Bobby Martingale had a hard job. See, frat life is fun, until you decide
you want to try and build your resume and take a leadership role. Then
all of a sudden you're not one of the guys getting up to wild antics
anymore, rather, you're the one who has to protect the brotherhood's
reputation and keep up relationships with university administration.
Bobby was the president of Rho Sig, and there was a reason he was the
only candidate. No one in their right mind wanted that job.
Maybe bobby was a bit crazy, but not in a bad way. He was probably the
only one with the composure to even try to reign in the wildest guys on
campus. But man, it could be hard sometimes.
Take, for example, the Olbermann twins, or as seemingly everyone called
them, the Bang Brothers. Maxwell and Gregory Olbermann were twin juniors,
identical in every way except for the fact that they dyed their hair
completely different colors: Max a pale blond and Greg a dark brown.
Despite the color difference they styled it the same: 90's style short
spikes throughout. No one really thought it looked good, but it didn't
seem to affect their success with women, and among the guys, who even
cared?
But the Bang Brothers had a real penchant for getting themselves, and by
extension Rho Sig, into hot water. In this age of sexual assault
awareness, fraternities have taken on a bad name, worse than ever before.
A few missteps could mean the end of their presence at the university,
and somehow the Bang brothers always appeared inches away from ruining it
for everyone. Not that the rest of the boys really did enough to prevent
it.
See, weird as it was to some and awesome as it was to others, the twins
really liked to have sex together. Not WITH each other, but in the same
room, two girls or one girl, it didn't really matter. Rumor was that the
liked to Eiffel tower and hold hands while they took a girl from each
side. To Bobby, that was gross, but as long as the girl consented there
was really nothing wrong with it.
But as you might have suspected, those girls weren't always consenting.
When Max and Greg couldn't find a girl to come with them willingly, they
were known to find the drunkest girl they could and coerce her into
something she didn't want to do. Reports of that kind kept Bobby busier
than he would have liked, negotiating with University administration
every time a report came in.
There was never enough evidence to book them, and both the police and
university knew it, but something had to be done nonetheless. Multiple
tribunal boards within Rho Sig and Greek life broadly tried the boys, but
they had enough connections with friends up top to always escape with a
minimum of punishment.
If Bobby could have his way, they'd be kicked out permanently and
immediately. It would mean losing one of the frat's biggest donors in
their father, but it would be worth it to rehabilitate Rho Sig's name
during his tenure. If only he had that power.
Bobby was finishing up some homework in the frat house president's office
when an unmarked envelope slipped under the door. Curious, he approached
and opened it. Inside, he found only a slip of paper with a streaming
website URL, and a small note scratched "7:00." That was during chapter
this evening, guess he was going to miss the big surprise. Or at least,
he thought so until he turned the slip over.
On the back read, "Yes, during chapter. Important message from National.
Don't miss it." Usually National communicated by writing, but I guess
they wanted visuals this time? Whatever. He'd accommodate.
That evening, about a hundred young men in shirts and ties with cheap
mens wearhouse jackets strolled into the empty meeting room where chapter
was held every week. One boy took attendance at the door and slowly
ticked off each member as they entered. Bobby arrived late, having been
working on rearranging the meeting's schedule.
He took a look at the attendance sheet - pretty good today. A few of the
missing were excused for reasons that had been cleared prior, so that was
fine, but two names were conspicuously missing, yet again.
Max and Greg weren't the best about attendance, or really anything of
responsibility for that matter. Unfortunately, this was about to become
the third unexcused absence of the semester, hardly six weeks in. Jeez.
That meant Bobby was going to have to pull them in, talk to them about
why they have to come to chapter blah blah blah blah blah and ultimately
nothing would be done, they'd make fun of him for not being able to do
shit about it and a few "I'm sorry"s later it would be like it never
happened. What a crappy example for everyone else. Bobby wasn't looking
forward to it.
He hooked up the projector for the mysterious show and got onto business
with the meeting. He managed to wrap up discussions of philanthropy (too
a symphony of heckling), some meaningless comments about decorum (which
never got anywhere) and a brief talk about formal at the end of the year
which actually got some attention. Ultimately, after only 30 minutes 7:00
had come around and the show was about to begin.
Bobby calmed and addressed the crowd before beginning.
"We have a special message from National Rho Sig leadership tonight,
apparently they are streaming it rather than doing anything in writing.
Please pay attention."
