Because of our late start, there was no way that we could make the fifty kilometers to Gray before dark. We passed through the hamlet of Belleauve that afternoon, and had neared Mirebeau-sur-Beze before deciding to stop for the night. We looked for, and found, a wooded area with a pond nearby, at the edge of an open field.
Pat and I had unsaddled our riding horses, unhitched the cart team, and removed their harnesses before we took them out to the pond for a drink. The women were preparing the camp for the night while we did this. The horses had been drinking at the pond for several minutes when we heard a scream from the camp and felt the use of a large amount of Magic. We left the horses and rushed back to camp. We were shocked when we got there.
There were seven - no, eight horses scattered along the roadway, or out in the field across from the woods. Lying on the ground leading from the road to the wooded area and our camp, we could see the bodies of seven men, and what appeared to be a juvenile from its small stature.
"What happened?" we demanded on reaching the women, who were all shaking in fright.
"We were setting up camp when those men came galloping down the road and then charged off the road toward our camp!" Shannon told us, but she was shaking badly, and I took her in my arms to hold her. Clare also slipped up against me, and I put one arm around her. She too was shaking.
"What did you do?" Pat asked looking at the downed men. He had his arms around his women, comforting them also.
"We used the most recent spell that we have been taught. It was practically right on the tips of our tongues," Sheena told him, as she slowly stopped sobbing. "Did we kill them?" she asked with a squeak in her voice.
"No, I don't think so," Pat reassured her. "What kind of spell was it?" he asked again.
"A spell to knock people out," Cathleen told him. "It didn't affect the horses other than to frighten them."
"How do you know that?" I asked Cathleen, surprised that she knew a spell from our Magic.
"It is similar to a spell that we have also," she told me.
"Well, let's have a look at them, and see who they are," I told them, and released my two women. We all walked over toward the bodies on the ground.
A closer inspection revealed that seven of them were, in fact, in the livery of the Duke's Guard. We had seen similar uniforms on the guards at his Manor while there.
"We don't have anywhere near enough rope to secure all of these men. I'm not sure what to do with them," I said, as we began checking each of the unconscious men and removing their weapons.
"We can take care of that," Clare told me. "Move them closer together and away from our camp. The field across the road would be a good place for them."
These were all large, full grown men, and while Pat and I were strong, we didn't feel like wearing ourselves out dragging all of those men over into the other field. Instead we used a spell and transported them individually some distance into the field. We soon had six of them moved. Pat took the final one while I went to check on the juvenile.
Imagine my shock when I got to what I thought was a child, as it definitely wasn't a child or juvenile. What I found instead of a child was a small, fat gnome like man. From his wrinkled appearance, he was quite old looking, to me at least, and was perhaps sixty from his looks. This wasn't the only surprise, however, as he also had a strong Talent, perhaps as strong as that of Grandfather O'Connell. He was also the one farthest from our camp. It was obvious that he intended to allow the larger men to do all of the work.
I quickly cast a freeze spell on top of the knock out spell that the women had used, and then for good measure added a confusion spell. I wasn't sure how effective these spells would be on someone with that much Talent.
When I looked up from my work, I saw Clare and Cathleen sitting in the field near the unconscious men. They were reciting a mantra of some kind and drawing signs on the ground with sticks. Vines started growing out of the ground even as I watched, and grew over and around the men lying there. The vines thickened rapidly as they grew, and in minutes the seven men were secured by them.
"What have we got here?" Pat asked as he approached, and then turned very serious.
"Another Wizard!!" he exclaimed in shock, having sensed his Talent.
"Yes, a rather old and wrinkled Wizard," I told him when he stood beside me.
"What are we going to do with him!?" Pat asked.
"That's a good question," I answered. "I've used a freeze spell and a confusion spell on him in addition to the knock out spell that the girls used, but I'm still not sure how long they will hold him."
"Defensive shell, a small one with wards on the inside surface to keep him in," Pat suggested.
"That may be the solution," I told him, as I couldn't think of a more effective one immediately.
