A little later, they all sat at the large kitchen table, coffee or soft drinks in front of everyone. "Okay," Jeff said as he put his cup down. "Then we're all agreed that we are going to try having a teacher come in. I don't know exactly how it will work, but if we get any responses from the ad, hopefully the teacher will know how to set up everything. Otherwise, they would probably be the wrong person, anyway. I think we will have to have some interaction, somehow, with the local school. But, as I said, I don't know. We have another couple of weeks before school starts. If this doesn't work out," he said, motioning to the advertisement draft on the table, "we can always enroll you girls in school, and work out the private teacher later. The important thing, I think, is to get the advertisement in the papers, and see what happens."

"What about a classroom, Dad?" Arlene asked.

"Well," Jeff said, smiling. "We certainly aren't pressed for space." Thinking for a moment, he continued, "I think it would be best if we kept everything pertaining to school on the second floor. That way the teacher could come in the front door, and ride the elevator directly to the second floor. Since the house is on a steep slope, the elevator's ground floor is actually one floor below the first floor. I'm glad the house was constructed that way. Anyone coming in is presented with a large room and an elevator. To go anywhere else, they have to get on the elevator. I can override access to the first floor, then the elevator just won't stop until it gets to the second floor. We could also, tactfully, tell the teacher that the first floor is our private dwelling. Some people would not understand our way of life.

"Seriously girls," he said looking at each of them, "you are going to have to be extremely careful about what you say in front of anyone outside our family." As Arlene started to say something, Jeff waved his hand, "I know. I know. All of you are smart enough to recognize that, and it isn't the first time that I have mentioned it, but be very, very careful. One wrong word could destroy our family."

Everyone was sobered by the thought. Finally, Laura cleared her throat and joked, trying to liven the group up a little, "Everything pertaining to school remains on the second floor, except homework. You're not going to be able to get out of that."

All the girls groaned.

Laura continued, looking at Jeff, "I know you mentioned college courses earlier, and we don't want to forget them. Not just for Diana and me, but for each of the girls, too. That's something we need to discuss when we're interviewing the teacher. If he or she doesn't know..."

"She," Jeff broke in. "We don't want a man."

"Don't want another male sniffing your pussy?" Laura laughed.

"Exactly," Jeff said, sitting straighter in his chair, obviously not joking in the slightest. Then laughing at himself, he said, "Heck, I would be a damn fool to bring in competition."

Everybody laughed at that, but a look passed between Laura and Diana. They both had recognized that the Alpha Male had become a little restless for a moment.

"As I started to say, there are many high schools that allow students to attend a nearby college in conjunction with the high school's regular curriculum. They get high school and college credits for the same courses, if I understand the process correctly.

"You girls," she said motioning to them, "are a little like the old Yogi Bear cartoon. He was a little 'smarter than the average bear.' You're all straight 'A' students; and generally don't even have to crack a book. That's a formula for disaster when you get into college. You will have to study there, and unless you develop good study habits quickly, you're probably going to get into big trouble."

Ann, Jennie, Arlene, and Melissa had a quick conference before Melissa offered, "There's another reason to have a teacher come here, instead of us attending regular school, that maybe you haven't thought of," she said, indicating the adults. "It's normal for kids to date, and when they don't date by the time they are our age, people began to wonder about them. In our old school, we could just make a comment about those two getting AIDS, and say something like 'I'm going to wait to date.' Nothing much was thought about it; although, we were asked out pretty regularly, anyway. But..."

"But," Laura picked up, "when there are four of you going to the same small school, living at the same house, and shunning boys, people will start to wonder. Good point," she finished, looking at Jeff.

"But it's none of their business..." Jeff started.

"Daddy, you and Mom were married. You didn't have pressure to date like we do. I had already been accused of being a lezzie by the time I was fifteen. I did have a boyfriend, well sort of, but no one knew about him (Arnie), and they thought I was strange for not dating. Now that I'm sixteen, everybody would be asking, why. And it is important to us. The term, of course, is peer pressure, and a girl can sure feel pressured to date — among other things."

