replied. "Now
why am I agreeing to this crazy idea. I've never heard her order me
around like that before either. She is my sister and I feel like I have
to do what she says and that's a first," he thought pulling off his top.
"Before we start," Nurse Higgins broke in, "I'll need to give you a
couple of injections. I promise you'll only feel a slight sting. Now
lay down and relax or do I need to persuade you."
"That cream is powerful but some more hormones injected directly into
his breasts will speed things up," Rachel thought sliding the needle
into the nipple.
"That hurt!" Nathan shouted as the needle came out leaving a small round
opening behind.
"Oh hush, it was just a sting. Stop acting like a baby," Nurse Higgins
snapped.
With the injections over, Natalie stepped in. Her right hand holding a
big glop of white cream. "Here this will make it all better Amy," she
said lathering the cream onto his right breast.
"These are a C-cup size. The same as mine Amy. Now this machine won't
make yours this big but you need to start using it everyday understand.
You know I wouldn't do anything to hurt you. I love you so much more as
my twin sister. I only want what's best," she said starting the pump.
"Oh, gosh, that feels weird," he said as the suction kicked in.
By the time they finished his first treatment, the psychotropic drug had
fully kicked in. Nurse Higgins told Natalie to go wash up and get into
bed. Natalie was feeling the potent drug as well and left without an
argument. Rachel added the new recording and put the earbuds in place.
Turning on the MP3 had a huge smile on her face.
"You positively hate everything you are being forced to do but cannot
resist. No matter how humiliating or embarrassing you will do what you
are told by Natalie or Nurse Higgins. If you try to resist or disobey,
you will suffer severe cramping and nausea. Obey or suffer the
consequences," echoed over and over in his mind.

The next morning Nathan was awakened by his sister instead of Nurse
Higgins. "Good morning Amy. Come on wakie, wakie. It's time to pump
up your boobies," she said in greeting.
"Come on sis, do I really have to do this? I'm still a guy you know,"
he replied with a groan as he felt his stomach cramp. It wasn't a hard
or painful cramp but felt never-the-less.
Nurse Higgins had rigged the breast pump so that it didn't pump but
maintained a steady vacuum. It was slightly painful as what flesh
filled the cups was suctioned up tightly. When the thirty minutes were
up, there were noticeable small mounds with red pressure rings around
them on his chest.
"Wow, that machine is working better than mine did. I think Amy has an
A++ cup now. I can't wait to see if she develops full C-cups. Nurse
Higgins says that by the end of summer they should be close. I'm not
sure this is the right thing to do but for some reason I don't care. I
really want a twin sister after seeing him all dressed up and looking so
darn cute," she thought as she turned off the machine.
"Okay little sister, time to do your morning beauty ritual. Come on
I'll help you," she said smiling happily.
"What do you mean, help me?" he asked shocked.
"Well, we're both girls now and it's my responsibility as your big
sister to help you all I can. Now, stop fussing and let's go," she
demanded.
"You're going to leave before I get undressed, aren't you?" Nathan asked
blushing.
"No, you ninny. You're starting to get some fuzz on your legs and pits.
You need me to help put on the Nair. I use it frequently myself. Girls
don't go around looking like hairy apes. Besides girls help each other
out all the time. Now, let's go and no more fussing. Besides, we're
sisters now," she stated.
Once again, he wanted to protest but another mild cramp stopped him.
Reluctantly, he got out of bed and followed her into the bathroom. Like
the first time with Nurse Higgins, Nathan blushed scarlet the entire
time. He blushed the brightest when he removed the pink rubber ball
syringe from the linen closet.
Embarrassment became mortification when she gushed, "Amy, how sweet.
You're douching already. I can't wait for us to have a period. I want
to teach you all about it. Having a period at the same time will really
make us twin sisters."
For a moment Nathan just stood there holding the pink bag. He blinked
several times before stuttering, "Sis, no...no way...I...I can do that.
I'm...I'm a guy."
"I know that Amy but you're my twin sister now and we share everything.
And I mean everything including having a period. I know you can't
really have one but we'll make it as real as we can. Nurse Higgins
suggested that I let you wear my used pads, that way you can feel like a
real girl. Hurry up and douche. The bath is almost full," she stated
smiling brightly.
"Nurse Higgins is a bitch but she does have some good ideas. The more I
see Nathan as Amy Lynn the more I'm getting into it. Having a period at
the same time will make her even more my twin sister," she happily
thought.
Nathan wanted to protest his sister's decision about having a period.
He was getting ready to say something when a stronger spasm made him
gulp down bile. For a moment he stood there unable to move or speak.
"WTF is the matter with me? It seems whenever I want to protest or she
wants me to do something, I get these cramps. Oh well, she's not on her
period so I guess I'm safe for a while," he thought watching his sister
put on plastic gloves.
"Okay sis, hold your arms up so I can start putting this hair remover on
you," she ordered scooping up a gob of pink lotion.
As she was starting on his torso, giggled. "Oh, that landing strip is
so cute and It's just like mine," she said making him blush even harder.
When it came time to do his groin area, she let him do it after he
trimmed his landing strip. He wasn't happy about doing that but
thankful Natalie let him do it. It wasn't any less embarrassing though.
"I can't believe I'm doing this in front of my sister. This is worse
than when Nurse Higgins did it that first time. I'm blushing so hard my
face feels like it's on fire. I'm just glad she's not tugging on my
Johnson. I'd die of embarrassment if I got an erection if she did
that," he thought.
While he was doing that Natalie was looking at her brother's penis.
"That is so out of place. Girls don't have a clitty that big and I want
my twin to look like me. Think I'll have a talk with Nurse Higgins

