“Are you going to say anything? Or just sit there with your mouth hanging open?”

I took a sip of my Jack Daniels and swallowed.

“Sorry, that just kind of came out of left field!”

“Your wives haven’t cracked down on you, have they?”

“No, but there’s an issue.”

“I have rubbers,” she smirked. “I didn’t expect you to bring any.”

I chuckled, “Not that. I had a vasectomy a couple of months ago.”

“Oh, hell yes! Sex without a rubber? Finally! Get your damned clothes off! Now!”

I chuckled, “Not so fast, sailor! My wives have a non-negotiable requirement. A recent, clean, STD test.”

“How recent?”

“Since the last time you had sex or any kind of medical procedure. Or used IV drugs.”

“Yeah, never on that last one, so don’t worry. No medical stuff. And I had one after I was with John. My friend suggested it because I was with a cheater, and that was risky. Have YOU had one?”

“Yes. I get them a few times a year, and require all my partners to get them.”

“You’re still running around like a drunken sailor?” she smirked.

“Not quite! I’ve become a bit more selective in my old age! And I wasn’t exactly running around like a drunken sailor! I wasn’t that indiscriminate!”

Aimee laughed, “Let’s test that theory. How many new girls have you been with since you were with me?”

I had to think about it for a second. I was with her before I married, and that meant nearly six years had passed.

“Hell if I know, probably twenty, maybe twenty-five.”

“There are drunken sailors everywhere in awe of that count if it’s accurate!”

“Why would I brag? Most girls don’t take interest in guys who are with that many girls!”

“Perhaps. But I’m not interested in marrying you! I’m interested in fucking you! And I KNOW how good you are.”

“So one mistake and your rule against married men goes out the window?”

“Six months is hardly ‘one mistake.’”

“So why repeat it?” I asked.

“Isn’t that up to me? Not you?”

“Only if you think cheating was up to John and not you.”

“Are you just messing with me, or are you seriously not going to do this?”

“You’re sure this is what you want?”

“How can I be more blunt?” Aimee smirked. “I want you to fuck me as many times as you can, and I’ll let you cum in my mouth as much as you want! Specific enough? Clear enough?”

“Yes, ma’am!”

“Then, recruit, strip! Present arms! And fuck!”

I put down my drink and took hers from her. I stood up, scooped her into my arms, and carried her to the bearskin rug.

December 8, 1991, Mason, Ohio

“What are you thinking?”

“Whether or not I can fit you into my duffle and hide you in my stateroom!”

Aimee rolled over and moved on top of me, stretching her firm naked body over mine.

“I know a few people who might send out a search party for me!”

“Good luck finding you in the Persian Gulf!” she laughed.

She reached down between us and began gently stroking me.

“Sorry to disappoint, but you do have to fly me home today.”

She kissed me and then began to slowly lower herself onto me. When I was fully inside her, she began moving slowly.

“I have a couple of years to make up for, first!” she said.

“Six times last night wasn’t enough for you?” I asked.

“No!” she growled, grinding against me.

Thirty minutes later we were in the shower, washing each other. When we finished, we made breakfast, and after we ate, we cleaned up the fireplace room. I pointed out the spots on the bearskin rug, and Aimee got some upholstery cleaner and sprayed it on. We waited until it dried, then she vacuumed it and it looked clean to us, so I packed my bag and we headed for Blue Ash airport.

“Your wives aren’t going to give me any grief, are they? Or you?”

I chuckled, “I was just following orders, ma’am!”

“And you followed them very well, sailor!” Aimee laughed. “In all seriousness, I really, really liked fucking without a rubber. It’s like night and day!”

“I’m not going to disagree with that sentiment. I did find it amusing that you looked for the scars!”

Aimee laughed, “The first time I was blowing you? It wasn’t because I didn’t trust you; it was because I wanted to see what it looked like. I’m shocked you let some doctor get that close to you with a knife!”

“Most of my male friends were pretty freaked out by the idea. But I like the freedom to not have to use rubbers ever again. That alone was worth the couple of days of discomfort.”

“Your wives didn’t have their tubes tied or anything?”