Diana got up to pour more coffee for Laura, Jeff and herself. "Okay, again, we're agreed; we bring in a teacher if possible. I guess if that doesn't work, it's home-school, or something through the Internet." Looking at Jeff, she continued, "Why don't you call our ad in to the papers while we start lunch."

"Yeah, I figured I would get that little chore, so I've already looked up the newspaper numbers, but we have something else to consider."

"Who sleeps, where, tonight?" Ann popped up.

When everybody laughed, Jeff said, "Well ... that's pretty close. I spoke with the contractor just before our family meeting. He wants to start early tomorrow morning with our bedroom expansion. I offered him a big bonus if he could do everything in four days. He said he was going to start ordering the materials as soon as we hung up. He said he thought he could get all the stuff we picked out, in Denver."

"Hey, that's great, husband," Jennie teased. "Then we can have our big bed delivered."

"I thought you said you were still sore," Ann remarked.

"I'm not that sore," Jennie quickly responded. "And we're his wives now, no more sleeping alone."

"What big bed?" Jeff asked.

"Oh, the one we bought several weeks ago," Diana answered mysteriously, grinning.

"But that was before we knew that we were all going to..." Jeff began, a questioning look on his face.

They all looked at him as if he were retarded — a mere man.

Jeff mentally shrugged, figuring he had better change the subject. "Okay, but we need to move all of our personal stuff out of our bedroom and Arlene's room, also everything out of the bathrooms and closets, so the contractor can work."

"Where are we going to move it to, Dad?" Arlene asked. "Oh, I know," she quickly answered herself, "the 'honeymoon suite.'"

Jeff grinned, "Sounds good to me. I have some good memories about that place."

All the women made some type of agreeing statement, but they were all much more serious about it than Jeff was.

"Does anyone have a suggestion about where the furniture should go while the work is being done on our suite?" Jeff asked.

"Why not just put it on the side of the main hallway, past where you turn to go out the back? That hall is plenty wide enough. We just need to be sure to leave enough room to get the riding vacuum past, so we can clean. I'm assuming the contractor will be responsible for moving the furniture," Diana said.

"He said they would move it, and cover the carpet. He claims that nothing will be harmed, and we won't be able to tell an expansion was done," Jeff said. "Putting the furniture in that hallway sounds like the easiest solution. I had thought about putting it in the first conference room on the right, but the hallway sounds like a better idea."

"One more thing, ladies. And I really hate to say this, but the bras go back on while the crew is in the house."

"Oooh, poor baby. I'll bet it hurt to have to say that," Diana joked. "Maybe we need to kiss it and make it better," she teased as she got up and stood by Jeff, raising her top.

As Diana shoved a nipple into his mouth, Jeff mumbled, "Hey, I thought you were supposed to kiss..." He stopped trying to talk as she shoved some titty in with the nipple, effectively silencing his complaints.

The move was put off for an hour when Jeff relieved Diana's pressure, then Arlene complained that she had as much milk as her mother. Jeff wound up in the living room in the recliner while everyone either sat on his face or his dick. He gave four of them sperm injections. Diana, laughing, cleaned him up with a washcloth, then noticed a trail of spots on the carpet.

"Arlene," she yelled. "You guys aren't done, yet. Get in here and clean this carpet where you dribbled."

When the girls came back into the living room, Diana tried to be stern, but lost it and began giggling as she pointed to the obvious trail toward the door.

"Don't look at me," Laura said, "I sat on his face." That broke them all up.

Jennie got the carpet spray and paper towels. "You girls should cap your hand over your pussy," Diana said, trying to keep from laughing.

"We did," all the girls said in unison.

That really brought the house down. Then everybody looked at Jeff, who was trying to get his pants back on over another erection.

"What?" he asked, a blank look on his face.

With all seven of them working, the clothing move took only thirty minutes. As the women rearranged the suite's furniture for multiple occupancy, sorted out clothes and cosmetics, Jeff went back to the kitchen and called in the ad. It was to run for the next week in both the morning and evening papers.

