" I took it off and cleaned you up a some . You had vomit all over yourself , in your hair , you were a mess and I didn't want to put in bed like that "

" And were they down here with you all night ?"
" Yea , I'm sure once I got you all squared away I locked your door shut behind me and we were down here all night "
" Ronnie , I'm so sorry " she was crying
I put my hand under her chin , raised her head and wiped the tears away with the other " It's okay Mom."
She drew me close and gave me a hug kissed me on the cheek and thanked me for taking care of her
As she pulled away and stood up I said " I bet you feel like crap "
" Actually , besides a headache I feel good , no tension , no angst and even after all of this I don't feel like the whole world is pressing down on me anymore . Maybe those anti-depressants are finally kicking in "
