EarthUnbound is a shared universe for erotic fiction which takes place in an alternate reality where public sex, nudity, open relationships, and incest are all commonplace.

The fictional society of EarthUnbound shares some characteristics with the “free use” fetish, but it isn’t exactly the same as most free use stories. Free use usually (albeit not always) focuses on women being free for men to use sexually, without any restrictions. In contrast, EarthUnbound doesn’t make any gender distinctions: all people in the EarthUnbound universe have very free attitudes towards sex. Also, most people in the EarthUnbound universe are not completely free for anybody to use sexually, without warning; people are very open to sexual behavior, even with strangers, but they may still exercise some discretion, and adhere to some minimal rules of politeness.

Another thing that makes EarthUnbound special is its a shared universe. It has an extensive fictional background, which you can read about in detail if that sort of world-building interests you. This backstory provides an explanation of how society in the EarthUnbound universe views sex, nudity, and other taboo subjects. All the characters and plots in all the EarthUnbound stories are presumed to live in this shared universe, and live according to this same shared culture. That means after you’ve read one EarthUnbound story (or read the background material), you can start reading any other EarthUnbound story and make some presumptions right from the start about how people in that story will view sex, nudity, and other taboo subjects.

Author's Note

These stories were written by an author called Phantasos Oneiros, who vanished from the internet in 2017. They were, thankfully, saved on the Wayback machine. I've ported them here so that more people can have access to them, and so that they can be used as a basis for new writing. There's a lot of fun ideas here. Enjoy!