“Well, Jennifer has sworn off men for life, so unless there’s some huge scientific advancement, she doesn’t have anything to worry about. Elyse did have her tubes tied because at some point she’s going to decide to find a permanent boyfriend. My wives didn’t because we talked about the vasectomy and agreed on it before Kara had her second baby. If you consider how I conduct my life, it makes way more sense for me to have a simple operation than for all of them to.”

“Wait, what’s this with Elyse?”

“Our original plan was to have a couple of kids, and then we’d stop sleeping together. Her plan was to find a long-term boyfriend, but not get married. In the end, she and my wives reached an agreement that she and I could continue to be together even after she had the kids. Elyse really wants to live in the suburbs, so in the future, she’ll very likely move out.”

“And take her kids?”

“Yes. It’s not ideal, but given she works for me, and is a part owner in the company, I don’t see any real risk of her going so far away that I wouldn’t get to see my boys regularly.”

“How can you be so mellow about that?”

“Because I truly believe each person needs to do what makes them happy, and should be free to do it. Is it what I would prefer? No. Is it something I can deal with? Yes. Kind of like what we just did. Would you have purposefully slept with another married man? I mean besides me?”

“No.”

“And this isn’t your ideal situation?”

“No, of course not!”

“And yet...”

“I did what made me happy,” Aimee said simply.

“And did you hurt anyone in the process?”

“Not even close!” she grinned.

December 8, 1991, Chicago, Illinois

“Aimee, these are Jesse, Matthew, Birgit, Michael, Albert, Stephie, and Ashley. Kids, this is Aimee. She’s in the Navy with Karl, Howard, and Clayton.”

“Hi!” the ones who could talk called out.

She knelt down to get hugs.

“Aimee, let me put your bag in the guest room for you,” Abbie said.

“Upstairs, please,” I said. “We’re still using that room for special guests!”

Abbie smirked and took the bag upstairs while Aimee was talking with Jesse and Birgit. I greeted my wives with hugs and kisses, and then did the same with Elyse.

“Have fun, Tiger?” Jessica asked.

“Why yes, I did.”

Kara arched her eyebrow and nodded slightly towards Aimee. I smiled and nodded. Kara smirked and shook her head, then leaned forward to whisper.

“What happened?”

“Long story,” I whispered back, then in my regular voice asked, “How were things here?”

“The usual. We went to karate, hung out with the kids, I graded papers and Jess read her medical journal.”

“Did you read any more in my journal?” I asked Jessica.

“Kara suggested that I stop reading right after the point where she decided to have sex with you again and wait until you were home to keep reading.”

“Probably a good idea,” I said.

“We had a good talk about her motivations and why she would do that, too.”

“Orgasms!” Kara giggled. “What else?”

“It wasn’t that simple and you know it!” I chuckled.

“Tiger, so you and Bethany... ?”

“No. We’re still not there and I don’t know if we’ll ever be there. We can talk later, if you don’t mind. What’s for dinner?”

“Italian. That place over by the University delivers now. We got a few different family-sized items, plus salads and bread.”

“Perfect.”

Two hours later, we finished our meal and I let Aimee know I needed some time with my wives. She smiled and went to play with the kids and talk with Elyse and Abbie, as well as Jennifer and Josie, who had joined us for dinner.

“So what happened?” Kara asked. “Aimee was pretty adamant about not being with married guys.”

“Aimee and you?” Jess asked. “Kara, how did you know?”

“When you asked Steve if he had fun, it was clear what he was referring to. It wasn’t Bethany. I was pretty sure he wouldn’t do that, even if she put the full-court press on him.”

I chuckled, “She did. We negotiated an armistice after she basically ordered me to have sex with her. I negotiated that we sleep together the way we always used to.”

“Whoa!” Jessica gasped. “You were naked, in bed with Bethany, and NOTHING HAPPENED?!”

“Correct. Not even a sexy kiss. I warned her in advance that if she tried anything at all, including so much as an ‘accidental’ touch, I’d get out of bed, put on my pajamas, and she’d never get the chance again. She behaved perfectly.”

“That was risky, Tiger.”

“Of course it was. Me being in the same bed as Bethany is risky. Me even being in the same STATE as Bethany is risky. By the way, she’s planning to come up for New Year’s and appeal the armistice agreement to the Supreme Court of Jessica and Kara.”

