The girls arrived in time to grab food before it disappeared into the guys' mouths but only just. The group spent the evening getting to know the newcomers and learning more about the people they'd met earlier. It was starting to get dark and Sean, who had driven farthest of everyone that day, was starting to tire.
"Where is everyone sleeping?" he asked.
"With Adam apparently," Mary joked just to see the look on Adam's face. She got what she expected.
"I have room for one if they don't mind the couch," Trinity cut in, hoping to save Adam some embarrassment. She liked to save his discomfort for her actions and she didn't want him to become immune to innuendo.
"We have two spare beds here but they're in the same room," Rachelle added.
"We have a couch, too," Allie offered.
"And room with me," Karlie said. "I don't need a lot of space so I can share. It will be more room than a couch."
"That's where Mary and I will be," Walt said. He expected Karlie's face to redden but she only flipped him the bird, catching him completely off guard. Karlie had obviously come into her own with the time she spent around Allie, Shelly and Sarah.
"I guess I could share my bed, too, now that I think about it," Trinity stated with a shrug.
"Don't even say it, Adam," Shelly warning with faux menace. "And don't even think of it."
Adam put on his best "I'm so innocent" look and Shelly stuck out her tongue at Trinity.
"OK, we have plenty of space," Sean said. "I was just asking so I knew who to give the extra keys to. I can say, as far as I'm concerned, any of you are welcome to stay up here. Erin, were you planning to stay here?"
"I was but I'd be comfortable anywhere," she said. A small, sad smile played across her lips. "It's nice to be comfortable and accepted."
Allie put her arm around Erin.
"You are," she said. "And I think I can speak for the lower apartment when I say any of you are welcome down there, too. Not just now but anytime."
"I'll stay with Trinity," Leslie offered. She didn't want the girl to think no one wanted to visit with her. She got the impression that when she hung out with the group it was always at their places. "The couch is fine if you're uncomfortable sharing a bed with me."
"Just so long as you don't snore," Trinity joked. "Or want to cuddle. Well, maybe a little cuddling but nothing lesbo."
Leslie snapped her fingers in disappointment.
"If you do get her to go lesbo, call me," Shelly said. "I'll be over if I have to crawl through her window."
"I don't mind sharing a bed with Karlie," Rebecca said. "But I also don't mind sharing a room with Erin. Just point me in a direction and I'll be fine. Thanks for letting me stay. I appreciate it."
By the time everyone was finished, each apartment had one guest: Leslie at Trinity's; Erin at the upper apartment; Rebecca at the lower apartment.
Sean and Walt, who both had driven most of the past two days, headed off to bed with a promise from their partners they would be there shortly. Adam decided it was time to study for a while and headed down to the lower apartment, leaving the girls to continue their conversations.
"Tomorrow is going to be awesome," Allie said.
"The only problem is who gets to oil up whom," Shelly said. "Personally, I think the newbies should have to attend to us but that's just me."
"Oil up?" Erin asked.
"Put lotion on the interesting parts that will be seeing sunlight for the first time," Rachelle clarified. "It was part of our game last time. Adam put lotion on me."
"I put lotion on Mary," Shelly said.
"I gave Sean the treatment," Sarah said with raised eyebrows.
"I got to fondle Walt," Allie concluded. "It was all in fun. I mean, only Rachelle got kinky and popped a nipple out or anything."
"I hope those guys and that chick are back," Mary said. Her eyes narrowed dangerously. "Anyway, do we want to draw straws? Someone is going to be the odd one out."
Allie did a head count and frowned. There were 13 people, 10 females and the three guys.
"I'll sit out the group grope," she said. "That will leave six newcomers and six who've done it before."
Several others offered to sit out the festivities, too.
"No one has to play along," Allie clarified. "We did it last time just for shock value – and to get the rest of the complex buzzing a little."
"It was harmless," Trinity said. "I mean, I wasn't involved but as soon as I mentioned it I could see it was all in fun. It wasn't a prelude to an orgy or anything."
Again Leslie snapped her fingers in disappointment.
"Kidding," she said. "I'm game. It sounds like a hoot to me. I like everyone here so I'm cool with it."
"I probably don't want to put lotion on my brother," Erin said. "I'll be OK with anyone else."
"So, we have five newcomers," Sarah said. "Allie, I think you and I should start things off with Rachelle. That will leave Walt, Sean, Adam, Mary and Shelly for the new group. When we switch, maybe we can talk Mary and Shelly into splitting three into two. I guess we can just pick a name in the morning."
"Works for me," Rebecca said. "How far do we go? I mean, I know we don't, you know."
"Slight groping is permitted," Allie said. "Nothing beyond that, don't try to finger bang Shelly or give Sean a handjob. But if you brush against Shelly sweet little mound or Sean or Walt's pecker, that's cool."