Thinking for a minute, he called the principal of the local school. After introducing himself, he reminded Doctor Adams that he and Diana had stopped by several weeks ago when they had seen a car at the school.

"Did you wind up with any vacation this summer?" Jeff joked.

"Well, I did have a couple weeks, but as I said when you dropped in earlier, principals don't usually have as much time off as teachers do, at least that's the way it works here," he said chuckling. "There is always plenty for me to do."

After a few pleasantries, Doctor Adams asked, "What can I do for you Mr. Matthews?"

"We just put an ad in the papers about a teacher for the girls. We've decided to have them schooled at home."

"Well, I'm sorry to hear that Mr. Matthews. I presume that's the reason for the call — to notify me that they aren't going to enroll here, after all?"

"Actually, I realized that I might be missing my best source of information on the subject of a teacher. Is there anyone you would recommend?"

"Tell me again how old the children are. I'm sorry, but it slipped my mind."

"Two sixteen, and two seventeen — all girls. They're all above average, absolutely straight 'A' students. They will all be seniors this year."

"Uhmm. Sounds like I need to be trying to persuade you to enroll them with us, rather than suggesting a teacher for them. We need more students like you described." There was a moment of hesitation, then "I'll tell you what I'll do. I have a good friend that retired after her husband died. Doctor Helen Boswell. She's a retired principal, and has more degrees than I can remember. She's a classy lady, and she is also the reason I have this job. The school board was going to hire someone else; someone less qualified in my opinion — but then, that's my opinion. However, it happened to be Helen's opinion also. I had known her for years, but I never would have expected her to go to bat for me — at least to the extent that she did. Well, maybe it's time for me to return the favor," he said almost to himself.

"Look, I know she doesn't think she's interested, but she needs something to do. Unless I miss my guess, she's still grieving over her husband, although she won't admit it. I am almost certain I can get her to meet with you. The rest will be up to you.

"She can be the best friend you would ever want, but if you get on her bad side — well, just don't go there," he laughed.

"We don't have caller ID on these phones; that other five bucks a month would break the school system I guess," he joked. "Give me your number and I'll do my best to get her to call you."

Jeff gave him the house number and his cell number, but cautioned about the cell number not working consistently in the mountains. "I really appreciate this," Jeff said. "I owe you one. Keep that in mind. I like to pay my debts, one way or the other."

"Mr. Matthews, don't tempt me. Schools are always begging for something, and mine is no different."

"If she is as good as you say she is, and this works out, you won't be sorry."

Diana walked in just before Jeff finished his conversation. When he hung up, she looked at him inquisitively. "That sounded like an interesting conversation."

"I should be getting a call, hopefully very soon, from a prospective teacher."

An hour later, they were all in the theater watching a movie when the phone rang. Diana paused the player as Melissa answered the phone.

"Matthews' residence, Melissa — Yes, Ma'am, Mr. Matthews is here. One moment please," she said, muting the phone. "It's a woman. Maybe it's our new teacher," she grinned handing the phone to Jeff.

Taking the phone, Jeff activated it and answered.

"Mr. Matthews, I am Helen Boswell. I understand that you had a conversation a short while ago with Doctor Adams concerning a teacher for four girls. Is that correct?"

The woman was barely civil; her voice clipped. "Yes Doctor Boswell. We have four girls, all seniors this year. Two are sixteen and two are seventeen."

"Doctor Adams tells me that you told him that they are exceptional students. Are they, indeed, special students, or just special to you? And yes, I am completely aware of how this conversation sounds, but if they are not 'absolutely straight 'A' students, ' as you told Doctor Adams, I am not the least bit interested."

Jeff almost called her a bitch and hung up on her, but took a breath and said, "They are very special to me, but they are very special students, as well. Whether you believe it or not, none of these girls has ever had any discipline problems. They are all extremely intelligent, and are self-motivators. If they were not these things and more, we would not have even considered having them schooled here. However, courtesy is also part of their education, and from what I have heard so far, they would be the instructors in that subject as it relates to you," Jeff said, trying desperately to keep his voice level.