"We could send him back to the middle cell in the Duke's basement with the other Wizard," I suggested after a short pause.
"That is an option," Pat agreed, but didn't sound enthusiastic about it. "A defensive shell for now though. We still have a lot to do, and it's not getting any lighter out."
"Yes, we need to collect all of those horses also," I reminded him. Clare and Cathleen had already finished their work on the men, and were now standing quietly in the field. We could just barely feel them doing something. The horses were slowly approaching them from eight different directions.
Sheena and Shannon were approaching us to look at the small person. "Oh!" they both said in shock, as they neared us.
"Another Wizard!!" they added after sensing his Talent. "Did we knock him out, too?"
"Yes! You must have put a lot of power into that spell," I told them.
"We don't know. We were scared and just used it," Sheena told us, as she slipped into Pat's arms for some comfort. Shannon came into my arms also.
"Pat and I have been discussing what to do with him," I told them.
"Send him away! Far away!!" both girls answered quickly.
"We have considered that," I told them. "We need to interrogate some of the other men before we do anything though."
Pat and I transferred the Wizard to the field across the road, but a good distance from the other men. We then walked over there, and sat on the ground to cast the spell for the defensive shell. Following that we wove our full wards on the inside surface, and a simple ward on the outside to prevent anyone from either entering or leaving the shell.
"We need to do something about these horses," Clare told us when we had finished.
"Yes," I agreed. "They need to be unsaddled, groomed, and watered. I hate to give them any of the limited grain that we have for our horses. We'll picket them in the field near the pond and they can nibble on the grass."
"There is no need to picket them. We will insure that they stay in the field," Cathleen told us, as each of us led one or more of the horses over to our camp area, unsaddled them, brushed them down, and then took them to the pond to drink. By the time we had finished, it was already dark. We left them in the field to graze.
Clare and Cathleen had used another mantra to do something so the horses would remain in the field near the pond. Pat and I had felt their Magic, but again couldn't tell what they had done. We had led our horses back to camp well before this. We had left them at the pond when the women had screamed earlier. They still needed a good grooming, but first we needed some light to see by.
I called firewood to us, as it was now too dark to gather it in the usual way, and used a fire spell to start part of it burning. The women went back to the task of setting up the camp that the charging Guards had interrupted. Pat and I finished with our horses and fed them.
"We are going to need to interrogate some of those men," I told everyone once the fire was going well, and we were working on the horses.
"After dinner," Shannon told us, as they retrieved pots, food, and other things from the cart to start preparing dinner.
"Those men will be unconscious for some time yet," Sheena told us.
"That was quite some spell that you used," Pat told her. "How come you haven't used more Magic before this?"
"The 'Book' ... the 'Book of Dreams' kept telling us to wait and not use most of the Magic that it was teaching us until we had learned a certain amount of Magic. But it never said how much that would be, or when we could use the Magic it had taught us. It did tell us that we would know when to use it," Shannon told us.
"Yes, this was definitely the time to use it," I told her. "We will need to be more vigilant from now on. I didn't expect them to have a third Wizard on hand."
"One of us will need to stay with the women and the cart at all times now. That means that one of you ladies will need to help one of us with the horses," Pat told everyone.
"We can do that," the women all agreed.
Dinner tonight consisted of some of the ham chopped up and mixed with part of the vegetables that we had purchase in Dijon, and also some pickled vegetables that were heated separately. Bread with some of the butter we had gotten today finished the meal off. We drank cold water from the pond. It was quite late and very dark when we finished.
"When we interrogate these men, we need to have them separated from the rest. After we finish interrogating them, they also need to be kept separate from the others," Pat told us before we began the interrogations.
"Yes, and that will require more spells," I said. "We will be leaving one hell of a large Magic signature here."
"I don't think it can be helped," Pat told me.
"No!" I answered in agreement..."It probably can't, and they already know that we were here."
"A simple defensive shell should do. None of the guards have any Talent," Pat told me.
