Bill, coming home from work, hung up his coat. "Hi,

"Can't," Betty yelled after him. "Tam's taking a

went to the kitchen door.

now, won't she?" Knocking on the bathroom door,
he called, "Hey, Tammy,
I gotta use the toilet. You gotta get out."

dad," he heard his daughter say, "I'll just draw the
curtain. It's
okay."

asked, "So, sweety, how was your day?"

answered. "Went to a movie. Wasn't very good."
Not
thinking, Bill angrily said, "Look, young lady, when you talk to me you look at

Tammy peeked from behind the curtain seeing her father standing
at
the toilet. "Sorry, dad." Forgetting, since he was rather
tired, he

He told her that he'd get Betty as

Grabbing the
shampoo, he tried not to look except at her head. As
he wetted his
daughter's hair and was shampoooing it, he casually glimpsed downward noticing

Leaving a towel by the tub he remarked turning to leave, "I'll leave now so you
can get out."
"Dad," she said stepping out of the tub, "can you dry my
hair. It's so long I have problems getting it all dry." He just

Actually, he liked what he saw

sweety, I'll dry it. But
you turn around." Hearing her turn
around he picked up the towel and
started to dry her hair.
As he was drying her hair, she replied, "You're so nice, dad,
for
doing this for me." Somewhat anxious to see more of her father,

simply replied, "Dad, the water's still warm." She was hoping he'd
get the hint.
Bill finished drying his daughter's hair.
"There, Tam, all dry,"
he said handing her the towel, he added, "Dry yourself
off." Thinking
a moment, he asked, "Hey, sweety, would it bother you if
I took a bath?" He glanced her way as she was bending over drying her
legs.
She looked up at him, glad to hear he got the hint since
she really wanted to see what he looked like without clothes, and simply answered,
"Not really, dad. Go ahead."
Stripping off his clothes, he
got into the tub. "Hey, sweety,"
he said, "can you get my robe?"
Tammy left the bathroom, not bothering to get redressed, and
returned shortly with her father's robe. "Here's your robe,
dad."
"Thanks, Tam," he replied just happening to look up.
He saw her
standing there. "Geez, sweety," he rebuked her, "you should
be ashamed of yourself."
"I'm not though, dad," she quickly
answered. "Besides it not like
you haven't seen it
before."
"Yeah, well," he added to her comment, "you're older
now and it's
not really proper. If you know what I mean. Turn
around cause I'm coming out now." He watched as his daughter turned
around, rather
reluctantly and in a huff. He stepped out of the tub,
grabbing the towel he started drying himself. After awhile, he said, "Can
I have my robe now, sweety?"
"Sure, dad," Tammy replied.
Not wanting to miss the chance of a
lifetime, instead of just pushing the
robe backwards, she turned to
give him the robe.
Bill just didn't seem to care, really, as he stood there, not
bothering to cover himself. He took the robe from her and put it on.
As he had taken the robe from her grasp, he knew she had looked
at him, but
didn't say anything in reprimand. As she put her robe on,
he remarked,
"Dinner's probably done, Tam. Let's get down there."
After
dinner all three retreated to the den. As they entered the
den, Tammy

Not knowing
exactly what her daughter was hinting at, Betty said,
sitting on the couch,
"Sure, Sweety, go ahead." She was shocked when
Tammy took her robe
off. "Tammy! Not in front of your father!"
"What's your
problem, mom?" She asked sitting down on the couch
glaring at her.
"Besides, these robes you bought are kind of scratchy."
"Yeah,
they sure are, Betty," Bill chimed in. "Where'd you buy them
anyway?"
"Geez, try to be nice," she complained getting
up. "Buy you some new robes and all you do is complain, complain."
She went to the bathroom, "Whatever. I don't care, don't really care."
Closing the door, she called back, "I'm gonna take a
bath."
Meanwhile, Tammy looked at her dad. "They
really are itchy, you
know." Smiling at him, she added, "If yours is as
bad as mine, just
take it off." She looked at him as he mouthed the
words, 'you wouldn't mind'? "Not in the least, dad," she
answered.
Taking off the robe he sat down next to his
daughter on the couch.
Turning to her he asked, "Want to play cards?"
She smiled at him,
nodding, as Bill got up to get the cards.