There was a chuckle from the other end of the line. "I won't apologize yet, but I will tell you this. Doctor Adams told me where you lived, and it's obvious that no one could buy such a ... house, if they were not rich. I tried this once before, shortly after I retired. The couple was rich, and their 'child' was, shall we say, so undisciplined, that I quit after a day. I am not a spoiled rich kid's teacher, and never will be. I enjoy teaching, and even when I was a principal, I taught at least one class per day; usually the gifted class."

There was a pause, and as Jeff started to speak, Doctor Boswell continued, "I'm on my cell now, in route to visit relatives near Winter Park. Instead, if you are willing, I think I would like to do this: I suggest that we meet in Winter Park tonight. One of the resorts there has a nice restaurant. I know the manager and I think I can get a private dining room. I'm not an impulsive person, but I like to complete things as soon as possible. I promised Doctor Adams that I would meet with you, so if you are willing to bring your family, we can have a meal, then make our decisions based on our observations and conclusions. Is that agreeable with you?"

It was Jeff's turn to chuckle. "To be frank with you, Doctor Boswell, I almost called you a name, and hung up on you."

"I'm not a mousey little schoolmarm," she said, affecting a drawl. Her voice changed back to its cultured, clipped tones. "But I do know how to teach gifted students; however, I will not teach children that expect to be given good grades just because they are rich. Whether or not we meet is up to you. I will have fulfilled my obligation to Doctor Adams. If you do not wish to meet with me, though, I think I can recommend one other person that might not be committed for the school year."

"Okay," Jeff said, "give me the name of the restaurant, and directions. We'll be there."

Doctor Boswell continued, "I will arrange for a reservation at seven. If I do not call you back, expect that. I will put the reservation under your name."

She gave Jeff the name of the restaurant and directions which he committed to memory. He told her that they would be there at seven, and she hung up without even saying good-bye.

When he pushed the Off button on the phone, there were six pairs of eyes staring at him. As he put the phone on the table, he leaned back in the chair without saying anything, purposely. "Well?" everybody chorused.

"That was certainly — different. I really don't know. She comes across as pushy, at best," he said, refusing to call her the name that had come to mind. "We have a meeting with her at seven in a restaurant in Winter Park."

"Tonight?" Arlene squealed, jumping up.

The theater was almost instantly empty of everyone but Jeff. I don't think they could have left any faster if they had teleported, he mused as he got up to dress. When he stepped into the hallway, there wasn't anyone in sight.

A few minutes later, he emerged from the 'honeymoon suite's bedroom with his clothes, heading for another shower. There were nude females bustling about, but no one was interested in playing. Apparently they were taking showers two at a time, while others were laying out clothes, and choosing shoes. There are more bathrooms in this house than I can count. And I haven't seen one yet that didn't have a shower. Why don't they just spread out a little. Logical or not, he was not going to suggest it. They would just look at him, he figured, and pity him for being a little challenged, that is, a man.

Despite all the hubbub, everyone was ready and getting into the Escalade in forty five minutes. The women and girls all wore conservative dresses, but there was no doubt from the styling and materials that the clothing was expensive. Diana and Laura wore black spikes, but the girls wore more conservative heels.

They did not have to wait in line, only because they had reserved a private dining room. As they walked into the room, there was a well-dressed lady sitting at the other end of the table. She had a very pretty face, and shoulder length, dark brown hair with a streak of gray. From what he could see, she had a well-defined muscle structure, and a trim figure. As Jeff appraised her, he realized that she wasn't skinny, but had a thin build that made her medium sized breasts seem almost too large for her body. She appeared to be about Diana's height. He guessed her age to be between forty and forty-five, but he thought she would have to be older to already be retired. She was a striking person who exuded an aura of confidence, just sitting there.

They were told that someone would be there shortly for their drink order.

