Although they were both single, this sort of banter and flirting had
always been a part of their relationship but never went any further.
Tim laughed and said, "Ok doc! I'd hate to break your heart!" and gave
her a wink back. After waiting his requisite 15 minutes, he hopped off
the table and headed home.
The rest of the day was relatively uneventful until Tim woke up around
3 in the morning. He was sore. And had chills. And was sweating. "Ugh,"
he thought. "Here's the stupid vaccine side effects." He got up, walked
around and bit and was able to go back to sleep finally. The next
morning, everything seemed fine. He felt good and was ready for the
day. He went in to shave and noticed he really didn't need to today.
That wasn't all that uncommon so he thought nothing of it.
When Tim awoke the next morning, he went through his normal routine and
went to shave again. "Huh. That's weird," he thought. "I could probably
go another day without shaving." So he skipped shaving. He was working
from home anyway and wasn't going out, so who really cared.
Over the next couple of weeks, everything appeared completely normal to
Tim, other than his reduced need to shave. By the morning of his follow
up appointment, his face was as smooth as a baby's bottom and he hadn't
shaved. He hated shaving anyway, so he was looking at this as a good
thing! When he put his pants on though, he did notice it seemed like
the cuffs were touching the ground and they didn't normally. They were
also a little loose in the waist. "Whoa! Looks like I lost some weight!
Another cool side effect!" he said out loud to himself.
At the doctor's office, Tim bounced up on the table and cheerily
greeted the doctor. She smiled and said, "Well hey Mr. Sunshine, aren't
you chipper today?!" "I feel great doc! Give me that second shot!"
Taking Tim's silence since the last shot and his current disposition as
confirmation that everything was okay, she injected the second dose.
As she was pulling the needle out, he said, "Oh yeah - I meant to tell
you...there were a couple of things I noticed." She stopped suddenly
and stared at him. "Well, see how smooth I am here?" as he rubbed his
chin. "I haven't shaved in like 4 days! And I lost a little weight
too!" Tim was excited but his doctor's face blanched. "Um. Have you
noticed anything else at all?" "Nah. Not really. Oh yeah - my pants are
too long so I must be shrinking!" he guffawed, not recognizing his
doctor's grave expression. "Tim, what did you weigh this morning?" He
thought for a moment and said, "Um...165" "Tim - you've been 175 or 176
every time I've ever seen you. Come here for a minute." She took his
hand and dragged him out into the hall to check his height. He was
between five feet eight and five feet seven and a half.
She ushered him back to his room and pulled up his records. "Doc -
what's the deal? Why are you freaking out?" "Tim, not only have you
lost 10 pounds, you've lost over an inch of height." "I've say what?!"
"You actually have shrunk, Tim. Between that and your facial hair
thing, I'm honestly a little worried." "Omigod. What do I do?" "Don't
panic. Nothing for now. Go on home and just monitor everything closely
from here out. Here's my personal number. And even though you're my
favorite patient, this is still professional!". She gave him another
flirty wink at the end there and lightened the mood a little.
Tim went home and couldn't get the changes off his mind. He kept
inventorying himself, but he couldn't really find any other
differences. His little "friend" still stood as tall as ever when
called to attention, too, thankfully! He nodded off to sleep feeling a
little better. Until he awoke at 3am again.
This time it was way worse. Everything ached - head to toe. Chills,
fever, all of it. After getting up and moving around, he managed to
fall asleep, but woke up again in a few hours in a pool of sweat. And
little tiny hairs. He ripped the covers off to see his legs, while
otherwise normal, were completely hairless. He looked down at his arms
and noticed the same thing. "What the actual f... How's my guy
though??" His "guy" was still intact! Thank God! But when he swung his
legs over the side of the bed his feet didn't plop on the floor like
usual. His heels were hovering just above the floor. "Crap. Did I
shrink again?" His pants were even looser and now, for sure, he was
stepping on the pant legs.
"Hey doc- it's Tim!" he said into the cell phone after his doctor
answered. After telling her what she had noted, she asked him to come
in - she'd squeeze him in around 1pm. He said sure and went in.
"Well, Tim...you're down to 150 and 5 foot six. It looks like your
secondary sexual characteristics are actually becoming feminine." "What
does THAT mean?? Are you telling my I'm turning into a woman??" "Okay -
calm down Tim. Actually, I did some research. Believe it or not, this