My wives laughed.

“But it’s not up to us!” Jessica protested.

“Sure it is, Jess,” Kara said. “Well, not the way you mean it. It’s up to the four of us. She’s not asking to fuck; she’s asking to be let back into his life, if you will. She requested to fuck so he doesn’t feel like he has to hurt her if he says ‘no’. But I’m pretty sure he’s not letting her get away with that.”

“Despite not having a PhD in psychology, I can read her pretty well!” I grinned. “So yes, I’ve called her out on that. And I’m sure that’s why she wants to talk to you two. I think I did a reasonable job of explaining how I felt.”

“We’ll worry about that in three weeks,” Jessica said. “But Aimee?”

“Aimee accidentally ended up in a relationship with a married man during her Senior year at the Academy. When she found out, she intended to break it off, but in the end, decided the sex and companionship were too good to drop. She hadn’t had much luck finding a guy who she both liked and could truly satisfy her. This guy could. Her take on it was, if she was going to willingly go along with THAT, then not sleeping with me was silly, given that she both liked me and the sex was pretty good. It’s not like she has many opportunities to meet guys when she’s deployed on a ship in the Persian Gulf. I was, well, a convenient friend.”

“That sounds suspiciously like just raw sex, which isn’t normal for you,” Kara said.

“No, that’s Aimee being realistic,” I replied. “She joked about putting me in her duffle bag and hiding me in her stateroom on the ship. But she was only half joking. The thing is, she, like Katt, realized that her career choice made a long-term relationship with me impossible, as much as she might have wanted one. The difference is that Katt had a handy guy who also happened to be madly in love with her.”

“I can see how girls in certain careers might have that issue,” Jessica said. “I was really worried about it. But you accommodated me!”

“Yes, but it’s very different from trying to follow Katt around the global skating circuit or Aimee to military bases. And Aimee would be even tougher, given she’ll deploy for months at a time, if not longer. Except for the first year-and-a-half when you were still in medical school, and then when you had those god-awful 36-hour shifts, I could see you every day. Well, when I’m not traveling. And we have a home, and children, and we’re not constantly moving from place to place at the whim of the government or the skating circuit.”

“And you were OK with Aimee’s decision?”

“Hey, I was just following orders! She’s an ensign in the Navy!”

Kara giggled, “I guess ‘present arms’ takes on a whole new meaning!”

“Or saluting!” Jessica laughed.

“Or ‘full mast’!” Kara added.

I laughed hard, “You two sound like Penny now! Did she ever tell you all the bad puns?”

“She did!” Jessica giggled. “So I guess Aimee got to test fire your new gun? The one that only fires blanks?”

“Yes,” I laughed, “and she was quite pleased with the action, recoil, and magazine capacity. As well as the ability to reload quickly!”

“See, you can do it too!” Kara giggled.

“And before you ask, I did follow the other rule. A friend encouraged her to get tested after the guy in Annapolis because he was cheating. And since then, she hasn’t been with anyone or had any medical procedures. And you can be damned sure she’s not an IV drug user.”

“So, how is she?” Jessica smirked.

“Athletic but conventional. Her on top; me on top; lots of oral. Pretty much my speed, if you know what I mean.”

“You almost sound like it was boring.”

“Not at all! You know me. I was just giving you dispassionate analysis. Do you want a play-by-play? Or perhaps a blow-by-blow?” I smirked.

“At some point, though, doesn’t sex get boring? Rote?” Jessica asked.

“He gets so much variety, that I can’t imagine that’s the case, Jess,” Kara said. “Think about you and me. We like to spice things up and do different things on occasion, but mostly we’re quite happy with his usual lovemaking. And we have each other if we need to really change it up!”

“Mostly happy?” I asked with mock concern.

“Yes, mostly!” Kara said firmly. “That’s why on occasion I want you in all three places in the same night, or why on rarer occasions we take out the toys. I’d be more worried about Abbie or Elyse, who only get you on one night a week, and always the same night. We have more options.”

“Speaking of which, I was gone for two nights. Am I going with Abbie tonight or with you two?”