Bobby carefully entered the URL from the slip into his address bar and
hit enter.
Suddenly emerged on his screen, broadcast in the front of the room to the
entire frat, were three figures. The girl in the middle was short and
wore a low cut white cotton top with a bright pink plaid miniskirt and
hardly anything else. Despite her beautiful chestnut brown hair and
pretty face, she couldn't steal the spotlight from the much larger two
boys, one sitting on each side of her. Bobby knew he had seen her before;
she definitely went to the university and probably made an appearance at
a Rho Sig party at some point.
They were hairless and nearly nude, and despite their fairly muscular
bodies appeared terrified in the small girl's presence. The members of
Rho Sig recognized the Bang Brothers instantly. The frat erupted.
"What the fuck is this?" a loud voice chimed in from the crowd.
"Yo, what are they wearing?" said another.
Max and Greg Olbermann, distinctly recognizable by their hair up top,
appeared to be wearing nothing but women's underwear: Max the blonde in
baby blue panties and Greg the brunette in a matching style pink. They
were both a basic hipster cut with small bows in the front, small and
revealing. Their dicks had evidently been tucked between their legs since
hardly a bulge showed through. That, or they were smaller than the rest
of the frat had given them credit for. Maybe both.
The girl began with a sweet high voice. "Hi everyone! I'm Susie
Stapleton, welcome back to Femboy Funtime! Today, we have a very special
program on the show, as you can see, we'll have not one but two (!) boys
to transform this evening. How lovely! But first, just to make sure
everything is consensual, I'm going to ask Gregory and Maxwell here if
they consent. What do you say boys?"
"I consent," they replied to the camera in unison. Their voices didn't
tremble but their eyes gave away the fear they must have been feeling.
All of a sudden, the screen turned black. One boy had unplugged the
projector.
"This isn't right. We shouldn't be watching this," he said, surprisingly
calmly for the abrupt action he'd performed.
"What? No way!" another brother countered. "This is better than pledge
hazing, are you serious? This is incredible!"
Arguments broke out for both sides. Chaos continued. Luke Myers, sitting
in the back, slowly brushed his hair over a small heart tattoo by his ear
to make sure it couldn't be seen. He was oddly quiet.
Bobby raised his arms in the front of the room at his podium to get the
crowd's attention, and soon after all eyes were on him. As much as they
made his life hell sometimes, the brothers respected Bobby, and their
voices slowly quieted as they runed towards him.
Bobby weighed his options carefully in this moment. On the one hand, this
probably wasn't good for the frat at large. In the brief time the stream
was up he saw a couple hundred viewers were tuned in, but he had no idea
who they were or from where they were watching. They could be all
university students or complete randos from across the country. It was a
lot, but not on the scale of a million-view scandal. Then again, the
stream was happening regardless of whether they watched or not. And
someone could just as easily pull it up on their phones to watch anyway,
which surely some of them would do.
It was also a chance to get back at the Bang Brothers a little bit. He
couldn't kick them out but he could give them the ultimate ball-busting
right here and now.
Still pondering, he scanned the crowd. Eager eyes looked back on him,
waiting to see if they would get to watch the semester's wildest turn of
events on the big screen or not. Finally, Bobby spoke.
"In this frat, we are a democracy. We will have a private vote whether to
continue watching or not. At this time, chapter is over and anyone may
leave if they would like."
No one budged as Bobby instructed them all to close their eyes.
"All those in favor of watching this stream, please raise your hands."
At once, probably three-quarters of the men in the room shot their hands
to the sky, eager to continue.
That was more than enough. In the spirit of things, he continued and
asked for the hands of all those who wanted to stop. There were far
fewer.
Inviting them all to reopen their eyes, Bobby announced with a fake
solemnity that they would continue. Anyone who didn't want to see it
could leave. Only a few of the Bang Brothers' closest friends actually
exited the room, too embarrassed to witness their downfall.
For the rest of them, someone replugged the monitor and rewound the
stream to the point they had last seen.
The girl and two boys returned to frame. The brothers who remained
watched intently.
"As you've surely noticed," Susie began, "Max and Greg here are twins!
That gives us the rare opportunity to compare techniques against each
other since they otherwise look the same, isn't that right fellas?"
The boys nodded reluctantly in agreement.
"So for all you anime fans, I thought there could be no better choice
than to dress them up as Rem and Ram! From Re:Zero, of course. Twin
maids!"
