"Ah yes, Chloe, it has been a while," Matt uttered as time appeared to
stop around him. Granted he figured that Chloe might have shown up but
that would have been unlikely. Still, no time like the present for a
simple reunion. It had been a long time, though Matt could sense that
Chloe was uneasy about something.
"So, how are you doing?" she asked plainly.
"Ah fine enough I suppose. Heh not the best time for a reunion," Matt
replied as he looked around at the empty graveyard.
"Yeah, quite true Matt, I heard the news, terrible stuff from what I've
heard. I take it you found it in the same way eh?" Chloe shot back. "Mhm
yeah same, and I managed to get away to see him off," Matt remarked.
"Still what a shame eh? I remember such good times we all had, with you,
me, Jay......and my sister Claire," Chloe retorted sadly while looking
down to the ground. "Ah yes indeed, good times were had," Matt replied,
recalling memory long since buried, but stuck in a haze of vague time:

"Yeah so, about Claire.... have you heard anything?" Chloe asked

her with a shocked expression upon his face. How could she still yearn,
after all this time he wondered. "Well, I don't know, nothing much I am
afraid, Chloe," Matt uttered, as if to stifle his guilt in the matter.
"Well it would be nice to see her, one last time; it has been so long,"
Chloe pleaded with a tinge of sadness in her voice, trying hard not to
hold back the tears. Matt then went to comfort her, a gentle hug would
suffice that he figured. That was when a crazy idea sprung into his mind,
one that might just work.
"Say Chloe, how about we meet up for breakfast tomorrow, ok? We can chat
some more then," Matt implored her. "Ah sure thing, Matt. I will see you
at the Main Street Cafe in town, around 9 o'clock?" Chloe asked sweetly.
Matt nodded. "Ok good see you then," as he rushed to his car to head back
to the hotel......
The next morning Chloe sat at the Main Street cafe, on one of the outside
tables with a large white umbrella covering. She wore a nice white one
piece dress with her hair done up in a single braid over one shoulder.
She glanced at her wrist watch, nearly five minutes past nine, where is
he she wondered. Matt's not one to be late, she mused as she looked
around the busy street fronts in front of and then back beyond, store
fronts stretching out to the horizon.
"Oh hello there, dear sis," a voice called out to her. Chloe turned
around and gasped under breath no way, for she saw her long-lost sister
Claire standing next to her table. She wore a lovely mint sundress on,
fluttering in the slightest breeze with a pair of white high heels with
light colored hose encasing her legs. "Oh my.... goodness, Claire!" Chloe
cried out as she went to embrace her sister. "There, there, it's
alright," Claire replied, taking the sibling hug in earnest.
"Claire would you like something?" Chloe asked as she got a waiter to
come by. "Uh, sure I'll have a green tea, if you please," Claire replied.
"Right away miss," the waiter stated then went back inside to retrieve
that drink.
"Come, have a seat, Claire, we have so much to catch up on," Chloe
implored as her lovely sister sat next to her at the outside table.
Claire took a moment to adjust her dress as she sat, while placing her
clutch purse's strap upon her chair. "So I take it Matt had something to
do with this reunion?" Chloe asked as she sipped on her mocha drink. "Ah
yeah, in a manner of speaking," Claire remarked back before resuming,
"Anyway, how are Mom and Dad?"
Chloe looked at her sister, a sudden shock crossed her face then a sad
wistful sigh she uttered under breath, "Claire, they have both been gone,
for quite some time. When you disappeared, Mom lost it with the waiting
and Dad, well, he left soon after Mom did." Claire responded, "I had no
idea, Chloe, and I am sorry I left; I had to find myself, in a way," as
she twirled a lock of blonde hair absentmindedly. Well good that I won't
have to explain myself to them, Claire/Matt figured but still a bummer
for Chloe.
"Well, I hope you have done that, so where are you now?" Chloe asked her
sister pointedly. Claire took a moment to ponder that, whether to tell
Chloe all or just some information. While it would be nice to see Chloe
from time to time, it wouldn't do for her to know about, well, the rest
of her college life. "Ah about that, I am doing well now. I am attending
a college up near Philly, and part of a sorority."
"Oh, that's surprising, sis, considering you weren't exactly a girly girl
growing up. Then again, maybe you grew out of it," Chloe ruminated. "Ah
yeah you could say that, lil sis," Claire replied back. I forgot Claire
was a bit more tomboyish growing up, but that didn't jive with 'valley
girl' persona I have for her in college now, Matt pondered inside
Claire's mind.
"Still I wonder where you went, after high school you just dropped off
the face of the world," Chloe remarked, her voice tinged with sadness.
"Well that young man I met, we had a good time, but then he left me,
alone and destitute, sis. I had to find myself again and be in a better
place, which I am now," Claire explained, to ease Chloe's anxiety. The
two sisters exchanged contact info, and then after some time, the two
parted ways. But not before Chloe whispered to Claire, "Thank you for
this, dear sis.Hope to hear from you sooner than later, ok?" I'll try,
Claire thought, but I wouldn't count on it.
Claire made her way back to the motel room Matt had gotten for the
weekend. Well, time to unwind before heading back tomorrow, as she tossed
her purse onto the bed. She walked into the bathroom to get a better look
at herself. Looking lovely, Claire uttered to herself as she lifted up
the sundress off her body, revealing her bodacious body encased in light
pink bra and panties set with light colored stockings attached via a
garter belt.
"Oh well, it wasn't easy to track you down, after you left town,"
Claire/Matt muttered as she unhooked the stockings and slid them down
sensually her supple legs. "You had left with some older punk guy, Todd I
think, and it was many years til I ran in to you," taking off the pink

had overdosed on some drugs. What a pity, to die all alone like that. At

"But what about this suit?" Claire/Matt asked herself. "Hmm it just

contacts and dental caps, then using the inhaler, returned to his natural
self. "Though that was the original intent, I'll admit that I put that
aside for my own pleasures and fun."
Sighing wistfully, Matt hung up the Claire suit and prepared to rest up
for the drive back the next day. Oh man way to dodge a bullet there, he
figured as he thought about what Claire was to do once she got back to
the sorority sister house.
The next day, Matt got up and put on his Claire disguise. She had on a
white blouse and navy blue skirt along with the tan stockings from
before, with high heels. She had the look of a sharp businesswoman
complete with a pair of aviator shades sitting upon her blonde hairdo.
She packed up her stuff and loaded up her stuff, when her phone made a
ding sound, a notification of a text message.
"What is it?" Claire wondered as she pulled it out of her purse. Oh, it
was from Ally. What could it be....

Not longer a cold case
What, how, Claire pondered as she headed back to the college, urgently.
Time to find out what happened, perhaps she figured.
Author's Note
Alright darlings, well, the next part will run concurrently with the last
portion of Part 8 and this one, as Ally uncovers some information
regarding Jay's mysterious death. In addition, we touch back with Jesse
and Becky as Ms. Parvati Salmon makes a move that wreck their pleasant
sorority sister life, perhaps more than that.