“I don’t see why Abbie should lose her turn, so to speak,” Kara said. “Besides, in talking with her yesterday, I think you’re right about her and Jason. If they could figure something out, I think she’d like to have him as her boyfriend.”

“Tiger, how did things go with Doctor Mercer?”

I smirked, “She discovered some things about me that she didn’t know. I guess I never told her about Elyse and her toys. It’s the first time I’ve ever really shocked Doctor Mercer. Well, except for dropping the ‘Abel and Delilah’ bomb on her.”

“I’m not surprised to hear she’s digging deeper into your sex life. It makes sense, given the circumstances and what she knows about you.”

“It does. I’m still annoyed by that question about kids, though.”

“And I explained to you exactly why she has to ask that! You’ve admitted agreeing to have sex with an eleven-year-old. Granted, you pushed her off, and used excuses to get her past puberty, but the point remains, no matter what you were thinking or feeling, you DID agree to it. Add to that the fact that she was your little sister, and all signs point to a much higher risk of being an abuser.”

A Shy Guys Notebook Part Two Following the Books Commands

James sat upright on his bed, with his legs crossed and hishands holding his head up. He just stared at the small, red notebook that lay in front of him, this mysterious gift that was granted to him. His own name was engraved on the front. It was almost like it was glowing, beckoning him to open it, to control reality even more. His mind was racing, full of thoughts of Amy, Kirsty and the words written inside the book: ‘Kirsty is going to change her mind and ask me to come over to work on the...

A WellLived Life Book 6 Kara IChapter 5 Housemates

August 1981, Chicago, Illinois On Sunday morning, I made my usual call to Karin. I described everything in the apartment and all the things I’d done during the week, including the reception. Both of us would start school in a week and we were both looking forward to it. When we finished talking, I went out for my run, showered, and ate breakfast. I made some tea, started a load of laundry, and then turned on the stereo. I put on an REO Speedwagon album and then relaxed on the couch with the...

A WellLived Life 2 Book 3 JessicaChapter 63 Back to Work

August 21, 1989, Chicago, Illinois “Unbelievable,” I said when I read the headline from the Chicago Tribune. “It says here that Solidarity activist Tadeusz Mazowiecki was nominated to be Prime Minister of Poland.” I hadn’t had a chance to read the paper on Sunday because it hadn’t been delivered before we left for the race track in Michigan. “So now what?” Kara asked. “We’re in totally uncharted territory. Your guess is as good as anyone’s right about now.” “Steve, do you have a minute?”...

December 9, 2000, Chicago, Illinois “What a total cluster fuck!” I growled. “Scalia is right, but it’s just going to make the problem worse. The RIGHT solution was to let the political process work. But NO, we can’t let THAT happen. So, given where we are, I agree with the stay which stops the statewide manual recounts for the exact reason Scalia said in the ruling - you absolutely have to have a statewide, objective set of standards before you do a manual recount, and no such standard...

A WellLived Life Book 8 StephieChapter 36 My Lifes Journey

July, 1983, Chicago, Illinois I woke up early on the First of July, because my body clock was still set to Swedish time. The flight back had been long but uneventful, and I was happy that the businessman in the seat next to me hadn’t wanted to talk. I read, wrote some longhand journal entries, ate, and generally relaxed while the plane zipped over the Atlantic. I’d come home, taken a sauna, eaten a light meal, and gone straight to bed, not bothering to check messages, look at the mail that...

A WellLived Life Book 1 BirgitChapter 4 Calm Before the Storm

June 1977 When I got home, I grabbed a Coke and some chips and went right to my room. I didn’t think I could deal with my parents or Jeff or Stephanie. I just needed to be by myself. That wouldn’t seem odd to anyone, because I often went to my room to read. In addition, I now had the TV I’d received for my birthday. I flipped it on to WXIX Channel 19 and reruns of Gilligan’s Island and Green Acres played in the background while I read. I had to get my mind clear for the final exams that...

