As it turns out, it’s sort of on the mid-point where I really think it depends where you are in the moment and how active the platform is at that time. Sometimes, /r/TikThots bursts with engagement and a lot of posts get uploaded here in a quick succession. Great flair categories, but dull design
Finally, the design, something that only I seem to take seriously when it comes to subreddits on the Reddit.com platform. For one, I think that the mods here already realize that they are lacking when it comes to many of the graphical elements that other NSFW subs have at this point. Now, I’m aware that many other NSFW subs also falter in this domain, so I won’t give /r/TikThots too much shit, but that doesn’t mean that I’ll let them off the hook that easy. While they do have an avatar, it’s squished. It needs to be modified so that it fits the circle better. Then the color scheme needs to get an update.
One thing that I do think is nice is that /r/TikThots actually has a lot of flair functionality and they use these to categorize the content. That’s what I really like about this place, even though they didn’t take the time and effort to create a cover photo. Trust me, guys, it takes like a few minutes to make a cover photo, and you can’t do it? I have to say that sometimes I feel like these guys are full of shit and I don’t know what else to say about what they have to offer. Finally, here’s the thing about designs and subreddits. If they just took a bit more time to make them pop, they would have way more people too.