"Sure! Another one," I answered. We created a defensive shell about fifteen feet in diameter. I also called in more firewood from the surrounding area before we began the interrogations.
Clare went with Pat and me to release the vines holding the first man so we could walk him over to the fire. We needed to cancel the knock out spell on him before we could do that. The women must have really put a lot of power into the spell to keep all of these men out this long.
The man was very groggy when the spell was canceled, and Pat and I needed to help him up from the ground and help him walk back to the fire. We sat him on a log there. We didn't have enough food to feed all of these men, and consequently offered him nothing but some water to drink.
"Who sent you after us?" I asked first, after casting a truth spell on him.
"The Duke," he answered in poor Trade Celtic, but we could understand him well enough. "He is outraged about all that you have done. He wants his apartment and his Wizard back. He will torture all of you for a long time before killing you when he gets his hands of you," he told us.
"We'll just have to see that he doesn't get a hold of us then," Pat told him with a grin.
"Where did the other two Wizards come from?" Pat asked him next.
"They arrived several days ago. Their carriage had an accident near the Manor. The Duke was expecting them, but didn't tell us where they came from," he told us.
"Oh Dear!" the Smith groaned in distress at the table. "What is it, my Sweet?" he asked, as he quickly rose to see what was the matter. He never did make it to the bedroom, as his wife led a small boy and girl out into the main room. She was followed by a girl a few years older than the pair of youngsters, and Clare and Cathleen. "Look at them, Henry!" the wife demanded, excitedly. "This morning, they could hardly hold their heads up, and now they are as well as you, or I. How could...
Final characters introduced in the story: Wolfgang Patrick O'Connell Mike and Gretchen's son, born 7 November 2053, auburn hair, green eyes Carl Michael O'Connell Pat and Petra's son, born 7 November 2053, reddish blond hair, blue eyes While Pat and I had been busy with our Wives and Sons, a bit of a brouhaha had developed at the University. It seems that some of the other Faculty members were jealous of our Parents and Aunts, and their position in what had become one of the...
We materialized in the Duke's apartment on the second floor of the Manor house. The lamps there ran on Magic and they were lit. There was a fire in the large fireplace, making it much cheerier than the cell that we had just left. Of course the four girls couldn't see any of this, but they could feel the increased warmth. A large sumptuous dinner had been set out on the large table in the dining area here. It appeared that the Duke and Duchess had been interrupted as they prepared to have...
It was just after 4:00 that afternoon when the radio broke the silence. "Attention all O'Connell teams! We have just received word from the Intelligence Corp that the Persians have landed a short distance down river from Frankfurt. Keep a sharp lookout for their arrival. That's all for now," Grandfather Mark finished. Pat and I used the small pair of binoculars that we had been issued to search the area west of the city, but could only make out the top masts of several ships down the...
June slipped into July, and we still hadn't found time to return to the Other Reality to visit the girls still there, and to see how they and the Daughters they were carrying were doing. We had planned on returning several times, but every time that we had, something had come up to prevent us from leaving. Aside from the normal work in the fields on the growing crops, and our work in the printing plant, several emergencies had developed to prevent us from leaving. The first was one...
Monday started a week of discoveries and amazement for our future wives. While Pat and I hit the books, as the old saying goes, on Monday morning, our Sisters and female Cousins took our girlfriends shopping in Statesboro. They went on the small bus that makes regular trips to town several times a day so that our people can shop or run other errands. The first shock was the bus itself. It's one of the small types of buses that can carry 25 or so passengers, like those used by many churches...
Characters introduced in this chapter: Shannon O'Connell (Shan) Sheena's twin, one of Mike's future wives, 5'-4" tall, 104 pounds, 34C-21-30, 15 years old, long flaming red hair, deep green eyes, some freckles, and terribly cute Sheena O'Connell (She) Shannon's twin, one of Pat's future wives, 5'-4" tall, 104 pounds, 34C-21-30, 15 years old, long flaming red hair, deep green eyes, some freckles, and terribly cute Clare O'Toole Cathleen's twin, one of Mike's future wives,...