Out of the bath, Natalie helped him coat his body with a fragrant body
lotion by doing his back. She surprised him once again when she grabbed
a can of feminine hygiene spray.
"Lift up your clitty Amy so I can spray between your legs. You need to
do this every morning and after your nightly bath. We girls are
constantly aware of body odors and this spray is for our daintier areas.
We always carry a small can in our purses," she said spraying a fine
whitish mist to his scrotum and groin.
"OMG, she's trying to kill me with embarrassment," flashed through his
mine.
She then wrapped a bath towel around his chest to go back to his room.
"Umm, Amy's itty-bitty titties are smaller but still puffy. I hope they
don't get any smaller," she thought leading him back to her room.
"Today I want you to wear one of my skater skirts instead of the
straight ones you've been wearing. I need you to learn how to manage
wearing one," she informed him.

confused.
"Amy a straight skirt hugs your legs while a short flare skirt, if
you're not careful, could expose your pretty panties. It's a much
looser fit and you need to learn skirt management. Come on, I have a
really cute outfit picked out for you," she said smiling happily.
Nathan let out a moan seeing what she had laid out for him to put on.
The bra, hip hugger panties and camisole were baby blue with the
camisole frilled with ivory lace. The chiffon blouse was a translucent
blue with long billowing sheer sleeves. The black skirt was box pleated
and would only reach to mid-thigh. Ecru pantyhose and a pair of blue
open toed pumps finished his ensemble.
"Go ahead and put on your panties and bra Amy. Here are some socks you
can use to fill out the bra; then, we need to paint your nails. We're
going to have so much fun today," she gaily said.
"Paint my nails? Do I really want to do that? Much less wear that
short skirt? It looks way too small to cover much. This will be so
embarrassing but I don't have any choice," he thought.
Natalie spent for her, a very pleasing hour teaching Amy how to apply
the blue gel varnish to his fingers and toes. With each tiny brush
stroke he made, it was agony for Nathan. Nails dried and in girlish
ovals, he put on basic makeup. Blue eyeshadow, eye liner, mascara, rose
blush and hot pink lipstick and he was done. He had been practicing a
lot and except for a bit of difficulty with the liner did very well.
Dressed Nathan looked into the full-length mirror and groaned. "If it
weren't for the different hair color I look like Natalie. I shouldn't
look this good! I'm a guy! This is very embarrassing but in a strange
way I like it. I'm beautiful," he thought.

While Natalie was taking care of Amy, Rachel was busy on her laptop.
There were things she needed simply not available on the island. She
had been searching for some time before she found it. That "it" was a
titanium shell shaped somewhat into a camel toe. Inside the shell were
two interlocking mechanisms. One was positioned around the base of the

Closing her computer, stood up and stretched. "Guess I'd better go

heading into the living room.
