Push your lips against your index finger the bottom of your stroke and pause for a few seconds..Open your mouth more but keep your lips sealed to the shaft with about half of his dick in your mouth wrap your tongue around one side of the shaft forming ½ to ¾ Circle around it.. Thing you will need ; 1-12 inch Dildo 1-10 inch Dildo 1 Long double headed Dildo 18 to 22 inches, a little bit of butter or mouthwash for throat lube 1 hand towel 1 Bread Tie 1 Tape measure...
Remember you have to prepare for good Head or Deep throat.. you can't eat hard foods for at least 2 hours before Steak chicken fish carrots and 35 minutes for salads and greens, 2 hour for soda's, beer and champagne the carbonation will foam up in your throat, 30 minutes for wine or water, Dairy products 1 hour.. (NOTE) If you have never trained your gag reflex it may be difficult at first and don't forget you must have a empty stomach to do any of these so when you gag nothing will come up..
9.1 If you are a beginner it will make it easier if you have some kind of lube for your throat.. Rinse your mouth with mouthwash (you can do the same by brushing your teeth) letting a small amount go down your throat or put a couple of dabs of butter on the roof of your mouth and use your tongue to spread it around you can use 4 or 5 drops of cooking oil and use your tongue to spread it around.. (NOTE) You will have to start using your throat with in 10 minutes or you will need to Lube it again...
9.2. Practice with a thick 10 inch dildo you will push it to were you gag then go more and hold it for 10 to 15 Seconds then pull it out and wait 4 or 5 minutes then do it again but a little deeper this time and hold it for as long as you can even if you're gagging some nothing will come up so don't worry about it just hold it after 20 seconds pull it out and take a break for 5 minutes or so everything can relax then do it again but push it further yet and hold it for 20 seconds and move your head around making it move big little then pull it out and take a break for 5 minutes then do it again..

11.1. I use a 22 inch double headed Dildo They're the only ones that come in a smaller girth with a long enough length.. If you get the longest one you don't have to keep buying them as you go Deeper Look for one that is a 1 ¼ thick..it can be thicker but they're not cheap and it will be a lot harder to start out with!!!..
11.2. To start out hold the Dildo were you think you can go then push it down your throat till you reach the Max {win I say the MAX I mean beyond your comfort zone} it will make you gag but don’t stop.. (if you follow the eating instructions nothing will come up and you can do it) and hold it there for as long as you can...
11.3. OK slide your hand to your lips and pull the dildo out use your other hand put the Bread Tie on were you stopped make it tight with only 1 turn on the Tie and fold the excess down then wait 3 or 4 minutes push it back down your throat till your lips feel the Bread Tie if it's not to the max adjust it and do it again tell it is the max..
11.4. pull it out and measure it and right it down stop for that night…
11.5. The next night slowly work it down till you reach the tie and hold it for 20 seconds pull it out and take a 5 minute brake letting your throat muscles relax then slowly do it again; keep repeating it for 1 hour after a ½ hour move your head around every so often to make the dildo move in your throat..
11.6. Do this 3 times a week you will notice it getting easier; at the end of every week add a ½ inch or so;
12. REACHING AND TRAINING THE WINDPIPE
Win you get beyond 12 to 13 inches your body would tell you STOP when you reached the windpipe..

After 10 days you will notice that your throat does not react as much once you reach that point move the bread tie up a 1 inch more and see if you can pass that point If you can then slowly start working it a little deeper every couple of nights....Once you are to 2 inches past that point start moving it up and down in your throat a little bit.. if you can't stay at that depth till you can work up and down comfortably just in small strokes!!
12.4. Once you do you will be able to take more easily and move the bread tie as you go deeper all the bread tie is for is to mark it so you know you're reaching the same max depth as you did before you can’t just push it down till you start feeling uncomfortable you may be a inches short and your getting no were!!...
12.5 Again remember you have to take a break when you pull it out to get air for at least 4 to 5 minutes to let everything relax ..Then just kept working it at nights till you’re able to throat the whole thing it took me 9 months to take the whole 22in comfortably but now I can actually push it all the way in my throat and close my mouth around it !! and it still amazes me how long it is as I watch myself pull it out in the mirror!!!!
12.6. One thing you have to take note on is don't buy the thickest dildo to start it just has to be long you can work on the girth later..