The sun was already up when we rose the next morning. It was dry and fairly warm in our defensive shell, and the fire that the Eternal Flame had left was still burning. While the women started on breakfast, Pat and I fed the horses. "We are going to take the horses for a drink," I told the women, as we prepared to move the horses through the defensive shell and our wards. They didn't like this, and were always skittish when we did it. "Breakfast will be ready in a bit," Shannon called...
The following Monday, the 4th of September, was Labor Day, and on Tuesday, the 5th, we all started back with our home-school studies. Pat and I were now Seniors in high school. Thanks to the work done by the 'Book of Dreams', Shannon and Sheena were now in their Junior year of high school, while Clare and Cathleen had started their Sophomore year. Gretchen and Petra, because of their late start with the 'Book of Dreams' were only on eighth grade work at present, but were advancing rapidly...
New characters introduced in the next two chapters: Gretchen Servant, Mikes bed mate, 5'-5" tall, 115 pounds, 34B-22-32, 17 years old, long black hair, blue eyes, a sweet but rather plain looking girl "I'll cover the differences first, as they are marked," Grandfather told us after he had finished his meal, and we all had some more of the excellent wine. "They will allow you to understand the similarities better. Also please realize that all of these events have been caused by the...
We all went to eat after cleaning up and changing clothes. Using Magic more than just casually always leaves one hungry. After the huge amounts of Magic that we had all used that morning, we were all ravenous. Consequently, we all overfilled our plates, and more food had to be brought in from the kitchen for the late arrivals, who were naturally our O’Neill Uncles and our four female Cousins. They had also been the last to return after the battle. Gretchen, of course, was eating for three...
I materialized on the road that ran from Langre to Dijon in an area close to Dijon that held the stretch of forest that we had passed on our way here. I sent out a feeler, and detected Pat and the girls a short distance away in the woods. I quickly made my way there. "We were worried about you!" Shannon said, as I entered the small clearing where they were waiting. I could see that Pat had already unhitched and unharnessed the team, and unsaddled his horse before caring for all of...
We were all having breakfast the next morning at 9:30 in Pat's kitchen when our Sisters showed up to talk to our girlfriends about their gardens. We had gotten to sleep very late last night after a lot of loving and sex. Our Sisters noticed the rings on our girlfriends' fingers, as soon as they were close enough. "You have engagement rings!!" they said excitedly. Our women held up their hands for them to examine the rings. They quickly lost their excitement. "You couldn't get rings...

We were up early the next morning. After taking care of our morning business, Pat and I suggested to our women that we all go to the heated pool to bathe. "They have a heated pool here!?" Shannon asked in shock and amazement. "Yes, it's on the other side of the village," Pat explained. "We must have missed it when we looked around the village," Sheena told him. "Is it far?" Gretchen asked. She had her hands in the small of her back at the time, as she leaned backwards. She was...

In fact Pat, our women and I were the only ones there when we ate. It appeared that most of the family...
We had been chatting for some time. Wolfgang and Carl had told us about their Clans and Factions, when there was a knock on the apartment door. Sheena went to see who it was, and returned a minute later with four older men dressed as Wizards. "The Grand Master has supplied a coach to return us to our camp," the oldest told both Clan Leaders. "These are the Senior Wizards of our Clans," Carl told us, and introduced his two Senior Wizards. Wolfgang also introduced his Clan's Senior...

"Here they are now!" Amber and Bee called when we appeared in the doorway of the banquet hall. It looked much as it had previously, but no one had on any of the fancy clothes of our previous dinners here. "We were ready to send out a search party for you!" Meegan said with a smirk on her face. I noticed that all four of my female Cousins were seated at a table with my O'Neill Uncles, and looked ready to challenge anyone who disapproved of their choice. The rest of the family was...
