In 2002 and 2003 when I was 23-24 years old, I decided to do a series of interesting masturbation challenges and I made detailed notes of the results. Here are the notes from one of those challenges:

Actual Difficulty: Moderate
Requirements: Must masturbate on schedule whether I feel like it or not.
Allowances: "Once every 24 hours" (Give or take one or two hours).

Usually I masturbate once every other day, so initially, I thought this challenge would be simple, I mean how hard can it be to masturbate every day for a week? It was a bit more challenging that I anticipated. I expected that the more frequently I masturbated, the less horny I'd feel during each session and I was right. The first session was easy as I hadn't masturbated since 3 and a half days before that session, and so I enjoyed it and gave it an "A" rating.
As I continued masturbating daily, I noticed that it wasn't difficult to get an erection, though it did take a little longer than usual and sometimes I had to play with my cock to get it erect. I noticed (and expected) that I would have to concentrate on stroking my most sensitive area (frenulum) very vigorously for a few minutes in order to reach orgasm/ejaculation. Sometimes I would "run out of steam" from stroking so fast and for so long that I would have to stop and take a breather and then try again in a minute or two.
I noticed that I had to rely more heavily on fantasies to bring me to orgasm/ejaculation. Two main-themed fantasies I relied on were: Fantasizing about my younger self, maybe when I was 18 years old lying down in the backseat of a car with my pants and underwear down a bit with an erection waiting to get off (like I did once on a car trip). I imagined being someone else who opens the car door and with my 18 year old self laying there, I would pull down his pants and underwear further and look more at his erect cock and body. This was very arousing.
The other fantasy was a variation on the first one, with me carrying my 18 year old self out of the car and lying him down on some green grass in a field where I would take his clothes off and again focus on his cock. I would fantasize both that I was my 18 year old self, and that I was the one doing this to him, sometimes switching back and forth in roles. Mainly though, I was the one doing this to him. I used this variation of the fantasy only once near day 6 or 7.
On day 7, I thought I would be able to ejaculate within about 20 minutes like the past few days, but it took longer this time. I actually thought I might not be able to bring myself to orgasm/ejaculation. I lost my erection somewhat during this session and had to try 3-4 vigorous "sessions" on my sensitive area (frenulum) coupled with intense fantasy to actually ejaculate.
I found also during days 2-7 that I had to tighten my PC muscles and push my legs together more than usual in order to ejaculate and I found the orgasms on those days to be more intense than usual. I also only needed 3-4 tissues to clean up afterward rather than the usual 5.
I found it difficult to rate most of my sessions because the arousal period wasn't that fantastic, just "G" rated. I mostly just felt like I was going through the motions, with some fantasy shoved in here and there, but the orgasms were above par and quite "A" rated. But because I had to balance it all out, I gave most of them a "VG" rating overall.

I proved I can masturbate every day for a week. I wasn't very horny all week and my periods of arousal during masturbation were fairly dull ("G" rated) until the seconds leading up to ejaculation. The orgasms were more powerful than usual, "A" rated orgasms but took quite a bit of work to achieve and I needed to rely more on vivid fantasy. It seems that when I force myself to ejaculate more frequently my orgasms are more intense, perhaps due to the lesser amount of semen ejaculated and therefore during orgasm, the small amount of semen stored is ejected and then orgasm continues slightly longer than that with little or no more semen being ejected. That in possible conjunction with all the energy I needed to expend to reach orgasm/ejaculation. I needed less tissues than usual to clean up due to lesser amounts of semen ejaculated.
Would you do it again? Recommendations:

I'm not really interested in doing this exact challenge again.
I recommend that I masturbate more frequently than usual, though not necessarily every day, so that I might be able to still maintain the higher quality of the arousal stage that I get with my usual sessions, but with somewhat of the more powerful and satisfying orgasms that I had while masturbating every day in this challenge.