July, 1982, Milford, Ohio I woke up early on Friday morning to make breakfast for Kara and her mom before she went to work. Mrs. Blanchard was surprised, but very pleased. After her mom left for work, Kara gave me a fierce kiss. “Thanks for staying in and cooking breakfast for us,” Kara said. “I hope that doesn’t cause you trouble with Stephanie, with you breaking your normal routine.” “Don’t worry about it,” I said, kissing her back. “We got in a bit later than I expected, and she’ll...

A WellLived Life Book 8 StephieChapter 38 Jennifer

July, 1983, Chicago, Illinois After Rosie left, I stripped the sheets from my bed, as well as the cover of the duvet, and tossed everything into the washing machine. I lit a lavender candle in the room, and then swept and dusted. I did a quick spot-check of the rest of the house and noticed that the tub in the sauna needed to be cleaned. I scrubbed it, then mopped the sauna floor with a damp sponge mop. I finished cleaning the sauna about the time the washing machine finished, so I moved...

May 26, 1991, Iron Mountain, Michigan “Shall we see if we can find a farm?” I asked at breakfast on Sunday morning. “That sounds like a great idea,” Jessica said. “There’s a visitor’s bureau in town,” Kara said. “I saw it when we were here the first time.” “I’m sorry I ruined that vacation,” Jessica said. “Ruined?” I protested. “Are you kidding? Getting you back was way more important than a few days of vacation!” “I agree,” Kara added. “Jess, you know exactly how bad off Steve was...

August, 1984, Chicago, Illinois The rest of the week proceeded as expected - class on Wednesday, as well as the usual visit from Penny, work on Thursday, and class on Friday. Kara and I had lunch together at IIT, Sofia practiced her driving and parking, and I hung out with Mark Agnini after class for beers. Staci and I got into a couple of interesting debates about the Old Testament that Mark had to break up to allow others in the class to participate. She was very much of the ‘directly...

Earths Pain Book I Justins StoryChapter 3 Justin finds home

It was Friday morning when the commander informed us the house was ready for inspection. He transported us down to the house and spent a few hours with us making small changes; but it looked great and for the most part was perfect. We walked outside for a bit, it had been a while since we had fresh air. We had about 10 acres of land around the house with a small wooden fence around the 10 acres - this was our border, which we couldn't pass. I was not sure what would happen if we did but I...

March 25, 2000, Chicago, Illinois “What time do I need to have you home?” “8:00pm will be fine,” Misty replied. “My parents are in Normal visiting my brother at Illinois State. They aren’t supposed to be home before 10:00pm.” Misty and I were in my car on the way to the NIKA apartment which, fortunately, was not being used. With our expansion, it was in more or less regular use, and that meant I didn’t have access to it as often as I would have liked. I was glad there had been a delay in...

A WellLived Life Book 1 BirgitChapter 7 Setting the Course of My Life

June 1977 Friday ended up being a non-event. The more I thought about it, the more I was sure that there was no way on this earth I could say what happened between Birgit and me was a sin. Calling it a sin would debase it into a meaningless act. I could never do that. And the more I thought about Jennie McGrath, the more sure I was that I couldn’t call what she did for me a sin, either. If the church was right, I was going to hell. And frankly, there was no way that could be true. So I...

January 19, 1989, En-Route from LAX to ORD When the engines of the plane started, Jeri reached over and took my hand. She held it while we pushed away from the gate, and taxied for takeoff. Her grip tightened a bit as we hurtled down the runway, but nothing like the death grip she’d had on my arm for the flight out. The plane roared its way into the air and once we leveled out, Jeri’s grip loosened but she didn’t let go of my hand. “How are you doing?” I asked with a touch of...

September 1982, Chicago, Illinois The weekend was quiet and besides homework, I worked on the program changes for Frank, called Karin, Tatyana, and Kara, and hung out with my usual study group. When I arrived, Elyse and Stephie were sitting on the couch and Jackie was sitting on the loveseat. June 11, 1989, Chicago, Illinois It was just after 3:00am when I kissed Trish goodbye. She’d been an enthusiastic, energetic, and adventurous lover. We’d done just about anything either of us could think of, though her breasts weren’t large enough for a tit-fuck. The last time had been in the shower where we’d ostensibly gone to clean up afterwards, but instead I ended up taking her from behind as she leaned against the wall of the shower. “I think I’ll have you again, Steve Adams,” she...