The road to Pouilly-en-Auxois was in decent condition, and we made good time on it. We arrived in the vicinity of the town by mid afternoon, but didn't enter the town. Instead, we bypassed it and looked for a place in a large forested area with many oak, birch and ash trees. With a little looking, we located a nice flat area near a stream and prepared to set up camp for the night. Pat and I unsaddled our horses, and unhitched and unharnessed the ones on the cart. We brushed them down and...
"You are very old, Grandmother," Clare said very quietly, as she took Grandmother Katie's hand. "Yes, Dear. How did you know that?" Katie asked pleasantly. "We felt it when you entered the room, and when I touched you, I could see that your spirit is very old, much older than your husband's." "That's remarkable!" Margie said. "And both of you can feel that?" "Yes, Grandmother. We both detected it. How can your spirit be so old, and yet you look so young?" Cathleen asked...
"Gaelan did you bring the Irish dance music?" Grandmother Katie asked her youngest Son. "Yes, I brought it, Mom," he answered. "Good. Get ready to play it after everyone has a chance to recover," Grandmother told him. "What kind of Irish dance music do you have?" Shannon asked on hearing this, as all four girls gathered around Gaelan. "There are a lot of tunes on the list. Some I've never played. We usually only play certain ones that our Moms like. They are the ones that they...
The Frankfurt of Michael O'Neill's Reality was a far cry from the sprawling modern city of Frankfurt that the O'Connells were aware of in their Reality. However, both Frankfurts were located mainly on the North bank of the Main River on the outer edge of a soft bend in the river. Here was located the original ford which gave the city its name in both Realities. The Frankfurt area had known settlers and farmers from as far back as the neolithic era. The Frankfurt of Michael O'Neill,...
We instantly reappeared in the Grove of the Eternal Flame in our own Realm and Reality. "Where are we?" all four women asked, as they looked around them at the large open space surrounded by the large ancient oaks. "This is the Grove of the Eternal Flame in the O'Connell Realm," Pat informed them. "It's much warmer here than it was at your Grandfather's Palace," Clare and Cathleen said, as they looked around at all of the green grass in the Grove. "Yes, we live in Central...
That evening we discussed with the Stuarts whether they would be interested in working for us full time. They were, but had some issues. "We have a house near Akron that we would need to sell. We also have jobs that we will need to leave, plus bank accounts and other financial matters to take care of," Will Stuart told us. ""If you would rather still live in Akron, I could install a portal in your house there, so you could travel back and forth to work here," I told them. "No," Myra...
I was awakened the next morning by Clare gently stroking my cock. There were tears running down her cheeks, and her breathing was already labored. "Please, Master Michael," she pleaded in a whisper when she sensed that I was awake. "Please love me. Let me feel as good as Shannon did last night. Please, Master!" By now I was fully awake, and also fully erect, and as hard as stone. "Sweet Clare, what is wrong?" I asked, as she increased her rate of stroking. "I need to feel the same...
It was late the next morning when we awoke. Shannon and Clare quickly went to change their tampons and take care of their morning business, leaving Gretchen and me in bed alone for a few minutes, but it wasn't time for a romantic interlude. "I really need to pee," Gretchen told me, as she tried to get up by herself. "These two in my belly really fill me up," she added, as I helped her out of bed. The girls were washing their faces and hands when we got to the bathing room, and I...
We returned to Grandfather's private parlor after that once Pat and I had canceled the defensive shell again. It was obvious that the Eternal Flame's words had an effect on Grandfather and his Advisers. They all looked discouraged and frightened at what they had been told. It was well past noon by now, and after we were seated, Grandmother appeared at the head of a line of servants with food carts. "It's time that all of you had lunch," she insisted, as food and drink were placed on...
"Complications, Carl?" Seamus asked with a frown. "There were a number of cabins under attack also. Not everyone had gotten as far as the fort before the Shawanoes caught up with them, and they had holed up in some of the cabins near it. They needed immediate assistance, and we took care of that first after securing the fort. The Shawanoes broke off the attack, once we secured the fort and the cabins with Defensive Shells. We followed them, and eliminated the majority of them," I...