The woman gracefully stood, and introductions ensued.

Jeff seated Diana and Laura, and the girls seated themselves. Jeff wound up at one end of the table with Diana and Laura flanking him. The girls were seated two to either side of the table, while Doctor Boswell sat at the other end.

Jeff and his family all ordered soft drinks or tea, while Doctor Boswell hesitated, then ordered a soft drink.

When they were alone again, Jeff said, "Doctor Boswell, feel free to order anything you would like. The girls are obviously not old enough to drink, at least not in a restaurant," he amended. "We seldom drink alcohol, even then, nothing stronger than wine. We have nothing against it, and in fact have shared some wine this past week. Even the girls had a half glass, but please feel free to not be constrained by us."

Doctor Boswell had an odd look on her face for a moment, then answered, "I think you misinterpreted my hesitation." Clearing her throat, she said, "I used to drink a glass of wine when my husband and I went out. Keep in mind I have taught school, or been an administrator in a school system for many years. Although many educators subscribe to the system of 'do as I say, not as I do.' I was always uncomfortable with that. Parents often tell their children to refrain from drinking while they sit on the couch with empty beer cans strewn about them. My drinking was always private, with modest amounts, even then. The irony is that my husband was killed by a drunk driver. I haven't tasted even a sip of wine in over two years. That's what crossed my mind when the steward asked for my order."

Everyone instantly gave their condolences, and Jennie reached over and touched Doctor Boswell's hand and said, "We're sorry."

The drinks arrived. Jeff asked if they could have a few more minutes to make up their minds, and the waiter said he would come back.

When the food discussions were over, the orders were eventually taken, and they were alone again, Jeff looked around the table and said, "Doctor Boswell, you spoke a little about a problem you had with a 'rich' family. Perhaps, I should give you a little background while we're waiting on our food."

Jeff spent a few minutes giving a stilted version of their early life. Finally, Diana interrupted. "We have all assumed that you wanted to get to know our family, for you, and us, to decide whether you would take the teaching job. Am I correct?"

When Doctor Boswell nodded her head, Diana continued, "Well, let's go back and tell a little more of the details, so you can understand why our family is the family it is." Jeff glanced at Diana, showing concern if this was the right thing to do. She winked at him and started, "When Jeff said we were married young, he failed to say that he got me pregnant when I was thirteen. No, that isn't exactly correct. We managed to get me pregnant. When my parents mentioned an abortion, Jeff had a fit. There was no way our child was going to be aborted. We got married. He worked and went to school. We lived with my parents in a room that had walls so thin you could practically hear a whisper in the next room. Not romantic for newlyweds.

"Jeff seldom got eight consecutive hours sleep, many times no more than two hours. But we made it, and we made it through his college years the same way. When he became a freelance engineer, he still worked all the time, both on his invention and the jobs he picked up to keep the creditors at bay.

"Laura had the same thing happen to her, but the gentleman ran away, leaving her to raise her daughter alone. At least Jeff and I had each other. She had no help other than her parents, and they were killed while Ann was still very young. Laura made it through college on guts and brains. She had no more sleep than Jeff did, sometimes less, I would imagine. But understand this, the best things that ever happened to us were those pregnancies. For from them, we now have Arlene and Ann."

"From that work..."

"And us working as a team," Jeff interrupted with.

"Jeff managed to sell the patent rights to his invention. The house that you alluded to on the phone when you talked with Jeff, came with the package when he sold his invention. Laura is Jeff's assistant, and will be working with him on his next invention. Ann, if you remember from the introductions, is Laura's daughter. We are Jennie and Melissa's legal guardians. But we are all one family, everyone equal. And yes, I do mean all the girls, also. Jeff is obviously the head of the household, but major decisions, for instance the decision about a teacher, are made in a family meeting."

Jeff spoke up, "The 'girls' as we are wont to call them, are young women. We will probably still think of them as the 'girls' when they are fifty, since they have been our kids all their lives, but make no mistake, they are young adults. Diana mentioned to me only a couple of days ago that the girls had taken over more than half of the food preparation. They maintain our grocery list, and do almost all the cleaning. No one assigned those jobs to them, they just knew the work had to be done, and did it."

