Trying to open up a header tab will bring up three new advertisements to the screen, and these are not the good kind of ads that just stick to the side of the screen where they don't do much, but rather, these ads fill the entire screen up, and as such they are a force to be reckoned with. Something you should fear...or something that pisses you off, it's your call.
The dreaded advertisements
So, I've already mentioned that this website is quite useful, and it's pretty much everything a man needs to get off. However, there are some flaws, and the most important flaws are the advertisements that pop up all over the place whenever you try to watch a video. While it won't bother you the first few times it happens, you will get fed up with it eventually, and when this happens you might even want to leave Fx Porn, but you won't since you will be captivated by the great full-length HD content you can find on the page.
Clicking on the tabs will bring up three to five ads that will show up either as entirely new tabs or they will be entirely new windows that pop up. Luckily, these windows don't do anything too annoying as playing some weird audio recording, which is an occurrence that isn't too weird for pages such as this one.
Then, you will notice that clicking on a video will also bring up ads, but usually fewer ads will show up. Then, if you decide to click some spot on the player, you will have to face a small army of advertisements in this scenario as well, which sucks. Looks matter more than the brains!
I like simple pages, and I've said this numerous times by now, so I'd like to say that I am pleased with the design of FxPorn.net. The homepage looks quite nice. A lovely grey background on top of which you find dozens of thumbnails that are neatly organized, and on top of them you get to see the most popular tags, and these have been painted orange so that you can spot them more easily. Underneath every thumbnail (the thumbnails won't turn into small video previews once you hover with your cursor above them) there is some basic information, such as the title of the video, the "age" of the video and all of the actors that perform in the video. Also, it shows you the number of people who have seen the video and the studio that made the video. Later I will explain why the studios matter so much on this website. They truly are crucial while most porno pages don't even mention them unless they are really famous websites. Now, FxPorn doesn't roll like that, but we'll talk more about that later.
Even cavemen would have made a homepage more complex, but that's not a bad thing
I like it when a page doesn't make their page too complex, but rather, they only need three to four tabs, and that's it. The first tab is the homepage where you can find the newest videos, the upcoming videos, and the "best" videos. The best videos can be sorted out according to their ratings in the past week or the past month.