Susie knew that most of her viewers didn't know who those characters
were, although a few would. The ones that did knew the boys really had
something coming.
"First, let's talk about body hair - you see that both of them are
currently hairless, but they used different methods to get there. Hold
out your arms."
Each boy gave her a forearm to hold up to the camera.
"See, Greg used a regular razor or shaving cream while Maxwell here used
a depilatory cream. You'll notice that right now, they are both quite
smooth since both methods work, but Max's will last a good bit longer and
moreover, it took less time."
"While we're here," she continued, "you'll notice their nails. This is
part of where you can get creative when feminizing your own boys at home
- not everything has to be perfect for the outfit. If I were doing this
outfit for myself I'd do a basic French tip, but for these two a pop of
color is all the more girly."
Max's nails were noticeably painted a light baby blue, matching his
panties, with silver glittery tips. Greg's were a light pink, also

longer than Max's.
"Greg's nails are acrylic fakes, not super long but certainly much longer
than he's used to. Those can be tricky to put on, and they're more
expensive, but the results are dramatic to say the least. Max and I
painted his their lovely shade, which we did in the time saved as Greg
shaved. It takes longer that way, but it's much more intimate and
embarrassing."
"Their toes are both simply painted pink and blue as you'd expect. It's
important to make sure no chance for girliness is missed when you're
making over a boy!"
Max and Greg visibly grimaced. The frat couldn't believe that they were
so easily going along with this - shouldn't they be fighting back? It's
not like they couldn't push their way out past her, right?
Something must have been up that the brothers didn't know, but the show
continued and thus they kept watching.
"Ok girls, time for your first bras!" Susie announced. Since they all
were sitting on a bed facing the camera, she only had to reach behind the
three of them to retrieve the two garments, one pink and one blue. It
was obvious which was for which boy.
"Max, or should I say, Rem, you'll be wearing a typical back clasping
bra. Put your arms through the holes."
Max did as he was told, and Susie secured the strap behind him, which
felt tight across the boy's chest. She snapped one of his new bra straps
as a matter of course, and he flinched.
"Back-clasping bras are harder for them the get on and off, and are
easier to come by. It's not, however, the only option."
Greg, now Ram, put on a pink bra, but his was a front clasp. He started
by pulling the straps on like a backpack with Susie's help, and then
secured the two cups together in front, squeezing together his
nonexistent breasts.
"Next we'll move on to hosiery. This can be a difficult choice to make
when you're feminizing your favorite boy, so I'll discuss some of the
pros and cons."
Susie had apparently decided they would be wearing white below the waist,
and gathered in her hands a few garments.
"Greg, these are tights. You've probably seen you girlfriends put them on
once or twice - you have to roll them up in your hands, and then put them
on." He followed the instructions perfectly on camera, cloaking his lower
body in a fairly opaque bright white.
"Tights are great for covering body hair if you can't get rid of some,
and are certainly more modest as you can tell. You can never go wrong
with a cute pair, and this is accurate to the in-show outfit Ram wears,
so it fits the bill. Max, however, will be wearing something a little
more fun."
Susie held up a small lace garment to the camera. "This is a garter belt.
Put it on around your waist and thread the straps through your panties,"
she commanded Max. Max couldn't bear the thought that they were "his"
panties, but nevertheless he complied.
Susie kept going. "A garter belt is used to hold up stockings, like
these" she said as she raised the small sheer items.
"You have to be very careful with these, or they'll run. Don't' you dare
mess them up."
Max's painted toenails disappeared under a thin layer of white nylon, and
as he pulled the thick lace stocking tops up to his thigh Susie helped to
secure the garter straps.
Max stood and felt the tug on the top of his new stockings with every
little movement. It was oddly erotic, and he would have loved to see a
girl in the outfit he was wearing. Unfortunately, well, he was the one
wearing it. At least no one he knew was probably watching, he silently
hoped.
Bobby and the rest of the frat continued to watch in stunned silence. One
brother left momentarily and came back with a few bags of microwave
popcorn, and dimmed the lights as well. If this was a show, they may as
well make an experience of it.
Max and Greg sat silently, as they had for most of the stream, begging
for a swift end to their torment. On it went.
"Now, show accuracy would probably have them wearing Mary Jane flats
right now, but I don't think that will cut it. No femboy should ever go
without heels."