"Well, if you're any smaller, I can't tell right now. Maybe it will

That caught his ear and he looked at her and said eagerly "Are we still
just professional?" "Maybe..." she said slowly. "Time will tell." And
another wink.
"Okay - hot doc making moves - maybe this won't be all bad", he thought
to himself. "Plus the cash? I can work with this!" "Tim - just make
sure and keep me posted, okay?" She surprised him with a peck on his
cheek and said, "Now go on home. And don't forget - I'm here for you to
help you every step of the way."
There were no sweats that night or pools in the morning. But everything
was different in the morning. Tim was shorter yet again. And thinner.
And even his shoes didn't fit. He stared at himself in front of the
mirror. His hair was longer and... was his chest a little puffy? "Sweet
Jesus" he said out loud, "What next??" Once again, the doc had him come
in.
"So, now you're five foot five Tim. You're also down to about 125
pounds. You're looking quite trim. Drop'em again." He did, not even
wanting to think about it. He'd blocked it all out of his mind this
morning. "Um...so, yeah, the changes didn't stop. You're, uh, kinda
barely there Tim" Tim started crying immediately, "What am I going to
do?" She hugged him and said, "Tell you what - you're actually my last
patient today. Let's you and I go shopping. Maybe a little retail
therapy will help." She didn't even mention how much softer his facial
features looked or that his fingers looked much slimmer.
"Okay, Tim," she said while driving, "if we're going to go out
socially, I can't be 'doc'. For anyone asking, I'm your girlfriend,
Jenny." "Um okay...'Jenny'" "There! That wasn't so hard, was it? Come
on - this will be good!"
The first thing they did was get shoes. Tim had stuffed a bunch of
paper in the toes of his regular size 9.5 shows so he could walk around
but that wasn't sustainable. Jenny dragged him right past the men's
section and into the women's section. "What are you doing?" he said.
"Honey - have you looked at your feet? No men's shoe is going to fit
you. If I had to guess, I'd say you and I could wear the same 7 and a

Come on!" she said, making a mental note that he seemed to have become
quite familiar with using her first name.
They bought a bunch of shoes - flats, tennis shoes, some men-looking-
ish shoes (at Tim's insistence) and Jenny paid for all of it. Then at
the end she said, "Okay Tim...I let you buy those stupid faux oxfords.
How about you humor me and we get these too?" as she held up a modest
pump with about an inch and a half heel. "Are you crazy? Me in pumps?"
he said - and as he did, his voice cracked and squeaked. As a shocked
look came over his face, he quickly put his hand over his mouth and
stared wide-eyed at Jenny. "What was that?" she asked. Uncovering his
mouth, Tim said, "I don't know." Only it was just as high as the last
time he spoke. Actually, his voice was quite sultry, for that matter.
Jenny looked at him and said, "The storm is coming sweetie. You better
get in the boat or you'll drown." Without saying a word, he tried the
pumps on and tested them out. They'd take getting used to, but he'd
eventually manage. "Omigod," he thought to himself, "I'm thinking about
how long it will take to get used to walking in heels."
Next, they went over to the ladies clothing section. Fearing he might
be in for more changes, Jenny just bought him a couple of t-shirts and
jeans. This was different than the shoes, since she could wear those
herself, so she didn't want to overcommit. At least Tim had clothes to
get around now.
On the way back to the office, Jenny looked at Tim and said, "Hey...why
don't you just come stay at my place tonight. I've actually got the
next week off anyhow and I want to keep monitoring you. Besides...I've
always sort of wondered what it would be like to get with another
girl." "HEY! I am NOT a girl!" "Yet," she said through a big grin. He
instantly looked down and she reached over into his lap and said, "I'll
make it worth your while - I promise." He looked back up and smiled and
said, "Okay then."
They walked into Jenny's bedroom and she was instantly the aggressor.
She laid a big kiss on him and was stripping his clothes at the same
time. She threw him backward on the bed and leaped on him. He held his
hands up to catch her and she silently noticed his fingers were very
slender now and he even had some nail growth. "Yep - one chick coming
up" she thought. As she leaned in to kiss him, she diverted a hand to
his chest, which was noticeably different than the last time she had

word.
Jenny decided to see what was cooking downstairs. She was only

hadn't even noticed himself. She pushed two fingers in and listened to

said. "I can't call you Tim though - you need a new identify and I need
to file the papers so you can get your settlement. I was thinking about
it...let's keep your initials. How does Tiffany Lynn Carter sound to
you?" 'Tim' though about it for a second and held out his hand and
lightly placed it on hers, then did a curtsy and said, "Tiffany Lynn
Carter, ma'am. Call me when you need a little TLC." "Oho!" Jenny said,
"You've practiced that line before!!" Tiffany chuckled and said, "Yeah,

too." He looked down when he said the last part.

Tiffany and Jenny embraced and immediately went into a celebratory kiss