A WellLived Life Book 1 BirgitChapter 38 Freshman Year Ends

May 1978 The first couple of weeks in May were busy with school, work, and friends. Except for Becky, I didn’t even have any dates. But I was OK with that. Well, almost OK. I wanted to see Anna, but it likely wasn’t going to happen until school was out. I had tutoring sessions with Melanie, but she still wouldn’t talk to me about anything other than Spanish. Barely a hello. I was grateful for the tutoring, but it was maddening seeing my friend this way. I hoped someday she could understand...

A WellLived Life Book 6 Kara IChapter 44 Spring Break 1982 Part I

March, 1982, Milford, Ohio As I drove along I-65, I thought about what Stephanie had asked for and what Bethany had said without even knowing about the request. Of course, because Bethany and I were so in tune, she might have actually had an idea that I was struggling with getting involved with my sister again. I kept turning it over and over in my mind and I kept coming to the same conclusion — that I shouldn’t do it. I was torn between doing what Stephanie wanted and doing what Kara and...

A WellLived Life 2 Book 6 SamanthaChapter 21 Georg and Maria

September 7, 1992, Chicago, Illinois “That went reasonably well,” Michelle said when her parents drove off. “There were a few times I thought my expression would give away something I shouldn’t. You were messing with me, weren’t you?” She grabbed both my hands and smiled, “I was telling the truth, in my own way. Thank you!” She leaned forward and kissed my cheek. “So, what’s left?” I asked. “To visit UofC tomorrow and formally withdraw from classes. To spend some time with you and your...

A WellLived Life Book 6 Kara IChapter 14 A Southern Belle a Surprise Proposal two Cheerleaders an Old Flame and a Girl Back Home Part I

October 1981, Chicago, Illinois I arrived back at the apartment just before 10:00pm and saw the address for the party. I decided I wasn’t particularly interested in going so I put on some music, poured myself a glass of wine, and started reading more about Russia. I was alternating between the history and culture book and the Communist Party book, decided on the history and culture book for this time. I didn’t get much reading done because I was thinking about Tatyana, which led me to...

A WellLived Life 2 Book 9 KamiChapter 38 And Sometimes It Stinks To Be Big

January 23, 1996, Chicago, Illinois “Father, bless!” I said, greeting Father Basil with upturned palms. “Bless you, Stephen,” he said as I kissed his hand. The waiter showed us to a quiet table along the wall of Roditys in Greektown. He took our drink orders and was back quickly. We placed our food orders right away and he left to put them in with the kitchen. “I’m not quite sure how to address this, so I’m just going to ask you bluntly. Are you the father of Michelle’s baby?” I shook my...

A WellLived Life 2 Book 8 NIKAChapter 68 The Rules

June 29, 1995, Chicago, Illinois On Thursday, I finally had lunch with Melissa again, something I hadn’t been looking forward to. Much like with Cèlia, Melissa and I had passed an inflection point and I was left with sub-optimal paths forward. I’d been struggling with the possible solutions, and all of them had pitfalls. When I walked into Takumi, I had something of a plan. Whether it was good or not would only be known once everything played out. “I spoke to my wives,” I said after we’d...

A WellLived Life 3 Book 1 SuzanneChapter 73 Hypothetical Questions

December 5, 2000, Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota “I had a good time last night,” I said. “I was surprised you invited a friend!” Mary laughed as we walked into the exam room, “Naomi had a good time as well. You know what a Resident’s life is like.” I nodded, “No social life.” “Exactly. You guys seemed to hit it off pretty well.” “Yes, but I’m not here for that!” “You’re everywhere for that, and you know it!” I couldn’t help but laugh. “Let’s just say that you hit the sweet spot -...

A WellLived Life Book 3 PiaChapter 25 The Puzzle and the Cat Part II

March 1980, Hovås/Göteborg, Sweden I woke early as usual, but just enjoyed being in bed with Katt. When she woke, she hopped out of bed and pulled a robe out of her closet and handed it to me. “There’s a spare toothbrush in the bathroom. Go have your shower, then we’ll have breakfast after I have my shower.” I quickly showered and brushed my teeth, and went back to Katt’s room. She went to shower and came back a few minutes later. She dressed, and I got a very good look at her sexy body...