Black was the only sensible choice, and for this garment Susie decided
that they should match. 4 inch stilettos in a shiny black faux leather
adorned their white-encased feet at the ends of their crossed legs, like
mirror images of each other. Max on the left displayed a visible shiver
as his stockings rubbed against one another. His upper thigh and ass were
notably more exposed than Greg's who had the tights covering his panties,
which were still slightly visible in pink through the white.
"Now finally, let's put on the dress. For this as well you two will be
matching."
The maid dress seemed far too short to cover anything, but Susie had
sized it up just right. The mostly black garment slipped over both of
their shoulders, leaving much of their upper backs exposed except for two
crossing shoulder straps, and of course their visible bra straps as well.
The dress was made of a delicate silk which sent chills down both of
their spines as it cascaded down their bodies, ending with a built in
petticoat and puffy flowing skirt ending at their very upper thigh. For
Greg, this meant it would show off almost all of his white tights, but
Max noticed that it wouldn't reach his stocking tops by any stretch. The
garter straps clearly reached down from below the frilly petticoat with a
minimum of coverage. It did, however, conceal his panties, he guessed, as
long as he didn't bend over. A large white bow bloomed from the lower
back of the dress where the bodice ended and the skirt began. In the
front, a large white apron and white poofy neckline matched white poofy
openings where their arms emerged.
Separate from the main piece of the dress were the sleeves and neckpiece.
The sleeves were long and flowy, with kimono-style openings at the wrists
and a bow at the very top where they met the boys' upper arms. Around
their necks Susie slipped what could only be called a ring of white
fabric, almost like a continuation of the poofy breast area of the
dresses, which secured with a little black ribbon tie knot in front.
Absolutely adorable.
"Just one more thing boys, and we're done with the clothes!" Susie
announced. Relief was on the horizon.
Susie slipped a wig on each of their heads, a short almost bob style to
match Rem and Ram's hair. Max's was powder blue and Greg's a bright pink,
and each had a piece reach over their face to cover one eye. Susie
meticulously adjusted the style until it was just right, and then added a
final detail: a white flower adorned black ribbon headband, which went
over the middle of the boys' new hair and tied below. A few barrettes and
little flower pins later, and the outfit was completed.
On the bed now sat not two scared twin boys, but two cute twin maid girls
with noticeably masculine faces. Now invisible, but to everyone's
knowledge, they wore pretty pink and blue lingerie and white hosiery
which tickled at their legs, and intimidating black heels completed the
sexy look. Most cosplayers would be jealous of Susie's work, even the
girls.
"Ok boys, or should I say girls, great job so far. I think the audience
has learned a lot from you two!"
Here, Max and Greg half expected her to end the stream, but that seemed
too easy. They were right, it was.
"Now it's time for makeup! As embarrassing as this must be already, I
wouldn't dream of letting any of my femboys go without a proper face on.
Tell the audience you want me to do your makeup!"
The Bang brothers hesitated. This seemed a bit too far.
"Come on girls, don't be shy!" she goaded. "Here, I'll tell you just shat
to say. Say 'Susie, will you pretty please do our makeup'?"
Max and Greg looked at each other deeply, before sighing and replying in
unison with the phrase, on cue. That apparently wasn't good enough.
"Come on girls, that was awfully boy sounding. Use your girl voices - say
'Susie please make us you pretty femboys!'"
There it was, rock bottom. Even the frat brothers eating this up the most
were set uneasy by that line. She really, really had something on them.
They only hoped to never be in that situation themselves.
Luke knew firsthand. He felt lucky that his makeover wasn't broadcast
like this one, or he might not have ever been able to show his face at
the school ever again.
After a few seconds, Max spoke up first. "Susie, please make me your
pretty femboy," he said in a bad falsetto, but not a sarcastic attempt, a
real one.
"Thank you Rem, you're such a good girl," Susie replied. Because you went
first, I'll let you help with Ram's makeup later and you can make some
choices between you guys.
"Let's start with foundation. Now there is somewhat of a debate on
whether or not you should use foundation when feminizing a boy - some say
it's an absolute must, but some prefer to go about it if their skin is
nice enough, and you both are blessed with very pretty skin. I'll pu tone
of you in foundation and one of you not. Rem, which would you prefer?"
"I'd rather not," he said in a male voice, before quickly correcting
himself. "I think Ram should wear the foundation," he followed up, more
girly this time.
