That?s stupid, I thought, but continued reading nevertheless. "You

your wildest dreams. If you follow these directions to the letter,

interesting, almost like reading one of those choose your own
adventure books. This actually wanted to get you involved in it,
though. Cool! Turning the page, I embarked on this journey.
"First, make yourself comfortable. Take off your shoes and put your
feet up. Unbuckle your belt and let your gut hang out for a moment."
Oddly, I found myself following the instructions to the letter. I
had already taken off my shoes and unconsiously had unbuckled my
belt as well.
"Take your shirt off," it read, "and let your hands flow across your
chest." I did not realize the power of this action, but as my hands
