The full body workout
I really like to work out. So, to avoid getting sick, I bought full set of gym equipment to home. Well, not full set since that would have been overkill. But more like bench, bar, dumbbells, and enough weights to manage. It's funny how much you can get done just by even having a simple lifting bar at home.