Arlene Ch 2

This story illustrates a risk of sex under hypnosis. It could be called rape. This story builds on ‘Arlene Gets Hypnotized,’ my previous story. * * * * * I was sitting in my office at the University when Arlene walked into my open office. ‘Professor, are you busy?’ I probably was, but Arlene was a delight to look at and to have around. Especially to a 58 year old psychology professor who was pretty much reduced to dreaming about what had been and might have been. ‘Well, I was deep in...

Arlene and JeffChapter 22

At eight on the dot, he carried a laughing Jennie into an instantly quiet kitchen. Still in his arms, Jennie kissed him. Turning to the other wives, she gave the proclamation, "I'm full of come," then followed with, "but ... I'm broken." That started the usual scramble, but they had the pussy cream in the kitchen this time, and Jeff insisted that he carry her to the hot tub. He kissed her tenderly, then was shooed away by Diana, who kissed him and whispered. "That glow on her face...

Arlene and JeffChapter 712

The Retreat Arlene and Ann finally managed to get Jeff reasonably alone for a couple of minutes. After kissing him passionately, Arlene transferred Little One to the Prime’s shoulder, where she made her way under his collar to her usual resting place spread across his back. As soon as she had settled in, he told her how much he loved and missed her before giving her a brief account of the trip. Little One told him how much she missed him and shared the happenings in Germany. All of this was...

THE RETREAT: LATE THURSDAY NIGHT Arlene and Selina sat on Selina's bed, their backs propped against pillows as they played with Billy. Arlene slid her hand back and forth under the sheet as Billy pretended to stalk a terribly dangerous prey. He held his body and his head very close to the bed, occasionally lifting his head slightly to peek at his target, the tip of his tail twitching continuously. Then, he would jump as high as he could, coming down on Arlene's hand, tussling with it...

A shaking of Ann's shoulder accompanied a discordant buzz from her watch. "Plebe, you have thirty minutes to shower, dress and get to your first class. You don't have time for breakfast today, so ask the AI for a couple of energy bars." Ann, bleary-eyed, shut her alarm off and swung her legs out of her bed as the Class Lieutenant, already immaculately clad in her uniform, stepped back to give the smaller girl room to stand. "Thanks, Arlene," Ann mumbled as she came to her feet and...

The Mission Hours later, Arlene and Ann, tired, eased to the edge of a high rock bluff overlooking the massive power station in the distance. “Well, they sure don’t bother to conserve energy, at least with their lights,” Arlene sarcastically remarked as they stared at the brilliantly lit station. Worried that they might be discovered, both young women had employed their sensors over the edge to gather information before proceeding with their mission. “Just how are we supposed to get from...

The women had pushed the two kitchen tables together. Frank Wainwright stood looking at them as Jeff, Kayla, and Diana came in. "We either need to get a bigger table in here, or start eating in the dining room." "Bigger table," Jeff and Diana said at almost the same time. "The dining room is too formal," Diana continued. "We want to be a family, and with all of us for three meals a day, it's a lot easier to serve in here than taking the food into the dining room. The kitchen is...

The Retreat ... The Sheriff and his family had left. Jeff and Joe Martin were sitting in the living room talking while the women had gone somewhere, probably to the bathroom. “So, how’s the honeymoon going?” Jeff, at a loss for a topic, asked uncomfortably, not wanting to get into the subject that he thought Arlene should take care of. “Great. I’m still amazed that she actually married me. Sir, the woman brought some polish along and polished her wedding ring – a brand-new wedding ring. I...