A WellLived Life 2 Book 10 BridgetChapter 74 A Whimper Not A Bang

April 5, 1997, Chicago, Illinois “You missed cuddles this morning!” Birgit said accusingly when I walked into the house about 9:30am. “I know, Pumpkin, but I had a work emergency and had to go see Aunt Joyce and Grandpa A.” “And now we have to get ready for karate!” “I know. We’ll have some family time this afternoon. I don’t have any plans.” “Good!” I hugged her and the rest of the kids, then went to find Kara. We hugged and kissed, and went straight upstairs to get ready for...

September 3, 1989, Chicago, Illinois “Good morning, Sensei,” I said, bowing to Sensei Jim. “Good morning!” he said waving me to a chair in his office. “How was your trip?” I asked. “Enlightening. I spent most of my time acting as a manservant to Sensei Robert and Sensei Hiro.” “He who will lead, must first serve,” I said. “Someday, I’m going to send you to Sensei Hiro, should he live long enough. You understand.” “Does that mean you are now 6th Dan?” I...

October 29, 2000, Chicago, Illinois Birgit followed me as far as the stairs, then scooted upstairs when I went to the front door and opened it. “Hi!” Sophie said. “Hi!” I replied and held the door open so she could come into the house. I closed the door behind her then led her to my study where I waited until she went in, and then walked in, closing the door behind me. I nodded to one of the wingback chairs, she sat down in one, and I sat down in the other. “Is something wrong?” she...

“Hey, Tori!” Justina said, running up the porch steps, her breasts jiggling with every step. “Hi,” I said. She noticed me staring at her boobs and did the unthinkable. She flashed her breasts. I blushed and she winked at me as Mom came towards the door. “Hello Justina,” Mom said. “Hello, Mrs. Ryan,” Justina replied. “You girls are probably hungry, are turkey sandwiches ok with you Justina?” Mom asked. “Yes, thank you,” Justina replied. “Mom, I’m going to show Justina my room,” I told mom. “Ok...

A WellLived Life Book 8 StephieChapter 61 Anala Part II

August, 1983, Chicago, Illinois I walked in the near 90°F heat to Carla’s place. I was grateful that the humidity of the morning had dropped significantly; otherwise the heat would have been unbearable. By the time I walked up the steps to the apartment over the photography studio and knocked on her door, I had broken into a light sweat. Carla answered almost immediately and invited me inside her studio apartment. The air was moderately cool, and the window air conditioner was running full...

July 1982, Milford, Ohio On Tuesday morning, I kissed Kara goodbye and headed to my parents’ house for my usual morning routine with my little sister. She was happy that I could spend the morning with her and asked to take a walk, so we weren’t in the house with my mom. “Let me guess — this walk will end in the clearing,” I said with a smile. “Yes,” she said, taking my hand as we walked down Overlook towards Klondyke. As usual, we turned around and walked back, taking the path to the...

March 13, 1994, Chicago, Illinois “Hi, Steve!” Ailea said when she opened the door. “Hi,” I replied, accepting the offered hug. There was no touching of lips, just of cheeks, and I wondered if I’d misread her intentions at her birthday lunch, or if, perhaps, she detected my reluctance to return the offered affection. “Lunch is ready, so go ahead and sit. I’ll bring it in from the kitchen.” I went to the low table, sat down, and a minute later, Ailea brought miso soup and sushi, our usual...

A WellLived Life 2 Book 10 BridgetChapter 72 An Explosive Discovery

April 3, 1997, Dallas, Texas “Remember what I said about drinking too much,” I said, as I poured bourbon into three cups. We’d stopped at a liquor store, bought a bottle of Blanton’s, and then returned to the small suite I’d reserved at the Westin. Deborah’s room was down the hall, and Krissy’s was two floors below. Krissy’s comment had caught me a bit off guard, but I hadn’t reacted visibly. I didn’t know her quite well enough to know if she’d been teasing with Deborah, so I was being...