"Are you joking?" Phebe eventually asked in an earnest voice. "Have I ever been less than truthful with you?" Seth asked. "No, you have always been honest with me," she admitted with a sigh. Seth rose and took a chair from another table for her to sit on. "Thank you, Seth," she said, as she sank onto the offered chair. "So, what do you want with me?" she asked in resignation after a minute or so. "You must want something, or you wouldn't be here." "We need someone to show...

Annie and Sara arrived at the printing plant just after 12:30. Sean and I were just finishing cleaning up the presses, and only needed to use a quick spell to clean ourselves up and be presentable. Annie and Sara were wearing jeans like Sean and I were, but had on heavy blouses and jackets rather than the "Magic Ink" T-shirts that Sean and I were wearing with our sneakers. They had also brought jackets for us. "It's a lot colder in Denver than it is here," Sara told us, as they handed...

Saint Patrick's Day, the 17th of March, fell on a Wednesday this year, 2032. Sean and I had already helped Dad plow the fields in late February, and we had planted the seeds by the 1st of March, as we were having a warm spring this year. The past three years had seen the last freeze in Mid-March, and it hadn't been conducive to early planting. This afternoon, we were out checking the various fields on foot with Annie and Sara. They were still new to farming, and we wanted them to see the...
Characters introduced in this chapter: The Wizard Master Wizard of Leinster House, a tall older man of indeterminate age with a beard going gray. We were up early the next morning, and dressed for a day touring the city. We didn't wear anything too formal like a suit, or anything too sloppy like ragged jeans. Slacks and sports shirts along with comfortable pairs of athletic walking shoes completed our outfit. We left the backpacks in the room and returned our suits from last night to...
We were awakened early the next morning to the cold gray light of dawn by the Castellan calling to us through the wards across the stairwell entrance. "Master ... Master, you must come out here. Something awful has happened!" As I sat up in bed, my movement disturbed Sunshine, and she sat up also, as the Castellan continued to call to me. "What is wrong?" she asked. "I don't know. I'll have to go and see," I told her, as I pulled on my jeans and reached for my Wizard's...
The following character returns from the original Magic Ink story: Sean Patrick Martin O'Hennessy Senior Master Sorcerer, head of the Boston council, 5'8" tall, a thin old man with a long white beard and hair When we arrived home, it was mid-morning on Friday the 11th of June in Statesboro. Our Moms called our sisters to let them know that we were back. Dad called the printing plant to let Uncle Will Stuart know the same thing. Sean and I didn't have anyone to call. Neither did Annie...
Amelia continues the Narrative: "Are you expecting anyone else?" I asked quietly, as Duncan and Connor cast wards around the room as a precaution. "No! Let me go and see who it is," Captain Billy told us, and started for the hall that led to the rear of the house. Connor created an opening in the ward for him. After several minutes, the Captain returned with another man who appeared very reluctant to be seen here. "Tell them what you told me," the Captain directed, without...
Esther III ? by: TamarainRubber Even though we knew we were going to be late for Lisa's party, we couldn't keep our hands off each other. For the next hour or so we grabbed each other like wild cats in heat. Her breasts heaving and her lungs gasping for oxygen, Esther still found the energy to warn me not to cum. At some point she did pull my cock out from behind my rubber bloomers and shoved every inch into her mouth. The clothes she had dressed me in only made me harder and,...
Margie has the Narrative again for a time: My timing was just about perfect, as I arrived in the kitchen just as Grace was ready to leave. “Hi, where are you off to?” I asked, as I appeared. Grace jumped in surprise on hearing my voice and turned to look at me. “Lord! Margie, you scared me out of two years growth,” she told me on recovering. “Sorry, most of those in the Clan can detect when someone is transferring to their location,” I told her. “It’s a skill that you’ll develop over...

Both of them wanted the long, slow, and passionate variety, but separately and with a...
Kell and his twins arrived an hour, or so after we had gotten back. He knocked on our door when they got upstairs. They looked tired. "Anything?" I asked, after they were seated on the bed.