"So be it!" Susie chimed in. Greg had nowhere to go, and sat reluctantly
still as Susie applied a thick layer of very pale makeup to his face,
shaping with a beauty blender to create an even finish. She made sure to
blend into his neck and lips for full effect, and used a translucent
powder to make sure she left a matte and not too shiny finish. Greg's
face had become a canvas, while Max's retained a natural dew.
Next, Susie moved onto blush, and this time didn't give Max a choice
because she used the same light pink for both of them, applying very
generously over their cheeks and noses. Anime girls, after all, should
never be short on blush she noted.
"Now Rem and Ram don't normally wear much makeup, but it certainly adds
very much for you guys. Your eyeshadow will be complements of each
other."
On Max she applied a light blue eyeshadow over his lids, matching the
theme, with a spot of bright white on his inner corners. White eyeliner
in a wing over his eye and on the waterline created a source of light on
his face.
Greg's eyeshadow was a similar light pink as his outfit, but rather than
bright light Susie opted for a smoky grey on his outer corners instead,
casting a mysterious and seductive shadow. Black eyeliner also pulled
into a wing drove the illusion even further.
There was only one way to do their lashes, Susie reckoned, and that was
fakes. From a small box she procured two pairs of long, fairy-like black
eyelashes, which she carefully set into each boy's existing lashes with
her favorite glue. Neither of the boys really knew how to adjust to the
new weight on their eyelids, partially obscuring their already occluded
vision, since each had one eye covered by their new pretty hair.
A bit of highlight on their upper cheekbones and a big spray of perfume
left only their lips remaining. Susie made a quick trip to her vanity,
and came back with a selection of five or six lip products in reds and
pinks.
"Max, I mean Rem, please choose a lip color for yourself. Choose wisely,
I'd hate to end on a poor choice."
Max pondered the options presented to him, seeing no other way to end the
misery. None of the options in front of him were particularly appealing,
but between the lipsticks he found a pink gloss which seemed the least
offensive.
"That's very cute Rem, you sure have an eye for this!" Susie proclaimed
excitedly. She uncapped the tube and drew out a doe foot applicator which
she very generously but carefully passed over Max's virginal lips. No one
forgets their first time wearing real lipstick, she reckoned. At least,
no boys do.
As she pulled away his newly baby pink painted lips shone brightly
against the light. If he were a real girl, Max probably would have called
them DSLs: dick sucking lips.
"Now Rem, because that was such a good choice, I'd like you to pick one
for your sister." Susie removed Rem's lip gloss from the pile, the
noticeably least bold option in the set.
Greg looked on his feminized brother with fear as Max mulled the
remaining choices. He had no idea whether a liquid lipstick or a tube
would be worse, or what color.
Eventually, he settled on a rose-pink liquid lipstick and handed his
choice to his captor.
"Why don't you put it on him, after all, it was your choice," Susie
suggested, which was an instruction rather than a request.
"Ok I guess," Max replied quietly.
Drawing the wand from the tube and gazing truly on the ultra-girly tone
he had chosen, max slowly approached Greg's lips, who looked on him with
the face of greatest betrayal. Max could hardly look his brother back in
the eye, and focused instead on his lips to make sure the liquid went on
just right. When he finished, Greg puckered his lips together leaving
behind a striking matte tone, perfectly complementing his hair, nails,
and panties below.
"Wow girls, you look amazing!" Susie beamed with a very genuine joy. "See
chat, this is what happens when you have really great volunteers to work
with. I hope you have the same success in your own feminizations!"
"Now before we finish, why don't you two strike a pose for a camera, just
like this."
She held up a picture to the boys invisible to the camera. They groaned
slightly before standing up on their new heels, almost falling over from
the lack of balance, and then turned to each other. Pressing their bodies
close at the front and holding each other's hands forward facing beside
their shoulders, they kicked up the leg closest to the camera and gave a
big smile with their new pretty made-up faces. A close observer may have
been able to see a single tear rolling down Greg's face as the camera
faded to black and the stream ended.
Bobby and the Rho Sig boys sat in stunned silence as they began to
process what they had been watching. At first, the room was filled with
laughs and jeers and heckles, but as the process moved on, especially to
makeup, a fog of discomfort seemed to fill the air.
What the hell were they going to do about this? For once, Bobby had no
idea.
As life started to return to the stunned boys and brothers began standing
up to go on with their days, Luke Myers covertly sent a text to an
unlabeled number. "They did it, am I done now?"
He received a reply quickly. "Great job Luke. You won't have to hear from
us ever again."