Rebecca looked to Rachelle and Mary to see if they were going to protest what Allie said.
"They'll be getting their hands full of whomever they land on," Sarah said. "Last time, Rachelle popped her nipple out and flashed her barely covered twat at Adam half a dozen times."
"And no one got upset?" Leslie asked. She wanted to make sure this little game wasn't going to mean the end of burgeoning friendship.
"No one got upset," Shelly said. "If anything, we probably could have gone farther. The only reason we didn't is because Adam can be a bit of a spoilsport about things like that."
"Jealous?" Erin asked. It didn't seem like the Adam she'd met but she also knew you couldn't really tell how someone might react when a guy and a girl (or several girls) were involved.
"Not jealous," Mary said. "I think the correct words are 'cautious' and 'respectful.' He doesn't want anyone to think he is putting the moves on us. He doesn't mind when Allie, Sarah or Shelly flirt with Sean and Walt. But he steps away when Rachelle or I flirt with him. He doesn't want to see anyone else over-react to something or to misunderstand something. The easiest way to do that is to keep things lower key than they have to be. Does that make sense?"
Rebecca and Leslie nodded in unison. They had seen that side of Adam in Las Vegas. He worried about everyone else – even the commission for the salesgirl in Wally Walrus.
"He's a good guy," Erin said finally. "He protects you from yourselves. I'm not sure there is anything wrong with that."
"There isn't," Allie said firmly. "In fact, if he hadn't been thinking last time, it could have gone farther than it should have. I don't think anyone would have gotten upset about things but I don't think we were really sure enough of ourselves as friends to take that step."
"Are we now?" Mary asked.
Allie, Sarah and Shelly all shrugged and then laughed.
"Let's just see how things go tomorrow," Rachelle suggested.
Allie, Sarah and Shelly were each awake earlier than Adam for the first time in any of their memories. The thought of pool day had all the females moving early in the morning – well before the sun was warm enough to warrant outside exposure. But that fact didn't stop all 10 of the young woman from making an appearance at the lower apartment before 9 a.m.
Adam was bundled off to spend time with the guys – which was difficult because Sean and Walt had gone back to sleep as soon as they got the chance. So Adam collected his books and studied for his Tuesday midterm exam while the girls had an in-house fashion show.
Walt and Sean arose just after 10 o'clock and the girls called 45 minutes later to suggest it might be time for the men folk to secure 13 chairs at the pool.
"I'm not sure there are 13 chairs at the pool," Walt said.
He was wrong but not by much. There were 15 lounge chairs scattered around the area. Thankfully most of the residents were students and wouldn't return from break until later that evening. Shortly after 11 a.m., the women came strolling down the sidewalk in their kimonos, Leslie and Mary in the lead. They walked in two lines, from shortest to tallest: Allie, Trinity, Sarah, Rachelle and Rebecca in one row; Leslie, Mary, Shelly, Karlie and Erin in the other.
When they reached the chairs, they split like a well-choreographed drill team, each girl going to a chair and standing in front of it, even if it was occupied by a guy. The girls stood there until Walt and Sean realized there was an open chair beside their respective girlfriends and headed for it.
The guys glanced at one another briefly and considered moving to sit by someone else's girlfriend but decided against it. Little did they know it wouldn't have mattered to the women.
"Don't bother to sit," Sarah told them. "Just stand and enjoy the view if you want."
Shelly, on the far left side, shucked off her kimono and did a slow turn so everyone could see pretty much everything she owned. Again, Walt and Sean were amazed at how sexy she looked with her jutting nipples and her puffy mound evident in the skin-tight suit.
Mary stood beside Shelly and dropped her wrap over first one shoulder and then the other while glancing back at the guys to make sure they were paying attention. In a deft move she must have practiced for several minutes at the lower apartment, she bent forward at the waist pushing her beautiful bottom outward and shucked the garment over her head and on to the chair.
Adam almost broke out in applause but stopped himself at the last moment. Mary stood and saw his hands poised to clap for her display and gave him a wide smile.
"Wow!" Sean said, earning another broad grin from Mary and a wink. Walt leaned over and whispered something in Mary's ear and her expression brightened further.
Leslie was next and was the first bit of fresh flesh to come into view. Her micro-bikini showed almost all of her, too. She simply unbelted the sash of her kimono and threw her arms open. The wrap flew backward and Leslie stood there in all her glory. Sean and Walt saw her bright blonde hair out of ponytail for the first time and her motions caused her tresses to cascade across her shoulders and glint in the sunlight.
Karlie stood next to Leslie and cocked a knee outward, drawing the males' attention downward as she unbelted her wrap. When their gaze came back up, her wrap was off her shoulders and above her waist as she held it tightly around her navel. She let it drop and gave everyone a look at the back of the suit which displayed her posterior to its fullest effect.