March 28, 1991, Chicago, Illinois “This day belongs to you, Kara!” I said when the three of us woke on Thursday morning. “Happy birthday!” Jessica said. “Thanks,” Kara replied happily. “I think I’d like an amazing birthday fuck from our husband, and then a nice loving shower with my wife!” Kara said. “Do we have enough time?” I asked. Jessica giggled, “I set the alarm for thirty minutes earlier!” “Then let’s not waste any of it!” I said pulling Kara to me. Kara’s squeals as I plunged...

September 1, 1987, Chicago, Illinois “I heard that you have some kind of plan to help Ed,” I said to Connie. “There’s no plan,” she replied. “A witness who saw the shopkeeper alive after Ed left came forward.” That sounded convenient, and I wondered if the witness was real or someone that Anthony had put forward to solve the problem. Certainly, the videotape was real, because I couldn’t imagine how Anthony could have faked that, but the witness? Who knew? “So is he being released? Or is...

A WellLived Life 2 Book 10 BridgetChapter 100 A Full Circle

August 17, 1997, Chicago, Illinois We finished lunch and Marissa and the younger kids went to play, but Natalie sat with the adults to talk, with coffee, tea, or soft drinks. The Sarcus were very comfortable, but the Heaths were still struggling. But, vitally, they hadn’t left and hadn’t insisted Natalie leave the group. “Can you explain how you developed this attitude and approach?” Chris asked. I nodded, “It started when I was just a bit younger than Natalie. My mom was a total control...

July 1979 — Falkenberg, Sweden On Friday, when I got back from my run, Pam was in her bra and panties again. I whistled at her, she giggled, then finished dressing. I showered, and we went to breakfast and finished up our last day. Once class was done, we were pretty much free. On Saturday, we’d have several optional activities and then on Sunday we’d head back to our host families. After dinner on Friday, I took Pam’s hand and we walked towards the river. It was quiet and peaceful, and...

July 1980, Over the North Atlantic We reached cruising altitude, and I settled back to read my book. Pam raised the armrest between us, snuggled close to me and read as well. The cabin crew offered drinks, and I had my first Coke in a year! Meal service began about an hour and a half into the flight. After the cabin crew picked up the trays and offered drinks again, they passed once more, offering headsets for the movie. Trevor and Maria took them, but Pam and I didn’t, instead we turned on...

July 8, 1997, Chicago, Illinois “Is it really that surprising?” Leah asked. “I suppose not,” I replied. “I just didn’t read too much into the kiss on the cheek.” “I didn’t think it was a good idea to kiss you on the lips with all those people around, because I had no idea who they were or what they would think. You were VERY careful with our dance, so I kind of followed your lead.” Which showed very mature thinking on her part. Both of these girls were exactly the kind of students I...

November 8, 1993, Chicago, Illinois A dark fog swirled before my eyes as I tried to take stock. My head hurt, badly. I felt something on my face and realized, dimly, it was an oxygen mask. My right hand was uncomfortable and I recognized the feeling of an IV and pulse-oximeter. My left arm ached fiercely. On my chest I felt the pads and wires of an EKG. I didn’t feel anything else wrong as I continued taking inventory. I tried to open my eyes, but the fog didn’t clear. I tried to speak, but...

August, 1983, Chicago, Illinois In the morning Anala and I ran as we had the previous time, then showered together, carefully washing each other’s bodies in an intimate but non-sexual way. After our shower we went to the kitchen and I made breakfast and we sat down to eat. “Steve, may I make a suggestion?” she asked. “Sure.” “Broaden your circle of friends. March 1979 Monday was back to the normal routine of school. Debbie Vaughn, who lived just down the street, would turn fourteen on March 16th and invited me to her birthday party. He did, and I sat in the usual chair across from him. “She has a real problem, you know that, right?” he asked. “I do.

May 1979 The limo dropped me at home about 9:00pm. I took my stuff to my room, stripped, and hung up the tux. The rest of the things went into the hamper. I took a shower, put on shorts and a t-shirt, and walked down the hall into my dad’s office. February, 1983, Chicago, Illinois Our first joining since the previous summer was slow and sweet, trying to express our deep love for each other through the motions of our bodies. When we finished, Karin held me tight and refused to let me move off of her. “Sleep there, please,” she whispered.
