March is here, and here in Arizona for my family means the start of pool season. Low 50’s in the morning and upper 70’s during the day. I just laughed and shook my head at the two. Dinner was as usual on these nights, enough pizza for an army. “At least we were covered up ... this time” Mindy winked to her twin before giggling more. The twins did go change into normal clothes this time around as mom called and said she was going to be home shortly and to stop tormenting my poor brother. We all had our fill of dinner and even had a quick swim before it got too chilly for the evening.

Another thing I found out for later, that driving for teens starts as early as 14 years old, and a full license at 15, talk about early. I guess on this earth younger teens are given more responsibility and are able to prove they are up for it too.
I had been deep in research when I noticed Mindy starting to stir awake. The covers were tossed off of her and she was wearing just a tee that had bunched up to her breasts and a pair of panties. I watched as she stretched and awoke.

The mall was already busy even though it was still early morning hours. We split up, I went to the computer electronics section to see what they have. I managed to run into a security guard and told them what happened, and they rushed to the women’s restroom, fortunately they found the guy still unconscious there. I texted Cindy and Mindy to come over to the area, and then texted mom to come to the mall asap. The police were called and started to ask me questions when they arrived, but I only answered one or two of them stating that I was still a minor and was waiting for my mother to arrive.
The officers pushed for me to answer, but I sat firm. They didn’t like it but had to wait, fortunately, they didn’t have to wait too long before mom showed up. Mom must have done 20 over the speed limit to get here so fast. Finally, the officers could ask their questions with my mom present. I told them what happened, I told them I was able to turn in his arms and shoved him as hard as I could, the adrenaline pumping of trying to escape probably was the reasoning I gave. I didn’t want to tell them that I shoved him into the sinks with my mind.
After telling the cops everything that happened I saw the medics arrive. They went into the restroom, and about 10 minutes later were rolling the would-be assaulter out on a gurney.
“I don’t know how you did it kid, but his lower vertebrae, from what the medics told me, are possibly dislocated or worse.” The female officer told me while patting my shoulder and trying to console me as the adrenaline has worn off. I was trembling as the events continued to go thru my mind. “He also kept mumbling ‘Peachy-P’, saying he was going to have her.”

People were stopping to look and see what was going on, but fortunately the police officers and security guards were ushering people to keep moving.
After a bit I finally calmed down and picked myself back up again. I talked with the police once more, told them of the harassment he has been doing to me.