... Ann raised a foot from the muck to shake off something that wiggled and flopped about as it tried to use its teeth and suckers on the near-impervious suit. But the skin suit sluffed off the creature’s actions without much notice, and she stomped it into the muck. A few minutes later, they were out of the water and on a long peninsula of muddy land that extended partway through the swamp. Tired, the two stopped for a breather. In the hallway, Susan threw a load of wet towels on the cart, then a moment later came back out of the suite with the vacuum cleaner she had been using. Muttering to herself, her face red, she hung the vacuum on the side of the cart and started for the next suite. "What's wrong, Meemi?" Arlene asked as she caught up to her grandmother. "Two people. Two people in there and they used up all the towels we left for them, plus extras that they demanded last night at 9:00 o'clock, then they...

... Jeff had also heard the door close, and shoved Helen into Diana's arms, causing Diana to stagger, Laura grabbing Helen to help. He pulled his .45 from his waistband and started down the hall, but even as he did so, he saw Arlene at the intersection of the hallways and knew he was too late. Jeff figured one of the mercenaries had to be in the hallway, and was probably doing the same thing Arlene was. (Slicing the pie at the intersection.) He also knew he would never make the...

Arlene and JeffChapter 675

The Retreat Diana frowned prettily. “That reminds me. We need to go back to 2214 to see if Jasmine and her sister-wives have caught up with their canning yet. We should do that tomorrow.” “Yep. And they need to get back into training as soon as possible too, but we can’t leave to visit them until the Sergeant and his crew have completed their investigation.” “So, how long will that take?” “As long as it takes,” Jeff responded to her frustration. “Look, Sergeant Higgins is in charge of the...

Diana parked in front of the art supply store. Hope, sitting in the second seat with Ann, started to open her door, but Ann put out a restraining hand. "Let Security do their thing first." "Are we really in that much danger?" Diana spoke up from the driver's seat. "We didn't go into details when we told you about the attack, and no, we don't expect it to happen again, but we didn't expect that attack, either. And, yeah, it's an irritant having to have Security everywhere we go,...

When they parked in the back, the door of the Retreat opened and all Jeff's younger wives, who had stayed home, came hurrying out accompanied by Selina. As Hope and Arlene exited the SUV with the puppies snuggled under their coats, Arlene pointed to an area just past the pavement near the side of the Retreat. "Mrs. Kimbrel said we should walk them as soon as we got home," Arlene told the others as she and Hope opened their coats enough to give everyone a peek at the baby...

The Retreat ... The young wives looked at each other before Arlene turned to her husband. “As per your orders, I’m continuing to schedule crews for patrol missions. Of course...” “But that’s not where you just came from,” Jeff interrupted to say. The two young women exchanged a look. “We might as well tell him and get it over with,” Ann said. Arlene stared at her partner, then with a sigh, agreed, but as she opened her mouth, Ann began to speak. “We know that the General has made every...

Hope held one of the outfits up as she repressed a giggle. "Dogs can see color, can't they?" Arlene grabbed Spike, who had apparently figured things out and was sneaking off. "Oh, no you don't, Big Boy. You get to try on your new snowsuit." Then answering Hope's question, "They can see colors, but I've read that the colors they see probably aren't as intense to dogs as they are to humans. They have fewer cones in their eyes, and humans have several different types of cones that...

... Arlene motioned to their forward screen and the rippling, wavering, blurry image there. “I can’t see worth a shit because of the burning atmosphere, and the sensors have packed up from the heat. But I think I’ll go to full shields right about...” A geyser shot hundreds of feet into the air as the craft hit the water with a sound that could be heard many, many miles away. Even at full shields, some of the shock bled through and, had it not been for the gravity field of their seats,...

Laura woke him the usual way, and she almost went too far. When Jeff grunted and his cock started to swell, she jerked her mouth off. It was a near thing for a few seconds. "I guess I almost went off while I was still asleep," he groaned. "Wow, I'm really horny." "Sorry, Jeff. You usually go forever. I wouldn't mess it up for Diana for the world." "It wasn't your fault," he said, finally regaining control. "It's just the stress of the day. Of course, I've had two of those damn...

In their bedroom, dressed in pajamas, the girls flopped into bed. Terry grabbed the remote and dialed the lights down, then turned to her sister. "Arlene said that we wouldn't have any more periods until Little One turns them on for us again. Boy, I can sure live with that." Alice got a look on her face and responded, "Well, as you know, I've only had one, but it sure was icky – not to say anything about worrying if I were bleeding to death. Jeff and his women had showered and were in bed only moments when Ship announced that Arlene's scout was minutes away. Since the family was still using their suite on the Ship, they were quickly dressed – well partially anyway – and waiting for Arlene as she maneuvered her scout through the outer bay door and onto the flight deck. She didn't go all the way to the scout's bay though, but stopped in front of her family. An instant after the scout came to a halt, its belly hatch opened and...

JUST OUTSIDE A SMALL NORTHWESTERN TOWN Once again Nichols sat worrying in front of his boss' elegant desk. Rich, wealthy, words don't describe the extreme category the older man fit into. Nor can you describe how evil this man is either, Nichols thought, his face devoid of expression as he waited for Mr. Moreau to end his phone call. Nichols dreaded that. When the call ended, Moreau would ask questions that Nichols didn't have acceptable answers to. The town council members think Moreau...

Jeff, Diana, Dave and Evie sat in the living room, waiting. When the phone rang, Diana checked the caller ID and answered. "Glad you guys are back." "Diana, I..." The voice chopped off, then Carla cleared her throat and tried again. "Diana, our dreams..." Carla's voice stopped again, to be replaced by quiet sobs of joy. "I can't..." Worried, Charlotte answered, "Everything is happening so fast that I barely know what's going on." "Oh, you will get used to that," Selina said as she reached for Charlotte's hand. They were high up and soon over the ocean, having left the continent behind. They passed the terminator and continued into night, still headed west, the myriad lights of the cities twinkling as the Earth seemed to slowly spin below. But before the view could become boring – if it ever could -- the horizon seemed to shift downward on the big screen as the Ship gradually pointed her nose away from the planet, the full moon drifting down toward the center of the viewscreen. There was a...

Jeff met with Kei, Edi and Alesha on the updated design that they were working on for the new ski lodge, then stopped off in the living room to watch the late news before eventually winding up in his suite. After a shower where he "played" with Jennie and Melissa, he walked into a strangely quiet bedroom. Looking around, he began to wonder. "What?" he asked, then suddenly it hit him, "Where's Ann?" Arlene caught his eye. "We've looked for her, and she's not anywhere in the Retreat....

Jeff had stopped by his office to pick up a few pieces of printer paper. Alone in the living room a couple of minutes later, he wadded up a sheet of the paper into a loose ball. If I screw up with this paper ball, air resistance, if nothing else, should keep its flight slow enough to prevent me from tearing up things. With Arlene's encouragement while on the Ship's range, he had gained a small measure of expertise as he mentally moved a steel ball around and caused it to spin, but he still...

The Prison Planet Ship had received permission from her Prime to go back to Earth long enough to pick up Arlene, Ann and the other aviators, then take the Wing to orbit for its launch. The trip to Earth and back would only take a few minutes. Giving the interceptors a ride to orbit and their launch would take only a few minutes more. The interceptors normally remained in their bays on Ship’s flight deck, so she would have to go back anyway. Also, she would have to return to Earth again when...

Deep Space "Question is, are they going to notice us?" Ann asked as she watched as one of the alien vessels came from behind a large chunk of moon and headed straight for them. Ann knew she could not warp out without her drive trying to take some of the debris field with them, which would probably result in the destruction of her warp drive, and/or her ship. In addition, she strongly suspected that the aliens would pick up her inertialess drive's signature, should she use that with them...

Ann and I have put together a rough outline. Everything seems to work in the simulation, but we haven’t done it for real yet. There could very well be glaring errors that only show up when actually flying the patterns. Bottom line: be careful and think about what the next step is. When they left the suite a few minutes later, they saw Melissa at the far end of the hall. She seemed to do a double-take, then turned and rushed around the corner, probably heading for the kitchen.
